I participated for the first time. I was looking forward to it because I heard great things from others.

I joined because it wasn't as extravagant as a dinner cruise, and I had participated in a dinner cruise before.

I prepared it as a little hidden gift for my girlfriend, and it was a complete success!!

Being out at sea and feeling the wind during the cruise was refreshing and helped me forget about everyday worries.

The sunset was especially beautiful after it had set, and we had a wonderful time together. While waiting for the fireworks with the night view of Honolulu, we relaxed.

I think the price is reasonable and I highly recommend it. I would like to participate again.

P.S. Taking motion sickness medication was definitely the right choice.

ディナークルーズほど大仰なものでなくて、よかったんで参加しました。実際、ディナークルーズは以前にも参加したことがあったので。

彼女へのチョッとした隠れプレゼントで用意したのですが、見事に成功でした！！

海に出て、風を受けながらのクルーズはそれだけで何だか気持ちよく、日頃のこととか忘れ癒されました。

サンセットも沈んだ後が特に美しく、ふたりで良い時間が過ごせました。さらにホノルルの夜景を見ながら花火が上がるのを待ちながら、マッタリ~

料金もお手ごろでお薦めと思います。また参加したいです。

P.S.酔い止め薬は飲んでおいて正解でした。

I had an amazing time!
There weren't any staff who spoke Japanese, but the captain could speak a little, and there was another person who spoke broken Japanese and always checked in and talked to us, which made it enjoyable.

The boat was really rocking, and my friend got seasick, but I think it would be fine if you take motion sickness medication beforehand.

Everyone was friendly, and the wind felt great. The sunset was incredibly beautiful, and the fireworks that started at 8 PM afterward were lovely!

The snacks were limited in variety, but they were quite tasty.

All the staff were friendly, and I had a fantastic time!

I definitely want to use this service again.

It gets cold at night, so I think it's a good idea to bring a jacket.

超楽しかったです！
日本語話せるスタッフはいませんが
船長さんが少し話せたし、もう一人片言の日本語が
話せる人がいて、いつも気にかけて話しかけてくれたので
楽しかったです。

船が超揺れて友達が船酔いしてしまったけど
最初に酔い止めを飲んでれば大丈夫だと思います。

皆フレンドリーでとにかく風が気持ちよかったです。
サンセット凄く綺麗でその後８時から上がった花火も
素敵でした♪

軽食は、種類は少ないけど結構美味しく食べれました♪

スタッフの人達が皆フレンドリーで超楽しかったです！

また是非利用したいと思いました。

夜は寒いので何かジャケットを持ってくと良いと思いました。

My wife loved the lei greeting. And the lei's were beautiful. We were greeted as soon as we walked out of the gate. I earned really good brownie points. Thanks again.

This luau was very nice. We throughly enjoyed the entertainment and the food. Very high class and would recommend to friends and family.
Will do again.

We had a great time on the Navatek. Met some really nice people. The problem was we were right in front of the entertainer's and some in the group complained the volume of the entertainment was too loud. Of course you really couldn't carry on a conversation during dinner because the entertainment was a bit loud! The service was great, the food fantasic, just the entertainment a bit too loud.

Had a really good time on the Navatek Sunset Dinner Cruise! The ride was real smooth and the dinner was good. I'll be making another trip aboard the Navatek when I return to Oahu!

Made reservations for the Twilight "Ambassador" package and the only difference I noticed between the "Ambassador" and the "Alii" package was probably just the seating assignment at the show, souveniers, and free ice cream desert during the shows intermission. Had a good time but I think the "Alii" package would have been a much better value considering there wasn't much of a difference between the two packages and I think I would have seen a much better overall view of the show. I wasn't able to see much on the other side of the stage because I was sitting to close to it.

What a wonderful way to start our Hawaiian trip -- with beautiful lei's placed around our necks at the airport, by a Hawaiian. Thank you so much!!

As the owner of an Ad Agency, I believe in the "experience" of each presentation. This was a great presentation and a wonderful suprise for my guest. I will do this again! Unlike the others, I noted our "greeter" was waiting direcly inside the gate exit.

This was a great experience. Food was great service was great show was excellent over all this was a experience of a lifetime.

I initially hoped to book for Friday night, but as I relaxed, it filled up. When I reserved the morning tour, I received a cancellation email after they had already processed my registration. I felt frustrated and thought about canceling the tour altogether, but my desire to ride on a yacht was strong. I decided to go, accepting that the afternoon sun would be intense. Once we set sail, the captain's playful spirit made for a fun experience, and most of the people at the front ended up soaked. I had a great time! If I had managed to book the evening tour, I could have enjoyed the fireworks and sunset. Next time, I will book earlier. I definitely recommend it!

申し込みの時には、金曜の夜が希望だったのですが、のんびりしているうちに埋まってしまい、午前のツアーを予約したら一度は受付していただいたのに、突然キャンセルのメールが来て、何だ~詳しくキャンセルの事情ぐらい説明しろよ~・・・（プンプン）みたいな気分で一時はもうツアーは止めようか~みたいになったのですが、やっぱりヨットに乗ってみたい~というのが強くて、まあ午後からの日差しがきつくてもしょうがないから行ってみるか~程度で行ってみたんですが、いざ出航してみたら船長のいたずら心一杯の内容で前方にいた殆どがずぶ濡れになったりで、十分に楽しめましたよ~
これが夕方からのツアーが取れていたら、花火もサンセットも楽しめたのに~と、
次回は早めに申し込みますよ~。
是非お薦めします~

We have been to 3 other Luau's the food was the best here. We had 11 in our party Parents, Grandparents, and Children. We had all booked seperatly but the staff did place us together and were extremely helpfull and attentive. Last year we went to Paradise cove and for the kids it has a lot more to do. But this was close to our hotel and we all had a good time. It was money and time well spent.

It was amazing! Since it was Friday, we were able to see the fireworks. We were the only Japanese people there, and even though we had an 8-month-old baby with us, he slept well, probably because of the gentle rocking. So we took turns going outside to enjoy the scenery of Waikiki, the breeze, the ocean, and the fireworks. The light snacks were delicious, especially the wrap sandwiches, and there were also cookies and chocolate brownies. My sister tends to get motion sickness, but she was fine as long as she stayed on the outdoor deck. If you sit in the chairs inside for too long, you might feel nauseous... The wind was stronger and colder than I expected, so I recommend bringing a warm jacket rather than just a light cover-up.

最高でした！金曜日だったので花火もみれました。　日本人は私達だけ　８ヶ月のベビー連れでしたが、揺れが良かったのか　良く寝てました。なので交代で外に出て、ワイキキの風景・風・海・花火を堪能できました。軽食もラップサンドが美味しく、クッキーやチョコブラウニーもありました。　妹は酔いやすいタイプですが、ずっと外のデッキ部分に居たら大丈夫でした。中のイスにずっと座ってると、酔うかも・・・。　思ったより風が強く冷えるので、羽織る物と言うよりは、防寒着的な上着持参をオススメします。　

I surprised my wife and kids with the lei greeting. A pretty young lady was right there at the gate as we departed the plane. My kids saw their names first and did a double-take as they were not expecting the greeting. The leis were beautiful and it was a small but important start to our first trip to Hawaii.

Our family loved the whole day, the food
was as good as any cruise ship we have
been on. This is a must on our next
visit to Ohau.

I loved the polynesian cultural center. The luau, night show and the overall cultural center were amazing. It was great fun, but I would recommend the whole day activity because you need that much time to visit all the different islands and their shows at the center. This was my second time visiting the center and I would recommend it to anybody.

I participated on June 14.

When I arrived, I was instructed to register my contact information with the toll-free number, but it was constantly busy and I couldn't get through at all. Is there only one line available? I could reach the operator, but it wasn't a toll-free number and was only in English, so I wish they could be more reachable.

I'm not sure what the basis is for saying it's a 10-minute walk from Ala Moana Center. To be honest, it's impossible to arrive in 10 minutes. If you choose not to use the shuttle, I recommend allowing extra time for your participation. It would definitely be better to have a simple map in addition to just the text. We used the trolley and got off at Ward Warehouse, but we were a bit lost for a while. Anyway, since it's a cruise, I thought it would be on the seaside, and when I found the landmark, Fisherman's Restaurant, I felt relieved. Once you find the restaurant, you can see the cruise ship nearby, and the ticket booth is also close.

I was very satisfied with the cruise. There were just the two of us, one Japanese family, one foreign family, and one foreign couple, so it was a small group. Because of that, we were able to enjoy the scenery from various spots on the boat and had a great time talking with the staff. The staff were very friendly and casually engaged with us, which was nice. However, if you try to quietly enjoy the sunset, they might worry that you're seasick and check on you multiple times...

As for the food, maybe because there were so few people, it was really just a snack. There was a colored macaroni salad, fried spring rolls, two types of spring roll sandwiches, and the famous cookies. The cookies are delicious. I wonder how those who don't like sweet things would feel about them? The sandwiches were light and suited to Japanese tastes. The drinks included the cruise's original cocktails and soft drinks. I think two free drink tickets are sufficient. The cocktail was served in a large cup filled to the brim. They also provided a bottle of mineral water.

There was little engine noise or smell, and although there were some areas with stronger waves, I didn't get seasick. A boat of this size might be better than a larger one. The sunset was a bit cloudy, so the clouds got in the way, but rain was falling in the mountains...

到着したらフリーダイヤルに連絡先を登録するようにと指示があったのですが、
話中ばっかりで全然繋がりませんでした。回線が１本しかないのでしょうか？
催行元は繋がるのですが、フリーダイヤルじゃないし英語のみとなっているので
もうちょっと繋がって欲しいですね。

アラモアナセンターから１０分というのは何を基準にしているのか
ちょっとわからないです。はっきりいって１０分で到着することは不可能です。
送迎なしを選択される場合は、時間に余裕を持ってご参加されることをオススメします。文章だけじゃなく、簡単な地図が合った方が絶対良いですね。
私たちはトロリーを使いワードウェアセンターで降りたのですが、しばらく迷いました。とにかくクルージングなんだから海側だろうとあたりをつけて歩き、目印のフィッシャーマンズレストランを見つけた時はホッとしました。
レストランを見つけられたら、もうすぐそばにクルーズ船も見えますしチケットブースもそばにあります。

クルーズに関しては大満足。
参加は私たち２人と日本人ファミリー１組、外国人ファミリー１組、外国人カップル１組と少なかったです。その分、船のいろいろなところで景色を楽しめましたし、スタッフともたくさんお話できて良かったです。
スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで気さくに声をかけてくださり、盛り上げてくれますよ。ただ、のんびりと静かにサンセットを楽しもうとしていると船酔いしてるのかな？と心配して何度も声を掛けてこられます・・・

食事は人数が少なかったから？か、本当にスナック程度。
カラーマカロニのサラダ、揚げ春巻き、春巻き風のサンドイッチが２種類、それと噂のクッキーでした。クッキーおいしいですよ。甘いのが苦手な方はどうかな？
サンドイッチもあっさりとして日本人の口にも合います。
ドリンクはクルーズオリジナルのカクテルとソフトドリンク。２杯無料券で充分かなと思います。カクテルは大きなカップになみなみと入れてくれました。ミネラルウォーターはボトルで１本くれます。
エンジンの音や匂いも少なく、多少波が強いところもありましたが船酔いはしませんでした。大きい船よりこのくらいの規模の方がいいのかもしれないですね。
サンセットは曇り気味だったのでちょっと雲が邪魔しましたけれど、雨が山の方で降っ

We had a wonderful vacation and will surely visit Hawaii next year.

A great overview of Polynesia. I enjoyed my day. I suggest a guided tour to see everything. Unfortunately, no cocktails are available.

It was our first yacht experience as a couple! The weather was great! The boat didn’t sway as much as we expected (but those who are prone to seasickness might need motion sickness medication…). We comfortably arrived off the coast of Honolulu! The snacks on board were delicious, and the staff was attentive! However, they can't speak Japanese fluently! The highlight was definitely the moment just before the sunset, when we could enjoy the colors of the sky and the lights of Waikiki starting to illuminate at the same time! It was truly beautiful, and as repeat visitors to Hawaii, we had a wonderful time! (^^)Y

私たち夫婦には、初めてのヨット体験でした！天気は良好！船も思ったほど揺れず（でも酔い易い人は酔い止めは必須かも…）快適にホノルル沖まで到着！船内の軽食も美味しいし、スタッフも丁寧です！ただし、日本語ベラベラというわけにはいきません！なんといってもクライマックスは、夕日が沈みきる直前の空の色と、薄くライトアップされ始めたワイキキのイルミネーションが同時に楽しめる瞬間です！ホントに美しく、ハワイリピーターの私たちも大満足の時間を過ごすことができましたよ（^0^)Y

On August 21, I participated with my family of four. We took a taxi from our accommodation to the marina (a bit inconvenient, but the price was cheap, so it couldn't be helped) and boarded. The equipment was more luxurious than I had imagined. Also, the bread served was very delicious, and we enjoyed a fun two-hour cruising experience as a family of four.

８月２１日家族４人で参加しました。
宿泊先からタクシーでマリーナに向かい（ちょっと不便だが値段が安いのでしょうがないか）搭乗しました。想像していた以上に豪華な装備でした。また、だされたパンもとてもおいしく家族４人で楽しい２時間のクルージングを楽しみました。

The beautiful sea and pleasant sounds... the sea breeze felt so nice that I dozed off. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see any marine life, but I thoroughly enjoyed the blue waters of Hawaii. Night cruises are great, but the daytime sea really captures the essence of Hawaii. Listening to Hawaiian music on the boat is wonderful. I even stopped by a CD shop on the way back.

I recommend this for those who want to relax.

綺麗な海と、心地よいサウンドで・・・海風が気持ち良くついついウトウトしてしまいました。
残念ながら海の生物とはお会いできませんでしたが、ハワイの青い海を満喫できました。
ナイトクルーズもよいですが、昼間の海はハワイらしさが感じられます。
船の上で聞くハワイアンミュージックはイイですね。
帰りにＣＤショップに寄ったりしちゃいました。

のんびりとしたい方にお薦めです。

We went on the sunset dinner cruise in June 2007 and had a great time! All of the staff was wonderful and very friendly. The dinner was good- nice portions ( we did NOT go home hungry), and the music and show was a blast! The top deck was perfect for taking sunset pictures of Diamond Head. We did the couple's plan and recommend it to any couple deciding on this package. This ended up being a really fun night for the both of us and would highly recommend it to anyone going to Oahu!

On June 7th, I participated with my mother-in-law, her friend, my sister-in-law, the neighbor lady, and the neighbor's sister, making a total of six people. I joined a different tour (in English) last year, but I had a great time even on my second visit. Everyone who went with me was very moved. The night show was especially amazing. I was thanked with, "Thank you for taking us."

6月7日に義母、義母の友達、義妹、隣のおばちゃん、おばちゃんの妹の6人で参加しました。私は去年は別のツアー（英語）で参加したのですが、2回目でも十分、楽しかったです。一緒に行ったみんな、とても感動していました。特に夜のショウは最高ですね。「連れて行ってくれてありがとう。」と感謝されました。

The catamaran ride was great. The staff was very entertaining and made sure we had a good time. The fire works show was pointless. However, I still recommend the catamaran ride itself.

Thoroughly enjoy our whole day at the Center. The activities were great and the luau dinner was wonderful. Everyone we met there was extremely courteous, helpful, informative, and friendly! Would highly recommend everyone partake of this adventure!

Food was great, service was great, entertainment was superb.
I'll do it again next visit.

It was a great greeting after the long plane ride! The flowers in the lei were very nice and fragrant! Beautiful colors and great service!

I absolutely love this tour and have repeated it about five times. I recommend it for those who enjoy watching shows and dances. The only downside is that it's far from Waikiki, but I still think it's worth the trip. I've seen the show from various seating options, and nothing beats the sense of presence! If you're going to make the effort to go, I recommend getting good seats. It's a completely different experience! The ice cream that comes with the package might be difficult to finish if you're not a fan of sweets, but it still makes for a fun memory. The dinner buffet isn't something that will leave you amazed, but I was able to enjoy a variety of dishes. I definitely plan to go on this tour again! 😊

このツアーは大好きで、5回ほどリピートしています。
ショウやダンスを観るのが好きな方にはオススメです。
ワイキキから遠いのが難点ではありますが、
それでも行く価値は充分にあると思います。
いろんな席種でショウを見ましたが、やはり臨場感に勝るものなし！
せっかく足を運ぶならいい席で観るのをオススメします。
全然違います！
セットでついてくるアイスは、甘いもの好きな人じゃないと完食は難しいかもですが
でも、それも楽しい思い出になります。
夕食のビュッフェは、すっごくおいしい！！と感激するものではありませんが
フツーにいろいろ取って、楽しんで食べられましたよー
またこのツアーには必ず行くと思います(^○^)
