I wasn't able to see dolphins, but I did get to meet turtles and swim with them. In the past, I had a frustrating experience when my group was unable to see turtles at the sandbar, so I was very happy and moved this time. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the dolphins I was hoping for, but I can try again for free next time, which gives me a reason to come back to Hawaii. I think it's a very fair company.

イルカには会うことができませんでしたが、亀に会うことができ一緒に泳ぐことができました。以前、サンドバーで私達だけ亀を見ることができなかったことがあり悔しい思いをしたことがあるのでとても嬉しく感動しました。目的のイルカには残念ながら会えませんでしたが、次回無料で再チャレンジできるということですので、またハワイに来る目的ができました。とても良心的な会社だと思います。

I traveled to Hawaii with my aunty and this was on top of our to do list and it didnt dissapoint! We had a fantastic time and said when we go back we would definitely do it again! Beautiful ocean and lovely staff, we saw fish and turtles in their natural habitat....it was so serene thankyou to the friendly staff that ensures our safety and made sure we had a fantastic experience. We went as a family of five with our first grader, our kindergartner, and our one-year-old daughter.

Our kindergartner was really looking forward to this program because he loves animals. Before we left, I was a bit worried that he might get scared when he saw the dolphins up close or become shy, but not at all! He enjoyed it thoroughly without being scared, staying at just the right distance (he might have been nervous if he had to get into the pool).

I heard that some kids his age who participated in the same program were scared, and those kids only got to feed the dolphins three times. However, the little ones who were really excited got to feed them more than usual as a special treat.

My first grader joined a program where he could interact with the dolphins in the pool, but he found that the program for younger kids was much more satisfying! I definitely recommend that one!

サービスで通常よりも
多く餌やりさせてもらえたみたいです(^^)
小1のお兄ちゃんがプールで一緒に触れ合える方に
入りましたが、こちらのプログラムよりも
ちびっこ向けプログラムの方が満足度が全然違いました！こっちのがオススメです(ˀ̢⋅⃘‧̮⋅⃘ˁ̡ી

I participated in this tour at the request of a friend. We went into the sea three times in total: twice to see dolphins and once for other fish and turtles. It was a warm and calm day, but wearing a wetsuit was essential. Those who didn't rent one were shivering and had blue lips when they came back up after the second dive. I feel that the prior information provided was insufficient. I think it's important to clearly explain the use of masks and how to dive for first-timers. The person in charge of our group did not provide any explanation in that regard. However, we were able to encounter a large group of dolphins, which was our main goal, so I was very satisfied with that aspect. The dolphins get a perfect score, while the guidance deserves three stars.

暖かく穏やかな日でしたが、ウエットスーツは必須でした。借りずにいた人たちは２回目
上がってきたときには、寒さで震えていて唇が青くなっていました。事前の案内が不足しているように思います。初めての人にはマスクや飛び込み方をしっかり伝えた方がいいと思います。私たちの担当の人はそのあたりの説明が全くありませんでした。イルカは大群に遭遇できて目的は無事に達することができた点は大満足です。イルカは満点、案内は３つ星です

I was really glad to be able to see the deep blue, incredibly beautiful sea. It was truly stunning. However, I couldn't see anything else at all. It was frustrating not to receive a reboarding ticket for when I couldn't see anything, regardless of whether I could go or not; it felt like the promises weren't being kept. Since one of my family members gets seasick, we opted for no meals, but the seating was mixed up between those who had meals and those who didn't. My little child was looking enviously at the people around us who were eating, and I felt a bit disheartened. I wish they could have at least separated the seating a little within the area...

深い青のすごくきれいな海に出られたことは良かったです。本当に綺麗でした。ひたすらそれだけで全く何も見れませんでしたが。見られなかった際の再乗船チケットもらえず、行ける行けないは別にして約束事を守ってもらえないのは不快です。船酔いしてしまう家族がいるので食事無しにしましたが、食事ありなしの人たちの席がごちゃ混ぜで、すぐ周りで食べている人たちをウチの小さい子供が羨ましそうに見ていて、あ～ぁと思いました。何となくフロアの中でも席を分けてくれればいいのに・・・

According to the tour guide, there had been no sightings of dolphins for the past three days, so we participated with a heartfelt wish to meet wild dolphins. We all recited a traditional Hawaiian prayer with the boat staff, and perhaps it reached them, as we encountered a pod of dolphins just like in the pictures! We were truly moved to see wild spinner dolphins jumping. My husband and I still can't forget the moment we heard the dolphins' voices.

船のスタッフの方とハワイならではの祈りの言葉みんなで唱え、それが届いたのか、

My 5-year-old grandson participated alone, and there were three other American boys, but it was perfectly fine. Even though he didn't understand English, the staff kindly supported him, and in just an hour and a half, he was very satisfied! It might be more affordable compared to other programs?

５歳の孫（男の子）が一人で参加し、他は３人のアメリカの男の子でしたが、十分大丈夫。英語がわからなくてもSTAFFが優しくサポートしてくれて、あっという魔の１時間半で本人も大満足！他のプログラムに比べて割安かも？

I was disappointed that I couldn't see anything... From the reviews, I thought it was about half and half. I received a reboarding ticket, but the expiration date we got was the end of January 2018, so I think it's realistically difficult to reuse it. It would be nice if the expiration date was about three years.

何も見れなくて残念でした...クチコミを見る限り半々位なのかなと思ってはいましたが。
再乗船券をもらいましたが、私達がいただいた有効期限は2018年の1月末でしたので、再利用は現実的に難しいと思います。有効期限が3年位あると嬉しいです。

My husband and our 5-year-old participated, while I and our 0-year-old observed. Observers can take photos and videos. However, since we were facing backward, it's better to purchase the three good shots taken by a professional photographer. They were taking pictures in specified poses, like kissing the dolphin. The water seemed cold. When we got out, the child said it was very cold. Overall, I felt the price was a bit high, but we had a decent amount of fun. More than the encounter with the dolphin, the free bird feeding area within the Sea Life Park was impressive, and the child was delighted. The birds were very close, and a huge number of them came over. Even without food, they surprised us by landing on our hats and shoulders, but it was fun.

見学者は写真、ビデオが撮影出来ます。
しかし、後ろ向きなので、良いショットはプロのカメラマンが3枚撮ってくれるので、それを購入する方が良いです。

水は冷たかったようです。
上がる時、子供は寒い寒いと言っていました。
全体的に値段が少し高めな気がしますが、まぁまぁ楽しんでいたので良かったです。
イルカとの出会いより、シーライフパーク内で、無料で鳥に餌をあげるコーナーが印象深く、子供も喜んでいました。鳥との距離感が近いのと、すごい数の鳥が寄ってきます。餌を持っていなくても、帽子や肩にとまってくるのでびっくりしましたが、楽しかったです。

I was able to see whales. I saw a mother and baby whale from a distance, and I could see the splashes of water well. My 5-year-old child was also very happy. They sell the photos taken during boarding if you like them, and it became a wonderful family keepsake.

5歳の子供も喜んでいました。乗船の時に撮った写真を気に入れば売ってくれるのですが、購入して良い家族記念になりました。

I used the service on March 10. This was my fifth time in Hawaii, but it was my first time trying this option, just the morning whale watching. I had my 4-year-old with me. A short-sleeved shirt was fine for clothing.

The scenery was beautiful, and the time flew by. We were able to see whales in the distance several times, and my family was very satisfied. I considered the breakfast option, but if you want to fully enjoy whale watching at a leisurely pace, skipping breakfast was the right choice. There’s no time to eat breakfast, haha. There are drinks available, but bringing your own bottled water or similar items beforehand will help you focus on encountering the whales.

The refreshing sea in the morning is highly recommended.

3月10日に利用しました。5度目のハワイですが初オプション、朝のホエールウォッチングのみ。4歳の子連れ。服装は半袖で大丈夫でした。
景色も綺麗であっと言う間の時間、クジラも遠くにですが何度か見ることも出来て家族大満足。
朝食付きも迷いましたが、ゆっくり海をホエールウォッチングを満喫したいなら朝食なしで正解です。朝食食べてる暇はありません笑 飲み物もありますが事前にペットボトルなど持参した方がクジラさんとの遭遇に専念できます。
爽やかな海、朝はオススメです。

I made a reservation here in advance for a trip with my husband. Even when it was time to meet, no one came to pick us up, and after about 20 minutes, they finally arrived... I was really anxious. We only saw the dolphins for a moment.

夫との旅行で事前にこちらを予約しました。
待ち合わせ時間になっても迎えが来ず、20分ほどしてやっと来る始末、、すごく不安になりました。。
イルカも一瞬しか見られずでした。

I was thrilled to explore the mysterious underwater world with my son! I was also happy to see turtles swimming leisurely.

The boat heading to the submarine had to navigate some rough waves, and there were a few people who felt unwell. It was unfortunate to see someone unable to enjoy the submarine experience because they were bent over the whole time.

I recommend that anyone who is prone to motion sickness take some medication before participating.

神秘的な海底の世界に、息子と共に大興奮！のんびりと泳ぐカメも見ることが出来て嬉しかったです(^^)/
沖の潜水艦に向かう船がかなりの荒波を越えて進むので、気分が悪くなっている方がいました。（せっかくの潜水艦の中でもずっと突っ伏したままでお気の毒でした。。）
乗り物酔いの心配がある方は酔い止めを飲んでから参加されるのをおススメします。

On March 29, just before the end of the season, I was able to watch whales off the coast of Waikiki! We arrived at the whale watching point in less than 30 minutes after departure. We saw them spouting water and showing their tails. Dolphins were also jumping nearby.

When the buffet started, we enjoyed our meal at our seats while watching the whales through the glass. My middle school son was filming videos of the whales. After finishing our meal, I enjoyed making leis, while my husband took a ukulele lesson and other cultural experiences.

We were kindly guided from Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, to Aloha Tower by the shuttle service of the Star of Honolulu. I'm glad we were able to have this unique experience of the season.

シーズン終わり間近の3/29日にワイキキ沖でクジラを観賞することが出来ました！
出航して30分も経たぬ間にクジラポイントに到着。潮を噴いたり尻尾をみせたり。イルカもすぐそばでピョンピョン跳ねていました。
ビュッフェが始まると席で食事を楽しみながらガラス越しにクジラの観賞が出来ました。
中学生の息子はクジラの動画を撮影してくれていました。
食事が終わると私はレイ作り、主人はウクレレレッスン等文化体験を楽しみました。
スターオブホノルル号の送迎の車でアウラニディズニーホテルからアロハタワーまで親切に案内して頂けました。
このシーズンならでは体験が出来て良かったです。

Unfortunately, I didn't get to see any whales. The only silver lining was being able to see Honolulu from the sea, but it was truly disappointing. Since it was just before my return home, I really wanted to make it meaningful...

残念ながらどのクジラにも会えませんでした。海からホノルルを見ることができたことだけが幸いですが、本当に残念でした。帰国する直前だったのでぜひ有意義にしたかったのですが…。

I participated in the morning class on March 27. This time, I had a hard time encountering dolphins, and spent more than the first 30 minutes on the boat, but ultimately, I met a pod of dolphins on the second dive.

It seems that all the passengers were quite energetic, as the instructor let us dive five times. I was told that this is quite rare, so on average, we might get to dive about three times?

After getting tired from the fourth dive, I went up to the second floor of the boat to take a break, and this time, a lot of dolphins gathered around the boat! Moreover, I spotted a mother dolphin swimming together with her baby right in front of the moving boat, and I was squealing with excitement with a stranger next to me (laughs). The second floor of the boat is not to be underestimated!

During this tour, the instructor made every effort to find dolphins and bring the boat close to them so that we could meet the dolphins. That enthusiasm was really great.

On that day, the waves were quite high, and I saw some people getting seasick, so it's better not to underestimate it. I think those who are prone to seasickness should skip breakfast. My partner had breakfast and ended up getting seasick, which was a disaster... (bitter laugh)

I have a strong vestibular system, so I was able to enjoy this tour to the fullest! Thank you for the wonderful tour! Next time, I hope to see dolphins even closer!

3/27の午前授業に参加しました。
今回はなかなかイルカに出会えず、初めの30分以上は船の上で過ごしましたが、結果的に2回目の潜りでイルカの群れに出会えました。
今回、乗客がみんな元気なほうだったのか、インストラクターの人が5回も海に潜らせてくれました。こんなこと、めったにないと言われたので、平均的には3回くらい潜らせてもらえるのかな？
4回目の潜りで疲れて、船の2階に上がって休憩していると、今度は船の周りにイルカがたくさん寄ってきました！しかも走行している船の真ん前をイルカの親子が一緒に泳いでいるのを見つけて、見知らぬ隣のおばちゃんとキャーキャー騒いでいました（笑）船の2階も舐めたもんじゃないです！
このツアーでは、インストラクターさんがイルカを見つけては船で近寄って、ツアーに参加している私たちをイルカに会わせようと必死に努力してくれました。そこが熱血的で良かったなぁ。
この日、波がかなり高く、船酔いするひとも見かけたので、舐めてかからないほうがいいです。酔いやすいひとは朝ごはんも食べないほうがいいと思います。パートナーが朝ごはんを食べて、船酔いして惨事になってしまったので、、苦笑
私は三半規管が強いので、このツアーを思いっきり楽しめました！！素敵なツアーをありがとう！
今度はもっともっと近くでイルカが見れることを祈って、参加します！

We participated as a family of three.
We were invited by our children to a trip to Hawaii to celebrate my 60th birthday.
Swimming with wild dolphins was amazing! We also encountered sea turtles.
(In Okinawa snorkeling, my sea turtle encounter rate is about 30%.)
The staff was efficient and the photographer was cheerful.
We had a great time.

It was a tour that set off with great enthusiasm at 8 AM, but unfortunately, we were unable to encounter any whales. The cruiser stayed out on the water until the very end, perhaps out of determination. I had no complaints about the tour itself. However, due to the strong winds that day, the cruiser rocked quite a bit, and one of my family members got seasick.

Still, considering that we got to see the cobalt blue sea and view Honolulu from the ocean, I think it’s an experience worth having at least once.

朝の８時から意気込んで出発したツアーでしたが、とても残念なことにクジラに遭遇できませんでした。クルーザーも最後まで粘ってくれたのか、時間ギリギリまで海上にいてくれました。ツアー自体に不満はありませんでした。当日は風が強かったせいか、クルーザーが大きく揺れて家族の一人が船酔いをしてしまいました。
でもコバルトブルーの海が見れたこと、ホノルルを海から見れたことを考えると一度は体験をしておくべきかなと思いました。

You can also apply for the Dolphin Quest right before, but this option is a bit more economical! I would like to apply through Veltra again next time. Thank you very much!

Excellent service, great crew, great experience and at the end spotted a whale

Last Saturday I had the opportunity to do the sharks cage with some friends. Honestly, I was a little concerned about how the sharks are attracted, and if we were putting them in any distress by trying to see them in their natural habitat. Shortly after boarding the boat, my concern was put to rest-the sharks are not harmed in any way!.. Although it was late in the morning, and a swell was filling in, me and a couple friends all had a blast, gripping the bars of the cage, riding the swells as they rolled through and watched 10-12 sharks circle around us with such grace and ease. They were so close, we could see the pupil of their eyes!! Such an amazing experience, reminding me of my tiny existence on land.

This was such a neat experience that I'll never forget. We were so close to the sharks, which was somewhat scary, but mostly serene watching them swim by, really not caring about us humans in a cage. They come up to the sound of the boat because the area is usually filled with crabbers and they've become accustomed to eating the scraps. It was so neat being surrounded by these beautiful creatures and close enough to see the small barnacles attached to their bodies.

We did the 11am tour, which resulted in quite rocky waters (hence it being the latest option). The earlier times are much calmer waters and generally better visibility. The later time is not ideal for anyone sensitive to motion sickness, or nervous about the experience as it enhanced the intensity getting in and out of the cage. While in the water, we all had to hold on tightly to avoid hitting and kicking one another.

All that said, it was way worth it. Again, the earlier times and much calmer and even more enjoyable - highly recommend the tour, the earlier the better!

Perhaps the season has come to an end. I was on the boat for about an hour, but that was all. I also couldn't receive the reboarding ticket. Since it is valid only during the same season, I wouldn't have been able to use it anyway... In any case, I didn't do enough research on my part.

1時間ほど船に揺られたということでそれ以上にはなりませんでした。
再乗船チケットも受け取れませんでした。
同一シーズン中有効とのことですので受け取っても使えませんでしたが・・・。
いずれにしても自分の下調べが足りませんでした。

The meeting point was within walking distance from the hotel where we were staying, making it easy to get to. Since it finished in half a day, we were able to make good use of the afternoon as well.

集合場所も宿泊していたホテルから徒歩圏内で行きやすかったです。
半日で終わるので午後からの時間も有効利用できてよかったです。

I boarded on March 23, 2017, but I didn't see any whales at all. Therefore, I received a re-boarding ticket valid until January 31, 2018. I plan to come back to Hawaii again before the expiration date! ♬

2017/3/23に乗船しましたが、鯨は全く見れませんでした。そのため、2018/1/31まで有効な再乗船券をもらいました。期限内までにまたハワイに来ようと思いました♬

I was looking forward to the cruise, but unfortunately, no whales appeared. We participated in the morning cruise, but I later heard from locals that there is a relatively better chance of seeing them in the afternoon. Since our travel schedule was tight, we didn't need tickets for a re-boarding. The breakfast before departure was delicious.

期待して乗船したのですが、残念ながら鯨は現れませんでした。私達は午前のクルーズに参加しましたが、後から現地の方に聞いた話では比較的午後のほうが現れるチャンスがあるのだとか。。。。旅行のスケジュールがタイトだったので再乗船のチケットは不要でした。出発前の朝食はおいしかったです。

Understanding the boats cannot come closer than 100 yards, outs seemed to stay 200-300 yards away. Unless you have a telephoto lens, just use your eyes and retain the memory because any other camera, including phones and GoPros, will just show the whales as a small blip.

My parents in their 70s participated (I had to act separately because I have children). The weather was nice, and it seems they had a wonderful cruise. They were able to see plenty of whales and got a close view of Diamond Head.

Since it's an early morning tour, it can be tough, but you can make good use of the afternoon, so I recommend the morning tour. Even my parents, who are in their 70s and have no English skills at all, enjoyed participating. If you're considering optional tours for a three-generation trip, definitely think about this tour. It will surely create wonderful memories.

天気も良く素晴らしいクルーズになったようです。
クジラも十分に見ることができ、ダイヤモンドヘッドも間近に見れたそうです。

朝早いツアーなので大変ですが、午後からの時間を有効に使えるので午前のツアーがオススメです。
70代の英語が全くだめな両親でも楽しく参加できました。
もし三世代旅行のオプショナルツアーに迷っていたらぜひこのツアーを検討してみてください。きっと素晴らしい思い出になること間違いなしです。
