There was a bit of a wait for the buffet, but there were plenty of Hawaiian dishes like roast beef, teriyaki chicken, and fried fish, including lomi lomi salmon, so I was able to eat to my heart's content. The drinks were delicious too; my favorite was the lava flow. The show was a surprisingly authentic performance. The quick costume changes and powerful performances were truly amazing!

The Magical Mystery Show at the Hilton Waikiki Beach is seriously one of the best things to do in the evening in Waikiki! My friends and I had an absolute blast from start to finish. When we arrived, we were greeted with a delicious cocktail and escorted into the Museum of Curiosities. There, a talented magician entertained us with captivating stories about how King David Kalakaua brought the concept of "salon performance" to Hawaii from England. Once we discovered the secret password, we entered the main theater. Let me tell you, the room is cozy and beautifully decorated with vintage furniture and comfy chairs.
But here's the best part - the interaction with the performers was absolutely outstanding! It honestly felt like we were getting our own personal magic show. The close-up magic was incredibly engaging, and it was a hit with both the adults and the kids. We laughed so much and were completely impressed beyond words by the mind-blowing tricks! Every single part of the magic show was thoroughly entertaining and enjoyable. And let me just say, it was totally worth every penny! I can't recommend it enough!
Seriously, what a unique activity. It's perfect for a rainy day or any day, really. You're guaranteed plenty of laughs. Trust me, you won't regret it!

I received several emails from Veltra and the operating company informing me of the early morning meeting time, stating "Meet at Honolulu Airport at 5:30." However, the day before, I received a short message saying, "Meet at 5:00!" When I arrived in Honolulu and spoke during the reconfirmation call, I was told it was 5:30, but shortly after, I was told it was 5:00, so I hurriedly called back.

The office was supposed to be available for calls until 14:30, so I planned to confirm at 2:17, but no one answered the phone. With no other options, I decided to leave my hotel in Honolulu at 4:30 to match the earlier meeting time. I thought it was different from the voucher I received, but in the end, it seemed that 5:30 was fine. I suspect there was a typo in the short message, but I wish they had confirmed before sending it. It was very frustrating.

As for the Kauai Island tour, the driver and guide's fun personality allowed all 12 participants to have a great time throughout. Both the sightseeing and lunch exceeded my expectations. We were the only Japanese couple, but there was an international atmosphere with participants from various places. I highly recommend this tour if you're going to Kauai Island!

何度かベルトラさんや催行会社からメールをもらって、早朝の集合時間などのお知らせがあり「5:30にホノルル空港集合」と知らされていたのに、前日になってショートメッセージで、「5:00集合」とのメッセージが！
ホノルルに到着してすぐにリコンファメーションの電話で話した時にも5:30集合と言われたのに、そのあと少しして5:00集合と言われ、慌てて電話しました。
オフィスは14:30まで電話対応OKと書かれていたので、2:17に慌てて確認の電話をしようと思ったら、電話に誰も出なくて、どうしようもないので念のため早めの集合に合わせて、ホノルルのホテルを4時半に出ました。
もらったバウチャーと違うなとは思ってましたが、結論としては、5:30でよかったみたいでした。
多分ショートメッセージにタイプし間違えたのだと思いますが、ちゃんと確認してから送って欲しかったです。
とても困りました。
カウアイ島観光は、ドライバー兼ガイドさんの楽しい人柄に、終始12人の参加者は楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
観光も、お昼ご飯も、期待以上に満足できました。
日本人は私たち夫婦だけでしたが、色々なところから集まったインターナショナルな雰囲気でした。
カウアイ島へ行くならこのツアーがおすすめです♪

It is a memorable day for us, we went to Arizona memorial, bowfin submarine in the morning, we had lunch at the hangers, then visited the battleship. We don’t need to worry about the tickets, shuttle and lunch, all have been arranged well, we have enough time to visit everywhere we like, I highly recommend the trip.

The Polynesian show is very impressive，all the staff on board are nice, because of the weather we didn’t saw the beautiful sunset, but we saw the rainbow. we did not like food, anyhow it is a nice journey !

I was looking for a hula dance show and found this one! The buffet and drinks were delicious, and the content of the show was very enjoyable, so I was very satisfied. However, there were two disappointing points.

The first was that there was quite a bit of time between the meeting time and when the buffet started. We had a tight schedule before, so we rushed over, but I thought it would have been fine to take our time if we had known about this gap.

The second point was that the show tickets indicated that VIP seats were on the first floor and normal seats were on the second floor, but in reality, the VIP seats were up to the 3rd and 4th rows, and everything beyond that was normal. Given the significant price difference, I wondered if the quality of the seats was really that different.

Overall, I was satisfied, but I felt that I might not have needed a VIP ticket after all.

フラダンスショーを探していて、このショーを見つけました！
ブッフェとドリンクも美味しく、ショーの内容もとても楽しくて大満足でした。
ただ、残念だった点が2点あります。
一つ目は集合時間からブッフェが始まるまでに時間がかなりあったこと。私たちは前の予定がギリギリまであったので、急いで向かいましたが、この時間があるなら急がなくて良かったなと思いました。
二つ目は、ショーのチケットはVIPが1階席、ノーマルが2階席と書いてありましたが、実際は3.4列目までがVIP、それ以降がノーマルで、こんなに価格差があるのに、それほど席のよさは変わらないかも？と思いました。
全体としては満足ですが、VIPチケットでなくてもよかったなと思うところもありました。

Such a great way to see all of the Pearl Harbor sites! Pick up in Waikiki and all of the tickets included made it very easy. The included lunch was delicious and generous portion size. Our tour guide was very engaged and informative - she called us all her cousins and taught us a lot about Honolulu and Pearl Harbor. Would highly recommend!!

Earnel was just amazing. We've done lots of tours all over the world, and on an all-day tour like this one, the guide can make or break the tour. Earnel was one of the best we've had.

He was fun, friendly, knowlegeable, and very personable. He treated us all as "ohana" and made sure we had everything we needed to get the most out of this amazing day.

We loved the monuments and the whole tour. We'll definitely recommend it to others!

I’m so glad we ended up choosing this package rather than trying to coordinate this trip on our own. Our tour guide, Chelsie, sent us great information ahead of time so that we knew exactly what to bring, what to expect during the trip, and where to meet. The open air bus was a fun part of the trip. She shared great information as we drove through Honolulu and to Pearl Harbor. When we arrived, she made sure we knew where to go and our timeline for the trip. Everything went smoothly and the whole family enjoyed the visit.

It was the first time taking my family to PCC and they enjoyed learning about the different islands and cultures. It was a fun and filled with hands on activities for any one of any age to participate in. The buffet had a lot of food to offer and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were initially seated in the back but we had two members in our family with mobility issues and they promptly reseated us closer to the food. The show Ha was great. I have never seen a woman Samoan fire dancer and she was phenomenal.

During our honeymoon last year, I was interested in this show, and I participated during this trip. The buffet was filling, and I almost missed the desserts, so I rushed in and enjoyed them. There was also a show during the meal, with hula shows, rock shows, and fire dances on the stage, which kept us entertained one after another! Thank you very much!

ビュッフェはお腹いっぱいになり、デザートに気付かず、慌てて駆け込み、詰め込みで堪能しました
食事中にもショーがあり、館内のステージでも
フラショーや、ロッキンショー、ファイヤーダンスと、次々と楽しませてくれる構成で楽しかったです！　有難うございました！

Best way to get to see all museums if you are touring on your own!

All the tours were awesome but the Ha Breath of Life was a great way to end the day!

The food was ok. The noodles were the best part. The entertainment wad better definately. Did not get to see as much sunset due to the mountains.

It was a long and tiring day, but it was absolutely worth it. There is so much history. Most people know about the USS Arizona Memorial, but there is so much more. The submarine Bowfin, battleship Missouri and the Aviation museum. With the short movies and museums at each attraction there is so much to see and do it takes a full day. Our 9 yo boy absolutely loved it. He never complained once. His favorite part was exploring the Missouri. I highly recommend this tour.

The villages were quite a treat! Quite personal, few crowds, and thoroughly educational & entertaining!
The buffet dinner had many choices, but we were not too happy with the quality of the main dishes; beef was of low quality, somewhat tough, & often cold by the time it got to our table; chicken was again of poor quality & soaked in unusual sauces; fish likewise. Would prefer less choices & better quality! Service was good.

It was more fun than I expected.

There was also a live band, which was great.
There was even Presley, so the genre was diverse and I wasn't bored at all.

Cheif's Luau is a MUST DO!!! This was our favorite thing we did on our entire trip to Hawaii. If possible, pay for transportation included. The ride to the luau was fun and informative - it was like a mini tour because the guide taught us some Hawaiian words, fun facts, gavw us cultural insights, and even made jokes! This was literally the best thing ever! This is perfect for everyone! Kid friendly, but also perfect for couples and families alike. In fact, the Luau was so great that I think mostly adults would appreciate all the effort made by Cheif and Tamatoa! Best fire show also!! 10/10

This tour was truly a full day adventure! I am so happy I visited the PCC and took the time to learn more about Hawaiian culture. The family and I loved the Luau!

The Pearl Harbor Guided Arizona Memorial & USS Battleship Missouri tour was so moving. The Arizona Memorial was very humbling to know how many lives were given up for the freedom we enjoy today. The Battleship Missouri was amazing, knowing all the history that transpired on it. The tour underneath with all the memorabilia brought us right back to the days that the letter were written, the bed that were slept in, the uniforms that were worn and so much more. It was so educational and inspirational!

After enjoying a buffet-style dinner, you'll be watching a show, so the time commitment will be longer. It’s better not to schedule anything else afterward. There is a roof, but since the dining is outdoors, there is no air conditioning. You can enjoy the lively atmosphere while watching hula dancing during the meal. I recommend this for your first trip to Hawaii.

次の予定は入れない方が良いでしょう。
屋根はありますが野外での食事なので空調はありません。
食事中もフラダンスも観れるので賑やかに楽しめます。

The passport to pearl harbor was an excellent experience for the price. You can see the many museums and learn about the event's history. I recommend this to anyone interested in WWII.

This time, I participated in my first trip to Hawaii with a Diamond Premier seat. With priority entry, I was able to sit right next to the stage, and it was an impressive show filled with the spirit of Hawaii! The food was also available to us first, and both the taste and portion size were great. However, everything from the entrance announcement was in English, so I couldn't understand the MC's jokes, which was a bit disappointing. It was a moment that made me realize the necessity of English conversation at my age. If the budget allows, I think it's better to participate with a Diamond Premier seat. Regular seats enter after the Diamond seats, and since the seating is further back, you can't feel the dynamism of the show.

今回は、初めてのハワイ旅行で、ダイヤモンドプレミアシートで参加させてもらいました。
優先入場で、席もステージの横で見ることができて、迫力があって、ハワイ感満載のショーでした！
料理も優先的に取ることができて、味もボリュームも問題ありませんでした。
ただ、入場案内から全て英語なので、MCのトークで笑いが起きても、理解出来ずで少し残念でした。英会話の必要性を、この年で感じた1シーンです。
予算が許すならば、ダイヤモンドプレミアで参加された方がいいと思います。レギュラーシートは入場がダイヤモンドシートのあとで、食事を取るのももあと、座席も後方なので、ショーのダイナミックさを感じることが出来ないです。

We completely enjoyed our tour of this beautiful island. Our guide was amazing. Keyleon He had so much knowledge about the areas he expertly drove us to.
The only negative I found is that most people who took this tour were staying on this island. We did a flight from Oahu to Kauai. We missed our return flight due to slow traffic conditions. If you plan to island hop- make sure you get a later flight off this island or you will spend a huge amount of time in the airport.

Enjoyed the show. The entertainment was very good. We paid to be picked up. I am so glad we made that decision. Traffic was bad but our driver Johnny handled it like a pro. Greg checked us in and then narrated the trip. He had a great sense of humor and made the ride very enjoyable. The chief also had a great sense of humor and made the stories very interesting. We were also surprised with flowers for our anniversary. They were all very courteous and made you feel like part of the family. We will definitely go again if we are ever back in Hawaii.
