Due to a booking mistake, my parents, who made a separate reservation, didn't secure a window seat, and the staff told us we could either sit apart or give up the window seat. Since we had come all this way, we decided to give up the window seat to enjoy together. However, the window side seemed to get a lot of sun and would have been hot, so it actually worked out for the best. As usual, the food wasn't very good, but we enjoyed the singing and dancing. Since the prices are high, I hope they can improve the quality of the food a bit more next time.

During the meal, a staff member spilled coffee cream on my wife's leather backpack. 1スター、3スターなどいくつかのコースがありましたが、ロブスターやステーキはわざわざ船上で食べることもないと思い、コスパを考えて食べ放題ビュッフェコースを選択しました。ビュッフェについては混乱を避けるためにテーブルの列ごとにスタッフが順次案内をしてくれますが、私の列は最後の方になり、既に荒らされた残り物の料理を食べるはめになりました。因みにローストビーフは硬くてナイフで切れませんでした。

船上最上階の展望デッキから星空や花火を見ようと楽しみにしていましたが、クローズされていて、立ち入ることが出来ませんでした。

ということで、期待外れのツアーとなりとても残念でした。

My wife and I used this service.

The good point is that there is entertainment, and they showcase Hawaiian dances, which was enjoyable.

I chose the buffet course. To be honest, the food was just okay. There were items like yakisoba, and the main roast beef felt a bit thin. You have to pile salads and other dishes onto one large plate. Since there are quite a few customers, you're prompted to line up for the food in order of seating.

I was wondering if this was how it was supposed to be, but after watching the final Hawaiian show, I felt that the price was worth it. The dancers changed costumes one after another and showcased various dances, allowing me to fully enjoy the Hawaiian atmosphere.

I will be simple and straight, please see my following points.

1. I booked sit down dinner, not buffet, overall food presentation look good, taste good too. Drinks are good too.
2. Service is just so so, the server for my table never gets me things I asked for, example, refill water, lemon, and my second glass of drink, I understand it's a busy task and have to serve all plates and take finishing plates away, and each server takes care of couple tables, but this should not be used as an excuse for service quality.
3. The show is good, but it's kind short, I wish we can see the full stage of Luau show, but the center stage is pretty small, so in order to accommodate every guest, they always have couple dancers on each side,
