I found information that the tide would be at 0.5 feet around the time of arrival, but in reality, the water level was quite high, making it difficult with children. The weather was nice, and we were able to see a lot of turtles. While playing at the sandbar, a turtle swam by just about a meter away from us, which was really lucky. Since we had a 5-year-old with us, we didn't go snorkeling and instead played in the shallow water. I carefully checked the times for high and low tides before participating (laughs). Since the tide goes out only a few times a year, I recommend joining during the times when the water level is as low as possible♡

It was a day with both sunshine and clouds, but when the sun shone, the sea sparkled beautifully!! It was so much fun to ride the boat and swim freely!

The buffet on the boat was beautifully arranged and tasted much better than I expected, so I had a lot☆

Also, when you get on the boat, your body can get cold, and it feels chilly when the wind blows, so I recommend bringing a hoodie and a bath towel if you're sensitive to the cold♡

I knew there would be a Japanese guide, but I was surprised at how fluent they were! The wristband that applies pressure to the motion sickness point (sold separately for $20) is safe for pregnant women and children since it doesn't use any medication, which was very reassuring! Unfortunately, the weather was rainy, but once we got into the water, it didn't matter, and we had a great time!

We were able to see sea turtles up close, and we also spotted beautiful colorful fish near the coral. The food we had on the water was very delicious!

Above all, the guide and staff were very cheerful, which allowed us to enjoy the Hawaiian atmosphere!

I referred to the experiences of others and participated in the Captain Bruce's Heaven on Earth Sandbar activity for the first time. I researched the times when the sandbar would be at low tide on the web six months in advance and made my reservation accordingly. Thanks to that, when we arrived at the sandbar at 10 AM, the tide was about 15 centimeters. The rest depends on the weather; while it might be a bit of an exaggeration to say it can be heaven or hell, you can get a rough idea of the weather from the long-term forecast a week prior. However, if you wait until the last minute, there’s a possibility it could be fully booked. The staff were very kind and it was a great experience. I would like to go again, this time with my grandchildren.

It was a beautifully sunny day, and the sea was incredibly clear—perfect for snorkeling! A great day for a tour!!!

We excitedly set off on the boat with the cheerful crew and the cool female captain!

I made sure to check the low tide times, so we were able to enjoy the shallow waters perfectly.

Around the shallow area, there was a sudden drop-off, and we all put on our life jackets and snorkeling masks to head out to the drop-off. Beyond the drop-off, the sea was really deep. But with life jackets on and the crew always keeping an eye on us, I felt safe.

Actually, when I went to the Maldives for my honeymoon, I was scared of the drop-off and regretted not going further. But here, I was able to get my revenge!!

Under the sea, it was a world of colorful fish!!!! In the clear, beautiful water with vibrant fish, it truly felt like paradise.

We went on the morning tour, but we could only enjoy breakfast (a light snack) around lunchtime (laughs).

The participation fee is a bit pricey, but both my child and I were very satisfied. The crew was incredibly cheerful and attentive, and they were kind to my child as well. My older child tends to get motion sickness, but they were fine!

I'm glad I participated.

しっかり干潮の時間も調べて行ったので、ばっちり浅瀬が楽しめました。

浅瀬の周りは突然深くなるドロップオフがあり、ライフジャケットとシュノーケリングマスクを
つけてドロップオフの先へみんなで行きます。
ドロップオフの先は本当に深い海。でもライフジャケットもあるし、クルーの皆さんが常に以上がないか気を配ってくれているので安心です。

実は新婚旅行でモルディブへ行った時、ドロップオフの先が怖くて底から先へ進めずに
帰国してきたことを若干後悔していたのですが、ここでリベンジを果たすことができました！！

海の中はまあ～～～色とりどりの魚の世界！！！！
透き通ったきれいな海に鮮やかな魚、まさに天国の海です。

午前出発の部で行きましたが、朝食（軽食）が楽しめるのはほぼお昼の時間です（笑）

参加費が少し値が張りますが、私も子供もとても大満足でした。
クルーの皆さんもとにかく明るくてとっても気が利くし、子供にも親切にしていただけました。
上の子が乗り物酔いしやすいのですが、大丈夫でした！

You are super close to the fishes under the water and you can see a lot of variety of them and I even saw 4 turtles from a close distance.
The staff are very friendly and gives you good guidance on every step of the activity.
The only drawback is the time underwater was only 15 minutes and when you are which flew by very quickly.

Note: You don't need to know how to swim to do this activity.

I traveled to Hawaii with my aunty and this was on top of our to do list and it didnt dissapoint! We had a fantastic time and said when we go back we would definitely do it again! Beautiful ocean and lovely staff, we saw fish and turtles in their natural habitat....it was so serene thankyou to the friendly staff that ensures our safety and made sure we had a fantastic experience.
