Good tour around the city and the hawaii 5 o locations. But often we only drove by with no stop in front of the spots. Interesting background information about the show and making of.
Unfortunately our guide amy had obviously not a good day. We had the feeling, that she was not really "with us".
She was pretty uninterested to tell more than asked and seemed uninvolved.

Since I wasn't part of the tour, I had to arrange my own transportation from the airport to the hotel. Taking a taxi would have been quite expensive, so I booked a shuttle service from Japan. When I arrived at the airport, it was clearly indicated to go to the H.I.S tour desk, which was easy to find. When I got there, a Japanese staff member was present, and I was treated the same as other tour participants. They greeted me with "Aloha" and placed a shell necklace around my neck. My excitement soared, and it turned out to be the best experience in Hawaii. I can always book with peace of mind. Thank you!

I visited with my 2-year-old son, and we had a great time. There were staff members who understood Japanese, which made our sightseeing enjoyable. In addition to visiting movie filming locations, we saw sea turtles from the boat and ate fresh macadamia nuts and starfruit at the botanical garden. For lunch, we had a buffet where we could eat as much as we wanted. During the free time between tours, we were able to interact with animals, and my child had a lot of fun. There were pigs, turtles, chickens, and horses! We made wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

However, the bus driver I encountered during my return trip did not assist with loading or unloading luggage.

As a major fan, accompanied by a moderate fan indulging me, we both had a great time. Amy made sure all had fun. We had a lot of laughs, she shared some fun stories and we got to see all the sights. All of O'ahu seems to be a Hawaii Five-O set, but the key spots and how those get adjusted for better TV are all in the tour. High light of course is the time we got to spent at the mcgarrett house. The owners of the bayer estate are so lovely and welcoming, a hugh Mahalo to them. We were extra lucky, because as soon as we got into the car we were invited to a preview of the 200th episode 3 days later at the mcgarrett house. that was the highlight of our trip. We had such a good time and got to talk to Dennis Chun and his lovely wife Laura. Both were so friendly. The Episode was amazing and at our tour we already saw the house which was used in filming that episode. We were just in time to also see the restaurant before the plot line ended. Even if you only know about the show and are not a fan the tour is highly recommended because you're guaranteed to have fun and see lots of O'ahu As a fan you're guaranteed to have the best time of your life, because apart from an actual meet and greet this is the best way to connect to your favourite show. what other show has real life sets you can actually visit?!? Amy, you rock! Next barefoot bottle is on us :-)

I enjoyed a leisurely horseback ride along the beach, greeting people who were fishing or taking walks. The scenery was truly wonderful. There are some bumpy paths, but I found them more enjoyable than riding on flat roads. While riding through the trees, my horse occasionally tried to veer off to eat grass, but I could keep it on track with the reins. Even if the horse didn't respond to my commands, I felt reassured knowing that the guides in front and behind me were there to help.

Since my stay was at the Hokulani Hotel, I was unsure whether to take a taxi, but I found out that the hotel provides transportation, so I used that service. (At other places, you have to wait near the hotel.) This time, I was picked up from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport. It was very good in terms of both cost and time.

Each bus had a Japanese guide on board, making the explanations easy to understand. Next time, I think I might try the ATV tour or zip-lining. I participated in the canyon horseback riding. I was a bit worried about staying on for 90 minutes without falling off, but I had no problems and enjoyed it thoroughly. The hungry horses took a detour to eat grass right away, but when I pulled the reins, they came back nicely. The 90 minutes flew by, and I would love to participate again if I get the chance.

The garlic shrimp for lunch was different from what I had eaten the last time I visited; it was a bento with shrimp. I was a bit disappointed by that. The time spent at Dole Plantation was short, and it felt more like a bathroom break at a drive-in. I felt like it might not have been necessary. A leisurely lunch in Haleiwa would have been better.

I chose the horseback riding at Kualoa Ranch offered by the travel agency because it was bundled with other attractions, thinking it would be simpler. The horseback riding was fun, but the other activities felt unimportant. I understand now that a tour focused solely on horseback riding wouldn't be feasible. I'll keep this in mind for next time. I found the driver/tour guide annoying and condescending. When telling us the time limits he could have scripted better like i.e." we're on a tight schedule and we only have 10 mins on this site so please be back at (state the exact time). He's so full of himself and very scattered with his stories and facts. He didn't even know Hawaii's state bird, he said the white crane. He kept on showing his arm muscles and his jokes were not even funny. He kept on singing, he could just have played any Hawaiian music, he also took jabs at other driver/tour guides.

I arrived on a domestic flight from Kona with no Japanese passengers on board. I was a bit confused about the luggage pickup area, but I was happy to be welcomed by two staff members holding a name placard.
When I got to the condo, I thought I had passed it a little, but it seemed like it was a difficult place to park. After unloading my luggage, they kindly asked if I knew where the entrance was.

In addition to horseback riding, I was able to spend a meaningful day visiting the Dole Plantation and Haleiwa Town.

At the Dole Plantation, there wasn't much time to stay, so I could only do a light stroll and some shopping at the shop.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to see any sea turtles.

In Haleiwa Town, I had garlic shrimp for lunch. It was plump and delicious. Since the town isn't very large, I enjoyed walking around the shops and strolling with a coffee in hand.

Horseback riding by the beach was refreshing and fun. All the horses are smart, so I think even beginners can enjoy riding.

I was disappointed by some misinformation regarding horseback riding. The website and voucher mentioned that there would be free lockers available at the riding area, so I planned to store my valuables like my camera in a locker. However, there were no lockers, and the guide told me to keep my valuables with me, which made me anxious. I recommend bringing a small bag, like a waist pouch, to hold your valuables.

乗馬の他に、ドールプランテーションやハレイワタウンの観光も付いていて有意義に一日を過ごす事が出来ました。

ドールプランテーションでは滞在時間がそんなにないので、軽い散策とショップでの買い物くらいしかできませんでした。

どの馬もかしこいので、初心者でも乗馬が楽しめると思います。

乗馬に関して、事前の情報違いがあり残念でした。
「乗馬場では鍵のかかるロッカー（無料）がございます」との説明文がホームページやバウチャーに記載されていたので、カメラなど貴重品をロッカー預けようと思っていましたが、実際にはロッカーは無く、ガイドに自分で貴重品を持つように言われて焦りました。
ウエストポーチなど、貴重品を入れられる小さめのバッグを持って行くことをお勧めします。

Full day but fantastic tour

Great tour, our driver ‘Captain Ron’ was great, very informative and someone who really loves his job! Pick up time was 07:30 so a bit later than other full day tours which we preferred too. Only issue was that we picked some people up from the airport coming from Maui who had missed their flight so had to wait for an hour, but Captain Ron kept us entertained and we still had plenty of time at each place.

Personally I loved the video and the boat trip around the Missouri but my husband loved the Aviation museum. Would definitely recommend this tour and plenty to see and do!

In the end, I couldn't see anything at all, neither shadow nor figure. It seems like they tried their best, but... I received a ticket for the next boat ride, but since it was the last day of my trip, I couldn't use it. The boat was fairly large and not crowded, so I could go out on the deck or sit comfortably in a chair. It felt like a drive on the water in pleasant weather.

結局、何も影も姿も、見ることはできませんでした。

The bus arrived five minutes early. It had a type of storage that occupied the left half of the interior for luggage, and this was my first time riding on one like this. The driver had a waist size that made me think he was a sumo wrestler, and he moved so slowly that I ended up having to carry my heavy suitcase inside by myself when returning home.

Enjoyed the dinner buffet, would probably only recommend maybe a start time a little earlier like 3 p.m. This would allow everyone a chance to enjoy to cruise during daylight before the dinner start.

easy way of transport

We arrived an hour early, but we could get our transport right away. roberts checks arrival time based on flight number. driver is accomodating, very nice and a safe driver.

Didn't get what I paid for

no agent to advise where to go. Had a 45 min wait. Paid for guaranteed express, was transported on a large bus with large groups.

Driver was friendly and helpful.
