I was satisfied to learn about the history and connections through the dances of the Pacific Islands. The fire dance was truly impressive!

太平洋の島々の踊りを通じて、歴史、繋がりを知ることが出来て満足しました。ファイヤーダンスは見応え十分です！

This was a super and well worth it tour. We had the Missouri in Washington state for many years and it was so great to see what a wonderful job Hawaii has done in taking care of this part of history. I learned so much history I didn't know about this war and these ships. The tour driver we had was one of the most knowledgeable ones I'd ever had he told us a lot of info we didn't learn on the tour. Not sure how to spell his name Kaleo I think. I would love to do it again as there was so much to learn.

It was great taking this tour with our toddler. It was my second time to make it to Kaneohe SandBar. My first on Captain's Bobs boat. The Crew was great and even though your sharing the tour with everyone else on the boat It didn't feel cramp at all. It was great to share the experience with other guest.

The food was good too. Most of my friends and I went in for seconds for sure.

The Sandbar experience was great too, even though there were jellyfishes on the water the crew was very good about keeping us informed on where to not go so that we can prevent from getting stung by the jellyfishes.

While we were on the tour it rained but that's Hawaii for you. If anything it made the experience that much better:)

I reserved a ticket because it was highly recommended in Sho Aikawa's book, and I thought, really?? But just as my brother said, it was great!! As soon as I entered the store, a lively Elvis greeted us with a pose. The high level of Elvis's singing, MJ's dancing, the beautiful and fun hula, the impressive fire dance, and the excitement when Elvis came down to the audience to drape leis and scarves over us created a fantastic atmosphere; the hour flew by. Just as Sho Aikawa wrote, I enjoyed a wonderful show. I will definitely go again when I come back to Hawaii!

哀川翔さんの本で、熱く推薦されていたので、ほんと？？と思いながら予約しましたが、兄貴のいうとおり、よかった！！です。お店にはいるや、ギンギンのエルビスがポーズを決めてお出迎え。エルビスの歌唱力の高さ、MJのダンス、フラの美しく楽しい事、ファイアダンスの見事なこと、また、エルビスが客席に降りてきてレイやスカーフをかけてくれるサービスには歓声があがって、大盛り上がり、1時間はあっという間でした。哀川翔さんの書いている通り、素敵なショーを楽しませていただきました。またハワイに来たら行きます！

When I went (at the end of October), the day before had rain, so the water quality was a bit murky, and the water level was below waist height, which wasn't the best situation. However, this is just a matter of luck, so I would like to try again. The crew was wonderful and made me feel that way. My 0-year-old (11-month-old) son also seemed to really enjoy himself, even just at the sandbar!

私が行った時(10月終わり)は前日が雨で水質が少々濁り、水位も腰より下ら辺で、本来のベストな状況ではありませんでした。しかしこればかりは時の運ですので、またチャレンジしたいと思います。そう思わせてくれるような素敵なクルーでした。0歳(11ヶ月)の息子もサンドバーだけでしたがとっても楽しんでくれている様子でした♪

The catamaran is so clean and has a bar onboard. The staff is amazing and everyone made us feel comfortable and ready for snorkling.

We participated in the VIP+ Backstage Tour. There were only the two of us on this course! It was a fun and unique experience that gave us a sense of superiority. The delicious cocktails and lobster were amazing! The main dishes—steak, salmon, and truffle potatoes—were all delicious! Unfortunately, since we are not from the Elvis generation, there were many photos of Michael Jackson instead. We enjoyed it from the front row, center seats. The Hawaiian female singer, female dancers, and male dancers were impressive! The dining staff also engaged with us. It felt great. The first photo taken with Elvis was included (which costs 2500 yen if you don't participate in the backstage tour), so it was definitely worth the price.

VIP+バックステージツアーに参加。このコース参加は我々夫婦二人だけ！未体験の初体験で優越感もあって楽しかったです。美味しいカクテル、ロブスター美味しい！メインのステーキ、サーモン、トリュフポテト、全部美味しい！残念ながら、エルビス世代ではないので、やっぱり、マイケル・ジャクソンの写真撮影多数。一番前の中央かぶりつきシートで堪能しました。ハワイアンも女性シンガー、女性ダンサー、男性ダンサー、迫力有り！食事のスタッフも声をかけてくれます。いい感じです。最初にエルビスと撮った写真が含まれていて（バックツアー参加してないと2500円）、価格的には充分な価値有ります。

It seemed that 90% of the passengers were American. I think it would be better to display the drink menu as well. I was worried about seasickness, but I didn't experience any at all, and it was great to go quite far offshore and see a different side of Hawaii.

乗船者の9割がアメリカ人と思われた。ドリンクもメニューを掲示するとかした方が良いと思う。心配していた船酔いは全くなく、結構沖合いまで行けて違った面のハワイを見れて良かった。

We went to the sandbar on a clear day. During this season, the water level was up to our waists, so we couldn't walk on the sand like you see on TV. However, we had a great time snorkeling with colorful fish and sea turtles.

Lunch was a buffet with surprisingly delicious meat, salads, and fruits. The staff were very friendly, encouraging us to have seconds and even taking photos for us, making it a really enjoyable tour. The group photo turned out great and will be a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

I would love to join again during low tide.

快晴の中サンドバーへ。この時期は水位が腰位まであり、テレビで見るような砂の上を歩くことはできませんでした。その分シュノーケルではカラフルな魚やウミガメと一緒に泳ぐことが出来、大いに盛り上がりました。
ランチはビュッフェでお肉やサラダ、フルーツなど思いの外美味しく、スタッフもお代わりを勧めてくれたり、写真を撮ってくれたりととてもフレンドリーで楽しいツアーでした。集合写真もとても良く撮れていて良い記念になります、有難うございました。
干潮の時にまた参加したいです。

It was a very enjoyable tour!

The sandbar was a bit different from what I imagined, with the water coming up to my waist, but it was incredibly beautiful and moving. The staff suggested practicing snorkeling, so I practiced diving with goggles. I had never swum in the ocean before and wasn't confident, so I was glad I practiced.

I was worried about snorkeling since I couldn't touch the bottom, but they provided life jackets and fins, so it was fine! I was thrilled to see colorful fish and coral reefs.

The day I participated was cloudy and sunny, so when I got out of the water, it was surprisingly cold on the boat, and it actually rained a bit, making me shiver for real. The air conditioning on the bus was also strong, so those who are sensitive to the cold should be careful!

The hamburger for lunch was delicious too! The staff were very kind and lively, making it a fun and safe experience. I'm really glad I participated! I would love to go again on a sunny day.

とても楽しいツアーでした！

サンドバーは想像していたのとちょっと違って腰のあたりまで水がきていましたが、とっても綺麗で感動しました。シュノーケリングの練習をしとくといいよ、とスタッフの方が言ってたのでゴーグルをつけてもぐる練習をしました。海で泳いだことがなくて自信がなかったので、練習しておいてよかったです。

シュノーケリングをする時は足もつかないので心配でしたが、ライフジャケットもフィンも貸してもらえるので大丈夫でした！カラフルな魚やサンゴ礁が見れて感激でした。


参加した日は曇ったり晴れたりだったので、海から上がると船の上は意外と寒く、途中ザッと雨も降って冗談ではなく本当に震えました。。バスの中も冷房がきいているので、冷え性の方は要注意です！

ランチのハンバーガーも美味しかったです！
スタッフの皆さんもとっても優しくノリノリで、楽しく安心に過ごせました。参加して本当によかったです！また晴れた日に行ってみたいです。

On October 7th, my wife and I participated during our honeymoon. The location is inside the Royal Hawaiian Center, right in the heart of Waikiki, which allowed us to enjoy it leisurely after shopping. After checking in, we entered through the VIP entrance and enjoyed a welcome drink and dinner! The food was very good, and there were Japanese staff members, which made us feel at ease! The show featured traditional Hawaiian hula dancing and even an appearance by MJ, which captivated the audience. It was a very exciting and enjoyable time! If I have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I would definitely like to participate!

10月7日、新婚旅行中に妻と参加させてもらいました。
場所はロイヤルハワイアンセンター内にあり、ワイキキの中心部ということで買い物終わりにゆっくりと楽しむことができました。
受付を済ませてVIP専用入口から入り、ウエルカムドリンク、夕食を楽しみました！味もとてもよかったうえ、日本人のスタッフもいますので、安心できました！！
ショーは、ハワイの伝統のフラダンスあり、ＭＪ？笑の登場もあり、観客を魅了するショーとなっており、とても盛り上がり、楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました！！
またハワイに行く機会があれば是非参加したいと思います！

Due to the unfortunate bad weather and temperature, we couldn't see the beautiful sandbar. There's nothing we can do about that. The staff's response was good, so I can recommend it. I was able to swim close to a large sea turtle while snorkeling.

あいにくの悪天候と気温のため、キレイなサンドバーは見れませんでした。
こればかりは、仕方がありません。
スタッフのかたの対応はよかったので、オススメはできます。
シュノーケルでは大きな海がめの近くで泳げました。

What a fabulous way to begin a vacation in Oahu! The Captain and Tour Director we’re knowledgeable, generous and entertaining. They made the first day of our vacation even more special than my husband and I imagined! Thank you!!

This tour was completely satisfying. The hotel pickup, guidance at the harbor, explanations on the boat, and guidance at the sandbar were all excellent, including the explanation about the filming locations of Jurassic World during our return! Everything was satisfying. The weather, with rain and sunshine, allowed us to see a beautiful rainbow clearly from start to finish!
The date of the visit was October 11, 2018.

このツアーは全てが満足でした。ホテルのピックアップ、ハーバーでの誘導、船上での説明、サンドバーでの誘導などなど、帰港中にジュラシックワールドのロケ地だった説明！全てが満足でした。天候も雨が降ったり晴れたりしたお陰でスタートからエンドまではっきり見える綺麗な虹を見ることができました！
現地月日は2018年10月11日です。
新婚さんの写真を撮ってあげたのですが、アドレスもわからないので送ってあげる事が出来なかったのでここに写真をアップします。

when we arrived there was a traditional Hawaiian dance to greet us. we then went into the venue for appetizers, which were well presented and very tasty. when we went into the main stage area we could not believe the position of our seat. right in front of the stage. the meal was exquisite and all 4 courses were cooked to perfection. when the show started the production was amazing. it was choreographed like a Broadway show. the Elvis impersonator sounded great and really looked the part. When he went through the crowd during "Suspicious Minds" he kept laughing between lyrics, just like Elvis did in his live performances. a simple touch but excellent attention to detail. We also had a Michael Jackson performer who was also very good and entertaining. His 'Moon Walk' routine was spot on.

Overall it was an exceptional evening out that beat all our expectations

Even the regular seating had great views so it doesn't matter which meal plan you book, just book it you will not be disappointed !!!

I participated with a team of five from work. On this day, the tide was low, and there were some sandbars exposed, but the sandbar where the tour landed was underwater. Although we couldn't relax under the parasol, the water level was just below our knees, so our guide and everyone else joined in and enjoyed playing beach volleyball like kids again. The BBQ burger for lunch was delicious, and we had fun snorkeling and watching sea turtles, so overall it was great. I think it's a good tour!

By the way, the boats are divided for Japanese and foreign participants, but we intentionally chose the foreigner boat to enjoy a more local experience. There was also a Japanese guide on the same boat, so I think it made the experience even better!

職場のチーム5人で参加しました。
この日は潮が引いていてサンドバーが出ているところもありましたが、ツアーが上陸するサンドバーは水の中(^^ゞ
パラソルの下でのんびりとはいかなかったけど、ひざ下の水位だったのでガイドさんや参加の皆さんで童心にかえってビーチバレーを楽しみました。
ランチのＢＢＱバーガーは美味しかったし、シュノーケルもウミガメウォッチングも楽しめてトータルは〇。良いツアーだと思います！

ちなみに船は日本人用と外国人用に分かれていますが、私達は敢えて外国人用の船に乗って、より現地感を楽しみました。日本人ガイドの方も同じ船にいるので、その方が楽しめると思います(^^)

This was my very first experience using Veltra, so I was a bit worried. However, I felt reassured knowing that several major Japanese travel agencies were shareholders.

I enjoyed playing volleyball on the sandbar and the light snacks/BBQ lunch were quite delicious.

　全く最初のベルトラさんの利用でしたので少し心配でした。日本の大手旅行代理店の数社が株主でしたので安心でした。
　
　サンドバー（砂洲）でバレーボールをしたり、軽食／BBQランチも結構美味しく食べられました。

Arriving 15 minutes early at the meeting place, I found many tour participants there. Just as I was feeling a bit lost, I heard the clear voice of Kerina, who was wearing a muumuu, and I was able to meet up without any issues. Kerina, reminiscent of Kiyomaro Ayakouji, was an excellent guide, and the bus was filled with laughter. We efficiently visited key points, and I was able to purchase valuable decorations with a warranty, quickly making our way to the Polynesian Cultural Center. I was thrilled to have Kerina as my guide for my first Japanese-language tour. The Polynesian Cultural Center was a place I wanted to visit again on my own due to time constraints. The lunch and dinner were neither particularly good nor bad, but I was moved by the university and palace we were shown before the show. Additionally, I was deeply impressed when I learned about the history of the facility from the volunteer students. I felt very satisfied knowing that what I paid would help the students achieve their goals as I left in the shuttle.

集合場所に15分前に着くと、多くのツアー参加者が居て、迷っていると直ぐにムームーを着たKERINAさんの澄んだ声が聞こえ無事ミート。綾小路きみまろを彷彿とさせるKERINAさんの名ガイドに車内は爆笑の渦に。要所を効率的に回り、貴重な装飾品も保証書付きで安心購入でき、あっという間にポリネシアン文化センターへ。初めての日本語ガイドツアーにKERINAさんが付いてくれて大感激でした。ポリネシアン文化センターは時間不足で今度は個人で来たい施設でした。ランチ、ディナーは可もなく不可もない食事でしたが、ショーの前に案内された大学と宮殿に感動。更にボランティアの学生さんに施設開設の歴史を聞いて大感動。ここで支払ったものが学生さんの目的達成に役立つなら大満足だったと送迎車で後にしました。

The location is the central spot in Waikiki, the Royal Hawaiian. When I arrived, there was a hotel staff strike demonstration nearby. I worried about how much inconvenience it would cause for the guests staying there, and feeling down due to the noise, I headed to the venue. When the time came, I was welcomed with fresh hula and Mai Tai drinks. My gloomy mood was instantly lifted, and my excitement for the event reached its peak. I was escorted to the VIP seats by the stage, enjoyed the main dish, and was fully satisfied as the showtime began. The motivation was at its highest during the hula and Elvis shows. Sweet memories of my adolescence resurfaced, and for some reason, tears started flowing uncontrollably! At the exit, I took commemorative photos with the hula girls and Elvis. It was a very satisfying show.

場所はワイキキの中心スポット、ロイヤルハワイアン。ヘーゴッパで向かったところ、周辺ではホテルスタッフのストライキデモ。宿泊のゲストにどれ程の迷惑何だろうか心配し、余りの喧騒に憂鬱になりながら会場へ。時間になると、生フラとマイタイのウエルカムドリンクがお出迎え。憂鬱な気分は即座に払拭され、イベントへの期待感は最高潮へ、ステージサイドのVIP席へエスコートされ、メインディッシュに舌鼓を打ち、腹は満腹で迎えたショータイム。フラやエルビスのショーにモチベーションは最高潮に。思春期の甘い思い出が蘇り、何故か大粒の涙が堰を切って大洪水に！　出口ではフラガールやエルビスと記念写真。大満足のショーでした。

Our time at the Polynesian Cultural Center center was truly amazing. We did splurge on the super ambassador ticket. Which was well worth every penny. We spent the day with Tyrone, he was the most intelligent, knowledgeable, kind and caring person. He made sure we understood everything we were watching or listening too. It started to rain and he ran and supplied us all with rain ponchos. Everyone who worked there were friendly, and knowledgeable about their land. We were there for 8 hours and we could have easily have spent several more hours.

The staff all seemed to get along well, and the atmosphere of the tour was very nice. It was a bit cloudy, which was disappointing, but I still had a great time. It got really cold along the way, and I lost the motivation to go into the sea, so I recommend going during a warmer time of year.

スタッフの皆さんが仲よさそうで、ツアーの雰囲気はとても良かったです。
少々曇りぎみだったのが残念でしたが、それでも楽しい時間を過ごせました。途中ですごく寒くなってしまい、海に入る気にならなくなってしまったので、海が暖かい時期に行くのをおすすめします。

Our two families (4 adults and 3 kids under 10) would definitely recommend Captain Bobs sandbar cruise and it was a highlight of our holiday.
The team looked after us the entire time, from pick up to drop off. The entertainment, the scenic journey, the sandbar, volleyball, the turtles, the snorkelling, the bbq - gosh it was all amazing.

My parents in their 60s wanted to join for the first time! There were two other groups of Japanese people as well. Once we headed out to sea, we raised the sail and picked up speed, and we got splashed by the waves a few times (when standing at the edge of the boat), but that was fun. Even if you can't speak English, you can manage just fine! The staff came over several times to check if we were enjoying ourselves and if everything was okay. My parents were the happiest, so we would like to participate again.

60代の両親が乗りたい！と初めて参加しました。ほかに二組日本人がいました。
沖に出ると帆をあげてグングンスピードをあげ波が何度かかかりました(ボートのへりに立っていると)がそれが楽しかったです。
英語が話せなくてもノリで乗り切れます！
スタッフの人も何度も楽しんでるか大丈夫か声をかけにきてくれました。
両親が一番喜んでいたのでまた参加したいと思います。

I never thought I would be able to see not only the sandbar but also sea turtles up so close! There were a few clouds on the day, but the sun came out quickly, and I was able to take some really beautiful photos! I also got my long-awaited two-shot with a sea turtle!

サンドバーだけでなくウミガメまであんな近くで見られると思いませんでした！当日は少し雲が多かったですがすぐに日差しもさしてとても綺麗な写真もとれました！念願のウミガメとの2ショットもとれました！

FUN-TASTIC DAY! We would do it again. My grandson wanted to stay longer. He also wanted to go again the next day.

The weather was nice, and I was very satisfied to see sea turtles! I would like to participate again! However, the snacks were really light, so I wished there was a bit more volume.

天候も良く、ウミガメも見ることができとても満足でした！また参加したいと思います！でも、軽食は本当に軽食だったのでもう少しボリュームが欲しかったと思います。

It wasn't a sunny day, and the water level was a bit high, but the staff were cheerful and very kind, which made it enjoyable. I was able to see a lot of fish while snorkeling! Meeting a sea turtle also made for a great memory.

この日は快晴ではなく、水位も少し高かったのですが、スタッフの方が明るくてとても優しくて、楽しかったです。シュノーケリングで魚もたくさんみれました！ウミガメにも会えて良い思い出になりました。

It can get chilly when the sun goes down, so you might need something to wear over.

It may depend on the season, but on the day we participated, the water was very cold and there was a bit of wind, so we couldn't go snorkeling. Even while playing at the sandbar, it was just too cold (laughs), and we quickly got back on the boat. Still, the magnificent view of Hawaii from the sandbar was really wonderful. As for lunch, don't have too high expectations (laughs).

時期にもよるのでしょうが、私たちが参加した日は水がとても冷たく、風も少しあったためシュノーケルはできませんでした。
サンドバーで遊んでいてもとにかく寒くて(笑)すぐにボートにあがってきました。
それでもサンドバーから眺める壮大なハワイの景色はとても素敵でした。
ランチはあまりご期待なさらぬように。(笑)
