どうせならヒルトンの花火をと思いこの日に予約しました。
乗船前には歓迎のショーでお出迎えしてくださいました。
いざ乗船し席に案内されると・・・・
通常日本では２名だと、向かい合わせが一般的と認識してましたが、隣合わせに・・・会話しやすいようにとの気遣いと思うようにしましたが、違和感はありました。そして前にはお子さんとお父さんが同じように隣り合わせに。
そしてまた隣は日本人のカップルが向かい合わせに・・・なんだかどういう席の割り振りやら・・・
そうこうしている間に出航！！
徐々に日が沈み。サンセット！
料理は、出航してから順番に案内されます。正直、結構待ちます。
サラダ、ライス、焼きそば、カジキマグロのソテー、みそ焼きチキン、そしてメイン(？)のローストビーフ。
味は、そこそこおいしかったです。ローストビーフは自分的には少し生っぽくて・・・ダメでした。
ま、料理はそんな感じでしたが、ダンサーやスタッフの皆さんのおもてなしはすごく感じました。
とても楽しいショー、そしてスタッフも負けずとダンスを披露！！これがなんだか微妙なんですが、とても盛り上がりました！！
そしてヒルトンの花火をみて帰港。
いろいろありましたが、終わってみたらとても楽しいひと時でした！！

My husband and I had a fantastic day at the polynesian culture centre.
We went to many of the activities and to the Gateway dinner. We felt it was excellent and a beautiful display plus we learnt a lot.
Thank you all so very much...
I was particularly wishing to go to a Luau and that was what I thought I booked from Australia before we went.....however discovered while there that I had booked the Gateway dinner. Bit disappointed but the dinner was lovely and the whole experience fantastic!!! Thank you all so much...

Star of Honolulu Waikiki Sunset Cruise - Steak and Lobster Dinner & Hula Show

Celebrating my wife's birthday on the Star of Honolulu! It was organized from the time we were picked up at our hotel by bus to being seated at our reserved table. The ship is divided by what package you purchase (excellent idea). We got a chance to watch fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian Hotel beach. But was wonderful was the breezes off the ocean in addition to the wonderful sunset while you have your meal. Your meal is brought to your table by the fantastic wait staff. Live music is performed while dining. Later, there is a hula/chaka show. Before you know it, the night is over. My wife received a special birthday cake that was light as a feather and delicious. We ended our stay in Oahu with this dinner cruise. Best time spent. Would do it again just for the sunsets.

良かったのはサンセットと花火、後は最低

ビュッフェ:シンプルに美味しくないです。ローストビーフを謳っていますが、とにかく硬い。この金額を出してこのクオリティの料理を出されるのかと呆れるレベルです。普通にABCストアでお惣菜を買った方がマジだと思います。
スタッフ:練度不足なだけとは思いますが案内やサービスの質は良くないです。ウェイターは無愛想、下船後は挨拶もお見送の雰囲気もなくとにかく船から降ろさせてバスに乗せる作業をしている感じでした。
ショー:とにかく盛り上げようと必死。その割に歌は上手くない、とにかく踊らせて盛り上げてる感を何とか作り出したいという感じでした。最後にお誕生日の方が呼ばれていましたが、周りの雰囲気としては「???」という空気感で何とも言えない微妙感満載でした。
ツアー会社:体験談の投稿に関して定型文で返信してるだけなので今後劇的に改善されることは無いと思います。「カスタマーサービス強化のための〜」とか書いてありますが、まあ良くなることは無いでしょう。
サンセット:船上から見るので写真映えはします。一眼レフなどでしっかり撮影した方が良いと思います。
花火:船上から見られるのでそこは良いと思います。ある程度早い時間から場所取りが始まるので食事やショーを観るくらいなら花火を観るための場所取りをして待機しておくくらいの方が良いと思います。
総評:この値段を出すくらいなら他のレストランを選ぶことや宿泊ホテルのグレードを上げる方が良いと思います。絶対に船上からの花火を観たいという人以外はせっかくのハワイ旅行ですので参加するべきでは無いと思います。

Star of Honolulu Luxury Sunset Cruise - Top Deck 5-Course Signature Dinner
TO ALL HUSBANDS..IT'S WORTH IT!

I capped off our 20th wedding anniversary with this Sunset Cruise. My wife and I were tremendously pleased with everything from start to finish. From the greetings to fireworks everything was on point. The food was delicious and the wait staff was impeccable. The live jazz music was great. I recommend you get the luxury experience with all the options. We enjoyed the 5 star treatment. It was classy and sophisticated. This will be a very memorable experience.

“A must have adventure”

The Polynesian Cultural Center is a “must have adventure” that we would highly recommend from couples to families. We spent a day and enjoyed every second of it. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and kept it quiet but loved the experience of the Tahitian wedding ceremony where we renewed our promise. The food experience was outstanding, we tried a lot of food that we never tried before. The raw tuna was our favourite. 1 day was not enough to have the time to have some art workshop to do and sadly we couldn’t go back to have an Okulele session.

以前はコロナ前の参加。今回が2回目です。以前は最後に参加者一体となったダンスがありました。これはこれで楽しかったのですが、今回の最後のフラダンスショーもよかったです。たまたまメインステージの真前の席でしたので、近くで最高のショーを楽しめました。

サンセットもきれいに見ることができ、たくさん良い写真が取れました。

Such a fun and memorable experience! We first stopped at the sandbar and played volleyball. The volleyball was actually so fun even if you have never played! The lunch was good and filling and offer beer and other choices of beverages. After that, we headed to the coral reef and spent about an hour there swimming and enjoying the fish! We say sea turtles and manta rays from afar which was unforgettable. Overall, highly recommend this fun experience for everyone!

The Best part of my HI trip!

I thoroughly enjoyed a full day walking around the Polynesian Cultural Center, being introduced to the different cultures, learning history, watching free performances, and buying HI things for family back home. The buffet dinner was outstanding with excellent, friendly service from staff.
The best part was the "HA Breath of Life" show. I've seen Broadway in NY and a show in the west end of London, and this show as just as good, maybe even better as it revolves around true cultural experiences for the audience to witness. I actually got tear-upped more than once. I hope many other will get the opportunity. It was worth every penny and the late bus ride back into Honolulu.

小学生2人(6年生と1年生)と夫婦で参加しました。
天気に恵まれて、素晴らしいサンセットと夜景を見ることができました。
料理も美味しく、満足できましたが子供には少し多いかもしれません。
席に着くと色々な説明を受けますが、全て英語なので苦手な人は少し戸惑うと思います。雰囲気で言っていることは理解できますが。
フラショーや音楽もゆっくり見られるので楽しいです。
子供の船酔いが心配でしたが、全く問題なく楽しめました。

Food was delicious
My husband was in a mobility scooter and we were told by your company that he could not use it as weighed too
Much so had to hire a wheelchair.
When got on the bus we mentioned it to the star of Honolulu host and she said we did not need to do that. So maybe for any future customers you could check your information first.

でもショーがあったり、屋上からハワイの景色が見れたり思い出としてはとてもいい思い出

家族２名で参加しました！
６名がけの丸テーブルで相席となりましたが、私達は問題は感じませんでした。
ステージでのイベント（演奏・ダンス）が大変迫力ありました。食事もおいしかったです！船内の展望デッキでホノルルの夜景や夕日を楽しめました。飲み物チケットが２枚もらえて乗船中に様々なカクテルを楽しむこともできます。ちょっと高いとは思いますが、それに見合う体験ができたと大変満足しています！

現地で友人家族と合流しましたが、皆一緒の席を準備して頂き楽しい時間が過ごせました。
お天気も良くとても綺麗なサンセットで感動しました。
演奏も色々なアレンジの曲で、日本の曲もあり楽しかったです。
時間的に一度しかお料理が取りに行けず少し残念でした。
デザートや飲み物は満足出来ました。

すごい夕日！

今回で3回目の乗船でした。初めて素晴らしい夕日を眺めました。こんなに太陽が沈むのは綺麗なのか、時間経過とともに夕日の色が変化して、色んな種類の色を見せてくれました。邪魔ものがない、ハワイの太平洋の色の劇場でした。
船から見る、ホノルルの夜景もすごくきれいです。水面に夜景が映り込み
華やかさを演出していました。こんなに素晴らしい自然の景色を、次はいつ見れるかな？

演奏はともかくステージのスペースが限られているので、ショーは少し物足りない気がしましたが、全般的に楽しめました。
神戸から参加した私達は、アメリカンビーフに全く期待していませんでしたが、思いの外美味しくいただけました。
ショー、食事、船からの眺めなどトータルで楽しいものだったと思います。

Kualoa Ranch Movie Sites Tour - Visit TV Shows & Hollywood Filming Locations

We did the movie sites tour which was great! Our tour guide was incredibly informative and very passionate about the ranch. We didn’t have a chance to do more like the Jurassic tour or zip lining, so if we get a chance to come back - those are on our list to do next time!

景色は最高

10月12日土曜日にバイキング食事付きで利用させて戴きました。サンセットと海上から観るワイキキの夜景は最高でした。
食事は程々の料理…まあボリューム充分有りました。ショータイムは当然ながら英語で理解が困難でした。船長らしい方はフレンドリーで日本語も少し話せてややホッとしました。

Wonderful Day in Paradise

Enjoyed the day very much. Dinner was very good with so many choices - not just your average luau food. The Show itself was worth the price of admission. Our seats were so close to the stage we could feel the heat from the torches. It was a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this tour to future Honolulu visitors.

もう少し高級感があるかと思っていたが…

ディナークルーズと言うとちょっとリッチな雰囲気を想像しますが、そう言う感じでは無く船の中で食事をしてちょっとしたダンスなどを見て…と言う感じでリッチな雰囲気はありません。
ジーンズ、サンダル、Tシャツでもいいというんですからそうですよね。

Can't say enough. From beginning to end. Easy pickup and drop off from location in Waikiki,
The whole experience from the friendly, accommodating staff. The hot off the grill burgers hit the spot .
Wanted to go s second time before leaving the island, but ran out of time.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Definitely book this one.

食事はコースを選択。ドリンクの提供が少し遅い時もありました。音楽で最後のキャストの盛り上がりが最高でした！
船上からの景色も良かったです。とても良い記念になりました。

I booked this on a whim (had seen a few recommendations from a travel group on Facebook). I am so glad I did!!! This was hands down our favorite thing we did. Our trip to PCC included transportation there and back, which was convenient because we didn’t rent a car. From the time we were dropped at the center to the time we arrived back at our drop off spot in Waikīkī, we were impressed. The story telling, the interactive demonstrations, the hospitality and excitement of everyone working at the center was nothing less than amazing. We ate at the restaurant called Pounders for lunch, the service was excellent and the food was some of the best we had our whole time here. We both learned so much about the Polynesian Cultures and the end show “Ha breathe of life” is one of the best live performances we’ve gone to. Anyone visiting should definitely book this, you won’t be disappointed! We spent one day at PCC, but I think you could definitely spend multiple days and really immerse yourself in each culture and spend time participating in all the activities!
