I thought there would be many Japanese participants, but about 80% of the group was non-Japanese. With so many people, I expected the buffet to be more crowded, but everyone maintained order, and we were able to enjoy our meal without chaos. The taste was average, but since it's a buffet, the portions were generous, and the two included drinks made it feel like a good deal.

The show is recommended for those who might get bored with just hula, as well as fans of Elvis and Michael Jackson. While the impersonations of Elvis and Michael Jackson don't go beyond imitation, the stage is luxurious, the sound quality is good, and they perform classic hit songs, so I think you'll enjoy it. The hula performance was impressive from the VIP seats. Please see the photos. You can take pictures freely without flash (video and recording are not allowed).

Here are some points to note: The reception staff can speak Japanese, but once you enter the dining area, it's in English. The meal is outdoors, while the show is indoors with air conditioning, so it's advisable to bring a jacket. I wanted to have a meal separately, so I chose a course that only allowed me to experience the show. When it was time, we were allowed into the theater, but it seemed that the middle area was reserved for those with meals, so guests who only attended the show were guided to the seats on the sides. The show was quite good overall. The kids didn't react much since they aren't very familiar with Elvis or Michael, but they seemed to enjoy the fire show. It might have been better if there had been a bit more acrobatics. There were perhaps too many songs, which made it slightly boring... As for Michael, he was a bit chubby and I wouldn't say his dancing was great. Of course, the real Michael is incredible, so it's understandable that he can't be imitated, but the overall quality was solid and it was enjoyable as entertainment. However, what we had imagined was enjoying music outdoors while feeling the sea breeze, so it was a bit of a surprise to be completely inside the theater in a sealed space. I thought maybe a show at a hotel would have been better. Well, I was glad to see the authentic Hawaiian hula dance, so next time I would like to book a package that includes a meal and some activities.

マイケルもね。。太っちょマイケルで、お世辞にもダンスが上手とは言えない感じで。本物がスゴすぎるのでマネをすることはできないんでしょうけどねもちろん全体の完成度はしっかりしておりエンターテインメントとして楽しめました。
ただ、私たちが想像していたのは屋外で海の風を感じながら流れる音楽を楽しんで…というものだったので、シアターの中に完全に入って密封空間になったのはちょっと誤算でした。
それならホテルなんかでやってるショーでもよかったかなとちょっと思ったり。。
まぁでも本番ハワイのフラダンスは観られたので良かったです次は食事付きで、ちょっとしたアクティビティもついてる方を申し込んでみたいと思います。

For those seeking nature that can't be found in Japan and who love the special spirits of Hawaii, I think this is the best tour. I wanted to experience nature beyond Oahu, and a local friend recommended Kauai Island. When I searched, I found this tour. Although the order of the attractions was different from what was shown on the website, the Wailua River cruise, which I was most looking forward to, felt truly sacred and left me in awe. Other places were also energetic and gave me a wonderful sensation.

When I arrived in Kauai, I was a bit skeptical about whether I would actually be able to participate until I was picked up by the bus, but the first driver was super friendly, and the second driver (Kaleo) was really fun and kept everyone laughing the whole time. Since I was the only participant from Japan, everyone on the bus and at the lunch restaurant talked to me, and I had a great time throughout. I think I had an even more enjoyable time thanks to Kaleo's guidance. I feel really lucky to have been able to join this tour!

カウアイ島に着いて実際バスにピックアップしてもらうまでちゃんと参加できるか半信半疑でしたが、1人目のドライバーさんもすっごくフレンドリーで、2人目(Kaleo)のドライバーさんもとっても楽しく面白くずっとみんなを笑わせてくれました。1人でかつ日本からの参加は私1人だったせいか、バス車内でもランチのレストランでもお客さん皆も私に話しかけてくれて始終楽しく過ごせました。Kaleoのガイドのおかげでさらに楽しい時間が過ごせたんだと思います。このツアーに参加できて本当にラッキーです！！

The expensive seats are of course close to the stage, but I thought it was a good deal to be guided to the front rows if you line up early in the regular seats. The area is flat without any steps, and you watch the show while eating at a U-shaped buffet. There were six dancers and one host, which felt like a larger group than I expected. Both types of seats had the same buffet options. It seemed like the people in the expensive seats took their food first, followed by those in the regular seats. One fun service was that they offered to draw tattoos on your arm with a magic pen if you wanted!

This is my second time on the 5-Star cruise. This time, I wanted to see the fireworks on Friday, so I made a reservation here.

I enjoyed the meal and Hawaiian-style cocktails. By the time I was seated, the appetizers were already prepared, and the lobster and salad were easy to eat.

If you want to relax and enjoy a calm atmosphere, I recommend the window-side seats on the 3 or 5-Star cruises.

In the past, I took a photo with the captain at the entrance, but this time it was taken at my seat.

I will be simple and straight, please see my following points.

1. I booked sit down dinner, not buffet, overall food presentation look good, taste good too. Drinks are good too.
2. Service is just so so, the server for my table never gets me things I asked for, example, refill water, lemon, and my second glass of drink, I understand it's a busy task and have to serve all plates and take finishing plates away, and each server takes care of couple tables, but this should not be used as an excuse for service quality.
3. The show is good, but it's kind short, I wish we can see the full stage of Luau show, but the center stage is pretty small, so in order to accommodate every guest, they always have couple dancers on each side,

As overseas visitors we were able to see and learned on what actually happened about the surprise attack on the Pearl Harbor naval facilities based on the videos presented and ships hit by the surprise attack. How the US navy base survived the attack. Our visit to the historical place was a big help on our history knowledge.

I was torn between expensive luau shows, but choosing this one was definitely the right decision! It's the best entertainment you can only see here in Hawaii. Personally, I found the men's hula show to be rare and powerful, and I especially liked it.
