From the bus boarding location to our return, I felt the staff's hospitality and attentiveness were truly wonderful! We had a window seat on the third floor, which allowed us to enjoy a fantastic 360-degree view, and the observation deck was also amazing! The food had a Hawaiian touch, and the lobster was good, but peeling it myself was fun and made my hands sticky. I didn't expect there to be a line for the women's restroom.

The dancers' performances in the second half were incredible, and the boat dance where all the staff and customers stood up was absolutely the best! I was worried about the weather for this tour, but the sunset, dolphins, the view of Waikiki from the sea, the dance, the food, and the hospitality made it the right choice.

Our guide Lola was very friendly, and it was the best tour! Since it was an English-only tour, we were a bit worried about our ability to keep up with just everyday conversation. However, Lola, although she hardly spoke any Japanese, spoke slowly and clearly, making it easy to understand, and we had a great conversation.

She also guided us through the buildings and areas along the way, which was fun.

I thought Dole might be somewhat underwhelming, but it was actually very spacious and we enjoyed it a lot. The souvenir section is really large. Haleiwa had a completely different atmosphere from Waikiki, which was refreshing. There were so many places to eat that it was hard to choose, but the garlic shrimp was very delicious. We gave up on the long lines for shave ice and huli huli chicken. Instead, we went to Ali Beach and were thrilled to encounter a honu drying its shell!

Tommy picked us up early at a neighboring hotel/resort. As soon as we arrived, he mentioned me and my son by name and I signed a sheet stating we were present. He was kind, patient, relaxed and informative about the area offering great suggestions on different locations. This experience included our entrance fee to Diamond Head State Monument, transportation to and from the hotel. Our hike was moderate and offered beautiful scenery and awesome photo opportunities. The only area I felt somewhat claustrophobic was going into the tunnel on the way up. Tommy provided cold as well as room temperature water and the ride back was comfortable and convenient as we were dropped off right in front of our resort. Thank you for a great experience! Mahalo!

I participated in a three-star course dinner. Live music, the beautiful sunset in Waikiki, a luxurious dinner, and a wonderful show. Every aspect was an amazing experience!

On the day of the tour, I was picked up at Ross Dress for Less on Seaside Avenue. Since this location is also where other tour buses arrive in the evening, it's important to be careful not to get confused. My bus was a gold-bodied Royal Star. The Star of Honolulu sign was also displayed, and the bus arrived a little before the meeting time, so I was able to board without any confusion. There was a staff member with a list, so if you're unsure, you can ask them, and they will kindly assist you.

This bus went directly to Aloha Tower without stopping at other locations. Although there is traffic in Waikiki during the evening, they take that into account for the pickup, so it's reassuring. If you're using Uber or similar services, it might be better to go a bit earlier.

Once we got off the bus near Aloha Tower, I followed the staff member to board the cruise. This was my second time boarding, and the ship is always impressive and grand! The 3rd deck is open-air, so the refreshing sea breeze adds to the charm. After departure, we enjoyed appetizers (cheese and fruits), drinks, and live music until the ship reached offshore Waikiki. The waitstaff were always attentive, so there were no inconveniences.

The highlight of the meal was definitely the lobster! Each person received a magnificent lobster. At first glance, it might seem difficult to eat, but it's actually easy. The inside is cut for easy access, and with a little twist, the delicious, tender meat is revealed. The tail meat, in particular, is firm and exquisite! Enjoying the best lobster while gazing at the sea in Waikiki is a luxurious experience. The claws can be cracked open with a special shell cracker! You can freely go up to the 4th deck, so I paused my meal to check it out. There was a bit of wind that day, and the far side of Waikiki was cloudy, but the sunset was a perfect score! Diamond Head also added to the lovely atmosphere, and I was captivated by the beautiful scenery. I took plenty of photos, videos, and selfies, and once I was satisfied, I returned to my seat.

When I got back, it was dessert time. This was also delicious. As Waikiki gradually darkened, we began our journey back to the port.

The night concluded with showtime! The dancers appeared on the 3rd deck, performing hula and Tahitian dances. Watching the dynamic male dancers and graceful female dancers, I found myself caught up in the high-energy music. Before I knew it, everyone was up from their seats, dancing together. We finished with the classic YMCA, a song that everyone, both locals and tourists, knows, which really got the crowd excited!

今回の席は3階deckでした。窓際席を確約いただいており、綺麗な海の様子を一望しながら、お食事を楽しむことができます。3階デックはオープンエアなので、海風が気持ちよく入ってくる点も魅力的です。出航後、ワイキキ沖に船が着くまでの間は、前菜（チーズやフルーツ）とドリンク、ライブミュージックを楽しみます。ウェイターの方が常に気を配ってくださるので、不自由もありませんでした。
お食事の目玉はなんといってもロブスター！1人一匹、見事なロブスターが運ばれてきます。ぱっと見食べにくそうに見えますが、大丈夫。食べやすく中はカットされているので、少し手でひねれば美味しいぷりぷりの身が現れます。特に尻尾のお肉は弾力があって絶品！ワイキキの海を眺めながら、最高のロブスター。贅沢な体験です。鋏の部分は専用の殻割り機で豪快にバキッと！苦手な場合はウェイターさんも手伝ってくれます。
ロブスターの次はステーキ！贅沢に贅沢が続き、バチが当たりそうです笑
ステーキもとにかく柔らかく、口の中で溶けるようでした。ワイキキにもステーキハウスがいくつかありますが、まとめてクルーズでステーキを楽しめるのは効率的かもしれません。

このくらいの時間には夕陽がいい感じ！になってきます。（夕陽の時間は季節によるので、もう少し早く沈む時期もあります）。自由に4階のデッキに上がれるので、お食事を少し中断して、登ってみました。当日は少し風があり、ワイキキの奥の方は曇ってしまっていましたが、夕陽は120点！ダイヤモンドヘッドもいい雰囲気を出してくれており、美しい景色にはうっとりしてしまいます。バシバシと写真、動画、自撮りも（笑）撮り溜め、満足したら席へ。

戻ったらデザートタイムです。これもまた美味しい。少しずつ暗くなるワイキキを感じながら、港へ向けて帰路に付きます。
一晩の締めくくりはショータイム！ダンサーさんたちが3階デッキに登場し、フラダンスやタヒチアンを踊ってくれます。豪快は男性ダンサー、しなやかな女性ダンサーを眺めていると、いつの間にか、ハイテンションは音楽が。。気づけば一同一緒に席を回っており、おんなじダンスを踊っていました。最後は定番のYMCAでフィニッシュ。海外の方も日本人もみんな知っている曲なので盛り上がりますね！

最高な体験の余韻を浸りながら下船し、行きと同じバスで帰ります。最後まで丁寧にサポートいただいたので、チップも弾んでしまいました。笑

The tour departs from Royal Hawaiian Avenue next to DFS. I was worried about getting lost, but the large bus with a blue ocean illustration caught my eye, and I was able to find it right away. There are also lunch spots nearby, like Aloha Table and Sticks, making it convenient to join before or after lunch.

After telling my name and boarding the bus, I took my designated seat. I heard that the bus is a brand new custom vehicle for this tour! The ride was comfortable, with luxurious seats. I chose the five-star experience as a reward for myself. The wonderful staff and their smiles made it special. Although I attended alone, the staff were considerate, and the other participants reached out to me, allowing me to have a very enjoyable time.

The drink tickets, which allowed me to choose from a variety of beverages starting with a toast of sparkling wine, were very smart and convenient. I initially ordered the Lava Flow, which I always enjoy in Hawaii. Next, I had red wine to pair with the prime steak.

The dishes were creatively prepared, starting with the appetizers, which were fantastic, and the meat was very delicious. The sunset, fireworks, and wonderful music all contributed to a truly memorable experience. I definitely want to come back with my family next time. Thank you very much.

The meal was a buffet, so it was pretty much as expected. Since everything was in English, I had no idea what anyone was saying and just ate while watching the hula show. With so many Japanese people on board, I wished they would speak in Japanese too. It was cloudy, so I was disappointed that I couldn't see the sunset. The ship rocked quite a bit. The final YMCA dance was fun with everyone participating. But I probably won't join next time.

言葉が全て英語なので全く何を話しているのか分からず　ひたすら食べてフラのショー見てる感じでした。あんなに日本人たくさん乗船してるのだから日本語での話もしてほしかったです。

The trolley is just a means of transportation, so I didn't have any particular issues with the service. I picked up my tickets at the HIS counter on-site, but the staff there was inflexible and quite condescending. I felt they were tired of explaining the same things repeatedly. I wanted to ask just the essential questions since I was short on time, but when I did, I was met with a big sigh and told, "Can you please let me finish speaking first?" which surprised me. Additionally, my child wanted to use the restroom, but I was told it couldn't be used until all the procedures were completed. We ended up going to another restroom in the building. I wished I had bought the tickets without going through HIS.

To start, Parking was really easy to find. We arrived early as we were staying about 25 miles from Honolulu. GPS took us right down to the ship. There is a parking lot right across the street from the Marketplace where the ship is docked. That was handy as there were 2 of us with mobility issues. I guess my daughter was the first to check in as our group of 5 were the first ones to be taken on board. The environment was festive and from casual to dressy. The food was delicious! The staff were very friendly and professional. We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary, so we had decided to have pictures taken. The photographer did a really good job and took quite a few pictures, including one on the upper deck which turned out well. The evening's entertainment was very enjoyable including the fireworks display set off over the water at Waikiki Beach.
We would definitely do it again.

I’ve been to many luaus and this one was great. The warrior stories and performance was stunning. The food and drinks were good and authentic. The openness of the venue and seating arrangements were appreciated.

Only aspect that was a bit disappointing was the bus/shuttle that took us to the luau: 1) there were a lot of sick people on the bus coughing and sneezing, it would have been mindful to ask they were a mask or include instructions if sick not to take the shuttle 2) the shuttle stayed at the pickup locations for a long time, longer than they should have… this delayed our bus ride. Stick to the rules and please don’t delay other guests. 3) traffic and freeway accidents can’t be prevented or predicted, but if we left the bus stops on time it could have given us more time for pre luau activities.
