The sea is beautiful! During snorkeling, the guide constantly informed us about the locations of sea turtles, allowing us to see them clearly, which was moving! They also introduced activities like stand-up paddleboarding, making it accessible even for beginners! I had a great time and would love to participate again!

I really got to see sea turtles in Hawaii! The staff were very friendly and provided guidance in Japanese with great care!

This was my second time participating. I felt reassured because there were staff members who could communicate in Japanese. I was worried about food and hydration since lunch wasn't provided, but there were light snacks like sweets and warm cocoa available, so I didn't feel particularly hungry even though it took until the afternoon.

There were many free rental options available, and even with the tide coming in, I was able to have a lot of fun with the inflatable rings and kayaks. For snorkeling, there is a rental set available. If you're concerned about hygiene, I think it's a good idea to bring your own gear.

Even for those who are not confident swimmers, the staff had inflatable rings that you could hold onto while swimming, so I think you can participate with peace of mind.

It can be cold on the water and on the bus ride back, so I recommend definitely bringing a long-sleeved rash guard and a change of clothes. Also, if you have an underwater camera, you can capture memories of turtles while snorkeling, so bringing one would be great for preserving your travel memories.

I had an absolutely amazing time. I'm very satisfied!!

日本語対応のスタッフさんもいたため安心して参加することが出来ました。
昼食等は着いてなかったので、水分や食事が心配でしたが、お菓子などの軽食や暖かいココア等が準備されていたため、昼過ぎまでかかりますが特に空腹等は気にならなかったです。
無料で借りれるオプションがたくさんあったたも、潮が満ちていても浮き輪やカヤック等でたくさん遊べました。
シュノーケルでは、貸出のセットがあります。感染面が気になる方は各自用意するといいと思います。
泳ぎが苦手な方でもスタッフさんが浮き輪をもっていてそれに掴む方で泳ぐことも出来るので安心して参加できると思いました。

海の上や帰りのバスは寒いので長袖のラッシュガードや着替えは必ず持っていった方がいいと思います。また、水中カメラ等あるとシュノーケルの際に亀などもとれるためある方はもってくると旅の思い出を写真に残すことができると思います。
最高に楽しかったです。大満足です！！

The week before was said to be cold, but the day I participated had great weather, perfect for activities! The emerald green clarity of the sea was incredible, and depending on the day, the tide was different, so the sandbar was not knee-deep but waist-deep. However, the calm sea allowed for marine activities, and during snorkeling, I was lucky enough to see many fish and a sea turtle near the coral reef, which was amazing. The participants were from various countries, and although the explanations were in English, Jamie, a half-Japanese sister, was fluent in Japanese and helped by providing explanations in Japanese. The half-day tour was so much fun and went by in a flash! I definitely want to participate in this tour again! There were free snacks provided, including drinks, snacks, and fruit. The hotel pick-up was also on time.

前の週は寒かったそうですが、自分の参加したい日は天候が良くて、絶好のアクティビティ日和でした！海のエメラルドグリーンの透明度が半端なくて、その日によって潮の満ち潮が違うので、サンドバーはひざ丈ではなく、腰の高さはありました。でも静かな海と、マリンアクティビティができて、シュノーケリングでは、珊瑚礁近くに沢山の魚と、海ガメをラッキーにもみることが出来て、最高でした。参加者は色んな国の人達で、英語の説明ですが、ハーフのお姉さんジェイミーが、日本語がペラペラなので、説明も日本語でしてくれて助かりました。とても楽しく半日のツアーがあっという間でした！また是非参加してみたいツアーです！！軽食が無料で付いていてドリンクと、スナックと果物と食べられました。ホテル送迎も時間通りでした。

I participated in a tour with Captain Bruce. Half of the participants were Japanese, and there were both a Japanese guide and an English guide, providing thorough explanations without any difficulties. Although it was low tide and the water level was about waist-deep, unfortunately, we couldn't see the beach. However, the weather was nice, and during the final snorkeling session, we encountered a honu! It was a very satisfying tour.

半分は日本の方々で、日本語ガイドさんと英語のガイドさんがおり特に不自由なく、丁寧な説明がありました。
干潮の時間帯ではありましたが、腰くらいの水位で残念ながら砂浜は見れませんでしたが、天気も良く、最後のシュノーケリングではホヌと遭遇!
とても満足できるツアーでした。

It became a great memory! However, the sandbar was mostly underwater, so that was a bit disappointing since it was just nature.

A fabulous experience from beginning to end! Our Captain Crystal was knowledgeable, fun, professional and made the excursion one of our biggest highlights of our vacation! Thank you Crystal!!!

It was a full moon and low tide, which should have been about 1 ft, but when I got there, the water level was up to an adult's waist. It turns out that achieving a perfect low tide with white sand is quite miraculous.

The ocean in Hawaii in November was colder than I expected, and Japanese tourists quickly got back on the boat. It seemed like Westerners stayed in the water a bit longer since they tend to have lower body temperatures.

When we arrived, it was gloomy due to the rain, but about 20 minutes after reaching the heavenly sea, the sun came out. You really can't know what Hawaii's ocean is like until you experience it.

There is a staff member who speaks Japanese, so it's okay if you don't understand English. As others have mentioned, on the way back, they stop by the famous malasada food truck "Leonard's." While there's a long line at the store on the Waikiki side, you don't have to wait here, which is great!

満月で干潮、１ｆｔのはずだったけれど、現地に行ってみたら大人の腰の高さの水位。
やはり、白砂の上がる完璧な干潮は、かなり奇跡に近いことが分かる。
11月のハワイの海は思ったより寒く、日本人観光客は早々にボートに上がってきました。欧米人は体温が低いので、わりと長く海に入っていたように思います。
現地に着いた時は、雨でどよーんとしていたが、天国の海に着いて20分程したら晴れ間が。ハワイの海は行ってみたいと分からないものです。
クルースタッフには、日本語を話すお姉さんがいるので、英語が分からなくても大丈夫。他の人も書いていましたが、帰りにマラサダの名店「レナーズ」のフードトラックに寄ってくれます。ワイキキ側の店舗では買うのに行列ですが、ここは並ばなくて良いので◎。

We saw dolphins and whales. The crew was fun and easygoing.

I was waiting near the lobby of the designated hotel for the morning gathering, but it seems I was at the wrong location (it was actually next to the lobby, in the parking space on Kaiulani Avenue), so I kept everyone waiting a bit.

On the way to Sandbar, the driver introduced various shops visible from the car window. It seems that malasadas were recommended, and we were able to stop by Leonard's food truck on the way back to purchase some.

Upon arrival, a representative from Captain Bruce's provided a thorough explanation, and there was someone who spoke Japanese as well.

We moved to the boat, and while we were required to take off our shoes, we were allowed to keep our reef shoes on.

The boat had snacks, juice, and warm drinks available, and everyone was free to eat and drink as they pleased.

Everyone started snorkeling at the same time. Since there were many people, those at the front were kicked or bumped into. There is a designated swimming area, but I recommend keeping a good distance from others within that area. The sea was very beautiful, and I was able to see sea turtles several times!

After swimming for a while, I accidentally swallowed a lot of seawater and started to feel a bit unwell. A woman from Captain Bruce's came over to check on me, and I was able to rest on a float, which was a great help. When we returned to the boat, it was really cold. I think it would be good to have a jacket that can get wet and a few larger towels. There are warm drinks available, but you'll want to go to the restroom... By the way, there is one shared restroom on the boat. I didn't use it myself (laughs).

After that, I lightly experienced stand-up paddleboarding, but towards the end, it was so cold that I was huddled on the boat (laughs).

The sea was very beautiful, and snorkeling was fun. The only disappointment was that we couldn't walk on the beach due to high tide.

朝集合の際、指定ホテルのロビー近くで待っていましたが、場所が違ったようで(実際はロビー横、カイウラニアベニューの駐車スペース)少し待たせてしまいました。
サンドバーへ向かう途中、運転手の方が車窓から見える色んなお店を紹介してくれました。マラサダがオススメのようで帰りにレナーズのワゴン車(キッチンカー？)に寄ってくれて購入できました。

到着するとキャプテンブルースの方が一通りの説明をしてくれて、日本語を話せる方もいました。
船に移動し、靴は脱ぐことになっていましたがリーフシューズは履いたままでOKでした。

船にはお菓子やジュース、温かい飲み物が置いてあり、みんな自由に食べたり飲んだりしていました。

シュノーケルから全員スタート。
一斉にスタートしたので人数が多く、始めの方は前の人に蹴られたりひました。泳げるエリアが決まっていますが、その中でもうまく距離を取ることをおすすめします。笑
海がとても綺麗で何度かウミガメを見ることもできました！
しばらく泳いだ後、たくさん海水を飲んでしまい少し気分が悪くなってしまったときに、キャプテンブルースの女性が声をかけてくれ、浮き輪に乗せてもらい休憩することごでき助かりました。
その後船に戻るととにかく寒かったです。持ち物にある濡れてもいい上着、あと大き目のタオルは何枚かあると良いと思いました。温かい飲み物もありますがトイレに行きたくなってしまうので…。
ちなみに船には共有トイレが1つあります。自分は使用しませんでした(笑

その後軽くサップも体験しましたが、最後の方は寒くてずっと船でうずくまっていました(笑)

海はとても綺麗でした。シュノーケルも楽しかったです。
残念だったのは満潮で砂浜を歩けなかったことくらいです。

This was such a fun snorkeling tour!! Food was delicious and the entertainment was on point. Natalie treated our family so well. Will definitely re book the next time we make another trip to Honolulu.

The staff was humorous and made the trip enjoyable. During snorkeling, they let us know when there were turtles, and we encountered several! During the free time afterward, we were able to rent boards and floats, allowing everyone to freely enjoy the beautiful sea!

The sandbar didn't appear due to the tide, but I had a great time playing in the sea with paddleboarding in the shallow waters. During snorkeling, I saw various fish around the coral reefs and even encountered a sea turtle. The water clarity was disappointing, but that might have been due to the weather, which was rainy and then clear. The staff were all very friendly, and there were staff members who spoke Japanese, which was really helpful as they kindly explained things in Japanese after the English instructions. Anyway, I was really happy to enjoy the sea activities even at this age.

潮の加減でサンドバーは現れなかったけど、浅瀬でのパドルボードを使っての海遊びなど、すごく楽しめました。
シュノーケリングでは、サンゴ礁の周りでは色々な魚たちが見えたし、海ガメにも会えました。
海の透明度は期待外れでしたが…。雨が降ったりやんだりの天候だったせいかも…。
スタッフは皆さんとてもフレンドリーでしたし、日本語の話せるスタッフもいて、英語での説明をもう一度日本語で丁寧に説明してくれてとても助かりました。
とにかく、この年になっても海遊びが楽しめたこと、嬉しかったです。

I had made a reservation for another day, but after checking the weather forecast and seeing it was going to rain, I contacted them to switch to a morning tour that was available online, and they responded immediately. The day we went wasn't sunny either, so I think it would be perfect if the weather is nice. However, I was satisfied because I was able to enjoy stand-up paddleboarding and even saw sea turtles while snorkeling.

別日で予約をしていましたが天気予報を確認後、雨だったので急遽その日の午前中のツアーがネット空いていたので連絡したら直ぐに対応して頂きました。
行った日も晴天では無かったのでお天気が良いと最高だと思います。
しかし…supも楽しめてシュノーケリングでウミガメにも会えたので満足出来ました。

It was a great beginner class, got to see lots of fish, and a star fish. Great first time experience.

It was an amazing experience! The clarity of the ocean was wonderful, and the snorkeling was the best. I can't swim, but the captain kindly taught me how to wear a life jacket and put on the mask and snorkel. I held onto the rescue tube, and the captain pulled me along. Plus, while feeding the fish, many of them swam alongside us. I even encountered sea turtles and seals! I felt like Ariel!

You can also rent a SUP. There were floaties available for kids. There was someone on the crew who spoke Japanese, and they provided transportation to and from the hotel, so I had no issues at all. I want to go again!

最高な体験でした！海の透明度も素晴らしく最高なシュノーケリングでした。私は泳げないのですがライフジャケットを着て、マスク・シュノーケルを付けて、、と、キャプテンが丁寧に教えてくれました。レスキューチューブに捕まり、それをキャプテンが引っ張ってくれて、、おまけに餌を撒きながら泳ぐのでたくさんの魚たちが一緒に泳いでくれます。ウミガメにもアザラシにも会いました‼︎アリエルになった気分でした‼︎
SUPも借りれます。子供用に浮き輪もありました。クルーに日本語ができる方がいたり、ホテルまで送迎があったりと困ることがありませんでした。また行きたいです‼︎

The captain kindly spoke slowly, even though the guests did not understand each other's languages. Since it was a private boat, we were able to spend a fulfilling time together, ultimately becoming closer.

キャプテン、ゲストお互いの言語が分からなくても親切にゆっくりとお話ししてくださりました。
プライベートボートということもあり最終的には距離も近くなれたほど充実した時間を過ごせました。

We participated as a family, and we were the only Japanese people there. When I conveyed that I wasn't very good at English in broken phrases, the captain said, "No problem." Anyway, all four crew members worked hard, were attentive to the guests, and were very friendly, which felt great. The sky, which was cloudy in the morning, cleared up, and we were able to see dolphins, sea turtles, and a family of sea lions.

For snorkeling, they provided life jackets, so I felt safe and enjoyed it. However, after swimming, it gets very cold when the sea breeze hits you, so I think it's better to bring a towel (and a jacket) with you.

It became a wonderful memory.

家族で参加しましたが、日本人は私達だけ。あんまり英語が得意じゃないと、カタコトで伝えると、船長さんは、ノープロブレムと言ってくれました。とにかく4人のクルーがみんなよく働くし、お客さんのことも気にかけてくれて愛想がよく、気持ちがよかったです。朝は曇っていた空も晴れてきて、イルカやウミガメ、オットセイの親子も見られました。
シュノーケリングも、ライフジャケットを貸してくれるので安心して楽しめました。ただ泳いだあとは、海風に当たるととても寒いので、しっかりタオルを(上着も)持っていったほうがいいと思います。

This is one of the most memorable experiences that we've during our recent trip! The staff as so accommodating from the very beginning of our cruise to the end. We were in such a beautiful location to relax and just have fun and really appreciate Hawaii. There were many snacks, water and other drinks that came with our package. Another great thing is that we could bring our own alcoholic beverages. We saw at least 3 turtles and other beautiful fishes in the ocean. The lift vests were comfortable and we were guided by the staff while swimming out during snorkeling. We would do this again!

This was a wonderful trip. The crew was phenomenal. They were very attentive to the passengers and were extremely knowledgeable about the area and the marine life present. In addition to the turtles promised, we even spotted the first whales of the season (quite early, in fact) and had dolphins come right up to use within the reef, also a rare happening. One of the nicest things about this group is that, even though their vessel can hold up to 80 passengers, they keep the number of people in the group small in order to make it a much more enjoyable and interactive experience. I would highly recommend this group for their professionalism and attention to detail. If I had more time on my trip, I believe I would have taken this trip again or one of their other offerings. It is WELL WORTH the low price, and I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a truly magical snorkeling adventure.

I used a plan that included transportation from the hotel in Waikiki to the site. The bus driver was kind and introduced us to good shops for souvenirs and delicious local restaurants along the way. The explanations were in English, but he mixed in a little Japanese, so I could somewhat understand the content.

During snorkeling, I was able to see swimming sea turtles multiple times, and they were very cute. I also saw many colorful fish.

I could use the SUP for free, and I was able to stand on the board and paddle. On the boat, soft drinks and snacks are provided for free, so I never had to worry about being thirsty.

バスのドライバーは親切で、道中、土産を購入するのにお得な店や現地の美味しいレストランの紹介をしてくれました。英語での説明ですが、少しだけ日本語を混ぜて説明してくれるので、何となく内容は伝わりました。
シュノーケルでは、泳いでいるウミガメを何度も見ることができ、とてもかわいかった。色鮮やかな魚もたくさん見ることができました。
ＳＵＰを無料で使用することができて、ボードの上に立ってこげるようになりました。
船内では、ソフトドリンクとお菓子が無料で提供されますので、喉が渇いて困るということはありません。

Fabulous scenery, excellent staff. We went Friday morning 10/28. We played with paddleboards, and floating on the sandbar. The crew than walked us out to coral water with Google, and lifevests for safety. We saw many beautiful fish and found about 3-12"turtles mostly resting in the coral reefs. It was excellent time. Highly recommend.

The Captin Bruce Cruise and swimming experience was amazing. All of the boat crew members had great attitudes and made this a very memorable day. The crew was always right there to help all family's feel very important and helped in make a everlasting memory for all ages.

This was my family's first trip out on the Ocean. The crew helped us find the best places to see all underwater sea life fish and coral. We got to get right up to all the Turtles as they were resting in there natural environment or help us all swimming around to make these memories of a life time. I would love to be able to come back so I can make reservations with this same group.

Captain gave my son a memorable experience as he got to sit behind the wheel. We felt safe the entire time and appreciate the great conversation with staff!

I participated with my 6-year-old child. We were able to see sea turtles and fully enjoyed snorkeling. The staff were kind to my child, and even though it was our first time in Hawaii as a parent and child, we had a great time.

6歳の子と2人で参加しました。ウミガメも見れたし、シュノーケルも満喫できました。スタッフの方も子供に親切で、親子2人で初めてのハワイでしたが楽しめました。

My two friends and I had an amazing time. The crew was amazing, friendly, informative, interactive, talked a lot with the participants, very engaging and informative about the wildlife. We’ll do it again for sure! Time flew, it was over before we knew it! ... snorkeling was great, paddle boarding exceptional, and just relaxing on the giant blue floating mat was the best! Will definitely do again!
