Everything was excellent! The weather didn't cooperate, but the captain was nice enough to offer opportunities to reschedule for another night without any charges. Unfortunately this was our last chance to go, and thankfully they were up for it if we were! Everyone was so friendly and the drinks were great. The service was very prompt and even with the monsoon weather we were having it was still an awesome time on the water. We had a blast!!!!

We booked a sunset cruise for our family.

We arrived at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled time, but even after the meeting time had passed, neither the boat nor the staff showed up. I called the tour company, but it went to voicemail. The payment had been processed via credit card two months prior, which made me very worried.

In the end, we waited for an hour past the departure time and were informed via email the next day that it had been canceled.

As a result, we wasted precious time on our last day in Hawaii, and it left us with a very unpleasant memory.

I recommend keeping this in mind when making a reservation.

家族でサンセットクルーズを予約しました。

当日10分前から集合場所にいましたが、集合時間を過ぎても船も係員も現れず、催行会社に電話を掛けるも留守電応対。
2ヶ月も前に代金はクレジット決済されており、非常に心配になりました。

結局、出発時間過ぎまで１時間も待たされ、メールの返信で翌日になって中止になった事を知らされました。

この為、ハワイ最終日の貴重な時間を無駄に過ごし、後味も非常に悪い思い出となりました。

こうした事があることを念頭に置き、申し込まれる事をお勧めします。

A Fun, also on rainy days!

We booked the firework dinner cruise a few weeks before we started our trip to Hawaii.

The transportation from the hotel to the marina (small extra fee) was on time and near our Hotel.

The catamaran was nice und clean. After entering the boat the crew briefed us about the security on board.

Due to the calm, we couldn`t sail but the engine was powerful enough to have fun.

The dinner started shortly after leaving the marina.
We had springrolls,chicken, rice and vegetables. Everything was tasty and well cooked.
We specially like the miniwraps.

After Sunset we had a nice view to Waikiki-beach.
The firework started ontime and we had a place in the first row, very close to it.

On the way back to the marina we had some cookies and drinks.

We had a fun evening and enjoy our stay an board. Next time we wanna do it again.

I'm always nervous booking something online and it was wonderful when we got off the plane to have our greeter right there in plain site. This was a surprise for our guests traveling with us and was a very nice welcome to Hawaii. The greeter was absolutely lovely but we couldn't understand her because she seemed to speak in a whisper. Maybe our hearing was off from the engine noise of 11 hours flying to get there. I was expecting an orchid lei and instead got the big brown nut lei that looks like chocolate. I guess that's better because it will last forever as a souvenir even though the flowers are much prettier. I would use them again but just ask that the greeter try to speak a little louder.

The Holokai beached itself with time to spare and after a quick clean up on board when the previous group departed( the boat, not died), there was a name check and then with footwear secured in boxes to be taken on board, we climbed the steps and got underway. There was the usual safety briefing re life jackets and areas to stand and not stand in, then the bar was open and the cocktails were served - delicious. The sea was a bit choppy but it didn't detract from the awesomeness of sailing, drinking cocktails and watching fireworks - with my wife. It doesn't get any better. The crew were great and I got the feeling that even though we were drinking, they wouldn't allow it get out of hand. Very professional and very enjoyable.

I've never expected such a great things on this because I cancelled other cruise activity (Atlantis) and there were not enough reviews on Holokai Catamaran Sunset cruise. But right now, I strongly recommend this for everyone. I don't know how romantic and luxurious big cruises are, but can say definitely NOT BETTER THAN THIS!! Crews were nice, cruise duration was enough and people were not crowed so that we could enjoy our time & place enough. If I visit Hawaii again, I'll do this again. Thanks for your effort!!

Great food, great show! You are truly catered to and the scenery was breathtaking

I participated with the standard plan, and it was sufficient. The food was delicious, and there were many varieties. Although the viewing seats were at the back, the distance was still close enough to be satisfactory. There was no Japanese guide on the return bus, but there was an explanation on the way there, and the driver was kind, so I didn't have any issues. I want to go during the daytime next time!

スタンダードプランにての参加でしたが、十分でした。料理も美味しいし、種類も沢山ありました。観賞席は後ろですが、それでも距離は近いので十分でした。帰りのバスは日本人の案内はないですが、行きに説明もあったり、運転手さんも親切だったので困りませんでした。
今度は昼間から行きたいな♪

The Friday night cruise food was very good and the dancers and live band were excellent. It was a fun filled evening with an opportunity to meet new friends from around the globe.

I participated in an evening tour with a friend. First, on the bus to the Polynesian Cultural Center, the guide provided various interesting explanations about Hawaii, which was both enjoyable and educational. They even used an iPad to show images for better understanding. The buffet wasn't specifically Polynesian cuisine, but it was a typical buffet and delicious.

The highlight was definitely the show! I had a great time! Although it was the standard course, we were able to sit in the third row from the front, which made it feel very immersive! The show has a storyline, so it kept us engaged throughout. There was a pamphlet distributed on the bus with a summary, making it easy to follow the story. After the show, there was time to take photos with the performers, and I was able to take a picture with the main star.

On the way back, there was no guide, but there was someone directing us in the bus parking lot, which was reassuring. I was able to relax and sleep comfortably on the return bus. The dances in the show really made me feel the essence of Hawaii, so it's definitely worth participating!

友人と二人で夕方出発のコースに参加しました。
まずポリネシア文化センターに着くまで、バスのなかでガイドさんがハワイに関するいろいろな説明をしてくれておもしろかったし勉強にもなりました。iPadを使って画像で説明してくれたりもしました。ビュッフェは特にポリネシア文化の料理などとゆうわけではなく、よくあるようなビュッフェでしたが美味しかったです。
そして一番の楽しみのショー☆とっても楽しめました‼︎スタンダードコースでしたが前から3列目に座ることができ、迫力を感じました‼︎ショーがストーリー立てられているので飽きることなく楽しめます。行きのバスの中で配られるパンフレットにあらすじが書かれているので話は簡単に理解できました。ショーのあとには出演者と写真を撮れる時間があり、主役の方と写真を撮ることができました。
帰りはガイドさんはいなかったのですが、バスの駐車場で誘導して下さる方がいたので安心ですし、帰りのバスでは車内でゆっくり眠ることができました。
ショーの中のダンスがハワイを感じることができるので参加する価値ありです‼︎‼︎

This was my first time attending. I reserved a premium seat. I'm not sure how much of the seating is taken up by the premium seats, but I was guided to the front row on the second floor, directly in front. Therefore, there was nothing to obstruct the show, and I enjoyed it 120%. At the end, Elvis came to our seats and shook hands, which was a fantastic experience as an entertainer.

Additionally, there were authentic performances featuring Gaga, Michael, hula dancing, fire dancing, and more. It was a lot of fun.

初めての観覧です。プレミアシートで予約しました。プレミアシートが席のどの程度を占めているのか分かりませんが、2階の最前列で真正面の位置に案内されました。従って、ショーを遮るものはなく120%楽しめました。ラストの方でエルビスが席まで来て握手をするなど、エンターテナーを満喫しました。
その他、ガガ、マイケル、フラダンス、ファイアーダンス等、本格的なショーでした。
楽しかったです。

The boat had a bar and restrooms, so I thought it might be a large vessel, but it turned out to be a wide open-deck boat! I accidentally came in sneakers, but as mentioned in the instructions, you walk through shallow water to board. Depending on the wave height, you might get wet up to your knees, so I definitely felt that short, easy-to-roll-up clothes and easy-to-remove sandals are necessary. It also seems like having a towel would be good since your feet get wet when disembarking.

They take photos of each group as you board. It seems that you can purchase them if you want one when you disembark.

With a cheerful and handsome captain's greeting, we set sail! After a brief explanation, the crew served us Mai Tais. The boat sways quite a bit when the waves are high, so be careful not to drink too much!

The atmosphere was enhanced by good music and the beautiful views of Waikiki; cruising on the open deck was truly an elegant experience. It was a stunning sunny day, and we were able to see a beautiful sunset. If I have the chance to come back to Hawaii, I would love to repeat this experience!

バーもあってトイレもついて…なので大きい船なのかなぁと思っていたら、オープンデッキの幅広の船でした！うっかりスニーカーで来てしまったんですが、案内に書いてた通りに乗るときは浅瀬を歩きます。波の高さによっては膝くらいまで濡れるときもあるので、丈の短い服が捲れる服、脱ぎやすいサンダルが確かに必要だなぁと感じました。降りるときも足濡れるのでタオルとかあった方が良さそうです。
乗り込む際には１組ずつ写真を撮ってくれます。降りる際に欲しい人は購入できる仕組みになってるようです。
陽気でイケメンキャプテンの挨拶と同時にセーリングは出発！一通りの説明のあとクルーがマイタイを振る舞ってくれます。波が高いと船も結構揺れるので飲み過ぎには注意！
雰囲気の良い音楽と美しいワイキキの景色、オープンデッキでのクルージングはまさに優雅な時間でした。この日は見事な晴天で、美しいサンセットが見れました。またハワイに来る機会があればリピートしたいです!!

I thought I could experience more "culture" when I revisited after 20 years, but it felt like both the park and the shows were too modern and sophisticated. The luau dinner was great, as I was able to enjoy a meal unique to Hawaii.

20年前に訪れたときはもっと“文化”を体験できたと思い再訪しましたが、園内もショーも現代風というか洗練されすぎているような気がしました。
ルアウディナーはハワイならではの食事を味わうことができてよかったです。

I had a great time on the cruise! I would highly recommend it for anyone who likes to drink! We had a beautiful scenery and the boat was so well maintained! The two gentelman that were in charge of the boat were very hospitable and took great care of us!

I was looking forward to the Polynesian show, but we spent an hour around the hotel before departing for our destination. The highway was congested, and when we arrived, there were only 30 minutes left until the show. The woman who guided us got off the bus and immediately walked into the venue without looking back, only turning around to say something in a quiet voice that I couldn't hear. I couldn't help but think, "Can't you hear me?" My mood soured. After eating, we were told to take our seats in 30 minutes. The food felt like leftovers! They had already started cleaning up, and there was no room to relax. The tour guide was the worst. It's a shame because the show was good.

でしたが、ホテル周りで1時間その後目的地へ出発高速混んでいて、着いたらショーまで30分。
案内した女性がパスから降りるなり、スタスタ振り向きもせず館内に入っていく、振り返って小さな声で何か話している。後ろには聞こえない。
思わず、きこえないのですか！
というど機嫌が悪くなり、
食事を食べて、30分ごには席に着いてください。
食事はなんか残り物みたい！片付けも始まっていて、ゆとりなんかありゃしない、最悪な添乗員でした。ショーは良かった。だけにざんねん。

This was, by far, the best 50 dollars I spent on my trip to Hawaii. Captain Ryan and Philippe were fun, safe, and on top of customer service!

I asked a friend living in Hawaii if there was a place where families could go to see a Hawaiian show, and they recommended this show!

The first part of the show was quite relaxed. My dad seemed to be wondering when it would really start (laughs). Also, the MC spoke in English, so I think those who don't understand English might not catch what was being said at all...

The seats were perfectly fine even at the cheaper price! However, the seats were quite close to the strangers next to us, making it a bit difficult to move around (´･_･`).

The show itself was really impressive and powerful in the second half. The first part might be a little boring, though.

The buffet had a lot of variety, and as a meat lover, it was fantastic for me! There were also vegetables, fruits, and rolls, so I think even those who aren't fond of American food will find something to eat!

ハワイ在住の知り合いから、家族で行けてハワイアンショーが見れるところはないか？と聞いたところ、このショーを教えてもらいました！
最初のショーが結構ゆったりしていました。父は結構まだかみたいな雰囲気でした（笑）そして、MCは英語なので、英語分からない方は何を言ってるか全然わからないと思います、、
席は安い方でも全然十分でした！ただ隣の見知らぬ人ともかなり席が近くて少し動きずらいです(´･_･`)
ショー自体は後半はすごく迫力のある素晴らしいショーでした。途中までは少し退屈かもしれないですね。
ビュッフェもたくさん種類があり、お肉好きの私にとっては最高でした！野菜やフルーツ、巻物などもあったので、アメリカの御飯苦手な方でも少しは食べるものがあると思います！

We were greeted at our hotel by a Cruise rep and his trainee who had a wonderful smile. We were taken to our boat and directed to our seats by a wonderful staff who all greeted us with the traditional "Aloha". The Cruise rep and his trainee (Smiley) cited on our table with tremendous professionalism and friendliness making our cruise very pleasant. The food was perfect for this cruise and everything was brought to our table in perfect order. The floor show was spectacular and it was fun seeing the traditions of dance and music. We started off during daylight and cruised the beautiful skyline of Waikiki Beach and Honolulu in the dark. Everyone had a chance to spend time outside on several different viewing areas. This was a great dinner cruise and we highly recommend it to people of all ages.

The Polynesian Culture Centre is a definite must see while in Oahu. The true culture of Hawaii and great fun! Extremely knowledgable staff and very friendly and helpful. Loved it!

My friend and I had a great time. Having a personal tour guide just made it that much more special. King, our personal guide, was a wonderful addition to a fantastic day. Getting reserved seating at all the shows was excellent. There was so much to see and do and you can learn so much about the different people that make up the Polynesian Islands. I can't say enough good things about King, he was so helpful and nice. The luau wasn't what I expected. But the food was good and the show was great. It made for a long day, but there was never a dull moment. I was hoping to get a shot glass as a souvenir for my brother-in-law, he collects and displays them, so was disappointed when I found out they don't sell them there. So it was very hard to find him a gift.
I definitely recommend anyone going to visit Hawaii have to spend a day at the Polynesian Cultural Center. And the Ambassador Package only makes the day that much more special.

This was my third time in Hawaii, but my husband really wanted to go, so we made a reservation through this site. The bus guide was quite talkative. He seemed a bit harsh at times, but it was okay. There were no issues with the sightseeing information along the way, the park, or the explanations on the return bus.

Inside the park, a student from a nearby university accompanied us and provided explanations in Japanese. We had a lot of fun dancing hula, watching shows, and riding boats. However, we could hardly understand the English being spoken during the show, so we secretly listened to a guide who was leading a school trip translating for the students, which was amusing.

After the park tour, we had a meal. We opted for the deluxe option, and it felt like it was about what we expected. The roast beef was delicious, but it was quite large, enough to fill us up on its own.

The advantage of the deluxe option was the quality of the show seating, where we could really feel the dancers' expressions and the heat of the flames up close. Even without understanding the words, we enjoyed it thoroughly. The ice cream we had in between was also delicious. I noticed that many people mentioned the return bus in their experiences, but we had no issues at all getting back.

After returning home, I realized that the deluxe option was supposed to come with a DVD souvenir. I wonder where we could have received that?

ハワイは３回目でしたが、夫が、是非行きたいということで、このサイトで予約しました。よく喋るバスのガイドさん。少々あたりがキツイ感じでしたが、まぁいいかな。途中の観光案内や、園内、帰りのバスの説明などは問題ありませんでした。
園内は、近くの大学の学生さんがずっとついて日本語案内してくれます。フラを踊ったり、ショウを見たりボートに乗ったりでかなり楽しめました。ただ、私達はショウで話している英語がほとんどわからなくて、たまたま修学旅行を引率していたガイドさんが、学生さんに訳して聞かせているのをこそっと聞いていました笑。
園内ツアーの後食事になるのですが、デラックスにしていましたが、まぁこのくらいなんだろうな、という感じ。ローストビーフがおいしかったですが、大きくてそれだけでいっぱいになるほど。
ただ、デラックスのよさはショウの席のよさにあり、ダンサーさんの表情から炎の熱さまで本当に間近に感じました。言葉はわからなくても、充分に楽しめます。合間で食べたアイスも美味しかったです。体験談には、帰りのバスについて書いている方が多かったので気になったのですが、全く問題なく帰る事ができました。
帰国してから気づいたのですが、デラックスだとDVDのお土産付き、だったはず。一体どこでもらえたんでしょうか？

There were really only the two of us who were Japanese. We toasted with all-you-can-drink cocktails, took photos, and the sunset was wonderful. This was my fifth time in Hawaii, and I was very satisfied.

本当に日本人は私たち二人だけでした。中途半端な英語ですが飲み放題のカクテルで乾杯して写真を撮ったり、夕景も素晴らしく５度目のハワイですが大満足でした。

We thoroughly enjoyed the sunset cruise. Extremely friendly staff and they made the experience special. Entertainment and good were great!

I had seen it once a few years ago, but I participated this time because I heard the content had been renewed. Unlike last time, it included not only songs but also hula, making the experience fulfilling and enjoyable. After the performance, I was able to take photos with the performers in the lobby, which made for a great keepsake.

何年か前に一度見たことがあったが、内容がリニューアルしたとの事なので参加。
前回と違い歌だけでなくフラ等も取り入れていて、内容が充実しており十分に楽しめた。
終演後のロビーでの出演者との撮影も気軽に取ってもらい、良い記念になった。

This time, I booked the deluxe plan with transportation. When I arrived at the meeting point, there were many buses lined up, and I wasn't sure which one to take, so I asked someone holding a sign for another tour, and I was able to board safely. I thought it wasn't very considerate that there wasn't someone holding a sign like with other tours, but the guidance inside the bus was polite, and we enjoyed the view from the window on the way. It was farther than I expected, and there was a restroom break along the way, but it took about another 40 minutes from there. I had low expectations for dinner because of the reviews saying it wasn't great, but it turned out to be better than I thought, and the prime rib was delicious. The staff who served it were friendly and chatted with us casually. We were in the second row from the front for the show, but since we weren't in the middle, there were some scenes that were a bit hard to see. However, the clear story and, above all, the performers seemed to be having fun, which was great. After the show, they come to shake hands, but if you engage with them, the bus schedule is quite tight. If you need to go to the restroom, I think it's best to get up immediately after the show and head straight there.

今回、デラックス・送迎つきプランを申し込みました。集合場所に行くと、バスがたくさん並び、どれかわからず他ツアーの看板を持った人に聞き、無事乗り込むことができました。他のツアーのように看板を持った人がいないのは、親切でないと思いましたが、車内での案内は丁寧で車窓からの眺めを楽しみながら向かいました。思っていたより遠く、途中トイレ休憩がありましたが、そこからさらに40分くらいかかりました。ディナーは口コミを見てあんまりだということだったので期待していなかったせいか、思っていたより良く、プライムリブも美味しかったです。切り分けてくれるスタッフもフレンドリーで、きさくに話かけてくれました。ショーは前から２列目でしたが、真ん中ではなかったため、少し見にくい場面もありましたが、わかりやすいストーリーと、何より演者たちが楽しそうだったことが良かったです。終わったら握手をしに来てくれますが、それに対応しているとバスの時間がかなりタイトです。トイレに行きたい方は、終わってすぐに席を立ち、トイレに直行したほうがいいと思います。

our visit was just as expected plus more. Very pleased with the whole experience and 0ur guide was amazing, funny and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Let me start off by saying I NEVER post reviews...which I need to work on because I am always checking them out before I do/buy things. This was my boyfriend & I first trip to Hawaii so we were very excited! We chose the Five Star package because of the jazz music (we attended a luau the night before & did not want to have the same theme).

They picked us up from our hotel at 4:30 pm. From the very beginning we were treated like VIP. We were led to the top deck to have champagne & o'dourves with the captain. We also got to take a professional pic with the captain, which was cool. After that, we were led to our seat inside the ship. We had a window seat & loved it. We were a little worried about getting seasick, but it wasn't a problem. I was a little concerned about the food at first because neither one of us are into fancy food, but it was pretty good (as stated before we chose that package specifically for the music). Instead of the lobster we chose a stuffed chicken option which was my favorite! For our steak entree we asked that it was cooked well done & it was the most tender steak ever! Throughout the dinner you can step outside as you please to feel the breeze, take in the views, & take pics.

The ambiance was beautiful! There was a live pianist, saxophonist/flutist, & singer. They were great! In the end they gave us the photo we took with the captain in a nice album cover with a pic of the ship on the water. Also, all of the ladies were given a rose. The only thing I WISH I would have did was asked for another copy of the photo so my boyfriend & I can both have one :-( I didn't even think about it until we returned back to our home state. I called 3 days later to see if we could get a copy; they sent an email to the photo dept. but almost 2 weeks later & I still haven't heard anything.

Overall, I highly recommend! This is perfect for a romantic date night! The cruise lasted about 2 hrs. This was a great way to end our trip in Hawaii.
