Paid boat ride is non-refundable when dock is damaged. This policy should be modified to go right by the customer and website need to stop bookings. I could just easily drove there with my rental car and just check out the sites. The money I spent for the boat could have been used to pay for the submarine tour!

Yes, unfortunately the dock was temporarily closed. The National Park Service does not provide us with refunds as the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center has so much to offer with its monuments, exhibits, attack film and museums. You are also able to pay your respects to the fallen from the dockside, which is always open.
We regret that you did not feel the tour guide's knowledgeable narration to/from Waikiki and Pearl Harbor, nor the hassle of driving/parking was worth it. Please accept our apologies and thank you for your valuable feedback. We hope your overall stay in Hawaii was a safe and enjoyable one. Stay well.
Lasted way longer than we were told. People were lined up to get off an hour before we docked. The meal was tasty but not filling. The entertainment was great and the dancers were absolutely amazing. The staff of very friendly and Overall it was a good experience just not something I would do again. If you get motion sickness I would think twice about this I saw many people spend the entire cruise in the bathroom.
The Chief and his crew put on an excellent show. Highly recommended!! Since everyone was vaccinated, we could all enjoy normal life even if masks are still required. Would definitely go again! Mahalo!

A great location to view the Waikiki fireworks at midnight to ring in the New Year. However, do not attempt if you get sea sick easily, no matter how many Dramamine you take! 3/4 of the guests got sea sick last night. Rough waters = sea sick.
The food and dessert was great. We had a nice size steak, and a nice lobster. Dessert was good too.
The hula show was nice. There was a nice singer and a sax player too.
The lady who played the ukulele was nice, but could have played more. There were times w no music at all.
I recommend this, but not with bad weather. We took a chance because we booked this trip for New Year’s Eve, but will not do it again if rough waters are out n about.
Staff were great. Food was good. Entertainment was fun.
great tour of the house and lunch with cast member Sean, my wife is a big fan of the show and this tour was a major highlight of our visit to Honolulu. Sean the tour guide was excellent, he was very informative and set up our lunch at the house. He stopped at a shopping center where Jack Lords statue is located and allowed us to take pictures. we had a great time, small tour with 6 people made it that more personable.
This tour had an amazing jam packed day. I was very happy to get to see the Byodo-In temple, as well my family loved the Waimea Falls swim!

What a neat idea to use wet & wild for this event. I expected more for $155. The food was cool & the lime was closed by the time I wanted to go back for more desert. The piece of cake was so small. )1”inch square)
The show with the dancers & fire eaters was pretty good
We learned so much about the island and the TV show.
We had a nice group.
Sean paid a lot of attention to safe Covid rules like a small group, vaccination record, face masks and temperature check. We really appreciated it.
The highlight was the McGarrett House with Shawn Garnett. Although he had not been fully recovered from a hospital stay he had spent time with us. Awesome guy <3

The shuttle service was phenomenal. The food was decent 8/10. It was what we expected but not beyond expectation. The performance was good. The performers were enthusiastic.

Took the Star of Honolulu dinner cruise with my sister to celebrate her birthday and we could not have asked for a more enjoyable evening. It was such fun with non-stop, great entertainment. You are well taken care of from start to finish. The entire crew and entertainers were top notch. The sunset and views of Waikiki from the ocean at night are so pretty - many fantastic photo ops. I would highly recommend this dinner cruise, you won't be disappointed.
Went for our anniversary and it was the perfect evening. Some of the best crab I ever had, and the staff is full of light!! So many laughs and smiles on this cruise :)

Everything from start to finish was excellent!! We included transportation from our hotel to the cruise site also. Everything was clean from top to bottom. Customer service from our waitress was amazing. Karen was nothing short of amazing & she was super sweet. The food was good as well.
Our driver, Chelsie, was fabulous! I am giving this tour 4 stars because she deserves the stars! Very interesting and informative tour of the Island. As for the transportation…you definitely need to invest & updated the buses with better air conditioning. It was fully packed, not one spare seat on the bus…and the air conditioning was inadequate to keep the bus at a comfortable temperature.

The crew and performers were amazing! The dinner its self was very good! Over all my favorite memory of our time in Waikiki! Dancing on a ship can be tricky tho! Lol
Dinner was good and the drinks and we just love the Hawaiian dancers and the entertainment they provided. Definitely a must do when visiting Hawaii.
Went as 2 couples to the show and it was a blast. We got two free Mai Tai's each and they were good, not watered down. The show was AWESOME, it told a lot of history and the Chief was quite funny. The fire spinning was great and very cool. They have a few world champions doing the show.
It is buffet style, and they have two different lines when you go to the buffet. There is a Pick your own food, and a server prepared plate. The server prepared they give you a little of each things. You can go back later and get more of what you want. The Pick your own food is slow and it will take time, but the other line is very very quick.
My Family and I didn’t really know what to expect with this cruise; we picked the deluxe lobster and steak dinner…. We were thoroughly impressed all the way with the deliciousness of the meal to the entertainment and the Polynesian culture dances! The service was impeccable, the people were very friendly and the cruise was beautiful especially the view of Diamondhead! I felt like the ship was in great condition and looked very nice too! I highly recommend!

How can you visit Honolulu and not see Pearl Harbor and the Missouri. Trip started off badly as our bus was over an hour late. It meant things we were supposed to see on the way to Pearl Harbor was squeezed in on the way back. Not good when you have made dinner cruise plans with the same tour company. Guide Ru Ru was pleasant but brushed aside the delay as being on “Hawaiian time.” Wish we had more time to spend at the Missouri.

This luau was nothing short of awesome! The chief is awesome and so hilarious. Food was pretty delightful too! Would certainly recommend to a friend who is heading to Oahu!!

Doing things during COVID-19 can be a real pain in the butt, but the organizers for Chief’s Luau made it very easy. This show is awesome! The Chief is so funny & warm, & you can tell he’s a good guy. The food was delicious, but I wish that some things were a little warmer, like the noodles & the sweet potato bread. I recommend going through the customization line, since you can just tell them you don’t want the fish or the chicken or whatever. The show was fun & entertaining & I think it’s worth every dollar I paid! I would totally see it again.
Sean was AMAZING! Participating in this tour was one of the highlights of our visit to Hawaii, and we're so grateful for Sean's hospitality and warm aloha. He was attentive to every detail and the best host EVER! Had a blast and highly recommend.
