I signed up for the Dolphin Royal Swim at my mother's request. Holding onto the dorsal fins of two dolphins and getting pushed by them with my feet was even more fun than I imagined. It became a great memory.

おふくろのリクエストで、ドルフィン・ロイヤルスイムを申し込みました。
二頭のイルカの背びれにつかまって泳いだり、二頭のイルカに足を押してもらうフットプッシュは想像以上に楽しかった。
良い思い出になりました。

Got a wee bit sea sick, so do recomend that people that suffer from sea sick to take some pills the night/morning before doing it, but it was well worth feeling a little sick as it was such a awesome experience!!

this was my 2nd time and it was different than the 1st, i love it and will do it again when i come back to Hawaii

Was the last thing that I did on my trip and I am glad I saved the best for last!!! It is something that you will NEVER forget!!

I participated with eight male friends. Regarding the pickup, we came from far away, and the driver picked up other participants in order, but we were picked up about 20 minutes late. I was a bit anxious, but I was able to spot the car right away because it had a shark design on it.

Once we got in the car and arrived at the location, there were about 20 participants, including some foreigners, and we boarded the boat to head out to sea. It was quite exhilarating as we sped along, with water splashing like a waterfall, which felt amazing!

When we reached the dive point, we connected the cage to the boat and dived in groups of six. About half of the cage was covered in plastic, but the lower half remained open, which added to the thrill and made it a lot of fun! We got to get up close to a large school of sharks, and my excitement was at its peak! It was a truly valuable experience.

However, almost all the Japanese participants experienced seasickness, so taking motion sickness medication is a must.

男友達8名で参加してきました。
ピックアップについては、遠くから来られて、別の参加者の方も順番にピックアップをしてくるのですが、20分ほど遅れてピックアップされました。少々不安になりましたが車にサメのデザインがされていたのですぐに発見できました。

車に乗って現地に着き、外国人の参加者の方も含めて20名程度でボートに乗って沖にでます。
かなり豪快に走って、水しぶきが滝のように振ってきて気持ちいい！！

ポイントに着くと、檻と船を接続して順番に6名づつでダイブしました。檻の半分くらいはプラスチックで覆われているのですが、下半分は檻のままなので、スリルがあって楽しかったです！！間近でサメの大群に接近できテンションはＭＡＸ！！とても貴重な体験となりました。

ただし、日本人はほぼ船酔いをしていましたので、酔い止め薬は必須ですよ。

This time, I was considering other companies as well, but I decided to go with this one because their pricing was lower. Although the guide was not Japanese, there were Japanese explanations provided on board, so I don't think there will be any issues. However, the driver only spoke English, so the car was filled with foreigners (everyone seemed to be having a good time chatting), and we spent our time enjoying the scenery outside.

When we arrived at the point, the boat stopped, and looking at the sharks from the boat made me feel seasick. During my participation, we entered the cage in three groups, so there was a high chance of feeling seasick before and after my turn. I didn't wear a swimsuit this time since I wasn't planning on going into the cage, but I found out that if I wanted to enter the cage on-site, I could do so for an additional fee, so I wish I had worn it. I believe that for this tour, it’s worth it to go into the cage!

Next time... I’m considering it, but thinking about the boat's stopping time makes me hesitate about participating again, so I should definitely take seasickness medication.

今回、他社さんのほうでも検討していましたが、料金設定が安かったのでこちらでお願いしました。
日本人ガイドではないのですが、ちゃんとツアーは日本語の説明が書かれている物が船内にあって渡されたので、特に困らないと思います。
ただ・・・ドライバーさんも英語のみなので、車内は外人さんばかりでしたが（みんなで楽しそうに会話されていました）外の景色を見ながら車内は過ごしました。

ポイントに到着すると船を停止するので、船内からサメをみていると船酔いしますし、参加した時は3回にわけてゲージに入っていったので、自分の番の前後などに船酔いする可能性が大です。今回、ゲージに入るツアーにしていなかったので、水着を着用していかなかったのですが、現地でゲージに入りたければ＋支払いすればＯＫでしたので、着用していけばよかったと思いました。
船上からよりは、やはりこのツアーはせっかくなのでゲージにはいるべきだと思います！！
次回は・・・・と思いますが、船の停止時間を考えるともう1度参加するかは迷いますので、酔い止めは飲むべきですね。

I participated in the Royal Swim this time, and I didn't expect interacting with the dolphins to be so much fun. They are just so cute. You can feed them, pet their backs and bellies, and hold onto their dorsal fins. The foot push can lift even larger adults up.

It's a good idea to bring a little extra money for souvenirs.

今回ロイヤルスイムに参加させていただいたのですが、こんなにイルカとの触れ合いが楽しいとは思いませんでした。
とにかく可愛いです。
エサあげたり背中、お腹なでたり、背ビレに捕まったり。
フットプッシュは大柄の大人でも浮き上がります。

お土産代は少し多めに持って行った方がいいですよ。

It was my first experience with a submarine, and I was able to participate with great interest. My 4-year-old child seemed to enjoy it as well (although they got bored halfway through...).

It might be worth trying at least once.

However, I had reserved for the earliest submarine tour because it mentioned a Japanese guide, but in the end, it was an audio guide. Was there a mistake in the description, or was it my misunderstanding? If there had been a Japanese guide, it might have been even more enjoyable.

Also, there was no shuttle service, and we had to wait a good 30 to 40 minutes from the meeting time. They said they were waiting for another pickup bus, but I thought it would have been better to set the meeting time a bit later.

初めての潜水艦体験だったので、興味深く参加できました。
4歳の子供も楽しかったようです（途中から飽きてましたが・・）。

一度は行ってみてもいいかもしれません。

ですが、サブマリンツアーの一番早い時間が、日本語ガイドだと書いてあったので予約したのに、結果はオーディオガイドでした。
記載が間違っているのですか？それとも私の勘違いでしょうか？
日本語ガイドならもっと楽しかったかもしれません。

あと、送迎なしだったのですが、集合時間からたっぷり30~40分は待たされました。ピックアップのバスをもう一台待ってます、とのことでしたが、ならば集合時間をもう少し遅くしてもよいのではと思いました。

I definitely recommend it at least once.

My husband, who loves animals, participated while I observed. We were picked up by a bus around 8:30 AM, and since our reservation was at 11:45 AM, I thought we might have too much free time. However, as we watched the sea turtles, seals, and penguins in the park, the time flew by.

Aside from my husband, everyone else was couples or families, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. There is a designated area for observers, but it was difficult to take photos with a regular compact camera since everything was too far away. In the end, we purchased photos taken by the staff, which turned out beautifully as they were well-framed and everyone seemed to end up buying them (^_^;). The prices were $16 for one photo, $30 for two, and $40 for three.

There was also a place to grab a light snack while waiting for the return bus, which helped us manage our time well. My husband was delighted by how cute the dolphins were. The experiences of shaking hands, kissing, observing underwater, and swimming while riding on their bellies were all precious moments.

However, the observation area only had benches, with no shade, and since it was a clear sunny day, it got quite hot. I would recommend that anyone visiting bring a hat or a parasol.

動物好きな夫が参加し私は見学しました。
朝8時半ぐらいの迎えバスで予約時間は11時45分だったので時間を持て余すかと思っていましたが、パーク内のウミガメやアザラシ、ペンギンなどを見ているうちに時間はきました。
夫以外は夫婦や親子でしたが、みなさんとわきあいあいと楽しんでいました。見学者の場所もちゃんとありますが、写真を撮るには普通のコンパクトカメラだと遠くて無理でした。
結局現地スタッフが撮影してくれた写真を購入したのですが、しっかりカメラ目線で撮影されるので綺麗に写っているし、
みなさん購入してしまうようです(^_^;)
1枚$16・2枚$30・3枚$40でした。
帰りのバスまでの時間も軽食の場所があるので休憩して時間をつぶせたのでいい時間配分だったと思います。
夫はイルカが可愛かったと喜んでいました。
握手、キス、水中から観察、お腹に乗って泳ぐ、どれも貴重な体験でよかったと思います。
ただ、見学場所はベンチのみなので日陰がなく快晴だったので
暑くてたまりませんでした。見学される方は帽子や日傘があったほうがいいかと思います。

I wanted to surprise my teenage nieces, so I decided to take them on those neat underwater scooters, and they had a blast. They are 15 years old and I thought they would be bored but they were not. They were so excited!!! The scooters were pretty easy to get used to, and my nieces had an easy time in the water.

They especially liked the idea that your hair doesn't get wet while in the bubble. We didn't see any big reef formations or turtles, but we did see a lot of small fish. I would recommend taking some motion sickness pills before boarding though, it did get a little rocky out there on the boat.

Staff was very friendly and attentive towards us, my nieces thought the crew were very good looking and wanted me to point this out. My nieces were hungry afterwards and this activity is in a very good location. A lot of places in walking distance to get some lunch since we all worked up an appetite. OH AND FREE PARKING if you opt to drive out instead of taking their transportatio

I had an adventure at Sea Life Park Hawaii where I got to play with dolphins. I touched the dolphins, kissed them, held onto their dorsal fins while swimming, and observed their movements underwater while snorkeling. I had always wanted to touch a dolphin after watching the shows, so experiencing it was thrilling. The local instructor was very cheerful and made the experience fun and interesting. There were also quite a few older couples from various countries and backgrounds, but everyone was smiling and enjoying themselves.

However, since it was my first time snorkeling, I was so focused on diving that I couldn't see much underwater (sadly). I wore a swimsuit with a rash guard on top and shorts on the bottom during the experience. They provide life jackets to wear while participating. Even in Hawaii, the water is cold, so wearing a rash guard is good for sun protection as well. By the way, it's important to remove earrings and rings beforehand as they can become dangerous.

There are warm showers and changing rooms available. They also sell DVDs of the experience and photos. My husband, who wasn't initially enthusiastic, said afterward, "That was super fun!" The park also has sea turtles and seals, and they put on dolphin shows. You can enjoy a full day there. It creates wonderful memories in Hawaii.

シーライフパーク・ハワイ　イルカと遊べるアドベンチャーを体験しました。
イルカに触れる・イルカとキス・背びれに捕まって泳ぐ・シュノーケルで水中でのイルカの動きを観察する。
イルカのショーを見てて、いつか触ってみたいと思っていたから、それが体験できて感激です。
インストラクターの現地の方も、とっても陽気な方で、楽しく面白く、指導してくれます。
結構年配のご夫婦もいて、国や人種も様々ですが、みんな笑顔で楽しめます。
ただシュノーケルが初めてだったから水中の様子は私は潜るもに必死で良く見れずじまいだった（悲）。
私は（女）体験中は水着で、その上にラッシュガード、下は短パンを履いてました。体験中はライフジャケットを渡されるので着用します。
ハワイといえども水は冷たいからラッシュガード着てた方が日焼け対策もできるしいいと思います。ちなみに、ピアスやリングなどは凶器になってしまうから、体験前に外しておきます。
温水の出るシャワー、更衣室もちゃんとあります。体験している様子をDVDで販売してくれたり、写真を販売してくれます。
最初は乗り気じゃなかった旦那も体験後には｢チョー楽しかったねー｣って。
パーク内には海ガメやアザラシも居たり、イルカのショーとかもやってます。
１日楽しめちゃいます。
ハワイでの素敵な想い出つくれますよ。

I participated in the tour that started at 3 PM on the day I arrived in Hawaii. There were more foreign tourists than Japanese, allowing me to experience a sense of being in a different country in Hawaii, which is usually filled with Japanese visitors.

We took a boat to reach the submarine waiting offshore, but many people experienced seasickness, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication if you're prone to it (the submarine itself was stable). There were many colorful fish on the ocean floor off Waikiki, and we also saw sharks. I was excited about the rare experience of riding in a submarine. The view of Diamond Head from offshore Waikiki was also beautiful.

　ハワイに到着した日に15時からの回で参加しました。日本人観光客よりも外国の人が多く、日本人が多いハワイで異国気分を味わえました。
　沖に待機している潜水艦までは船で行くのですが、船酔いされている方も多く、酔いやすい方は酔い止めをお勧めします(潜水艦は揺れは大丈夫でした)。ワイキキ沖の海底にもカラフルな魚がたくさんおり、その他サメなども見られました。潜水艦に乗るという滅多に出来ない体験に興奮しました。またワイキキ沖から見るダイヤモンドヘッドも素敵でした。

The Atlantis submarine is available in other regions as well, but I think Hawaii has a greater variety of marine life to encounter.

To board the submarine, you take a short cruise on a boat. From there, you transfer to another vessel and dive into the deep sea.

That day, I was satisfied to see a sea turtle swim right in front of me and a school of fish.

However, it was a bit disappointing that the return cruise took a little longer than expected.

潜水艦アトランティスって他の地域にもありますが、ハワイは他よりも出会える海の生き物たちが多いと思います。

潜水艦に乗るにあたっては、沖までちょっとした？クルーズ船に乗ります。
そこから海上で船を乗り換えて、深海へ潜っていきます。

その日はウミガメが目の前をよぎったり、魚の軍団を見れたり満足でした。

ただ、帰りのクルーズ船でやや寄ってしまったのが残念でした。

Totally worth every cent! 8 to 12 foot sharks by the bushel basket! Came right up to the cage....cage was a nice feature! My favorite part of our trip!

I participated for the first time at my mother's request. It was so cute to see and touch the dolphins right in front of me, and even give them a kiss. Since participants line up and experience it one by one, the time for each person is a bit short, but there were dolphin adventures happening across the pool, so I didn't get bored while waiting. This time, we also had a ray encounter included as a bonus, and surprisingly, it was just my mother and me! We experienced snorkeling in the park's pool, but since it was completely visible from the outside, it felt a bit like a spectacle, but it was a great experience. The road to Sea Life Park had beautiful scenery! I think it's worth a visit at least once.

母の希望で、初めて参加しました。
イルカを目の前で見て触ったりキスできて、とっても可愛かったです。
参加者が一列に並んで１人ずつ体験するので１人あたりの時間は少しですが、プールの向かいでドルフィンアドベンチャーをしていたりするので待ち時間も飽きませんでした。
また今回はレイ・エンカウンターもサービスでついていたので体験しましたが、まさかの母と私２人だけでした笑
園内のプールでシュノーケルをつけて体験するのですが外から丸見えなので若干見せ物でしたが、いい経験ができました。
シーライフパークへの道は景色が良かったですよ！
一度は行ってみた方がいいと思います。

The staff was kind and helpful, but I think it's questionable to pose for photos and sell them later at a high price. Since we are paying a high amount for the activity, I wish they would include the photos as a complimentary service. The dolphins were very cute.

スタッフの対応は親切で良かったが、写真のためにポーズをとりあとで高値で売るのはどうかと思う。
アクティビティで高い金額を払っているのだから写真をサービスでつけてくれればいいのにと思った。
イルカはとてもかわいかった。

It was very rare to be able to interact with dolphins, so I was very happy. The staff were very kind, and the service was good, making it a very satisfying tour. The price wasn't too high, so I'm glad I could take advantage of it.

イルカと接することが出来るのはとても珍しいことなので、とても嬉しかったです。スタッフの方もとても優しくてサービスも良くてとても満足したツアーでした。お値段もそんなに高くないし利用で来て良かったです。

Since it was my first time touching a dolphin, I participated in the Dolphin Encounter. It went by in a flash, but I think it was a valuable experience. I also purchased a photo together with the dolphin. The dolphin show was impressive and adorable, and I watched it while having lunch. Additionally, I saw the feeding experience with the stingrays, but the sight of the pitch-black stingray approaching on its own was quite something...

イルカに触るのは初めてなので、ドルフィンエンカウンターに参加しました。あっという間でしたが貴重な体験をしたと思います。一緒の写真も購入しました。イルカショーは、見事で可愛く、ランチしながら見ました。あと、エイに餌付け体験を見ましたが、真っ黒なエイが自ら近寄る姿は、何とも・・・でした。

This was my fifth time swimming with dolphins. This time, I participated in "Private Dolphin Junior High" for the second time. Just like last time, I was able to encounter many pods of dolphins. Moreover, since it was the birthing season, we also met several baby dolphins. Their earnest jumping was very adorable and entertained us.

Additionally, while we were returning to the harbor, six dolphins swam alongside our boat for over five minutes. This was truly the best part. The tour guide was also very pleasant, which made it even better. The food and drinks kept coming, making it a tour filled with happiness.

ドルフィンスイミングは５回目でした。
今回参加した”私立イルカ中学”は２回目。
前回同様、沢山のイルカの群れに出会うことが出来ました。
しかも、出産シーズンと言うことで、数匹の赤ちゃんイルカにも出会えました。
一生懸命ジャンプする姿がとても愛らしく、私達を楽しませてくれました。
しかも！私達が港へ戻っていたその時、６頭のイルカが５分以上も並走して私達のボートの横を一緒に泳いでくれたんです。これは本当に最高でした。
ツアー担当の方も感じがよく、とても良かったです。
食べ物＆飲み物もどんどん出してくれて、幸せ一杯のツアーでした。

I had the rare opportunity to ride a submarine, which was a very valuable experience. The scenery underwater was mystical with the presence of fish. The view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from the boat above the sea was also very beautiful. It was a very enjoyable tour.

普段なかなか乗ることのできない潜水艦に乗ることができて、とても貴重な体験をすることができました。
海の中の景色はお魚さんがいて、とても神秘的でした。
船にのって海の上から見るワイキキビーチやダイヤモンドヘッドもとても綺麗でした。とても楽しいツアーでした。

I participated in a dolphin encounter with my 1 year and 3 month old daughter. We touched the dolphins' backs, gave commands for them to shake hands, and even kissed them. Personally, it was my first time touching a dolphin directly, so I was satisfied with this rare experience. My daughter, being just a toddler, seemed a bit suspicious while wearing the snug life jacket and it appeared to be too early for her to enjoy it. Additionally, my pregnant wife was unable to participate due to regulations, but I understood the reasoning behind it, as the dolphins' fins could hit quite hard. The expected age for participating children seems to be around preschool age and up. I would like to try this again when the kids are older.

Also, spectators can only enter a bit further away, so it seems you can't see the details very well. (The photo was taken with a 55mm lens.) It might be good to have binoculars or a telephoto lens around 300mm. By the way, individual close-up commemorative photos are taken by the staff and sold later.

On that day, it was crowded and there were many Japanese people, but we were divided into English and Japanese teams to enter one pool. At that time, a child over there...

１歳３ヶ月の娘とドルフィンエンカウンターに参加しました。イルカの背中を触ったり、指示を出して握手したり、キスしたりしました。個人的にはイルカを直に触るのは初めてだったので、珍しい体験ができ満足しました。１歳児の娘は窮屈なライフジャケットを着せられて不審そうに眺めているだけで、楽しむにはまだ早かったようです。また、妊娠中の妻は規則により参加は不可だったのですが、確かにイルカのヒレが結構な力で当たることがあったのでこの規則には納得しました。参加する子供の想定年齢は幼稚園児以上くらいでしょうか。子供達が大きくなったらまた挑戦したいと思います。

なお、見学者はやや離れた場所までしか入れないので細かい所まで見えないようです。（写真は55mmレンズで撮影）双眼鏡や300mm位の望遠レンズがあるといいかもしれません。ちなみに個別アップの記念写真はスタッフが撮影して後で販売されます。

あと、この日は混んでいて日本人も多かったのですが、英語チームと日本語チームに分かれて１つのプールに入場となりました。そのとき、向こうの子供が

When I first started planning my Hawaii trip, this was the NUMBER 1 adventure I wanted to do. How often do you get to say... 'yeah, I swam with sharks'. Now amount of words can describe how amazing, thrill seeking, over the top this adventure was...but I'm going to try. I first want to commend the staff of Hawaii Activities. For the first time in 11 years, the boat broke down the day i was suppose to go. Just my luck But the staff worked their magic and reschedule me and I was able to full-fill the highlight of my trip. It was SOOO unbelievably easy too because they make all the accommodations for you. Once at the boat site, you jump on and set off. I would recommend the earliest time available. The earlier, the smoother the waves FYI. So once out there, you are just in awe. There are sharks. AND you are about to get in a cage surrounded by them! I was so scared but this is something I knew I had to do. So i sucked it up and the moment you put your head under the water.... you are stun

First, the experience of swimming with dolphins was quite popular during summer vacation, so it took place in a practice pool rather than the usual one. The location is a bit hard to find, so families should be aware that they need to accompany the participants to take photos. The instructor's explanations are in English, but a Japanese person explains the flow and precautions beforehand.

The time spent interacting with the dolphins is short, but the experience of holding onto a dolphin's dorsal fin and being able to kiss them was very precious and enjoyable.

Next, the encounter with the sharks underwater was before the official opening, and there were only hammerhead sharks and sleepy sharks, which lacked a bit of excitement. However, seeing the small hammerhead sharks up close in the water was surprisingly impressive, making it an interesting experience. The explanations are also in English, but a Japanese person provides the same information beforehand, so it should be somewhat understandable. I thought it would have been even better if we could have seen the feeding of the sharks.

This time, since it was before the official opening, the set price was low, so I think the cost performance was good. I thought the photos and DVDs sold on-site were a bit expensive, and the quality wasn't great, so I didn't purchase them.

For lunch, I ate at the restaurant inside, where the loco moco and curry were reasonably priced and decent. Although it's a bit far from Waikiki, both the dolphin and sea lion shows are worth seeing, so I recommend checking it out!

まずは、イルカと一緒に泳ぐ体験ですが、夏休みで非常に体験者が多く、通常やるプールではなく、練習用のプールでした。場所が分かりにくいので、家族は常に体験者と同行していないと写真が取れないので注意。インストラクターの説明は英語ですが、事前に日本人が流れや注意事項を説明してくれます。
イルカとの触れ合いの時間は短いですが、イルカの背びれにつかまって泳いだり、キスできる体験は非常に貴重で楽しかったです。
次に、水中でのサメとのご対面ですが、まだ本格オープン前で、シュモクザメとネムリブカしかいなかったので、少々迫力に欠けましたが、水の中でみると小さなシュモクザメも近くでは意外と迫力があり、面白い体験でした。こちらも説明は英語ですが、事前に日本人が同じことを説明してくれますので、ある程度わかるかと思います。実際にサメに餌をあげるところが見れるともっと良かったかなと思いました。
今回は、本格オープン前で、安いセット価格でしたので、コストパフォーマンスは良かったと思っています。
現地で売っている写真やDVDが少し高いかなと思い、写りも今一でしたので、買いませんでした。
昼食は、中のレストランで食べましたが、ロコモコやカレーなど高くもなくまあまあでした。
ワイキキから少し遠いですが、イルカのショーもアシカのショーも見ごたえがあるので、ぜひ行ってみてはいかがでしょうか？

We participated as a family of four. Since our children are small, we joined the Dolphin Encounter. We could choose between 9:30 and 11:00 for our participation time, so we opted for the later time of 11:00, which turned out to be a good decision as some people arrived late, causing the bus departure to be delayed, and we arrived on site at 9:40.

The facility is overall compact, but there are plenty of events planned, so we were able to spend our time without getting bored. The main event, interacting with the dolphins, was deeper than we expected, and the water came up to the neck of our younger child. However, since they were wearing life jackets, there was no problem.

Interacting with the dolphins was more enjoyable than we anticipated, and the children were thrilled. Of course, the adults had a great time as well. Although it is a bit pricey, I felt it was worth participating in such a rare experience.

家族4人で参加しました。
子供が小さいのでドルフィンエンカウンタでの参加です。
9：30,11：00と参加時間を選択できたので、時間の余裕がある11：00の参加としました。
実際には遅れてきた人がいたため、バスの発車が遅れて、現地到着は9：40となり、遅い時間にしておいてよかったです。。。
施設は全体的にコンパクトですが、イベントがたくさん用意されているので飽きずに時間が過ごせます。
メインイベントのイルカとの触れ合いですが、思った以上に深さがあり、下の子は首ギリギリまで水が来てしまいました。
ただし、ライフジャケットを着ているので問題はありませんが。
イルカとの触れ合いは思った以上に楽しく、子供たちも大喜び。もちろん大人でも十分に楽しめました。
ちょっと値段は張りますが、こんな体験はめったにできないので参加してよかったと思いました。

We had a problem finding the dock where that particular boat went out. There should have been a dock # or a sign that said where it was. We waited at the wrong Shark Encounter dock because there was no sign. Otherwise, it was 5-star and highly recommended to everyone!

I participated in Dolphin Adventure! I thought it was a bit expensive, but after joining, I understand the price!! Riding dolphins is incredibly exciting! I'm becoming a dolphin fan! It's so much fun!!

少し高いかなって思いましたが、参加して納得の価格です！！
イルカに乗れるってめちゃめちゃ興奮します！イルカファンになります！楽しいです！！

I participated on April 2, 2012. It was the last season for whale watching, but I was thrilled to see the whales spouting water. It was great that there were staff members who spoke Japanese. The location for boarding the boat and the check-in area were a bit difficult to find, so it would be better if that could be improved.

2012年4月2日に参加しました。
クジラウォッチングとしてはシーズン最後でしたが、クジラが潮を吹くところが見れて大感激でした。
日本語をしゃべるスタッフもいて良かったです。
船に乗る場所や受付をするところが解りづらいので改善されればなお良いです。

While searching for attractions that I could participate in during a short layover, I found this one. It was also helpful that I could make a reservation at the last minute.

At first, I wasn't sure where the meeting point was, but following the signs on the hotel property towards the beach, I found a stand that looked like it had promotional posters on it. When I asked, I learned that it was the information center. It was located between the hotel pool and the beach, in a spot where the dock was clearly visible, and the stand was similar to the towel rental stands.

Since I didn't know the location, I arrived almost an hour early, but they were able to move my reservation up because there was availability on the previous schedule. Thanks to that, I didn't waste any time.

At the dock, there is a designated photo spot, but I didn't need it. While I was taking a commemorative photo by myself, a staff member kindly offered to help me take pictures. I’m sorry I didn’t buy any photos!

We then moved from the dock to the boat offshore, where we enjoyed watching a submarine rise from the seabed. After boarding, the underwater sightseeing began. I could tell we were descending gradually by looking at the depth meter.

I listened to the Japanese guide on tape, but the guide was explaining in English while also making jokes to keep the atmosphere lively. The view from the windows was enchanting. I had trouble taking pictures with my compact camera due to insufficient light, so I recorded a video instead.

The views on the left and right sides of the submarine are different, but since they reverse on the way back, you can see roughly the same spots. It was a more accessible way to enjoy the seabed, comparable to scuba diving, without the hassle of snorkeling. There are two types of submarines, and you board the one you chose from the boat offshore. You can also see the other submarine's ascent and descent.

I participated alone, but I think it would be more enjoyable if you had someone to talk to.

トランジット途中の数時間滞在という短い時間で参加できるアトラクションを探していたところ、こちらを見つけました。
直前での申し込みも可能だったことも助かりました。
最初集合場所が良く分からなかったんですが、ホテル敷地内にある案内表示に従ってビーチ方面に進むと、宣伝ポスターを貼り付けたようなスタンドを見つけ、聞いてみるとそこが案内所でした。ホテルプールとビーチとの間のとこで、船着場の良く見えるところで、スタンドのつくりはタオル貸し出しのスタンドと同じでした。
場所が分からなかったので1時間近くも前についてしまったところ、１つ前のスケジュールに空きがあるから、と予約の便を繰り上げてくれました。おかげで時間を無駄にしなくてすみました。
船着場ではお決まりの写真撮影場所がありますが私は不要。
自分一人で記念撮影していたら、なんと係りの人が撮影を手伝ってくれました。写真買わなくてすみません＾＾；
船着場から沖合いの船へ移動。そこで海底から浮き上がってくる潜水艦を観賞。
そして乗り込んで海底観光スタート。少しずつ潜っていくのは潜水深度のメーターで分かりました。
日本語ガイドはテープを使って聞いてましたが、ガイドさんは英語で説明しつつジョークのようなことも言って艦内を盛り上げてました。
窓からの景色は幻想的でした。コンパクトカメラで撮影するには光量不足のせいかうまくいきませんでした。ムービーモードで撮影しました。
潜水館の左右の側で見れる景色が違いますが、行き帰りで逆になるので大体同じスポットを見ることは出来ます。
スノーケルよりもお手軽にスキューバ並みに海底を楽しむことが出来ました。潜水艦は２種類は２種類合って沖合いの船で自分の選択した方の船に乗ります。乗らない方の艦の浮上・潜水の様子を見ることも出来ました。
私は一人で参加したんですが、話をする相手が一緒にいた方がより楽しめると思います。
