Since it was a trip to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, we booked the Diamond Seat. The front row center seat was impressive. I'm glad we chose the Diamond option. The meal was a buffet, and while it wasn't exceptionally delicious, it was decent. There was also a separate dessert buffet with pineapple cake and fruits. Each person received three drink tickets, but we couldn't use them all. The performers engaged with the audience, calling out to people and dancing on stage, which made it lively and interactive. After leaving the venue, we were able to take photos with the performers (no tips required).

Negative points: The meeting location had changed. It would have been helpful to have directional signs along the way to reach the location. I felt anxious while searching around.

両親の結婚50周年祝いの旅行だったため、ダイヤモンドシートで予約。最前列中央席で迫力があった。ダイヤモンドにしてよかった。食事は、バイキングで特別美味しいという程ではないが、まあまあでした。デザートも別にバイキングあり、パイナップルケーキやフルーツ。ドリンクチケット1人3枚づつあったが、使い切れなかった。パフォーマーの方が、客席の人に声をかけ、ステージで踊ったりと参加型で盛り上がった。会場を出たところで、パフォーマーの方達と写真を撮ることができた(チップ不要)
マイナスポイント:集合場所が変更となっていた。また、場所までたどり着くための途中に案内表示などがあったらよかった。不安なまま探し回ってあせった。

I have been watching it every year since I saw it three years ago (^o^)
It's wonderful every time.
I especially love Michael Jackson's songs and dances ♪
Each time he was different, but the quality is high (^o^)

I made a reservation here because it was his birthday.

I called the day before to confirm the reservation, and even though I received a confirmation email, I was told, "???" and that they would call me back after checking. A few minutes later, I received a call from Veltra asking, "What’s the matter? You do have a reservation, but..." I felt a bit uneasy, but I communicated that it was a birthday celebration and that I hoped for a window seat for the day.

Excitedly, we were led to our table, only to find a pillar right next to us, blocking any view of the sunset. It was the worst seat imaginable.

I wanted to ask for a better seat, but since I didn't understand English well and didn't want to create a bad atmosphere, I endured it and the course started at a seat that barely had a view of the beach.

At the start of the meal, even though both salad and soup were supposed to be included in the course, I was asked to choose one, and without any explanation, both were served... it was a mystery.

They did bring out a mousse for his birthday celebration, but sitting right next to a pillar where we couldn't see the sunset and paying a total of $400 made it feel like the least they could do.

He told me, "It's not about the price; the thought is what makes me happy!!" I couldn't help but smile wryly. It's understandable that he felt that way since it didn't match the price, and I think he was trying to be considerate...

I will never go back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I don't understand why it has such high ratings.

彼の誕生日ということもあり、こちらを予約しました。

一応前日に電話で予約確認をすると、予約完了メールもきているにもかかわらず「？？？」と確認後再度掛け直しますと言われ、数分後ベルトラから、「どーしましたか？予約はされてますが、、、」と電話が、、、。
少し不信感がありつつも、誕生日であることと、窓側希望を伝え当日。


ワクワクしながら通された先は
真横に柱があり夕日なんて見えやしない
1番最悪の席でした。

もう少しいい席にとお願いしたかったのですが
英語もわからず雰囲気も悪くしたくなかったので我慢して
ただのちょろっとビーチの見える奥ばった席でコースがスタートしました。

料理開始時、コースに両方ついているはずなのになぜかサラダorスープで選ばされて、
何も言われず両方きました、、謎です。

誕生日のムースはお祝いでもってきていただけましたが、夕日も見えない柱の真横の席で合計400$も払っているので当たり前ですよね。

彼には、「値段じゃないよ、気持ちが十分嬉しい！！」なんて言われてしまいました、、苦笑
値段相応ではなさすぎるのでそう思うのも無理がないですし彼なりに気を使ってくれたのだと思います、、、


二度と行かないし、誰にもオススメしたくありません。
なぜこんなに評価が高いのかもわかりません。

I really felt like I was in Hawaii.
It's something you should definitely see at least once when you come to Hawaii.
Making a reservation was also very easy.

I booked this as a memory for our honeymoon. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The show was also very impressive, and I enjoyed it a lot. Since we were in the front row, I was very happy to shake hands with the stars and receive gifts. After the performance, there was a photo session with the cast, which became a wonderful memory.

新婚旅行の思い出として申し込みました。
料理もおいしく、サービスも充実してました。
ショーも見応えあるものでとても楽しめました。
最前列での鑑賞だったので、スターとの握手やプレゼントを頂きとても嬉しかったです。
終演後、出演者との撮影会もあり、良い思い出になりました。

My family had a great time. Thanks Riley and your team for an outstanding customer service, very well organized and awesome hospitality.

We participated as a family of three because we wanted to see the sandbar. Since two of us can't swim, we were looking for a tour that would be easy for non-swimmers to join, and we found this one.

The Angel Sea was very beautiful! Perhaps due to the timing, the sandbar wasn't visible, but the water's clarity was incredible! We learned how to use the snorkeling gear and had a fun experience in a safe area. We also got to see sea turtles from the boat and throw bread to the fish, which was a unique experience. The hamburger we had on the boat was delicious!

サンドバーが見たくて家族3人で参加しました。3人のうち2人が泳げないので、そういう人も気軽に参加できるツアーを探してたところこちらのツアーを見つけ、今回参加してみました。
天使の海はとても綺麗でした！時間帯のせいか中洲は現れてなかったのですが、海の透明度が半端なかったです！そこでシュノーケリングの使い方を習い、安全な場所で楽しく体験出来ました。また、船から海ガメを見ることができたり、魚にパンを投げたり今までにない体験が出来ました。船の中で食べたハンバーガーは美味しかった！

Carrying the kayak to the sea by myself was tough, but the ocean was so beautiful! With a guide, even beginners can feel at ease! I was happy to have my photos taken and received them right there!

The lunch included in the tour was delicious! It was from an old pizza shop, and I was surprised by the size! But it was so tasty that I could easily finish it. I want to come back just to eat this again!

I accidentally left something on the bus on the way back, and the next day it was delivered to my hotel, for which I was grateful!

I want to participate in the tour again!

カヤックを自分で海まで持ってくのが大変だったけど、海はとてもキレイでした！
ガイドさん付きで、初心者でも安心！
写真も撮ってもらえて、その場でもらえて嬉しかったです！

ツアーについてたランチがまた美味しかった！
老舗のピザ屋さんみたいて、サイズにはびっくり！！でもペロリと食べれちゃうくらい美味しかったです。これを食べにまた来たいくらい！

帰りにバスに忘れ物をしてしまい、次の日ホテルまで届けてもらえて、感謝でした！

またツアーに参加したいです！

Loved the volleyball game- perfect fun for my teenage boys! We saw lots of turtles and a Ray! Enjoyed the excursion!!! Thanks to you- a happy crew

I had seen the Friday fireworks from Waikiki Beach several times, but when I found "Sailing," I thought, this is it!! There were about 50 people on board, and only four of us were Japanese, but it was reassuring to have Japanese language support. I was impressed by the hospitality of Captain Matthew and the staff, including Masa. There were plenty of drinks and a buffet, which made me very satisfied. The pleasant sea breeze and the fireworks in the night sky of Waikiki created wonderful memories. I highly recommend it to everyone!

ワイキキビーチからの金曜日花火は、何度か観ていたのですが「セーリング」を見つけてこれだ！！と。
満席（約５０名）の中、日本人は４人でしたが日本語でも安心。マシュー船長はじめ、マサさん他スタッフのホスピタリティに感激。
飲み物、ビュッフェもたっぷりあって満足。心地よい潮風とワイキキの夜空の花火は、良い思い出になりました。みなさんも是非！

Everyone in my family really enjoyed the Polynesian culture center! The guide was amazing, Ian And everyone was so kind. They made a special effort to entertain my eight-year-old which was really nice.

Yuki, the Japanese staff member, accompanied us and provided various explanations. It was clear that the other staff members were also attentive to safety. The hamburgers we had for lunch were delicious. Since we went out on a sunny day, it seemed that members who used sun visors also got sunburned on their heads. Don't forget hats and sunscreen!

We had a valuable experience encountering sea turtles and swimming around the coral reefs while snorkeling. It's understandable that there are repeat visitors.

日本人スタッフユキさんが同乗、色々説明していただき、また他のスタッフも安全に配慮している様子がうかがえました。お昼のハンバーガーが美味しかったです。晴天日に出かけたので、サンバイザー使用のメンバーは頭も日焼けしたようです。帽子、日焼け止めなど忘れずに！
うみがめとの遭遇、シュノーケルでサンゴ礁の周りを泳いだり、と貴重な体験をしました。リピーターの方がいらっしゃるのも納得です

The sunset dinner was truly a great experience. Everything was very well organized. We were served champagne to begin with and helped ourselves to fresh cheese, crackers and fruit trays. And those were left out for everyone the entire trip, which is beneficial when you have kids who might not like the whole dinner but still want to eat something. The entire dinner was fresh and tasty, and plentiful. Beverages were refilled as necessary but there weren't a lot of soda options. The sunset was beautiful. You just have to keep watch for the ideal time to take pictures of your experience. The entertainment was great, with music and dancers. Great experience overall!!

It was a viewing experience combined with dining in the VIP seats. It was quite a show! You can enjoy it fully even from seats that are not in the VIP section, so I also recommend watching the show from the general seating. You can enjoy it from any chair.

VIP席での食事を兼ねた観覧でした。いや、なかなかのショーですよ！！
舞台前のVIP席でなくとも充分楽しめますので、観覧席からのショーだけの観覧もお薦めです。どの椅子からも楽しめます。

Meal was so wonderful! Even the veggie hamburger provided us was wonderful!
The dancers were so amazing! And entertaining! Entertained to well past docking!
If I had a suggestion it would be for the website to further explain, or make it easier to order the veggie burger.

Since this is my second time participating, I chose the buffet dinner option. The entertainment starts with the meal, as the servers are actually dancers who will perform in the show later. They kept the atmosphere lively while we waited for our food, and the hula dance performance was enjoyable.

As for the main show, it features not only hula and fire dancing but also impersonators of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, complete with must-have songs and the moonwalk. Both performers interact with the audience, going beyond just the VIP seats on the first floor to visit the second floor as well, showing great enthusiasm for customer service. After the show, you can take photos and shake hands with them.

Overall, I was very satisfied and highly recommend it.

今回2回目の参加なのでビュッフェディナー付きを選択。この食事からエンターテイメントは始まっていて、給仕されてる方がこの後のショーに出演するダンサーさんで食事が出るまでの時間を盛り上げたりフラダンスの披露等楽しかったです。
本番のショーですがフラダンスにファイアーダンスは元よりエルビスプレスリーやマイケルジャクソンのそっくりさんショーでも外せない曲やムーンウォークもしっかり押さえてます。
また二人とも歌いながら客席内に入って握手やプレゼントを配ったりしますがいわゆる1階のvip席だけでなく2階席にまで足を運んでくれる等サービス精神が旺盛で、ショー終了後には一緒に並んで写真撮影や握手も出来ます。
総じて満足度は高いのでお勧めです。

We have a lovely trip. The crew was awesome. They are fun, funny, helpful, attentive and full of aloha spirit.
The food...not gourmet but the adult beverages made up for it!

I went snorkeling for the first time. To be honest, I'm not a good swimmer and I was scared of not being able to touch the ground, but since I came all the way to Hawaii, I thought I should give it a try at least once. The ocean was so beautiful, and it was a lot of fun swimming while looking at the underwater scenery. I didn't see any dolphins on the first try, and on the second try, I was too tired and just watched from the boat.

For lunch, they give you a hamburger, and you can add tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, and mustard while sitting down, so you don't have to worry. The hamburgers and snacks were delicious, and the view was stunning—it was the best! Many people got seasick, so I strongly recommend taking motion sickness medication in advance if you're worried about that.

初めてシュノーケリングをしました。
実は泳ぐのが苦手で地に足が着かないのも怖くて嫌だったのですが、せっかくハワイに来たので1回くらい…と思って参加しました。
海がとても綺麗で、海の中を見ながら泳げてとても楽しかったです。
1回目ではイルカが見れず、2回目は体力がなくて船の上から見ました(^^;
お昼のハンバーガーは貰ってからトマトやレタス、ケチャップやマスタードをつけてくれるので座ってて大丈夫です。
ハンバーガーもスナックも美味しいし景色も綺麗で最高でした！
船酔いする方が多かったので、心配な方は事前に酔い止めを飲むのを強くオススメします。

The weather was great! The hamburgers were delicious! It's just a shame that I couldn't see many sea turtles.

The highlight is that they share the names of plants and interesting facts during the hike. If it weren't for the tour guide, I would just be walking without knowing anything (laughs). Since you're there, please enjoy the hike while asking various questions! The lunch bento is also healthy and delicious!

The Sandbar was breathtaking. We took so many beautiful pics to remember our tour. I would definitely go back with people that haven’t been there just to take more pics. You can play volleyball at the Sandbar and practice snorkeling before the deep sea snorkeling afterwards. Staff was the friendliest and made it a memorable experience. Go, you won’t regret going.

Beautiful and a lot of fun!! The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. I loved seeing the sea turtles and feeding the fish on the snorkeling part of the excursion. Sandbar volleyball was fun! I LOVED this excursion!!

This is my third time here. During the snorkeling and swimming around the coral reefs, I was able to see a sea turtle last time, but unfortunately, I couldn't see one this time. However, others said they swam with one. Last time, I brought an underwater camera and when a sea turtle appeared, I panicked and couldn't capture anything. (LOL) This time, I didn't see one.

The hamburger for lunch was delicious, especially while enjoying the view of the horizon and scenery. Yuki, who took care of us, was as lively as ever, which was great. I hope to see her again, but given my age, I might not be able to come back??

Hawaii really is a wonderful place. (It would be even better if the cost of living were lower.)

今回で、３回目になりました。シュノーケル・サンゴ礁周囲遊泳は、前回はウミガメを見れましたが、今回は残念ながら、見ることはできませんでした。でもほかの人は、一緒に泳いだって言ってました。前回に、水中可能カメラを持って潜り、ウミガメが出てきて、焦って取ったので、何も撮れなかったです。（爆）今回は、見れなかった。
ランチのハンバーグも、周りの水平線や景色を見ながら、食べるのも、おいしいです。日本人相手に担当していただいた、ユキさんも、相変わらず元気で、何よりでした。またお会いできるといいのですが、何せ、年が年なんで、いけないかも？？
やっぱりハワイは、よいところですね。（物価が安ければ、なおさら良いですけど）

I was a bit anxious about participating alone since most people were in pairs, but the crew members were all really nice, and I'm glad I joined. I got to see dolphins and swimming honu (turtles), which really boosted my excitement! I also challenged myself to try stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). It was quite difficult, but I managed to stand up and paddle (^ -^)v.

The cheeseburger on the boat was delicious, and I was really happy to see hula up close (since I’m learning hula). I was on cloud nine (laughs). I want to participate again! (*^o^*)

大体が2人での参加の中、1人参加で不安でしたが、クルーの皆さんがホンマに良い人ばかりで、参加して良かったです。イルカも泳いでるホヌ(亀)も見れてテンションup⤴︎そして、体験してみたかったSUPにも挑戦。結構難しかったですが、何とか立てて漕げました(^-^)v
船上でのチーズバーガーも美味しかったですが、間近でフラを見れて(フラを習ってるので)嬉しかったです。テンションmaxでした(笑)。また参加したいなぁ(*^o^*)

You can start hula dancing and enjoy dances from Polynesia and other regions. Randomly selected participants can challenge themselves on stage with conch shell blowing and dancing. The finale was an impressive fire dance. The MC's lively talk and jokes had everyone laughing, but it was a shame that I couldn't quite understand the English.

フラダンスを始め、ポリネシアなどの舞踊が楽しめます。
参加者からランダムで選ばれた人はステージで、ホラ貝吹きやダンスに挑戦できます。
最後は迫力満点のファイヤーダンスで締めでした。
MCの方の軽快なトークとジョーク的ななにかで周りが笑っていたのですが、
英語が今ひとつわからなかったのが残念でした。

The ranch is wonderful, and the tour content was quite good, but above all, each person working there was incredibly warm and welcoming!! After this tour, you'll definitely crave garlic shrimp! And you'll want to borrow a lot of DVDs! Haha, I want to go back when my child is born and grows up!

牧場も素敵で、ツアーの内容もかなり良かったですがなにより働いてる方1人1人がすごく温かく対応してくれます！！このツアーの後はガーリックシュリンプが食べたくなりますよ！そしてたくさんDVD借りたくなります！笑 子供が産まれて大きくなったらまた行きたいです！

A convenient location for transportation. It's about 100 meters north of Halekulani, at the corner of Beach Walk, and might be a bit inconspicuous. The flavors seem to cater to Japanese tastes. Since the chef is Japanese, I think it's at the highest level in Waikiki. The appetizer, soup, main meat dish, and finally the coffee and dessert were all delicious. However, my wife couldn't drink the coffee, and there was no tea available, so we ended up sharing two cups. Later, I had the mentaiko spaghetti, which was also delicious.

交通の便利な場所。ハレクラニHから１００ｍほど北、ビーチウォークの角にありやや目立たないかな。味は日本人向きでしょうか。シェフが日本人とのことでワイキキでは最高レベルと思います。前菜　スープ　メインの肉料理、最後はコーヒーとデザートすべて美味しかった。ただ妻がコーヒーがダメであったが紅茶はなく、2人分飲むことになった。
後日明太子スパゲッティをいただいたがこれも美味でした。

I was impressed by the wonderfully beautiful sandbar.
During snorkeling, I was able to see many beautiful fish and it was fun to feed them.
The hamburger for lunch was also very delicious, making it a highly satisfying tour.

シュノーケリングでは、きれいな魚を沢山見ることができ、餌付けもできて楽しかったです。
昼食のハンバーガーも大変おいしく、満足度の高い良いツアーでした。

I had a wonderful time from start to finish. The performance and Hawaiian music were absolutely fantastic, and the female duet performing Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley was very exciting. The dancers' movements were sophisticated, and I was so captivated by the final fire dancer that I forgot to breathe.

Lastly, I want to express my gratitude not only to the dancers and singers but also to the table service staff. Thank you for the excellent hospitality; it was thanks to you that I was able to enjoy this memorable time in Hawaii. Mahalo.

最初から最後まで、素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。演奏・ハワイアンミュージックは最高に良かったし、女性のデュエット・マイケル・ジャクソン・エルビスプレスリーを演じた方は、とてもエキサイティングでした。
ダンサーたちの動きは洗練されていて、最後のファイヤーダンスのダンサーは息をするのも忘れるくらい見入ってしまいました。
最後に感謝を伝えたいのは、ダンサーや歌手の皆さんだけではなく、テーブルサービスされているスタッフの方たちもです。最高のもてなしをしていただき、このハワイの思い出深い時間を過ごせたのもあなたたちのおかげです。『Mahalo』
