As the final night event, I went to check it out. I only participated in the cocktail portion, but it was definitely worth seeing. Of course, there were impersonators of Celine, Michael, and Elvis, but I was most excited about the Hawaiian dance (Fireman and Hula dance)!! The sound was amazing, and the visuals in the background, along with the high quality of the surrounding dancers, made it a very good quality show that you can see quite up close. At the end of the show, you can take photos together in the meeting area. I was hesitating, wondering if tips were necessary since I didn't know the going rate, but it turned out that tips weren't needed, and they were happy to take photos casually! 😊

最後の夜のイベントとして、いってみました。カクテルだけの参加でしたが、見る価値絶対あります。セリーヌ、マイケル、エルビスのそっくりさんはもちろんですが、私はハワイアンダンス（ファイアーマンやフラダンス）が一番興奮しました！！　サウンドも素晴らしいし、バックに映る映像の演出、周りのダンサーのQuality の高さなど、ShowとしてはとてもよいQualityで結構近くでみれます。ショーの最後にミーティングエリアで一緒に写真もとれます。もしかしてチップとかいるのかな？相場がわからないな？と躊躇していましたが、Chipなども必要なく、気軽に写真撮影に応じてもらえましたよ＾＾

This cruise was great. The food was good, the entertainment outstanding. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Oahu. I also liked walking around outside and seeing the island from the sea. It's a little pricey, but worth it.

My sister and I wanna say thank you all at big chief's luau. First luau ever and we had a blast. So glad I had chosen Big Chief's. By far the best even though I'd had never been to another. The family oriented feeling you received you felt as if you had known them longer then you had. The food and entertainment was awesome. Not to mention the lesson in life to learn from . Teaching cultures and hawaii traditions was special. much love to the crew at Big chief's for making us feel so welcome. I would recommend to anyone I know. Even the bus tour guides was top stars.

We chose the whole day outing at the Polynesian Culture Center and we didn't regret it. Our transportation was on time, the escort was very entertaining and informative and the drive from Maui to the Center beautiful.

We visited as many island sites as possible and found each different and informative and also entertaining. The water parade was gorgeous.

In the afternoon we went for the luau that was extremely well organized. The food was ample and good.

The luau that followed was breathtaking. The dances, the fire dances, the costumes, the colors each and every one was superb.

When all was over we found our bus that brought us back to our hotel. The day was over but the memories lingered on.

Since it was the first time for me, my family, and my friends' families to come to Hawaii, I ordered a lei welcome as a surprise without telling anyone.

On the day of July 29, when I found the person holding our team name sign at the airport exit, she was a woman in a regular shirt and pants. I thought she would guide us to where we would receive the lei, but when I spoke to her, she took out a lei from her bag and placed it on my family member behind me, saying, "Welcome, thank you." I was confused because this was not what I expected, and even though I had ordered for all 16 people and made a payment in advance, why was there only one? I showed the voucher for the 16 orders to the staff, but they showed me a document that probably came from the company, saying, "It says one here, right?"

Indeed, it was written as one, but I couldn't accept it. I called the local company to check if the remaining 15 had not been processed, and it turned out that the payment had been made, but there was a communication error. They asked if they should deliver the rest to the hotel later, but I said it wouldn't make sense if I didn't receive them at the airport, so I requested to cancel the remaining 15 and process a refund.

I was very disappointed, especially since I had high hopes for the surprise. The kids asked, "Why is there only one?" and I felt bad from the moment we arrived. Starting the trip like this put me in a really unpleasant mood, so I hope they will be more careful in the future.

By the way, I also hope the person handing out the lei will pay more attention to their attire and greet us with a bigger smile to create a welcoming atmosphere.

僕も家族も友人家族も含め初めてハワイに来たので、みんなには言わず、サプライズで楽しませようとレイのお出迎えを注文しました。
７月２９日の当日、私たちのチーム名の札を持っている方を空港出口でさがして見つけたら、普通のシャツにズボンをはいている女性でしたので、きっとこの人はレイをかけてくれる場所まで案内してくれる方だと思っていましたが、話しかけるとバックから取り出したレイを僕の後ろにいた家族にかけてくれて、「ようこそ、ありがとう」って言っていました。なんだこれは？写真等と期待してたのと違うぞ、更に１６人全員分注文して事前にカード決済しているのに何で１人だけ？と疑問だらけで、１６人の注文のバウチャーを係りの方に見せましたが、「私の書類には、１つって書いてあるでしょ」って会社から渡されているであろう書類を見せられました。
確かに１人って書いてありましたが、なんか納得できずに、現地の会社に電話して残り１５個がまさか決済されてないよなと思い連絡しました。
やはり決済はされていて連絡ミスだったらしく、あとでホテルに届けるか？と言われましたが、空港でもらわないと意味がないので残り１５個はキャンセルして返金処理をしてもらうようにしました。
サプライズで楽しませようと期待していただけに非常に残念でした。子供達にも「何で一人だけ？」て言われて、着いた着いた瞬間から嫌な思いをしてしまいました。旅の始まりで、こんな感じだと凄く嫌な気分になったので、今後気をつけて欲しいです。
ちなみにレイを渡してくれる方も、服装に気を使ってもっと笑顔で歓迎ムードを出してほしいです。

My Neice was traveling to Oahu from LA. Her plane had engine damage and she had to wait for a new plane. She was overwhelmed & extremely upset that her departure was delayed almost an entire day. I thought I'd cheer her by having her Lei'd at her arrival. It was short notice, I could not get anyone to do it. Than I called Veltra, I explained my situation. After some checking the very nice gal told me they could arrange it, my niece was arriving in just 3 hours. I am so greatful. Thank you!

Food was great, service was great, show and dancers was awesome, views of Honolulu and fireworks perfect!!

I thought I would easily find the group exit since I was wearing a red aloha shirt, but I couldn't find it at all. I even tried the individual exit, thinking it might be a different one, but still no luck. By the time I went back to search, it had already been an hour since my arrival.

I had no choice but to ask the JTB representative I had arranged my trip with. They helped me search and even made contact.

To my surprise, they said, "At the individual exit, there's someone in a purple aloha shirt." Wasn't it supposed to be red at the group exit?

Moreover, they said they couldn't reach the person, so I was asked to look for them. The JTB representative also helped with a major search.

Then, I found him. He was sitting to the side, doing a crossword puzzle, showing no intention of looking for me at all. The JTB representative had to firmly tell him, and only then did he finally realize.

To make matters worse, the lei was in a plastic bag, lacking any charm. The card he handed me had different writing than what I had requested.

I wasted both time and money. I want a refund.

団体出口、赤色のアロハシャツということで、すぐ見つかるだろうと思っていたのですが、全く見つからず。
違う出口かと思って個人の方も行ってみたのですがまた見つからず。
戻って探している間にすでに到着から一時間。

仕方なく旅行を依頼していたJTBの人に聞いてみたら、探してくれたり、さらには連絡をとってくれました。

すると、驚くことに、
「個人出口」で、「紫」のアロハシャツ。
は、団体出口、赤では？？

しかも連絡がつかないから、こちらから探してくれと言われたとのこと。
JTBの人も手伝ってくれて大捜索。

すると、いました。
脇に腰かけて、クロスワードをしているおじさん。
探す気なんてさらさらありません。
JTBの人があきれた感じで強く言ってくれて、やっと気づいたくらい。

しかもレイはポリ袋の中。全く情緒なんてありません。
渡してくれたカードもこちらが依頼していたものとは違う文字。


時間とお金を無駄にしました。
返金を求めたいです。

This was our fourth trip to Hawaii, and we participated as a family of four. I apologize, but I signed up without expecting much from the food or the show, thinking it would just be a conversation starter. However, after dining at several steakhouses in Waikiki, I was pleasantly surprised by the high rating my family gave the meal; it was satisfying in taste and had a reasonable portion size. It was unexpectedly good in a positive way. As for the show, although it had a retro feel, it was very much in line with Hawaiian culture and of high quality, which amazed the whole family. I believe that families with children of a certain age can enjoy it thoroughly. The VIP dinner offers various services right in front of the stage (laughs), and while it is a bit pricier, I think it provides good value for the cost, so I recommend it. My family said they would like to go again next time.

申し訳ないのですが、食事もショーの内容もそれほど期待せず話のタネになればと思って申し込んだのですが、ワイキキで何件かのステーキハウスで食事をしてからの評価としては予想に反して、家族の食事に対する評価は高く満足できる味と適度な量でした。いい意味でちょっと意外でした。そして、ショーの内容についてもレトロ感があるものの、ハワイらしい内容でクオリティーの高いもので家族皆驚きました。ある程度の年齢の家族なら皆で十分楽しめる内容だと思います。ＶＩＰディナーなら舞台前で色々なサービス（笑）もあり、少し高めの価格ですがコストパフォーマンス的に満足できる内容と思いますのでお勧めします。家族は次回もまた行きたいと言っていました。

Amazing! It was great to see how rich and important the polynesian culture is. I learned a lot about the history, arts, music, history and games in Hawaii, New Zealand, Tonga, Tahiti, Samoa and Fiji. The cultural center is well organized and the shows and exhibitions are really neat. The staff member are very kind and polite. The food was delicious and the final show (Ha! Breath of Life) was fantastic! Don't miss the Hawaiian Journey movie, it features amazing landscapes, majestic mountains, waterfalls, volcanoes and lush forests.
Polynesian Cultural Center is a must-do in Hawaii, specially if you have kids.

Leo our driver was absolutely amazing , full of interesting facts about beautiful Hawaii , always patient and happy . The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars is the traffic , at times it was horrendous !! Luckily Leo took our mind off it with sometimes Hawaiian music sometimes quirky information,never boring , thank you

Me and my partner was really feels great for our tour... Thank you so much for giving us a Great day for our tour... Most specially for giving us a wonderful and hospitable tour guide Dennis... He was so brilliant and accomodating he really cares for your customer and guided us properly with care.. He teaches us sooo many lessons about Hawaii and we learned a lot... Thank u sooo much Dennis... He needs a pay rise for being so wonderful to your customers All in all we give u 100 % rating Mahalo until our next tour

There were few Japanese participants, and both on the bus and during the show, an interesting guy talked a lot, so it was tough if you didn't understand English to some extent. My parents in their 70s, who went with me, couldn't enjoy it and ended up dozing off. There were various activities before the show, and participating in them was really fun. The food was quite good for a luau show buffet. The hula dance only took up a small portion of the show and the quality wasn't that high. The highlight was the fire dance performed by a large group. It was a luau show where you could feel the atmosphere of both America and Hawaii throughout.

日本人の参加は少なく、バスの中もショーの中でも面白いおじさんが喋りまくる、時に話しかけられるので、英語がある程度わからないと厳しいです。一緒に行った70代の両親は楽しめず、居眠りしてました。。ショーの前に色々なactivityがあり、参加してみるととても楽しかったです。食事はルアウショーのビュッフェにしては美味しかったです。ショーの中でフラが占める割合はほんの少しで、それほどクオリティも高くないです。圧巻だったのは大人数でのファイヤーダンスでした。アメリカとハワイの空気を随所に感じるルアウショーでした。

This was a great experience, however we didn't have enough time to do everything. If we had gotten there right when it opened, it would have been better. The buffet was ok, but not great. The Breath of Life show was awesome and the best part of the whole experience.

Great food, excellent view. Wonderful entertainment! Worth the price.

After the Hawaiian buffet at Tree Top Luau, you can enjoy a show featuring impersonators of Elvis, Michael, and Celine Dion.

First, the outdoor Tree Top Luau (it seems to be indoors in case of rain). It was sunny on the day, so we enjoyed the Hawaiian buffet outside. Honestly, it gets hot, so I recommend bringing a fan or something similar.

They serve a welcome drink of one Mai Tai per person. It's a cocktail-like drink, and you can choose whether to have alcohol or not, so no worries.

After that, you go in turn to get your food, but the dishes are lined up in a corridor-like area, so you have to wait a bit before you can get to the food. There are over 20 dishes including roast beef, lomi lomi salmon, huli huli chicken, and a dessert bar, so I think everyone will be full after one trip.

It was quite tasty. While you're eating, dancers perform hula, so I think you'll enjoy it. Afterward, you're guided to the premium seats in the theater. Non-alcoholic drinks are $5, and alcoholic drinks are $10, so don’t forget your money if you want to enjoy a drink while watching.

Once the show starts, you'll see well-known figures like Michael, Celine Dion, and Elvis. However, the highlight is a fire dance performed by a Hawaiian dancer, which is truly worth seeing. Honestly, I wished I could see more of it.

Michael Jackson was also very popular. Even though there were many Japanese guests, the finale was Elvis. I felt that Michael Jackson would have been a more exciting finale. But maybe for Americans, it makes sense for it to be Elvis?

At the end, you can take photos with Elvis, Michael Jackson, and Celine Dion using your own camera, which makes for a great memory, and it's free. The photos taken by the staff at the end cost $25. I thought that was too expensive and declined, but if they offered it for $10 to $15 instead, I think more people would buy them, which seems like a waste.

I recommend this as a memorable part of your Hawaii trip.

1人に一杯サービスしてくれます。
カクテルみたいな飲み物ですよ(^^)
アルコール有りか無しは選べますのでご安心を(^^)汗
その後は順番に料理を取りに行くのですが
通路みたいな場所に料理がならんでますので 各テーブルごとになるので 料理を取りに行くまでに少し待たなくては行けません(´･_･`)
ローストビーフや、ロミロミサーモン、フリフリチキン、デザートバーなど20種以上ありますので 多分皆さん1回取りに行かれたらお腹がいっぱいになると思います(^^)

正直 もっと見たい もっとやってて欲しいと心の底から 思いました(^^)
後はマイケルジャクソンが 人気ありましたね。日本人が 1番観客が 多かったのに

でも アメリカ人からしたらエルヴィスになるのかな(^^)汗？
最後はエルヴィスさんやマイケルジャクソンさんやセリーヌディオンさん達と 自分たちのカメラで 撮影してくれるので それは良い思い出になりました(^^)もちろん無料でね(^^)
最後に 記念撮影した写真が25ドルでした。
余りにも高すぎて断りましたが そのまま断られて捨てちゃうなら10ドルから15ドルに
すれば購入する方も増えると思うからもったいないなと思いました(^^)
１つのハワイ旅行の記念にはお勧めいたします。

I wanted to get a Lei greeting for my wife on our arrival in Honolulu, and I contracted with Hawaii Activities for an Orchid/Ti leaf lei for my wife and a Ti leaf lei for myself. First our plane was late and the greeter was still there right on time at our arrival, and second the leis were very well done, with my wife's Orchid lei being really beautiful. I was happy with how it turned out, and would recommend these people to others who are coming to Hawaii.

We really enjoyed our tour. We were given a good amount of time to explore each area. Would have like a little more time on the Missouri. Loved the information all the history. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful time. Great family time. The Friday cruise was spectacular because of the fireworks. I would recommend this to family and friends.

We went and it was raining but we still had a great time! We were provided ponchos and everything worked out!

It's the only place in Waikiki where you can see a Polynesian show. The Golden Circle seats are a bit pricey, but they are arranged around the stage, and the buffet is served first, making it recommended for families with children or elderly guests. Since it's outdoors, you can also feel the Hawaiian atmosphere. I would like to give it five stars, but there's a downside of cancellation in case of rain, so I'll deduct one star... but there's nothing we can do about that.

唯一ワイキキでポリネシアンショーが観れるところです。ゴールデンサークルは少し高い金額ですが、舞台周りに席が用意されていて、ブッフェも先に案内されるので子供連れやお年寄り連れなどの場合はオススメです。野外なのでハワイらしさも感じることができます。星5つにしたいのですが、雨天中止というデメリットがあるので星1つ減点・・・でもこればっかりは仕方ないですね。

We had a great time. The food was very good, and the show was outstanding.

Our driver -Keow (certainly misspelled)--made the day. Picked up promptly from our hotel---the days schedule was laid out for us. Pearl Harbor is a solemn and reverent place. We did the USS Missouri tour also---excellent. Keow (?) was fantastic---he was knowledgeble and funny and entertaining. He even sang some Elvis---pretty well too! Pearl Harbor is an amazing place---they do a great job . Great day--great company.

Would recomend the guided tour. It enabled us to see each area and then decide which one we would like to spend more time. The guide was very informative about all the islands. the Luau was great. Plenty of food great entertainment. Would highly recomend

The views were outstanding. The food was very good, and the entertainment was excellent. I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone traveling to this location.

We were met by a very cheerful person and the Lei's were beautiful. She took us to the baggage area and continued to tell us about the island and provide suggestions on what to do. Awesome way to start our vacation.

We stayed in Oahu for our 10yr anniversary and this was attended the night of our very anniversary and all I can say is that the Luau was amazing. When everyone celebrating and anniversary was asked to go on stage, given flowers, torches came out and they shut off the lights and had the couples dance under the stars, it made our night. We could not have asked for a better experience. We had a great time, the staff was amazing and the event was more awesome than I could have ever anticipated. Highly recommend.

The Rock-A-Hula Dinner and Show was a great event. I'm glad we included it in our vacation plans.

It was absolutely great! Service and entertainment was awesome! The views and sunset was breathtaking, and to end the night with fireworks was more than what we could ask for. I would definitely bring my family on this cruise again!
