We used this for our honeymoon on the last day. Most people were dressed quite casually, especially the men who often wore T-shirts, shorts, and slippers. I had my husband wear long pants and shoes just to be safe, but it seemed like it wasn't a big deal. I wore a long dress, and the staff complimented me with "Pretty dress!"

We didn't have a guaranteed window seat, but we were seated by the window. However, the distance between our table and the next was very close. We happened to be seated next to two Korean guests, but if they had been Japanese, I think we would have heard everything they talked about, even if we didn't want to. (laughs)

The female staff member who served us wasn't very friendly; she tried to take our plates away even while we were still eating and the drinks took a long time to arrive. And they weren't very good...

I rated the food three stars this time. The appetizer salad looked like rabbit food, with 5-6 leaves of greens arranged and topped with a vinegar-like dressing. The greens were very bitter, and I think it would be a matter of personal taste. I was okay with it, but my husband couldn't eat it and had it taken away. However, the lobster was a whole one per person, and it was very plump, making us feel quite luxurious! The steak was tender and tasty, but compared to the many delicious steaks we've had in Waikiki, it left a bit to be desired... But if you consider it as dinner cruise food, I'm sure it's quite good!

There were performances and dances on stage, and audience participation dances as well. We aren't good at that sort of thing, so we just watched everyone dancing from our seats, but it was fun. The dancers looked like they were having a great time.

We returned to Waikiki around 8 PM, which allowed us to do some shopping and make good use of our time. The sunset was beautiful, and overall, I think it was a good dinner cruise. However, considering the high price even for three stars, I felt that once was enough for this experience.

服装はみなさん結構ラフな感じで、男性は特にTシャツ・短パン・スリッパの方が多かったです。主人には一応長ズボンと靴をはいてもらって参加しましたが、あまり気にしなくてよかったようです。私はロングワンピースを着ていましたが、スタッフの方に「プリティードレス！」と誉めていただけました。
窓際席の確約はしていませんでしたが、窓際席に案内してもらいました。ただ隣の席との距離はとても近いです。私達はたまたま両サイドが韓国の方だったのですが、日本人だときっと話す内容が聞きたくなくてもまる聞こえだと思います。笑
サービスをしてくれた女性のスタッフは、食べている途中でも少しステージを観ているだけでお皿を下げようとしてきたり、愛想はあまり良くない方でした。そしてドリンクはとても来るのが遅いです。そして美味しくなかった、、、。
料理は今回３スターにしました。前菜のサラダ(？)はまるでウサギのエサのような葉野菜が5～6枚並べられて上からビネガーっぽいドレッシングがかかっていました。その葉野菜がとても苦く、好みが分かれそうなお味でした。私は大丈夫でしたが主人は食べれず残して下げてもらっていました。しかし、ロブスターは一人にまるまる1匹出てきて身もプリプリ、とても贅沢な気分を味わえました！ステーキも柔らかく美味しい方だとは思いますが、ワイキキでたくさん美味しいステーキを食べてきた私達からしたら少し残念な印象・・・。でもディナークルーズの料理と割り切るときっと美味しいお料理だと思います！
ステージでは演奏やダンスがあって、客席参加型のダンス等もありました。私達はそういうのが苦手で席で皆さんが踊っているのを見ていましたが楽しかったです。踊っている方たちも楽しそうでした。
帰りは20時頃にはワイキキに帰れたのでそれからショッピングが出来たりして時間を有効に使えました。
夕日も綺麗に見えましたし、総合して良いディナークルーズだとは思いますが、いくら3スターといえ高額な料金なので、この程度なら一度体験できればもう次はいいかな、といった感じの印象でした。

It was my experience on the day I arrived in Honolulu, and I almost ended up being late. I misunderstood the pickup location and couldn't make it on time. When I called, they told me the bus had already left, so I needed to go directly to the port. I was anxious in the taxi because they said the ship would leave at the departure time. The countdown was also on a boat... I applied because I wanted to see the sunset from the boat. On New Year's Eve, I took my parents in their 50s and participated as a family of four. We chose the plan that included lobster. We were told that a window seat wasn't available for four people, so we were seated at a middle table for eight, but the family we shared it with was from overseas, which allowed us to enjoy an exotic atmosphere. The lobster was incredibly delicious!! I splurged, but I really felt it was worth it to choose this plan! The tour itself was really good, interesting and informing. All of the employees that took care of us were helpful and kind. The problem was the scheduling from Oahu to Kauai. We had to be picked up at 4:30 a.m. At our hotel. The plane left at 6:00 a.m. We got to Kauai at 6:40 a.m. And had to wait until picked up by tour guide at 8:40 a.m.. There were others that left our hotel at 7:00 and arrived to have guide pick them up on time. We also were told (on the tour guide was told) the wrong place at the airport to pick us up. All of that was very stressful. If they could correct the scheduling then it is a worthwhile tour.

I was surprised how accessible the tour was! I've never seen a motor coach with a wheelchair lift before. Our guide, Mike, was top notch! One important suggestion: call well in advance to schedule wheelchair transportation. I actually had to change our tour date, but it worked out perfectly. I also recommend the longer tour. We were only able to get through about 1/3 of the audio tour, which I also highly recommend. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

I participated at the request of my 77-year-old mother-in-law. Since she has difficulty walking, I thought a buffet style would be tough, so I chose a 3-star option. I believe the staff did their best during the pickup, but despite the early meeting time, we weren't guided to the bus for quite a while. We were a bit late getting on because we moved at my mother-in-law's pace, and by the time we boarded, there were only a few fruits and cheeses left.

The final show was good because my mother-in-law enjoyed it, but there was no announcement for disembarkation, and we ended up waiting for the elevator. We were the last to get on the bus, and the driver rushed us to hurry up, which was a bit frustrating. When traveling with elderly companions, we need to consider these aspects more carefully.

I used this service with my friend's family. Since it was Christmas, the city was very crowded, and the bus took longer than expected. I think it was tough for the driver. We enjoyed catching glimpses of the Christmas decorations in the city from the bus. Thank you for the drive.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from the food, but I was surprised by how delicious everything was. The sunset viewed from the boat was also very lovely, and we had an unexpected experience when a pod of dolphins followed us. The onboard show and the dance that everyone participated in were enjoyable, and I'm really glad I took part.

I used the service on December 30. I had a bit of trouble finding the meeting point inside the Sheraton for the bus transfer, which made me a little late, but the staff welcomed me warmly, which was a relief. The ship was large and had a great dinner cruise vibe. Before the course started, there was a buffet with cheese and fruits. There were about four types of cheese, and the blue cheese was particularly delicious.

The course meal included salad, lobster, steak, and dessert. The lobster was very large and satisfying to eat. The steak was tender and tasty. Additionally, the dance show was impressive. It was powerful and captivating, making it hard to look away. There was also a live band, but since everyone was focused on their meals, the applause was sparse, which I thought was a bit unfortunate.

At the end, for some reason, everyone—staff and guests—danced together. It felt like an old disco? I’m not sure if it was because it was the end of the year or if it happens every time, but the staff's energy was so good that it was amusing. Also, thanks to the Friday special, we were able to see fireworks launched from the Hilton while on the ship. The deck was open, so we could enjoy a beautiful sunset, which was satisfying.

Since it was international cuisine, there might be some dishes that suit different tastes, but overall, I thought it was great.

バス送迎ではシェラトン内の集合場所がよくわからず、少し遅れてしまいましたがスタッフの方が快く迎えてくれてホッとしました。
船は大きく、ディナークルーズ感満載で◎。
コースが始まる前に、チーズとフルーツのビュッフェがありました。チーズは4種類ほどあり、特にブルーチーズが美味しかったです。
コース料理は、サラダ、ロブスター、ステーキ、デザートを堪能しました。
ロブスターは非常に大きく、食べ応えがあります。
ステーキは柔らかくておいしかったです。
また、ダンスショーも見応えがありました。迫力があり、ついつい見入ってしまう完成度です。
バンドの生演奏もありましたが、皆が食事に夢中になっており、拍手もまばらだったのは可哀想かなと思いました。
最後には、なぜかスタッフ、客みんなで踊りました。昔のディスコ風？でした。年末だからなのか、毎回なのかわかりませんが、スタッフのノリが良すぎて面白かったです。
また、金曜特典でヒルトンからの打ち上げられる花火を船上から見ることもできました。
デッキが開けているので、サンセットも綺麗に見ることができ満足でした。
海外の料理ということで、口に合う合わないがあるでしょうが、総じて良かったと思います。

I enjoyed both the hula dance and the impersonation show. Since it was Christmas, they also sang Christmas songs. The children seemed to have a great time, especially enjoying the Michael Jackson dance. The meal before the show was delicious, and the location at the Royal Hawaiian Center was very easy to find, which was great.

I participated in the VIP tour. The dinner with lobster and steak was delicious. However, there was some time left after finishing our meal before the show started, which felt a bit tedious. The show was enjoyable and well-paced. However, I found that the content might be a bit difficult to understand for those who are not of an older age group.

This was our first trip to Oahu therefore our first opportunity to visit the USS Arizona, Pearl Harbor and the USS Missouri. We were staying in Ko O'lina on the west side of the island and found very few tours that originated from the leeward side. We are so pleased this tour was offered with hotel pick up.

Our guide, a doppelgänger for Santa Claus, was funny an quite informative. The amount of time provided at each site was exactly enough for us. We feel like we got to cross a few things off our bucket list thanks to this tour.

We certainly recommend this tour.
