Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset due to the bad weather, and the sea breeze was extremely cold... However, the hula dance after enjoying the delicious course meal was really great. The women's hula was lovely, and the men's hula was powerful, keeping me captivated without getting bored.
あいにくの天気でサンセットは見ることが出来なかったのと海風がめちゃめちゃ寒かったです…でも美味しいコース料理を楽しだ後のフラダンスはすごく良かったです。女性陣のフラはステキで、男性陣のフラは迫力があって見飽きる事なく見入れました。

I came to Hawaii for the first time for my daughter's wedding. We enjoyed a wedding with sightseeing in Hawaii! For our last night, I thought I would treat ourselves to a dinner cruise and made a reservation. Since there was no shuttle service, it was a bit of a struggle to get there. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, and we couldn't see the sunset. I was worried about getting seasick because the boat was rocking quite a bit, but the wonderful songs and lively show got us all excited, and I forgot about the seasickness! Everyone's performance was fantastic, and it was a tour that was perfect for our last night in Hawaii.

Amazing Polynesian Experience

What an amazing day, full of many unique experiences and very friendly staff.
It started with a great host on the bus ride to the centre. He was funny, informative and well spoken. The day continued with our guide throughout the centre. I recommend paying for the Ambassador experience. It is worth the extra dollars to ensure you make all the shows on time.
The feast we had for dinner was excellent quality and ample. There was the opportunity to eat seconds and thirds if you wanted.
The final show the breath of life was an amazing display. I would have been satisfied with just that show and dinner.
I will be recommending this experience to my family and friends.

I have visited Hawaii several times, but this was my first time participating in this event. It often appears in guidebooks, so at first glance, I wasn't particularly interested. However, when I saw that it was being held on Christmas, December 25, I thought, "Why not go for dinner?" and went without much expectation. As a result, I had a great time! Very much so! We had a leisurely dinner starting around 6:30 PM, and the show began around 8 PM. When you think of Hawaii, you think of hula, and there were impersonators of Elvis and Michael. I didn't know much about Elvis due to my generation, but I was drawn into the entertainment and really enjoyed it. During our visit, I noticed that there were fewer Japanese guests than I expected, and there was a wide range of ages among the audience. The food was standard, but I enjoyed it. Being seated in front of the stage allowed us to feel close to the performers, and I personally recommend this seating.
ハワイには何度か訪れていますが、こちらは、初めての参加でした。ガイドブックなんかにもよくでているので、パッとみて、特に興味がなかったのですが、クリスマスの12月25日に催行されているのをみて、夕食がてら一度行ってみるか！と最初は、あまり期待せずにいきました。その結果、楽しかったんです。とても！ステージ前の席でまず６時半頃からゆっくりディナーをいただいて８時頃からショーが始まりました。ハワイといえばフラ、そしてプレスリーやマイケルのそっくりさんが登場しました。世代的にプレスリーほとんど知りませんでしたが、エンターテイメントに引き込まれて、とても楽しめました。お客さんは、私たちのときは、日本人の方は思ったより少ないという印象と、幅広い年代の方がいらっしゃってるなという感じでした。お料理は、標準的なものでしたが、おいしくいただきました。やはりステージ前は演者の方を近くに感じることができて、こちらのお席、個人的におすすめです。

Recently, I was told by someone who went to this show that my parents would love it, so I went! I didn't know much about Presley, but my mom, who initially wasn't interested, was super excited‼️ On the way back, she couldn't calm down and kept asking to take and enlarge photos! I couldn't take my eyes off the hula, and I had a wonderful time, which made me very happy! They also gave us plenty of time, so I was extremely satisfied. I was able to do a great job of being a good child to my parents!

It was unfortunately a cloudy day with strong rain and wind. The boat was rocking quite a bit, and since I anticipated this, I brought motion sickness medication and took it early, so my friend and I were able to enjoy ourselves. However, there were about five people who looked quite unwell from seasickness. Perhaps because manners differ from country to country, some people seemed unable to move due to their discomfort, and there were situations at the dining area that were hard to watch. I noticed some people looked like they might get seasick just from seeing that. However, the rocking of the boat due to the weather is unavoidable, so if you participate, I think it's necessary to be well-prepared (with motion sickness medication, good health, bags, etc.).
Additionally, the inside of the boat was very cold, and when I requested to turn off the air conditioning, I was told it wasn't possible. If you have something to wear over your clothes, it's not a problem, but with just a thin cardigan, it can be quite chilly depending on your seat.
However, the fireworks were beautiful, and the collaboration with the night view was stunning. The Polynesian show was lively, and we ended on a very enjoyable note, so I give it four stars.

船の揺れが強く、予想はしていたので、酔い止めを持っており、早めに飲んだので、私と友達は楽しめましたが、中には船酔いで５人ほどしんどそうでした。国が違うと、マナーも違うためか、しんどくて動けないこともあったのか、食べている席で、見るに見かねない状況にある方もおられました。それを見て、もらい酔しそうな方もおられました。でも、天気による船の揺れは仕方ないことで、参加されるなら万全の準備は必要かと思います。（酔い止め、体調、袋など）
また、船内はとても寒く、クーラー切って欲しいと言う依頼も、できないと言われました。羽織りものがあれば、問題ありませんが、薄いカーディガンでは、席によってもかなり寒いです。
でも、花火も上がって、夜景とのコラボは綺麗やったし、ポリネシアンショーはのりのりで、最後はとても楽しく終われたので、星4つです。

A mother-daughter trip to Hawaii tracing memories of my father. Since my mother loves lobster, we made this reservation. We chose this because there was also a boat ride during my parents' trip together. My mother was full of smiles and happy with the jazz and Hawaiian music, hula, and shows that my father loved. The show staff and service were excellent, and we had a wonderful time.
However... I think Japanese people might not be good at getting into the spirit of these shows. It's all about joining in, after all.
P.S. The newlyweds next to us. The bride left almost all of her food, which made me feel a bit sad. The staff were even worried about her. I wouldn't recommend it to those who find lobster grotesque!

追記）お隣の新婚さん。新婦さんがほぼほぼ料理残されていてなんだか切なくなりましたよ。スタッフの方に心配されるくらい。ロブスターがグロテスクという人には勧めません！！

I chose the buffet course for the dinner cruise, but the cabin was small, the show was also modest, and it was a one-plate buffet. The view was not that great either. The last time I used this service, it was a course meal, so the difference was significant. If I have the chance, I will choose the course meal next time.

We had dinner first, and then watched a show in the hall, which was quite elaborate. There was even a fire dance, despite being indoors. The venue was in an area with many hotels, making it very convenient.

Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset due to the rain, but the performance on the ship was fantastic. The newly revamped show, celebrating 60 years, had the dancers performing right next to us in the small space, so we could hear their breathing, which was great.
Since it was Friday, we also enjoyed the Hilton fireworks for five minutes.
The meal was an all-you-can-eat meat and crab option, but it was difficult to eat the crab without scissors. There must be safety concerns, but it was challenging to get the meat out.
It was a nice surprise when the hula show performer came to say goodbye before we took the bus back to the hotel.
あいにくの雨でサンセットは見られませんでしたが、船内のおあふぉーマンスは最高でした。60年を記念して新しくなったショーも狭い船内ですぐわきで踊るので、息遣いが聞こえ、良かったです。
金曜日だったのでヒルトンの花火も5分ですが楽しめました。

I participated alone. There were just under 50 people on the bus, and I was the only Japanese person. Since it was close to Thanksgiving, most of the attendees were from the mainland United States or Canada. The guide on the bus enthusiastically encouraged everyone to introduce themselves to those sitting around them, which allowed me to connect with the people in front of me, behind me, and next to me (thanks to this, I became friends with an elderly Canadian couple sitting behind me, and on the way back, I sat next to the husband and we had a lively conversation).
We were able to experience hula, tattooing, and fire-starting, which I think kids would also enjoy. The fire dance was so intense that we could feel the heat even as audience members; it was spectacular and thrilling. The excitement from the audience was incredible, and just being there was fun! There was a couple celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary, and everyone in the venue celebrated together, creating a wonderful sense of unity. I think it's especially great for those on their honeymoon or celebrating anniversaries to create memorable experiences.
I believe you won't fully enjoy it unless you understand English to some extent, but if you want to fully experience the foreign atmosphere, I definitely recommend it!
1人で参加しました。バス５０名弱でしたが、日本人は私1人でした。サンクスギビング近かったのでholidayできているアメリカ本土の方やカナダの方がほとんどでした。バスの中からガイドさんがノリノリで周りの席の人と自己紹介し合いましょうと言われ、前後、隣の方と交流を深められました(お陰で後ろの席のカナダ人老夫婦と仲良くなり帰りのバスはそのご主人と隣に座って会話盛り上がりました)
hulaの体験や、タトゥー体験、火起こし体験もでき、お子様でも楽しめると思います。ファイヤーダンスは客先でも熱風を感じるほどで、迫力満点、素晴らしかったです。観客の盛り上がりもすごくてその場にいるだけで楽しかったです！結婚60周年というご夫婦がいて会場皆でお祝いしてとても一体感がありました。ハネムーンや記念日の方は特に良い思い出作りができると思います。
英語がある程度理解できないと充分楽しめないと思いますが、外国の雰囲気を存分に味わいたいなら是非オススメです！

Hands down best experience for my entire family.

From the time we were greeted to the final good byes it was a perfect day. everyone was so kind and gracious. Our guide Raff was outstanding and is considered ohana to us. He was very knowledgeable and took care of us so well we didn't want the day to end.
Next time we return to Hawaii we will come back to Polynesian Cultural Center.

It was my 75-year-old mother's first time flying, her first overseas trip, and her first time in Hawaii. Among the various experiences, she says the most memorable was the sunset cruise. While enjoying delicious food and a Hawaiian dance show, she had a wonderful time gazing at the island of Oahu illuminated by the sunset.

If you're in Hawaii, you definitely want to see hula dancing and fire dancing, so I watched them during a VIP course dinner. The location is the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, which is conveniently within walking distance from the major hotels in Waikiki.
True to its name, the VIP course had a separate entrance, and I was treated like a VIP right from the start! They served a welcome drink along with delicious snacks and fruits. I was pleasantly surprised right away.
I was seated in front of the stage and enjoyed the dinner course, which included lobster and steak... everything was colorful and delicious. Since the dinner was served slowly, it got a bit hectic just before the show started.
And finally, the show began! It started with hula dancing, followed by Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, and fire dancing... everything was amazing! Elvis and Michael even came down from the stage to the audience, which was a great treat! Those who got Elvis's red scarf were lucky!
After the show, the performers from the hula dance, as well as Elvis and Michael, were waiting at the exit for photo opportunities. They were really nice guys and we were able to take great pictures.
This is a show you definitely want to see at least once when you come to Hawaii!!

どれも最高でした！

エルヴィスの赤いマフラーもらえた方はラッキーです！

I participated because of the "second person free" offer. To be honest, I went without much expectation, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was more than enough, and I was extremely full. The show allowed us to feel the history of Hawaii while featuring performances by Elvis and Michael Jackson—truly a fantastic show from the home of entertainment, America. I felt a bit embarrassed that we essentially paid for one person with the second person free offer. It was a great value. If I have the chance again, I would love to see it, and I immediately recommended it to a friend who is going to Hawaii next month.
It's worth going. A must-see.

I was able to make a smooth reservation despite the large number of people and booking the day before. I used the shuttle service, and it was easy to find as they held a sign in the hotel lobby. Inside the ship, the dining areas were separated by meal type. We opted for the buffet plan. Since we were in a room at the bow of the ship, there was some slight rocking. The buffet selection was just okay. We could also go up to the top deck to enjoy the sunset and night views. The onboard events were well-organized, and each room had its own show, so there was never a dull moment.
大人数の利用で、前日予約にもかかわらずスムーズに予約ができました。送迎を利用しましたが、わかりやすくホテルのロビーで看板を持っていたので、すぐにわかりました。船内は食事の内容ごとに分かれていました。我々はビュッフェプランを利用しました。今回は船首の部屋だった為、多少の揺れはありました。ビュッフェの内容はまあまあかなと。最上階のデッキにも上がれ、サンセットや夜景などを楽しめます。船内でのイベントも充実しており、各部屋毎にショーをしていただけたので、飽きさせることがなかったです。

I have visited Hawaii several times, but this was my first time participating in a sunset cruise. Since we were going, my wife requested a limousine transfer that she wanted, and we booked it through a five-star service. We laughed at how, despite the spacious interior of the car, we were sitting together in the corner, all excited from the hotel. The welcome hula and the captain's greeting made us feel thrilled. Unfortunately, the cruise was under cloudy skies, so we couldn't see the sunset, but listening to live jazz while enjoying the beautiful night view of Honolulu was lovely, and the food was very delicious. Above all, thanks to the attentive care of the staff, we had an incredibly happy time. I would love to participate again next time.

Chief's Luau - Polynesian Show with Authentic Award-Winning Fire Knife Dancing
Royal Package - Definitely worth the extra money

My boyfriend and I went to Chiefs Luau and it was such a fun night. We are so happy we chose the Royal Package because we were in the very first row, got 3 complimentary drinks, and were first in line for the buffet. The food was really good, my favorite was the kalua pork and poi. The "chief" was hilarious and very talented. This show had performances/dances of cultures from all over Polynesia so it was really cool to see all of their differences. It was very engaging and family-oriented, the fire-knife performance was my favorite. One thing to note is to bring bug-spray! There were mosquitoes since the luau is located at a waterpark. I would highly recommend Chief's luau to anyone!

Complete Pearl Harbor Tour with Lunch - Visit Main Exhibits, Memorials & Museums
Eye-opening and touching experience

This Pearl Harbor tour is the perfect experience for people who want to step back in time and learn about what happened on the day Pearl Harbor was attacked. First, we went to the USS Arizona memorial. We watched a 10 minute introduction video that gave a brief description of the Pearl Harbor Attacks and World War 2 then we took a short boat-ride to the memorial. Then we toured the USS Bowfin submarine with an audio guide and the USS Battleship Missouri with a tour guide. These tours really put things into perspective. I chose a deli sandwich for lunch and it was good. The bus driver Kaleo was great; he was very personable, treated us like family, and made everyone laugh. He made the drive to and from Pearl Harbor very entertaining. Overall, this Complete Pearl Harbor was a very eye-opening and touching experience.

I wanted to see a Hawaiian show, so I decided to participate. In the VIP course, after entering through a separate entrance, we enjoyed a delicious welcome drink and light snacks, followed by a course dinner and then the show. I think the meal was plentiful and luxurious. Also, if you don't know how to shell the lobster, you can ask for help, and they will do it for you. The show allows you to experience the history of Hawaii and its music from the past to the present, even covering songs from Disney's Moana, always keeping the content fresh. The audience was lively, and the performers came close to the seats, making it an engaging experience. One thing to note is that the venue was quite cold, so a jacket is essential.

The sunset viewed from the boat was incredibly beautiful. There was an all-you-can-eat crab, but I spent most of the time outside taking pictures and watching the sunset and fireworks, so I didn't have much time to eat. The fireworks were farther away than I expected.
船からみる夕焼けがすごく綺麗でした。
蟹が食べ放題ですが写真を撮ったり、夕焼けや花火を見るために外に出るので食べる時間はあまりありませんでした。
