The shows are very good. The night show could be better explained. May be a printed program to explain each dance, the meaning and connection to the story line. The dinner show is good too . The MC is wonderful but it will be good to have some quiet moment for table conversation and not so rushed to eat. But this is just our view for your consideration. Overall, it was a good experience.

The catamaran and crew were great. The boat is in great condition, very clean and very spacious with lots of area for getting great views. The crew is very friendly and asked several times if they could get anything for me. I'd definitely sail with them again!

It was different from the image; I could barely see something that looked like a whale in the distance. I probably won't go again. It's a shame.

I have flown with Blue Hawaiian on the other Islands and have always found the experience to be excellent. This time was no exception. It was a beautiful clear day and our pilot, Kristi (sp), was extremely good at narrating the tour of the Island as she flew and was also very funny. The only disappointment that I had was that the video recorder on the helicopter was broken so I wasn't able to purchase a DVD of our flight. Had I known this before we took off, I would have taken many more pictures. My fault for not asking!

I really had no idea of what was in store for my wife and I when I signed up for the Super Ambassador Full Day Package with Private guide at the Polynesian Cultural Center, it turned out to be the best guided tour we could have ever anticipated! The comfortable Motor Coach picked us up promptly at our designated hotel location. The motor coach driver and guide were gracious and told us various facts, pointed out points of interest along the way, and set the tone for the rest of the day that would be spent at the Polynesian Cultural Center.

When we arrived the group was given their designated tickets and soon our guide a student of BYU University and from the Philippines introduced himself. Datz began our tour and skillfully navigated us through each of the Polynesian Islands exhibits granting us front row seats to each show, gave us back stage tours, and overall made this one of the best tours I have ever been on! We were delighted to experience the rich cultural heritages of each island group, ate fantastic food at the Luau, and were fascinated with the finale show "Ha' The Breath of Life".

Two thumbs up WAY up! Would I recommend this Super Ambassador Package with Private Guide? Absolutely!

Me and my boyfriend had a great time on this sail. The crew was so friendly, made us feel right at home. We like to snorkel every chance we get - and we love when the crew will show us specific cool finds - like sea turtles and dolphins! The food was delicious as well. We like more intimate sails, and there were only about 15 people on our boat, with 4 crew members - PERFECT! Overall just a great tour and exactly what we were looking for. Wish it would have lasted longer! 4 hours on the dot. Thanks again guys.

Thrilling! There are many slide rides that are like roller coasters, which are rare in Japan! A 90-degree drop is just the norm, and you might get thrown off your float, no mercy! Haha.
However, be careful as no one speaks Japanese here. I struggled to operate the unmanned machine that only had English instructions for setting the passcode for the coin lockers.
But since there aren't any large-scale pools like this in Japan, if you have the time during your travels, why not give it a try? 😊

スリル満点！日本では少ないジェットコースターみたいなスライダーがたくさん！！90度降下も当たり前、浮き輪から投げ出されようが容赦ない！！笑
ただ、ここは日本語が全く通じないので注意です。コインロッカーも英語表記のみでパスコードを設定する無人の機械を操作するのは苦戦しました。
でも日本にはここまで大規模なプールはないので、旅行に余裕がある方には一度来てみてはいかがでしょうか(^^)

This tour is full of Aloha hospitality. On the day I participated, I was lucky enough to encounter wild dolphins at two different points. The American crew was fantastic. The guide who swam with the dolphins was clear and kind in their instructions, and they were experienced in catering to each passenger's needs. I attended with a friend, but I noticed that they provided excellent care for families with children, which was appreciated. The guide's freediving underwater was artistic, almost like a dolphin! On the way back, they performed bright and beautiful prayer songs with sharp dancing.

For those who will be participating, I recommend taking measures against seasickness and bringing a waterproof outdoor jacket. I don’t get seasick, but quite a few people were feeling unwell and couldn’t enjoy the beautiful scenery of the boat trip, which was unfortunate to see. Additional investments to enhance your experience include seasickness medication, which is available at Japanese airports, and a $20 wristband that is introduced on the bus ride to the destination. Also, depending on where you sit on the boat, you may get splashed by the waves. Having a lightweight, water-resistant jacket would make your experience more comfortable.

アロハホスピタリティ満点のツアーです。私が参加した日は、ラッキーなことにポイント２ヶ所で野生のイルカと遭遇できました。アメリカ人のクルーも大当たりでした。イルカと泳ぐガイドもわかりやすく親切に案内してくれましたし、乗客の方それぞれにあった対応も慣れていて、私は友人との参加でしたが、家族連れには子供へのケアが厚く、ありがたい様子でした。水中でのガイドのフリーダイビングも芸術的で、まるでイルカみたいでした！帰りは明るくて祈りの歌が上手でキレッキレのダンスを披露してくれました。
これから参加される方には、酔い止め対策を取られること、Waterproofのアウトドアジャケットを持参されることをお薦めします。私は船酔いしないのですが、結構な方がダウンされていてせっかくの船旅の景色を楽しむことができず見ていて気の毒でした。体験を良くするための追加の投資は酔い止め薬は日本の空港でも売っていますし、往路のバスで$20のリストバンドが紹介されます。また船での移動は座る場所によって波しぶきがかかります。水を通さないタイプの薄手のジャケットがあると快適に過ごせると思います。

We participated as a couple. As soon as we exited the hotel and reached the beach, we saw the boat, so we arrived without any confusion. There were about 20 participants that day, but we were the only Japanese people.

The weather was nice, and it was great that we got to see sea turtles. However, during snorkeling, there was an incident where my wife's life jacket lost air. Since she couldn't swim, she was quite panicked. I waved to the guide on the boat, but they just smiled and waved back, thinking it was a simple greeting, and didn’t come to help. When I shouted "Help" loudly, a guide swimming nearby brought a float, and we managed to resolve the situation. Perhaps there was an explanation on how to call for help during the initial English guidance.

When we got back on the boat, I found that my life jacket was also about 70% deflated. I had checked how to inflate it and how to maintain the valve with the guide, so the equipment itself might have been faulty.

After snorkeling, we cruised towards Diamond Head. The waves were quite big, and I ended up feeling sick. When I asked the guide where the restroom was because I thought I might throw up, I was told, "Don't throw up in the restroom," so I had to hold it in. Eventually, I couldn't hold it anymore and ended up using a plastic bag.

There were other guests who also felt sick, but after applying lavender essential oil, they received a bucket that said "Let's Do It" and were encouraged with "Let's Do it." There were several people who were rescued from near drowning and others who felt unwell, but they were all Asian. The Western guests seemed to be having a great time, drinking alcohol on the boat. It might be a tour more suited for Westerners (laughs).

ホテルからビーチに出るとすぐに船が見えたため、迷うことなく到着。当日は20人ほど参加していましたが、日本人は私たち二人だけでした。
天気が良く、ウミガメにも会えた点は良かったです。
しかし、シュノーケリング中、妻の救命胴衣から空気が抜けるハプニングが発生。妻は泳げなかったのでかなり焦りました。船にいるガイドに手を振ったのですが、単なるコミュニケーションと思ったのかニコニコ手を振りかえしてくるだけで助けてもらえず。「Help」と大きな声を上げたところ近くで泳いでいたガイドさんが浮き輪を持ってきて来てくれて事なきを得ました。もしかしたら、最初の英語のガイダンスのところで助けの呼び方などの説明があったのかもしれません。船に上がると私の救命胴衣も7割ほど空気が抜けていました。空気の入れ方、弁の保持の仕方等はガイドさんにチェックしてもらい実施していたので道具自体が良くなかったのかもしれません。
シュノーケリング後はダイヤモンドヘッドの方などをクルージング。結構波が大きく、今度は私の気分が悪くなってしまいました。トイレで吐こうと思いガイドさんにトイレの場所を聞くと、「トイレでは吐くな」と言われ我慢することに。その後、とうとう我慢ができずにビニール袋に戻しました。
他のお客さんも気分が悪くなった人はいましたが、ラベンダーのアロマオイルを塗られた後、「Let's Do It」と書かれたバケツをもらい、「Let's Do it」と言われていました。
溺れかかって助けられた人、気分の悪くなった人は複数人いましたが全てアジア人。西洋人は船上でお酒をがぶがぶ飲みとても楽しそうでした。西洋人向きのツアーなのかもしれません（笑）

It was a little hard to find the meeting spot, and the description of the tour didn't match what actually happened. First, I thought we would be on a smaller, old-fashioned trolley. We actually rode on a double-decker tour bus, and the fumes were awful on the lower level. The description of the tour said that we would make 2 circuits around Waikiki to see the lights and made no mention of getting off the bus at any time. But, we actually stopped at the extremely crowded Honolulu City of Lights for 30+ minutes, which I was not expecting.

This was my sixth dinner cruise out of Waikiki I will have to say that this was exceptional and far exceeded my expectations the staff was wonderful our waiter was just absolutely amazing she did a great job and the food was very good service went well entertainment was nice and all in all it was a beautiful cruise

Lanai ensured we had a Wonderful day. Great itinerary, local food and we came away with a deeper understanding of the islands, its people and culture.

I ended up spending Christmas in Hawaii, and since I was there, I booked this tour. I mistakenly went to the wrong meeting place and had to explain the situation to the tour company in my limited English. Fortunately, they responded quickly, and everything turned out fine, but I felt sorry for the other tour guests for the inconvenience.

The illumination felt a bit subdued. It might be more extravagant in Japan, but I think it's a nice way to enjoy Christmas in Hawaii.

待合せ場所を間違えてしまい、つたない英語で事情を催行会社に電話で伝え、迅速に対応していただいた結果、事なきを得ましたが、他のツアー客の皆さんにご迷惑をかけ、申し訳なかったです。
イルミネーションは、控えめかなと感じました。もしかしたら日本の方が派手かもしれませんが、ハワイでのクリスマスを満喫するにはいいと思います。

The season had just started, and due to bad weather with rain, we unfortunately didn't encounter any whales. However, a big rainbow appeared over the hotels at Waikiki Beach...! In a different way, we enjoyed the cruise.

Before disembarking, they gave us a "one more boarding ticket for this season." If you're really hoping to see whales, consider scheduling your trip early in your stay to allow for a re-challenge. (It seems that reboarding reservations can only be made by phone and are available in English.)

This time, the weather was rough, and the boat rocked quite a bit... It was easier to stand and hold onto the railing to manage the swaying rather than sitting down. The crew was very attentive to those who felt unwell.

シーズンに入ったばかり＆途中から雨という悪天候で、
肝心のクジラには出会えませんでしたが、
大きな虹がワイキキビーチのホテル群の上に・・・！
別の意味で、クルーズを楽しめました。

下船前に、「今シーズン中、もう一度乗船チケット」をくれました。
どうしてもクジラ・・・という場合は、滞在期間の早いうちにして、
再チャレンジできるスケジュールにしてみては？
（再乗船の予約は電話で、英語のみ対応のようです）

今回は天気が荒れ、船は結構揺れました・・・
座っているよりも、立って手すりにつかまり揺れに対応していた方がラクでした。
気分が悪くなった人には、クルーが丁寧に対応していましたよ。

No time to enjoy or view activities. We felt very rushed. "Gold Package" got us a deli sandwich, which we had to leave the tour for, adding to the time rush. I had taken this tour with a different company several years ago, and had a totally different experience (for the better). Bus drive thru town was pleasant and informative. Driver was knowledgeable.

A couple of more hours could have made all the difference...

The weather was great, and the show was held successfully. I got a bit lost on my way there and arrived just in time for the start, but since I had a premium seat, I ended up in the front row. The buffet had a lot of delicious food. The hula dance and fire dance were very impressive and exciting. In the conch shell blowing contest, a Japanese person won!

好天に恵まれ、無事ショーが開催されました。
現地に向かっているとちょっと迷ってしまい、開始時間ギリギリに着いたのですが、プレミアムシートだったためか席は一番前の席でした。
ビュッフェもお料理がたくさんあり美味しかったです。
フラダンスやファイヤーダンスも迫力満点でとても興奮しました。
ホラ貝吹きコンテストでは日本人の方が優勝されてました笑

Simply wonderful. You travel around Oahu, visiting many beaches and points of attraction, like the Budist temple, Kualua Ranch, Dole Plantation and much more. The tour guide was excelent, I give him the highest calification.

I participated in whale watching with high expectations. The main reason I chose this was because it mentioned there would be Japanese commentary. However, when I actually participated, there was no Japanese commentary at all. It was incomprehensible; I searched for where the Japanese commentary was supposed to be in the catalog, but I couldn't find it.

期待してホエールウォッチングに参加しました。
選んだ最大の理由は、日本語解説があるとあったからです。
ところが、いざ参加してみますと、日本語解説一切なしでした。
意味不明、どこが日本語解説なのか、カタログなのか探しましたが、わかりませんでした。

We were expecting a trolley but got a packed tour bus.

Very disappointed. The only lights were at the Hale. The money paid is not worth it. The end result is one hour wasted. Would recommend avoiding this tour and simply drive to the Hale to see the lights. Honolulu City Lights Tour is false advertising.

At first, I didn't include a plan with transportation, but when I asked to be let on the bus halfway through, the bus driver kindly let me on. However, after getting off the bus, I paid for the bus fare, and it was really expensive (laughs). But I'm grateful to the bus driver!

最初、送迎こみでのプランにしていなかったのですが、バスに乗せてくださいと途中で言ったのにもかかわらず
バスの運転手さんが乗せてくださいました。
ただバスを下りてから、バスのお金を払いましたが、凄く高かったです(笑)
でも、バスの運転手さんには感謝です！

It was beautiful, fun, exhaustive, but very commercial. I truly wanted to know more about the history of the first Hawaiian, but I was let down on that expectation. The dancers, the show at the end, the luau, the many islands with their respective activities were very interresting and beautiful, though. It's worth it, but dont expect it to replace the viewing of a good documentary. Also, the fact that this olace is ran by Mormons is extremely apparent through many not so subtle references in history plaques, or the simple fact that there was no alcool at the Luau. Still a solid activity, and it was worth it. We had the full day package (110, I think).

I had a valuable experience! The sea turtles were friendly and stayed around the boat the whole time. Since I wasn't good at snorkeling, I was able to borrow a float and have fun. And, the lunch was a buffet style and very enjoyable. I would like to participate again when I go to Oahu.

When we arrived at the port and were about to board, despite having signed up for a meal (showing the smartphone screen of the reservation), we were told that there was no such notification. After confirming with VELTRA over the phone at the counter, it turned out there was a communication error with the operating company after about 10 minutes of investigation. I'm glad it was resolved, but with the departure time approaching, I felt anxious in a foreign place where I struggled with the language. The whale watching was good; although the wind was strong, we were able to see the tails a few times. The meal was also delicious.

港に着いてさあ乗船となった時、食事つきで申し込んだにもかかわらず(申し込みのスマホの画面を提示)、そのような連絡が来てないとのこと。カウンターでVELTRAに電話で確認したところ、10分程調べてもらった結果、運航会社への連絡ミスとわかりました。解決したので良かったですが、出航時間も迫り、言葉の不自由な旅行先で不安になりました。ホエールウォッチングは風が強かったものの、何回か尾びれも見えました。食事も美味しかったです。

I had a great time! The ocean was amazing! I wish the weather had been better... but I definitely want to go again! Thank you very much! Also, I received the photo viewing paper on a different date, so we can't see ours on the day. If possible, please let me know!!! (＞＜)

Spending a day at the PCC is always a highlight of my visits to The Islands! Although it is a long day, it is an entertaining and extremely educational day. I strongly recommend that you take advantage of the Ambassador package since you will have a guide for the entire day and can enjoy either the luau or the prime rib dinner prior to the evening show. I did the luau this year and really enjoyed it. The night show is awesome!

I really enjoyed my time on the captain Bobs tour! I would definitely do it again and would recommend it to all my friends. It's a must do when visiting Hawaii! The company crew was awesome! Very friendly:) can't wait to go back!

I was told that breakfast was not allowed on this course. It wasn't particularly extravagant, so I don't think it was a waste, but the sign was misleading.

このコースでは朝食を食べてはいけないと言われました。別に豪勢な料理でも無かったので勿体無いとは思いませんが、看板に偽りありでした。

There was no sand, but the water was about knee-deep and the weather was sunny, so I was able to take very beautiful photos. I also encountered a sea turtle and the food was delicious. However, since there were only enough paper plates for the number of people, those who want seconds should keep their paper plates.

It's important to note that the rules do not allow staff to take photos with just an iPhone or a camera in a waterproof case, so I highly recommend bringing a waterproof camera. When snorkeling to see the coral, the visibility wasn't very high, and many areas of the coral appeared to be dead. I went in December, but since the water was cold, it's a good idea to bring something to wear on the boat.

砂は出ていませんでしたが膝下くらいの水深で天気も晴れていたのでとても美しい写真が撮れました。ウミガメにも出会え料理も美味しかったです。
ただし紙皿が人数分しかないため、お代わりしたい人は紙皿をキープしといたほうがいいです。
iPhone や防水ケースに入れただけのカメラではスタッフの人に写真を撮ってもらうことができないルールなので必ず防水カメラを持っていくことをおすすめします。
シュノーケリングで珊瑚を見るときにそこまで透明度は高くなく、珊瑚も死んでいる箇所が多く見られました。
12月に行ったのですが、水が冷たいため船上で羽織るものを持って行ったほうがいいです。
