Wow. I learned so much. All the staff are so friendly. The luau was good but the show "breathe" was stunning!!!! We weren't going to stay but the staff told us it was the best part and I have to agree. Well worth the drive and cost!

The cruise was awesome!!! The food was great. The staff we had took such good care of us. The entertainment was off the hook at the end.

The crew & boat ride was great. The food not so much. On a scale of 1-10, we rate the food a 1. The food might have been better if it would have been warm & there was not enough table space to eat. The fireworks were great.

Food was good, view was fantastic, crew was very helpful and entertaining! Fun way to spend an evening!

I had a good impression from my previous experience on the Mai Tai Katamaran, so this is my second time. Last time, I took the 11 AM cruise, so this time I chose the sunset option.

Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy on the day of the cruise. I was hoping the clouds would clear by sunset, but I ended up missing the sunset I was looking forward to.

However, the Mai Tai served was easy to drink with a light alcohol content, the boat's sway was just right, and there was nice background music playing, so I still enjoyed myself even without the sunset.

I'll save the sunset for next time!

マイタイカタマランには以前に乗船して好印象でしたので、２回目です。
前回は11時の便でしたので、今回はサンセットにしました。

当日は、生憎の曇天となってしまいました。
何とか日没時までには雲が切れてくれないかな、と思っていましたが、
期待していたサンセットは見られずじまいでした。

けど、振舞われたマイタイもアルコール薄めで飲みやすいし、
船揺れも適度ですし、気の利いたBGMも流れていますしで、
サンセットなしでも楽しめました。

サンセットは次回のお楽しみということにします！

The service was great. Outstanding staff that was very professional and courteous. I would DEFINITELY recommend this service if you're looking for a special evening.

My first time in Hawaii and on a any type of boat. At first I was hesitant but so glad we had this unforgettable experience. Captiain, crew, music, view and Mai'tai cocktail were awesome. Highly recommend!

Since I came all the way to Hawaii, I participated in a show.

On the way there by bus from Honolulu, the guide shared various stories and showed us things on an iPad, making the trip enjoyable! There’s about an hour and a half without a restroom break until you arrive, so I recommend using the restroom before getting on.

As soon as we arrived, we headed straight to the buffet. Since we had the standard plan, I expected the usual buffet menu… curry, pasta, roast beef, and so on.

The show was powerful and very engaging! I don’t understand English, but there were animations playing, so I think I understood it somewhat. The actors ran right up close to the seats, so although we were seated further away, we had a great time.

I thought the ice cream sold during the show might be too much, but we shared it and finished it easily.

The bus ride back and forth was a bit bumpy… ^_^;

せっかくハワイに来たので、ショーを見たく参加しました。

ホノルルからバスで向かう道中、ガイドさんが色々とお話やiPadで見せていただいたので、
楽しく向かうことができました！
到着するまでの1時間半？位はトイレ休憩が無いので、行かれる方は済ませておいて乗られたらよいかと思います。

到着してからすぐにビュッフェへ向かいました。スタンダードプランだったので、
よくあるビュッフェのメニューかな…と
カレー、パスタ、ローストビーフなど

ショーの方は迫力があって見応えがありました！
英語はわからないのですが、アニメが流れていたりするのでなんとなくわかったかなと思います。座席の間近まで俳優さんたちが全力で走っていかれるので席は遠めでしたが、とても楽しめました。
途中で売られるアイス…多いかなと思いましたが2人で分けたらペロリといけました。

行き帰りのバスの揺れは少し気になりました…^_^;

I was able to enjoy a relaxed hula show as well as a powerful performance that used fire. After the show, I had the opportunity to take photos with a muscular male dancer, which became a great memory when I looked back at the pictures later. I don't remember much about the food, but I don't think it was bad. Also, there were few Japanese spectators, and I shared a long table with people from Western countries. When I was seated, I received a friendly smile, so if you can speak English, you might enjoy chatting during the show.

ゆったりとしたフラ～火を使ったパワフルなショーまで堪能できました。
ショーの後に、日本人では考えられないほどマッチョな男性のダンサーと写真を撮ることもでき、後から写真を見返してもいい思い出になりました。
食事についての記憶はあまりないですが、まずくはなかったように思います。
また、日本人の観客は少なく、長テーブルに欧米の方との相席でした。
着席時にニコッと笑いかけてもらえたので、英会話ができる方ならショーを見ながら話したりして楽しめるかも知れません。

This was a great evening activity for a Friday. The check-in process was super-simple, we even had extra time so we went to the small bar to the right of the check-in stand. Then we lined up and where able to board the vessel. I recommend shorts, as this is a barefoot cruise. I got a little wet but others weren't so fortunate. The cruise was a quite ride out, then down to Diamond Head and back near Magic Island to see the fireworks. Overall a great experience.

we found this luau great ,the view was amazing, the show wonderful ,shuttle bus staff fantastic our only problem was the food , we were the last table called up and some of the food had run out and also we didn't really like the food there just was not enough variety

My friend and I booked onlne before we left Australa and couldn't wait! We weren't disapppointed at all. Once we left Honolulu Harbour the sail went up. Sitting there and just chilling out was awesome. Dinner was served and was really nice with more than enough food for everyone. The crew were really friendly as well. We got two free drinks and believe me, their signature Hai Tais are a must have!! Seeing dolphins slice through the water beside us was just magical. Thanks to the mate for pointing them out to us! Everyone onboard had a really great time and I would thoroughly recommend this as an absolute must in Honolulu. I could have stayed on board all night but all good things must come to an end. I would definitely go again!

Nice day, but a lot to see in a short time. People very friendly. The luau was nice, and the evening performance was awesome!!!

There was a host who provided explanations in English, and the show began, but it felt like only the host was speaking in English despite more than half of the participants being Japanese. It might just be my feeling since I can't speak English, but I wish they had prepared pamphlets or something. The location was also surrounded by buildings, and the atmosphere was not great, which was disappointing given my expectations.

司会者がいて、説明がはいり（英語）、ショーが始まるのですが、参加者の半数以上が日本人なのに、司会者のみが英語でしゃべっている感じでした。自分が英語ができないのでそう感じただけかもしれませんが、出来たらパンフレットとかも用意してくれていたらと思いました。
場所もビルに囲まれた中で雰囲気もイマイチで、期待していただけに残念でした。

I have done sunset cruises in various countries, but this yacht cruise was the best I've ever experienced! There were only two groups of Japanese people, and I really felt like I finally made it to Hawaii! I was able to take lots of pictures with people from different countries, and it was so much fun! I definitely want to do this again if I get the chance! I was worried about the meeting place because there were some unclear reviews, but once I got there, it was straightforward, and there was a counter, so everything was fine. No need to worry.

いろいろな国でサンセットクルーズをやりましたが、このヨットクルーズが今までで一番サイコーに良かったです！日本人は2組だけ、やっとハワイにきたぞ！と実感しました。いろいろな国の方と写真もいっぱいとることができてとても楽しかったです！これはまた機会があればぜひやりたい！集合場所、わかりづらい口コミがあり心配しましたが、集合場所行けばその通りなにも迷うことなく、カウンターもあり大丈夫です。心配はいりません。

It was a celebrity look-alike show, and I really enjoyed it because I could also see dancers, hula dancing, and a fire show, and I was able to take photos!

有名人のそっくりさんショーですが、ダンサーやフラダンス、ファイヤーショーなども見れて写真も撮れたのでとても楽しめました！

I participated in the garden tour at the Bishop Museum. I took the city bus, which took about 45 minutes, and arrived before the opening. The gate was open, so I relaxed in the garden and took some photos. The garden tour with a Japanese guide started at 9:15.

I learned about the names and origins of the plants, heard Hawaiian folklore, and had the unique experience of cracking kukui nuts and touching them, which I couldn't have done without the guide. The bracelet I made became my souvenir.

I highly recommend that after the garden tour, you don't leave right away but continue to spend time at the Bishop Museum. There are many hands-on exhibits where you can play and touch traditional Hawaiian instruments, making it a lot of fun for both kids and adults. The planetarium was also great.

ビショップミュージアムのガーデンツアーに参加してきました。
市バスに乗り、約45分。開園前に到着。ゲートは開いていたので、お庭でまったりして、写真を撮って。9時15分から日本語ガイドさんにて園内のガーデンツアー開始。
植物の名前や由来を聞いてハワイ昔話を聞いて、ククイナッツを割って実際に触るなど、ガイドさん無しでは出来ない体験をすることができました。作ったブレスレットは自分のお土産に。
ぜひ、オススメしたいのは、ガーデンツアーの後、すぐに帰らずに引き続き、ビショップミュージアムで過ごすこと。ハワイの伝統楽器の音を出したり、触ったり、体験型の展示が多いので、すごく楽しめます。子供も大人も。プラネタリウムも良かったです。

If you love learning about history, culture and origins then this is the day trip for you. From the smiling and informative tour guide and coach driver down to the guest. Services staff. Everybody had a smile on their faces and they were there to be of assistance at all times.

Our tour guide 'Cousin Mitch' was extremely informative and kept my 6 year old daughter entertained. He got us to all the shows and events on time we didn't miss a thing.
The centre is full of vibrant colours and rich history and watching all the island dances during the boat pagent was amazing.

It was a long day topped off by the amazing evening show which truly took my breath away, was well worth it

Faboulous! I would recommend for families as well. Very professional; told a beautiful story; and food was 5 star.

During our honeymoon in Hawaii, we participated in a tour. Since it was both of our first time in Hawaii, we wanted to do something classic, so we were drawn to the fire dance.

The location is about an hour and a half drive from our accommodation in Waikiki, which was a bit inconvenient, but our Japanese guide provided a thorough explanation during the ride, so we were never bored.

Upon arrival, we started with a meal. It was a buffet-style setup where we could choose what we liked. The options included beef, pork, and chicken, as well as fried fish, pasta, mashed potatoes, bread, rice, salad, and fruits... a menu that everyone from adults to children could enjoy. The food was delicious, and we left feeling full.

The show began at 7:30 PM. Since I'm not very good at English, there were parts of the narration and dialogue that I didn't quite understand, but I think the overall story can be grasped while watching.

More than that, the powerful sound and the performances using human bodies were impressive.

The finale with the fire dance was truly wonderful. In the end, the audience gave a standing ovation.

We enjoyed the meal, experienced a spectacular show that we can't see in Japan, and even enjoyed the guide's sightseeing commentary during the ride (though we might have just been lucky...), so I think this participation fee is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hawaii for the first time.

ハネムーンでハワイに訪れた際にツアーに参加しました。
2人とも初めてのハワイだった事もあり、ベタな事がしたかったので、ファイヤーダンスに惹かれての参加です。

ロケーションは宿泊地のワイキキからは、車で一時間半くらい掛かるので不便では有りますが、行きの車内では日本人のガイドさんが、丁寧に案内してくれたので、全く退屈しませんでした。

現地に到着すると、先ずは食事です。ビュッフェ形式で好きなものを選んで食べる事が出来ます。肉はビーフ、ポーク、チキン。魚のフライやパスタ、マッシュポテト、パン、ライス、サラダ、フルーツ.....等、大人から子供まで楽しめるメニューでした。味も美味しくて、お腹いっぱいになりました。

そして、19:30からショーが始まりました。
英語が得意で無いので、ナレーションやセリフがいまいち理解できない部分が有りましたが、大まかなストーリーは観ている中でわかると思います。

それよりも、大迫力の音量と、人間の身体を使ったパフォーマンスが圧巻でした。

フィナーレのファイヤーダンスは本当に素晴らしかったです。
最後はスタンドが総立ちのスタンディングオベーションでした。

食事も楽しめて、日本では観ることの出来ない大迫力のショーを楽しみ、車内でのガイドさんの観光案内まで満喫できて(たまたま、運が良かっただけかも知れませんが.....)、この参加料はとてもお得だと思います。
初めてハワイに来る人には必ずオススメしたいです。

I participated with my mother, who is 61, and my daughter, who is 34.

When we first saw the boat, my mother was worried about the swaying, but as time went on, she had a very satisfied look on her face.

The Mai Tai Catamaran looks like a large yacht with an engine. When boarding, you go down to the shore and step directly onto the boat, so your feet (up to your knees) get wet in the sea. That was also fun.

About 40 to 50 guests, along with the captain (driver) and bartender, board at once. The clientele is about 80% Westerners, with the rest being Chinese and Japanese, and there were about 3 to 4 Japanese groups. It adds to the exotic atmosphere.

The captain and bartender speak English. By the way, the staff at the reception and the explanations during boarding are also in English, but as long as you follow the actions of those around you, you won’t have any trouble.

As you can see in the photo, the boat is completely outdoors, so it is directly affected by rain and wind. If you can ride on a nice day, you can see the beautiful sunset in Waikiki.

The drink bar on board offers unlimited drinks. I was recommended the cocktail "Mai Tai," which shares the same name as the boat, and most guests were drinking it. The alcohol content is low, and it tastes like tropical juice, so you need to be careful not to drink too much (there is no restroom on the boat). They also have non-alcoholic options, so my mother was drinking pineapple juice (from a can).

The boat trip lasts about an hour and a half. The sunset is breathtakingly beautiful, and we were even able to see a pod of dolphins in the distance. It's great for families and friends, but I highly recommend it for couples.

The price is quite reasonable compared to dinner cruises. I definitely plan to repeat this experience the next time I visit Hawaii.

母61歳、娘34歳の親子で参加しました。 

最初に船を見たとき、母は揺れを心配していましたが、何のことはない、時間が経つにつれて大満足の顔になっていました。

マイタイ・カタマラン号はエンジン付きの大型ヨットのような形をしています。乗船する際は海岸に下りて直接乗り込むので、足元（ひざ下くらい）が海に浸かって濡れます。それもまた楽しいです。 

40～50人くらいの客と、船長（運転手）、バーテンダーが一度に乗り込みます。客層は欧米人が8割、あとは中国人や日本人で、日本人は3～4組くらいでした。それも異国情緒があります。 

船長やバーテンダーは英語です。ちなみに、受付の係員や乗船時の説明も英語ですが、周りの人の行動に合わせていれば困ることはありません。

 船は写真のとおり、思いっきり屋外なので、雨風の影響を直に受けます。天気の良い日に乗ることができたら、とても美しいワイキキのサンセットを見ることができます。 

船上のドリンクバーは飲み放題です。船と同じ名前のカクテル「マイタイ」をオススメされ、ほとんどのお客さんがそれを飲んでいました。アルコール度数は低く、トロピカルジュースみたいな味なので飲みすぎに注意する必要はあります（船にトイレはありません）。ノンアルコールも置いているので、母はパイナップルジュース（缶）を飲んでいました。

1時間半くらいの船旅です。サンセットはため息が出るほど美しく、イルカの群れを遠くに見ることもできました。家族や友人ともいいですが、カップルで乗ることをぜひオススメします。

 価格もディナークルーズなどと比較するとずいぶん安価です。次回ハワイを訪れる際にも、必ずリピートしようと思っています。

I had a great time. About half of the participants were Japanese, and I heard some say that there were a lot of Japanese people today. The cruise was very beautiful and pleasant, and I had no issues with the 2 or 3 cocktails I enjoyed. The sunset was also amazing.

Actually, a few days ago there was a rain forecast, and I was considering canceling, but I'm glad I didn't. It was a bit cloudy, but the boat didn't sway much. This is a tour I would like to join again when I visit Hawaii.

楽しかったです。半分くらい日本人で、今日は日本人が多いなぁって言ってました。クルーズはとてもきれいで気持ちよかったし、カクテルも2，3杯いただく限りでは問題ありません。サンセットも最高でした。
実は、数日前から雨天予報で、キャンセルしようか迷ったのですが、キャンセルしないで良かったです。曇りがちだったけど、船はそんなに揺れませんでした。ハワイに行った際にはまた参加したいツアーです。

The first time I went with a friend.

This time, I applied for the Deluxe Special Plan for my husband, who is visiting Hawaii for the first time. The difference from the regular plan last time seems to be the seats and the ice cream during breaks, but I think the meal content is the same. There is a lot of ice cream, but it's not particularly delicious. I couldn't finish it.

The seats are close together, but I felt that being close doesn't necessarily mean it's better.

I thought it might not be necessary to choose the Deluxe option.

１度目は友人といきました。

今回は初ハワイの主人の為にデラックススペシャルプランで申込ました。
前回の普通のプランとの違いは席と休憩中のアイスクリームが付くくたいで、食事内容は変わりないと思いました。
アイスクリーム多いけど特に美味しくないです。食べきれません。
席は近くではありますが、近いから良いわけではないような気がしました。

デラックスでなくても良いように思いました。

I had the standard plan, but the meals were not great. Also, the return shuttle bus was changed at the last minute, and it was not the bus that was originally planned for only Japanese guests. We went around to various hotels, and while it took just over an hour to get there, the return trip took nearly two hours.

スタンダードプランだったのですが、食事がいまいちでした。
あと、送迎バスの帰りのバスが急遽変更され、当初予定していた日本人のみのバスではなかったため、いろんなホテルをまわり、行きは1時間少しでいけたのに、帰りは2時間近くかかりました。

My friends and I had the BEST night in Hawaii with this combo :D The drinks flowed freely (Get the shaker! TOTALLY WORTH IT!), the music was kicking, the views were awesome and the crew was on IT!

We wanted a to see the sunset and have some cocktails AND have a delicious dinner, and this fit the bill perfectly. Rather than shelling out $100 or more for a dinner cruise (basically a floating restaurant), we got to enjoy the sunset while under sail, had all of the booze we could drink (mimosas, mai tais and more!) and then had a yummy dinner that we got to grill up ourselves. Woot! Woot!

The dinner was hella tasty and it was great that we got the combo since I saw people walk up to the hostess at the restaurant and they got told that there would be an hour and a half wait. WHAT!? We checked in and got escorted right to our table. Yup! Yup!

Definitely a great choice for anyone looking to have a great island night in Waikiki~

I had made a reservation for the day I arrived in Honolulu, but due to a flight delay, I couldn't make it. When I consulted with VELTRA, they informed me that I could change my reservation for an additional fee of about $35 for the transfer. They asked me to make the change myself, but since I was unable to call locally, I conveyed that to them, and they made the change for me. However, since it was a last-minute change, they requested that I confirm it on-site. After arriving at the hotel, I called the Polynesian Cultural Center, only to find out that the change had not been communicated to them. Fortunately, there was a Japanese person who helped me, but I think it would be better if the agency provided more support in such situations.

The show was truly amazing, and I was able to sit in the deluxe section, four rows from the front! The performance was very powerful, with various stage setups, and the pacing of the story was good, making it enjoyable!

ホノルル到着当日に予約していましたが飛行機の遅延で行けなくなってしまい、VELTRAさんに相談したところ送迎代で約35ドル追加で払えば変更可能との事。変更は自分で行ってくださいとの事でしたが、現地への電話ができない状態だったのでその旨を伝えると変更してくれました。ただ直前の変更の為、最終的な確認は現地でして欲しいとのことだったので、ホテルに着いてからポリネシアン文化センターへ電話しました。すると、現地へは変更の事は伝わっていませんでした…。日本人の方だったので助かりましたが、代理店としてそこまでのフォローがあるといいと思いました。

ショーは本当に素晴らしくて、デラックスで前から4番目の席で見る事が出来ました！迫力がとてもあり、ステージもいろいろな仕掛けがあり、話の展開のテンポも良いので楽しめると思います！

I participated in a two-hour all-you-can-drink sunset cruise. With good music playing, I enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the lovely atmosphere! I wanted to drink a lot and soak in the ambiance, but unfortunately, this boat doesn't have a restroom... While there were plenty of elements to enjoy without drinking, it was a bit disappointing not to be able to drink much due to the lack of a restroom, especially since it was an all-you-can-drink option. However, the sunset was so breathtaking that it made me forget about that. Witnessing the moment the sun sets from the boat was incredibly romantic! I joined with two female friends, but I think this tour is perfect for couples and newlyweds. I highly recommend it! I'm glad I could participate without feeling seasick and had a great time.

２時間飲み放題のサンセットクルーズに参加しました。
良い感じの音楽とともに綺麗な景色を眺め、素敵な雰囲気！！
お酒を沢山飲んでこの雰囲気に酔いしれた～いと思ったのですが、この船トイレが無いんですね・・・。
お酒飲まなくても酔いしれる要素は充分にありましたが、せっかくの飲み放題なのにトイレが無いことによってあまり飲めないのはやや残念でした。
でも、そんなことを忘れさせてくれるかのようなサンセットは絶景です。
陽が沈んでいく瞬間を船上で拝めるなんて、何ともロマンティック！！
私は友人(女２人)と参加しましたが、カップルや新婚さんにはもってこいのツアーだと思いました。オススメです！！
船酔いもなく、楽しく参加できて良かったです。

I opted for the buffet style, and the food was delicious. I was able to talk with the people around me, the hula was great, and the show featuring Elvis was cool, with wonderful singing. Of course, Lady Gaga and Michael Jackson were also amazing.

ビュッフェ形式にしましたが、料理も美味しかったし、周りの人達とも話せたしフラも良かったし、ショーもエルビスが格好良かったのと歌もすばらしかったです。
勿論、ガガ、マイケルジャクソンも最高でしたよ。

We decided to do this on our honeymoon and we were really glad we did !! They picked us up at our hotel and then dropped us off when it was over. Make sure you add this option as you will enjoy a few drinks and don't want to be driving back and it's far better than a cab!

The cruise itself was fantastic. Calm waters and a leisurely pace out and back all the way past diamond head watching the sun set over the city and Waikiki it was amazingly beautiful. The dinner was very good and the bartender and crew were all friendly fun and professional. I would do this every time I visit Waikiki without question!!
