My wife and I, along with our daughter and her husband, participated with our three grandchildren. The grandchildren had a great time, and we were very satisfied! The captain and crew were very friendly and made the experience enjoyable.

Was a nice and fun experience never. Weather was really nice in the afternoon. There so much to do and see not enough time for everything lol . We also had a really good tour guid his name was Sam .

I wanted to see a Hawaiian dinner show for at least one night, so I made a reservation. Since I was staying at the Sheraton Waikiki, this dinner show on the 4th floor of the Royal Hawaiian Center was conveniently close. The hula dancers were cute and very soothing⭐︎ The dinner buffet felt a bit short, especially by the time we got to dessert, since we went to the neighboring Rock Theater afterward. The show was also quite long, and it seemed like my mother, who is in her 70s, enjoyed it as well.

一晩くらいはハワイアンディナーショーを観たくて予約。宿泊がシェラトンワイキキだったので、ロイヤルハワイアンセンターの４階で過ごせるこちらのディナーショーは近くて良かった。フラのお姉さんが可愛くて癒されました⭐︎ディナービュッフェはデザートまでいくと以外と時間が短かったかな？食べてからとなりのロックシアターに行くので。ショーも長めで一緒に行った70代の母も楽しめたようです。

We participated with seven people: my elderly parents, our children, and my spouse. My mother, who walks with a cane, was very happy. The kids (17, 14, and 10 years old) were taken to the netting of the catamaran, where they splashed around and had a great time. This became the best memory of our trip to Hawaii! The cocktails were delicious too!

高齢の両親、子ども達と夫婦の7人で参加しました。杖をついて歩く母もとても喜んでくれました。子ども達（17歳、14歳、10歳）も、カタマランの網の所？まで連れて行ってもらい、波しぶきを浴びてはしゃいでいました。今回のハワイ旅行で、1番の思い出になりました！カクテルも美味しかった〜！

The Pearl Harbor Tour was everything I hoped it would be. Patrick was our very helpful and courteous bus driver and guide, and he was an excellent stand-in for Bob Hope who couldn’t be there. Patrick regaled us with jokes and historical anecdotes about Honolulu and Pearl Harbor. Though his Elvis Presley and Don Ho imitations need a little work, Patrick made the trip quite enjoyable. I did not previously know about Elvis Presley’s contribution to the Arizona Memorial, nor did I know that the Walmart in Oahu had to keep its Spam under lock and key because it is a highly pilfered item in Hawaii. Mahalo, Patrick.

I participated in late March. I considered booking the tickets myself, but I chose the tour to buy the peace of mind of having secured them in advance. It turned out to be a great decision! As mentioned in the tour description, we saved time by watching a video and receiving explanations from the guide on the bus. We wore paper bands on our right wrists to prove we were participants of Roberts, which we kept on until the return trip. Once we arrived, we skipped the explanation area for the general public and other tour participants and headed straight to the beach! I had imagined the shuttle bus would be a large van, but it was actually a big bus. We arrived right on time. There were some Japanese participants, but since it was organized by Roberts, there were many foreigners as well. The English was easy to understand, so there was no need to worry.

Although we only stayed from 8:00 to 12:00, it felt like no time at all. At first, I thought it might be long, but it felt like a lie! I laughed with the foreigners I traveled with about how quickly it went by! It was a spot that could move anyone, regardless of their nationality.

The total cost for the transportation and peace of mind was very reasonable, and I highly recommend it!

3月下旬に参加。
自分でチケット予約することも考えたが、先に確保できる安心感を買うつもりでツアーを
選択。結果大正解！ツアー説明にもある通り、行きのバスでガイドさんからの説明と動画視聴することで時間節約。説明確認済みの証明、Roberts参加者とわかるなように紙バンドを右手首に装着。帰りまでつけたまま。着いたら一般や他ツアー参加者が向かう説明場はスルーして即ビーチへ！シャトルバスも大型バンをイメージしていたが、大型バス。時間通りの到着。日本人もいたが、Roberts催行ということもあり外国の方が多数でした。英語もわかりやすいので心配不要です。
現地滞在8:00〜12:00だけどあっという間でした。最初は長いかな？と思っていたのが嘘みたい。行き帰り一緒だった外国の方と、あっという間だったね〜と笑い合うくらい！各国共通で感動できるスポットだなと実感。
送迎代、安心代トータルで高コスパでおすすめです！

The horses were well-trained, which made me feel very safe while riding. My family of four experienced this together, and it was interesting to see that the horses also have their own relationships; they seemed to have preferences, as some horses didn't get along well and couldn't maintain a good distance from each other.

Unfortunately, due to several days of heavy rain, we couldn't follow the usual course, and the actual time spent riding was less than an hour, which was disappointing.

よく調教されているお馬さん達で、とても安心して乗馬することができました。
家族4人で体験しましたが、それぞれの馬同士も相性があるらしく、嫌いな馬とは上手く距離がとれなかったりと、人間関係ならぬ馬関係も垣間見れ面白かったです。

何日かひどい雨が続いていたこともあり、通常のコースを歩くことができなかった為か、実際に馬に乗っていた時間は1時間にも満たなかったのが残念でした。

It was the best sunset cruise ever. It was my first time experiencing a sunset cruise. I had been interested in it for a while, but due to my schedule, I couldn't experience it until now, so I made it a top priority this time. I was worried about the weather after the Kona storm, but it turned out to be a beautiful, clear day. The service from the captain and crew was outstanding. The views from the boat were incredible, especially Diamond Head, which we saw from an angle that you can't see from land, making it very special. I was able to enjoy the sunset as it sank into the Hawaiian sea. Onboard, there was unlimited alcohol and soft drinks, and the Mai Tai was especially delicious. Dance music was playing, and everyone on board joined in dancing, making it an incredibly fun experience.

最高のサンセットクルーズでした。初めてサンセットクルーズ体験をしました。以前から気になっていたのですが、滞在スケジュールの予定でなかなか体験できなかたったですが、今回最優先として組み入れました。コナストーム後で天気が心配でしたが、快晴で最高の天気でした。船長、乗組員の皆さんのサービス精神がとても素晴らしいです。船上からの景色はどれも最高で、特にダイヤモンドヘッドは陸からでは観られない角度からだったので、とても貴重です。夕陽もハワイの海に沈む瞬間までじっくりと観ることができました。船上ではアルコール、ソフトドリンクが飲み放題で、特にマイタイは最高に美味しかったです。ダンスミュージックが鳴り響き乗客皆でダンスで盛り上がり最高に楽しかったです。

Had a great experience! Was able to contact the Vendor and reschedule time with no hassle. Option of dry or wet landing!
They take excellent pictures for an additional fee but they are worth buying!

Family members not flying, can purchase as an observer and follow along to watch.

Close to Waikiki, easy walk or commute to their location.

Sam was a great leader and the ranch was a great experience we will never forget !

Although the weather was unfortunately rainy at times, riding the e-bike through Kualoa was very pleasant, and I would love to participate again. Since the bike can splash mud, I recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting dirty for those who will be joining in the future. The mud isn't just from the ground; it also includes oil from the four-wheeler buggies, which didn't come off even after washing at home. Also, sandals and Crocs are not allowed, and I was advised to buy water walking shoes sold at the souvenir shop. At the beginning of the tour, there is an explanation of the e-bikes and a test ride. It's not difficult, so I think anyone who can ride a regular bike will be fine. There will be time to stop and take photos at movie filming locations and air raid shelters. The guide speaks only English, so if you understand English, it will be even more enjoyable.

時折小雨の降るあいにくのお天気でしたが　eバイクで駆けるクアロアは気持ちよくて
また参加したいです　自転車の泥がはねてズボンや背中が汚れますのでこれから参加される方は汚れてもいい服装をおすすめします　土の泥だけじゃなくて四輪バギーの油も含まれてるので帰宅後洗っても取れなかったです　あと、サンダルやクロックスはNGで土産物屋に水中ウォーキング用の靴が売ってるのでそれを購入するよう言われました　ツアーの始めにeバイクの説明やテスト走行があります　難しくはないので普通の自転車に乗れる人なら大丈夫だと思います　映画のロケ地や防空壕に立ち寄って写真を撮る時間をとってくれます　ガイドは英語のみです　英語がわかればさらに楽しいものになるでしょう

Seeing Diamond Head from the sky was amazing. The surprise when coming down was also fun. I had experienced parasailing in Okinawa, so I thought I wouldn't need motion sickness medication, but the waves in the open sea were intense, and I wished I had taken some.

空から見るダイヤモンドヘッドは最高でした。降りてくる時のサプライズも楽しかったです。
沖縄でもパラセーリングは体験していたので、酔い止めは不要だと思っていたのですが、外海での波のうねり凄くて酔い止め飲めば良かったなと思いました。

Since the designated seat was next to the stage, it felt like I was watching the performance from the side the entire time, and the lighting coming from the opposite wall was directly in my eyes. However, I was still able to enjoy the atmosphere of the venue.

If you have visited Oahu multiple times, it's worth seeing this as part of the current culture in Honolulu.

今回指定された席が、ステージ横だったので、演技を終始真横から見ている感じ、反対壁から放つ照明が目に直接はいる位置でした。ただ場の雰囲気は十分楽しめました。

オアフ島に何度も訪れているようなら、今のホノルルの文化として一度は見ておくと良いです。

I participated with my daughter, who is in middle school. My wife stayed on land because she gets motion sickness easily.

During takeoff and landing, there was hardly any acceleration or impact like you would experience on a regular passenger plane; it was a quiet takeoff and landing with almost no jolt. In the air, there was very little turbulence, making for a safe and secure flight.

We had already visited places like Diamond Head and Pearl Harbor beforehand, and it was great to see them from the sky as if confirming what we had seen. It was nice to see parts of the former volcanic crater that are too large to understand without viewing them from above.

Over Pearl Harbor, the shape of the sunken battleship was clearly visible, filling in the missing pieces of the puzzle from our land tour (with a different company). Honestly, just this experience made it worth participating.

妻は乗り物酔いしやすいので陸で待機。
離着陸は、通常の旅客機で体験するような加速度や衝撃は全くと言ってよいほど無く、静かに離陸、着陸もほとんど衝撃なし。
空でも大した揺れもなく、安心安全な航行でした。
事前に、ダイヤモンドヘッドやパールハーバーなどの見学を済ませており、それを空から答え合わせするように見ることができて良かった。
かつての火山の噴火口跡など、大きすぎて空から見ないとわからない部分を見ることができて良かった。
パールハーバー上空では、沈んでいる戦艦の形がくっきりと視認でき、陸での(別会社の別ツアーでの)見学時の欠けていたパズルのピースを埋めるようで、正直、これだけでも参加して良かったくらい。

I liked experiencing the culture of Hawaii. The dancers outfits were awesome! The food was different but very good at the same time. The workers were very friendly as well. My friend and I enjoyed ourselves very much.

This was my second time participating at my daughter's request. As always, it's a pleasure to ride slowly on horseback amidst the magnificent scenery. Some horses stop along the way, but generally, they walk on their own. Last time, we went all the way to the spot with Godzilla's footprints, but this time we turned back before reaching there. I'm not sure if last time was special or if the course has changed. However, I had another great time.

娘のリクエストで2回目の参加。
相変わらずの壮大な景色の中、馬に乗ってゆっくり進んでいくのは気持ちがいいです。
途中で止まっちゃう馬もいますが、基本的に馬が勝手に歩いていってくれます。
前回はゴジラの足跡がある所まで行ったんですが、今回はそこまで行かずにUターン。
前回が特別だったのか、コースが変わったのかは不明。
でもまた良い時間を過ごせました。

Captain Jenna, Kaiala and Dez were all awesome! Family friendly! Very accommodating to my kids! So nice, and friendly and the Drinks were wonderful! Great views of Diamond Head and Waikiki beach. I want to go again!!!!!! Really really great tour!

I was able to see the sunset over the ocean, and the cheerful atmosphere among everyone on the boat further lifted my spirits. I'm glad I participated.

The guide told us that if we couldn't see them, we could try again, so I was half-expecting it, but it turned out to be a wonderful experience. In the first half, they didn't show up much, but once we went out to sea, a mother and baby whale swam close to the boat the whole time, which was amazing! ♪

ガイドさんからは、見れなかったら再度チャレンジと言われ、期待半分でしたが、素晴らしい体験ができました。
前半は中々、姿を現してくれませんでしたが、沖に出てからは親子クジラがずっと船の近くを泳いでくれていて、最高でした♪

I read reviews saying that not many Japanese people participated, and indeed, we were the only Japanese there. It was all in English, but the staff were cheerful and occasionally chatted with us, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. We were able to see the vast ocean from the opposite side of Diamond Head and enjoyed watching sea turtles swim, which made for a really fun experience. The 1 hour and 30 minutes duration was just right, ending before we got bored.

日本人はあまり参加してないとの口コミでしたが、やはり日本人は私たちだけでした。英語のみでしたが、スタッフの人は陽気で時々話しかけてくれたりして雰囲気はとても良かったです。ダイヤモンドヘッドの反対側を大海原から見れたり、ウミガメが泳ぐ姿を見ることができてとても楽しく過ごすことができました。1時間30分との時間も飽きる前に終了するのでちょうど良かったです。

It was all in English, so I was really disappointed that I couldn't understand the staff's explanations. I was looking forward to the experience, but it felt a bit lacking.

全て英語だったので、スタッフの説明が全く分からなかったので残念。
折角の体験をタ楽しみにしていたのですが、少し物足りなかった。

It was a very enjoyable 90 minutes, filled with thrilling moments unique to the circus and scenes where the clowns interacted with the audience to make them laugh, all combined with a storyline.

サーカス特有のハラハラする場面とピエロ的にお客さんをいじって笑わせる場面もあって、ストーリー性も相まって、非常に楽しい90分間でした。

Parasailing was a lot of fun, and it was great that they let us drive the boat and fly as a family of four. However, I requested photos for $40, and in the end, the data transfer to my smartphone didn't go well, so I received an SD card instead. Unfortunately, the SD card has an error, and I can't check the data at the moment. It's really disappointing not to have any photos from such a fun experience. Since I was returning home the next morning, there was nothing more I could do, and I had to go back. I'm really sad about it...

パラセーリングはとても楽しくて、ボートを運転させてくれたり、４人家族で飛ばせてくれたりと最高だったのですが、、、
写真を40ドルでお願いし、最後スマホへデータ移行がうまくいかず、SDカードをもらいました。しかし、SDカードエラーになってしまい、今のところデータが確認できていません。とても楽しかった体験なだけに、写真が残らないのが残念でなりません。
翌日朝から帰国だったので、もうどうすることも出来ず帰国しました。
悲しいです。。

I was planning to drive using my husband's driver's license (the actual one), but I forgot it in the hotel safe...! Fortunately, I had a clear photo of the license, so when I consulted with the staff, they checked the image and allowed me to drive after I showed my passport and signed a waiver. I'm really glad I was able to drive! I had mistakenly switched to a digital license, so based on this lesson, I issued a physical card after returning home. Having the actual document is definitely stronger overseas.

夫の免許証（実物）で乗る予定でしたが、ホテルの金庫に忘れてしまいました…！
たまたま免許証を綺麗に撮った画像を持っていたので、スタッフに相談したところ、その画像を確認したのち、パスポートの提示と注意事項へのサインのようなもので許可がおりました。乗れて本当によかった！
自分はマイナ免許証にしてしまっていたので、この教訓を元に、帰国後にカードを発行しました。海外では実物が強いですね。

It was truly a wonderful show, and just being able to see this made my trip to Hawaii worthwhile! My elderly mother and my 10-year-old daughter both enjoyed it very much, and I recommend it to people of all ages!

I used it for a round trip to Ala Moana Center! The double-decker trolley was like an attraction and it was fun.

アラモアナセンターまでの往復で利用させて頂きました！
二階建てのトロリーはまるでアトラクションのようで楽しかったです。

I had a buggy experience, and it was fun. The instructor was kind, which was great. However, the Japanese explanation was only in a video showing how to ride, and after that, everything was in English. I think it would be fine for those who understand English to some extent, but I only understood it vaguely.

It started pouring rain halfway through, and the road flooded, so the bus couldn't return. We were stuck at Kualoa Ranch for several hours. Fortunately, there was a staff member who spoke Japanese, so I was able to understand the situation. It's best to go on a day with good weather.

バギー体験をしましたが、楽しく、インストラクターの方も親切で良かったのですが、日本語の説明は動画で乗り方を見ただけで、あとはずっと英語なので、ある程度英語がわかる方なら問題ないかと思います。なんとなくしかわかりませんでした。
途中からどしゃ降りになり、道が浸水してバスが戻れなかったので、クアロアランチで何時間も拘束されました。この際は日本語を話せるスタッフの方がいたので、何とか状況はわかりました。天気が良い日に行くべきです。

The explanations in Japanese were very helpful for those in Japan. Despite the unfortunate cloudy and cold weather, I went snorkeling and had a great time. I think I could have enjoyed it even more if the weather had been sunnier. Overall, I was satisfied with the tour thanks to the consistently kind service.

日本の方向けに日本語の説明もあってとても親切でした。
あいにくの曇りで寒かった点を除けば、シュノーケリングをしましたが、楽しかったです。もっと晴れたタイミングだったらもっと楽しめたと思います。終始、親切な対応をしていただけて満足なツアーでした。
