I was looking forward to going to Tropical Farm and Haleiwa this time. Although I chose the tour based on the itinerary when I signed up, I was handed a card outlining the day's schedule after being picked up. We made several stops at famous (Instagram-worthy) beaches, but it felt very rushed, with only 10 to 15 minutes at each location (and 1 to 1.5 hours for lunch and exploring Haleiwa). It was quite hectic, going in and out in the heat. Honestly, I wished we could just stay in the car at the beach for a bit. In the morning, we stopped for a restroom break and those who wanted to buy from Leonard's, which sells from a food truck, were given the opportunity. Since we had to eat in the car, the smell of oil was quite overwhelming for me, as I wasn't in the mood to eat at that moment. For lunch, it was also from a food truck, and I struggled to find something I wanted to eat in the heat. The only nice part was being able to sit down and enjoy a coffee at a café in Haleiwa. The driver spoke Japanese well, and our conversations were very enjoyable, but honestly, while this tour might be great for younger people, I found it lacking in satisfaction and ended up feeling tired. It's a shame...

今回はトロピカルファームとハレイワ方面に行くことを楽しみにしていました。申し込み時にツアーの流れを見て選んではいたものの、実際にピックアップしてもらい1日のツアーの流れを案内したカードを渡されましたが…。有名どころ（インスタ映えの）ビーチに細かく寄ったりしつつ、トロピカルファーム、ハレイワ、コーヒーファームにもよるということで、各所10〜15分（昼食とハレイワ散策のみ1時間ないし1時間半）で大変慌ただしく、暑い中出たり入ったりでした。暑い中での移動なので、正直途中のビーチはもう車待機したいなとも思いました。朝イチ、キッチンカーで売りに来ているレナーズを購入希望する人はどうぞっとトイレ休憩を兼ねて停車されました。車内で食べることになるので、今食べたい気分ではなかった私にとっては車内に広がる油の匂いはかなりしんどかったです。昼食もフードトラックなので暑い中食べたいものが見つからず。唯一ハレイワのカフェでゆっくり座ってコーヒーを飲むことができたのは良かったです。ドライバーの方も日本語が上手でお話は非常に楽しかったですが、正直ツアースケジュールとしては若い人同士ならいいかもしれませんが、私としては満足感に欠けて、疲れてしまう内容でした。残念…。

Due to a flight delay, we arrived 30 minutes late for our meeting time, but they kindly extended the end time by 30 minutes and even made unplanned stops at attractions along the way. Since our time in Hawaii was limited and we were traveling with elderly parents, we were able to visit various places efficiently and smoothly. Thanks to this, we had a wonderful family trip. They also responded quickly to inquiries from the time of booking, which made us feel at ease. I would like to use their services again if the opportunity arises.

フライト遅延により待ち合わせ時間から30分遅くなった際、終了時間も30分遅らせてくださったり、移動の途中で予定になかった名所にも立ち寄ってくださるなど臨機応変に対応していただきました。ハワイ滞在時間が限られており、高齢の親も一緒だったため、効率よくスムーズに行きたい場所に色々行けました。お陰で楽しい家族旅行ができました。予約時から問い合わせにも迅速に返信していただき、安心して利用させていただきました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

This is my second visit to the Bishop Museum. No matter how many times I see it, the building and the decorations inside are wonderful.

The dinosaur exhibition area will surely delight children as well.

This time, I requested an airport pickup and a tour of the North Shore. The lively communication via LINE was great, and I was welcomed in a wonderful luxury car. We stopped by a local shop I wanted to visit, and with Ken's enjoyable conversation, we headed to the North Shore! Ken, who is from Okinawa, spoke excellent Japanese and recommended a hidden gem for a delicious lunch. It was a very fulfilling day. I would like to request this again when I go back.

I think this tour is much more fulfilling than just a diamond bed climbing tour. I believe it's difficult to visit this many places in one day on your own, so I highly recommend it. The guide was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service.

ダイヤモンドベッド登山のみのツアーよりかなり充実していると思います。個人で1日にこれだけ周るのは難しいと思うので、おすすめです。ガイドさんもサービス精神旺盛な方で、本当に良くしてもらいました。

The cruise was quite good with beautiful seas and a refreshing breeze. The movie location tour had some artificially created spots, but the scenery was nice. The English guide told jokes, but I was disappointed that I couldn't understand them due to my listening skills.

クルーズが、綺麗な海と爽やかな風でかなり良かった。映画ロケ地ツアーは人工的に作られてるところもあったけれど、景色が良かった。英語ガイドがジョークを言うのだけど、リスニング力が無く残念だった。

I was drawn to the East Oahu Scenic Line and decided to book it. During my trip to Hawaii two months ago, I enjoyed the Waikiki Trolley service, so this time I took the same East Oahu Scenic Line with the Lealea Trolley. Both drivers were great at keeping the atmosphere lively, but I found Lealea to be just a bit better; it might just be a matter of luck. I booked a plan for 3 nights and 5 days, but on the day of the Aloha Street Jam, even though I waited at Ala Moana, no buses came due to the crowd, and I was able to get back quickly by taking The Bus right in front of me... I only used the trolley 5 times over the 4 days. I thought maybe I should have gotten a one-day pass. For the less frequent services, I lined up about 40 minutes early at the Royal Hawaiian Center for the first bus. I expected it to be a bit easier to hop on, so I hope they increase the frequency for the popular ones. Also, considering the price of The Bus, I felt that the one-day pass was a bit expensive compared to other trolley buses.

東オアフ絶景・ラインに魅力を感じて申し込みました。今回の2ヶ月前のハワイではワイキキトロリーのサービスを申し込み楽しかったので、今回はレアレアトロリーで同じく東オアフ絶景・ラインに乗車しました。どちらも運転手さんが盛り上げ上手で楽しかったですが、レアレアのほうが少しだけ良かったです、これは当たり外れなのかもですね。3泊5日で４日間のプランを申し込みましたが、アロハストリートジャムがあったひは、アラモアナで待っていても混雑からまったくバスがこず、目の前のザバスに乗るとサクサク帰れました…4日間でトロリー使ったのは5回まで。1日券にすれば良かったかな、と思いました。便数が少ないものは、始発のロイヤルハワイアンセンターで40分前ぐらいから並びました。もう少し気軽に乗れると思っていたので、人気のものは動向をみて便数も増やしてほしいです。あと、ザバスの値段を考えると、一日券が少し高いかなぁ、と他のトロリーバスと比べて感じました。

I loved the movie filmed here and made a reservation. The scale was grand, and I was able to experience something extraordinary!

However, while other guides were taking pictures with dinosaur plush toys in the drop-off area, our guide stayed in the car. I think it would be a better tour if you could ensure a more equal quality of guides.

ただ、降車エリアで他のガイドさんは恐竜のぬいぐるみを持って撮影してくれていたのに、私たちのガイドは車に乗ったままでした。
ガイドの質平等を頼んでいただけたらもっといいツアーになると思います。

On the way to Haleiwa (North Shore), we had a break at the Dole Plantation. It’s a good spot for a restroom break and to check out souvenirs. I took some photos and bought a T-shirt. After that, we were taken to the ranch to start our horseback riding experience. The driver spoke fluent Japanese and provided an overview during the ride. However, all the staff at the ranch were locals, so they didn’t speak Japanese. But they were very friendly, and I managed just fine by watching and mimicking them. My child had ridden horses in Japan before, but this was the first time riding independently rather than on a lead. Since we would be riding for nearly an hour, I was initially anxious, but the horses were very calm, and I quickly got used to it and felt at ease. More than that, my backside was sore! The weather was great, and as we rode along the beach, I felt time slow down and realized I was having a precious experience. This isn’t something you can do in Japan... I would love to do it again if I have the chance, but please be aware that the muscles in my legs, which I don’t usually use, were quite sore right after getting off the horse.

After the horseback riding experience, we were dropped off in the town of Waialua for some free time until the meeting time. We took a lunch break at Island Vintage Coffee and had an acai bowl and a veggie bagel plate. It was very delicious, and my wife really enjoyed the bagel sandwich. After that, we strolled around the town, visiting clothing stores and shops, and when we got thirsty, we ordered shave ice. There was quite a line, but it moved quickly, so we didn’t have to wait too long. On the way back in the car, I was able to sleep soundly, and we got back before 3:00 PM, so it didn’t affect anything afterward. I think it was a really good optional tour.

ハレイワ（ノースショア）までの途中、ドールプランテーションで休憩があります。
トイレ休憩やお土産物を見るのも良いでしょう。私は、写真を撮りTシャツを購入しました。その後、牧場まで連れて行ってもらい、乗馬体験のスタートです。ドライバーさんは日本語ぺらぺらなので、行きの道中におおよその説明をしてくれます。というか牧場のスタッフの方々は全て現地の方なので、日本語は通じませんw　でもフレンドリーに接してくださるので見よう見まねで全然大丈夫でした。子供も日本で馬には乗ったことがあったのですが、引き馬でなく自分で動かすのは初めて。しかも1時間近く乗りますので、最初は不安でしたが、馬さん達も非常に大人しく、すぐに慣れて安心して見ていられました。それよりも自分のお尻が痛かったですw　天候も良くて、馬に乗りながらビーチ沿いを歩いていると時の流れをゆっくりに感じて、貴重な体験をしているなぁとしみじみ感じてしまいました。日本ではこうはいかないと・・・　また機会あれば体験したいですが、普段使わない足の筋肉が酷使されているため、馬から降りた直後は心地よい筋肉痛を感じることをご了承ください。
乗馬体験の後はワレイワの街で下ろしてもらい、集合時間までフリータイム。アイランドビンテージコーヒーでお昼休憩を取り、アサイーボウルとベジベーグルのプレートを食べました。非常に美味で、妻がベーグルサンドにハマってました。その後は街をぶらつき、洋服屋、雑貨屋さんを巡り、喉が乾いたところでシェイブアイスを注文。結構な人が並んでいましたが、回転が早いのでそんなに待つことなくありつけました。帰りの車の中ではぐっすり寝ることもでき、15:00前には帰って来れたので、その後に影響することもなく、非常に良いオプショナルツアーではないかなと思いました。

There were a lot of buses, so I was able to board smoothly without much waiting time. It's convenient for going to Farmers and Ala Moana!

I considered renting a car to Haleiwa, but thinking about driving in an unfamiliar place while organizing the rest of my schedule, I opted for a tour instead. I participated in a mini-tour and had a wonderful time. I thoroughly enjoyed shave ice, shrimp, and shopping at surf shops. The guide was very kind, and I fell even more in love with Hawaii. I would love to be guided again.

ハレイワまでレンタカー　も考えましたが、後のスケジュールを組む上で、慣れないところでの運転になることを考えてツアーにしました。ミニツアーに参加し、とてもいいじかんを持てました。シェイブアイス、シュリンプ、サーフショップでの買い物など、充分に楽しめました。ガイドの方もとても親切で、ハワイがもっと好きになりました。
また、案内していただきたいです

Cousin Gaby was hilarious and informative. The site was breathtaking.

Out of 16 participants, we were the only two Japanese. On the bus, we introduced ourselves in English, and if you're proficient in English, you'll have a great time. The guide was kind, but we understood more than half of the content. In the morning activities, swimming was prohibited at the waterfall in the botanical garden due to lack of rain (the waterfall itself was dry and not flowing), so I recommend snorkeling. The kayaking was just under an hour on the river. The stops along the bus route included a coconut farm, a fruit stand (a roadside shop), and a shopping mall (single-story). We bought a papaya for $4 at the fruit stand (it was perfectly ripe and very delicious when we ate it at the hotel), and we had Matsumoto's shaved ice at the shopping mall. We had plenty of time and enjoyed ourselves.

参加者16人中、日本人は私たち２人だけ。バスでは英語で自己紹介をするなど、英語が堪能であれば十分楽しめます。ガイドさんは親切でしたが、私たちは半分以上内容を理解できませんでした。午前中のアクティビティーは、植物園の滝は雨不足で水泳禁止だったので（滝自体、枯れ枯れで流れていません）、シュノーケリングをお勧めします。カヤックは川で１時間弱。バスの途中立ち寄り場所は、ココナッツ農園、フルーツスタンド（道路脇の売店）、ショッピングモール（平屋）でした。フルーツスタンドでパパイアを１個$4で買い（ホテルで食べたら、食べごろでとてもおいしかったです）、ショッピングモールでマツモトのかき氷を食べました。時間的には余裕があり楽しめました。

The Hilton Islander had a change in its bus stop, so it might be confusing since other buses also stop on the main street. A few people were waiting, and although the bus slowed down a bit, it did not stop. Some people were confused and ran a little, but the bus just went on. It was disappointing. The sunset timing didn't match well depending on the month, so those who wanted to see it returned to the hotel on the Pink Line. The other lines were good.

ヒルトンアイランダーは、停車が、変更になってましたので、メイン通りの他のバスも停車するので、わかりにくいと思いますが、
数人まってましたが、少し低速にはなりましたが、停車しませんでした。
数人が、戸惑って少し走りましたが、そのまま行ってしましました。残念でした。
サンセットは、月によって、うまくタイミングが、合わず、見たい人は、ピンクラインでホテルへ戻りました。
他ラインは、良かったです。

I only rode it once because I was on another trolley tour, but the Pink Line was a comfortable double-decker bus. As a means of transportation, it felt similar to taking a train.

他のトロリー付きのツアーにしていたため、1回しか乗っていませんが、ピンクラインは二階建ての気持ちいいバスでした。
移動手段としては電車的な乗り方です。

I'm glad I participated in this tour! First of all, our driver and guide, Jonah, was an excellent driver. We spent about 11 hours together, and I felt completely at ease! The time allocated for hiking Diamond Head was generous, and we were taken to a food truck where we could buy Leonard's malasadas without any wait, which was perfect for a snack after the hike!

We toured the beautiful beaches of Oahu, and for lunch, we stopped at the Kahuku Sugar Mill. There were so many stores and food trucks that it was hard to choose. There was even a beer specialty shop, which was enjoyable. We also got to explore Haleiwa, and since there were kids experiencing Hawaii for the first time, I was glad I booked this tour.

Jonah, who is fluent in Japanese, shared various stories during our travels, which helped us learn more about Hawaii. He also kindly took photos for us every time we got out of the vehicle. I'm grateful for that! The small group size made it comfortable as well.

まずドライバーandガイドのジョナさんの運転が本当に上手で約11時間一緒に過ごしましたが、安心感が半端なかったです！
ダイヤモンドヘッドの登山も余裕ある時間配分、レナーズのマラサダもフードトラックで待ち時間なく買える場所に案内してもらえ登山後の小腹満たしも出来ました！
オアフ島のきれいなビーチをめぐり、ランチはカフクシュガーミルで。店舗もフードトラックも沢山あり選ぶのに迷いました。ビール専門店もあり、楽しめました。
ハレイワも探索でき、ハワイが初めての子がいたのでこのツアーを申し込みましたが正解でした。
日本語が堪能なジョナさんが移動中も含め、色々な話をしてくれたのでハワイのことを知れました。また、写真も下車の都度、ジョナさんから声をかけてくれて撮ってくれました。感謝！少人数のツアーなので気兼ねない点も良かったです。

We participated with the aim of touring the botanical garden. The well-paved paths were easy to walk on, and there were plenty of large trees providing shade, making it comfortable to stroll without direct sunlight. Each plant had a name tag, which made it easy to understand.

Unfortunately, the main waterfall activity was disappointing due to a lack of rain, causing the waterfall to dry up, which left participants looking forward to it feeling let down. Instead, we were taken to Haleiwa and had a great time there.

We were the only Japanese participants, but the guide was fluent in Japanese, so they provided explanations in both English and Japanese on the bus and at the botanical garden. The driver and tour guide were very kind and provided various explanations, making it an enjoyable experience.

私たちは植物園巡りを目的として参加しました。きれいに舗装された道は歩きやすく、大きな木の木陰が多いので直射日光も遮られ気持ちよく歩くことができます。植物毎に名札が付いておりわかりやすいです。
メインの滝壺遊びは雨不足により滝が枯れていたため、滝壺遊びを楽しみにしていた参加者はがっかりされていました。
代わりにハレイワへ連れて行ってくださり楽しく過ごしました。
日本人の参加者は私たちだけでしたが、日本語堪能な方でしたので、バスの中でも植物園でも英語と日本語でそれぞれ説明してくださいました。ドライバー兼ツアーガイドさんがとても親切にしてくださり、いろいろな説明してくださったので楽しかったです。

The driver was friendly, and although it was mentioned that he couldn't speak Japanese, it seemed his wife was Japanese, so he could speak a little. It was cool in the early morning, and I was able to climb at my own pace. On the way back, he kindly provided bottled water, which tasted very good. When I arrived at the hotel, I made it in time for breakfast, so that was great. I did well at 56 years old!

ドライバーさんも気さくな方で日本語は出来ないと書いてあったけど奥様が日本人だったようで片言ですが良かったです。
早朝で涼しく、自分のペースで登る事が出来ました。帰りにはペットボトルをサービスして下さりとても美味しく感じました。
ホテルに着いたら朝食の時間に間に合い食べる事もできたので良かったです。56才よく頑張りました

When we planned our first family trip to Oahu, there were many places we wanted to see, so we made a request. Initially, when I contacted them via email about the places we wanted to visit, I was told that one location was not possible. However, on the day of the tour, they adjusted the schedule and made the stop as we wished, which left us very impressed.

During the journey, they shared various topics about Hawaii's nature and history in fluent Japanese, and our whole family had a great time engaging in conversation. We ended the tour feeling very happy and were extremely satisfied.

　家族全員での、初めてのオアフ島観光を計画した時に、見たいところがあちこちあったので、お願いしました。
　当初メールで行きたいところを連絡した際に、1か所無理と言われていたのですが、当日に時間調整して下さり、願い通りに立ち寄って下さり、大変感激しました。
　また道中は、ハワイの自然の事や歴史の事など、色々な話題を堪能な日本語でずっと教えていただき、家族全員がとても楽しく、話が弾みました。とてもハッピーな気分で、ツアーを終えられて、大満足です。

This battleship was actually used until about 30 years ago. You can see photos of the actual attack sites of the Japanese kamikaze, as well as images of the water burials conducted by American soldiers, and the surrender documents of Japan from World War II. Additionally, free Japanese tours can be booked on the ship on the day of your visit.

約30年前まで実際に使われていた戦艦です。

It was a bus that went to the Ala Moana Shopping Center from various hotels, and it turned out to be a bit of a sightseeing tour as well. Since it was a bus that you could ride if you had a JCB card, I would have preferred a different bus.

いろんなホテルによってアラモアナショッピングセンターに行くバスでしたが、ちょっとした観光にもなりました♪。ＪＣＢカードを持っていれば乗れたバスでしたので違うバスが良かったです。

The lobster for dinner was thick and tasted just like Japanese crab, it was truly delicious! The final jazz live performance was also moving. It was a great experience to overlook Waikiki and see the fireworks, I'm glad I participated!

ディナーのロブスターが肉厚で味が日本のカニのようで本当に美味しかったです！
最後のジャズライブにもじーんとしました。
ワイキキを一望して花火が見られたのもいい経験で、参加してよかったです！

The pickup was on time, and during the ride, they shared various stories about Hawaii's history and buildings. Before I knew it, we arrived at the Dole Plantation. After we arrived, they also guided us to the ticket booth for the train, which was very helpful! The scenery of the North Shore was amazing too! Thank you very much!

It was my first time going to Hawaii, so I joined a tour! Thanks to a guide who was fluent in Japanese, I was able to enjoy everything from the classic spots to the more niche ones!

ハワイに行くのは初めてだったので、ツアーに参加しました！王道なところからマニアックなところまで、日本語が上手なガイドさんのおかげで楽しむことができました！

Among the many tours available, I chose this one because it focuses on two locations and ends early in the afternoon, which was very appealing. In the end, it was a great decision.

Our driver, Lola, was very friendly and provided various information during the ride. She spoke very clear English, so even those who are not familiar with the language can participate without any issues. She also clearly communicated the return times to the bus, which was reassuring.

Before heading to the Dole Plantation, we had a sightseeing stop in downtown and visited the King Kamehameha statue. During the ride, we were offered malasadas from Kamehameha Bakery and water, which were delicious.

We arrived at Dole before it opened, and Lola accompanied us to the ticket booth. We were the first to ride the Pineapple Express train.

Additionally, since Royal Star Hawaii was the organizer, they informed us that by showing our tour guest sticker, we could get one free topping for the pineapple ice and a 25% discount on shopping at the Dole Plantation, which was a great deal.

Later, on the North Shore, Lola recommended some great shops, and I really appreciated her generous service.

During our trip, the bus stopped at Haleiwa Town Center, making it very convenient to visit places like Surf & Sea, Alii Beach Park, and Camaron Shrimp Truck.

On the way back, she continued to provide sightseeing information and safely drove us back to our hotel. The tour ended around 3:00 PM, so we were able to enjoy it without getting tired.

盛りだくさんのツアーがあるなかで、このツアーは2か所に絞って午後の早い時間に終わるのが魅力で申し込みました。結果、大正解でした。
ドライバーさんのローラさん(Lola）はとてもフレンドリーで車内で色々と案内してくれました。また、とても聞き取りやすい英語を話してくださるので英語が不慣れな方でも参加問題ありません。バスに戻りの時間もはっきりと教えてくれるので、安心できます。
ドール園に向かう前に、ダウンタウン観光やカメハメハ大王像での降りての観光がありました。車中では「カメハメハ・ベーカリー」マラサダとお水を提供してくれ、美味しくいただきました。
ドールでは開園前に到着しチケット売り場までローラさんが付いてきてくださいました。そして一番にパイナップルトレインに乗ることができました。
また、ロイヤルスター観光が主催者だったのですが、ツアー客のステッカーを提示するとパイナップルアイスのトッピングがどれでも一つ無料になる事やドール園でのお買い物が25％オフになることを教えてくれたのでとてもお得になりました。
その後のノースショアではお勧めのお店を紹介してくれたりとサービス精神豊富なローラさんに感謝です。
私たちの時はバスをハレイワタウンセンターに停めたので、サーフ＆シー、アリイ・ビーチパーク、Camaron Shrimp Truckなどの行くのにとても便利でした。
帰りも車中から観光案内してくださり、安全運転でホテルまで送ってもらいました。ツアー終了後でも15：00ぐらいでしたので、疲れることなく楽しめました。

I initially thought about going with a four-wheeler, but the kids said it would be boring since they couldn't drive themselves, so we chose this instead. It was my first time on an e-bike, and I was worried, but there was practice at the beginning, and my middle school and upper elementary school daughters had no problems. The guide was a really nice person, and his explanations were interesting with jokes mixed in. He took a lot of great photos at the photo spots. It was late August in the afternoon, and I was concerned about the heat, but there were many clouds that day, so it was fine.

最初は四輪バギーにしようと思っていたのですが、子供たちが自分で運転できないのはつまらないというので、こちらにしました。Eバイクは初めてなので心配でしたが、最初に練習もあり、中学生と小学校高学年の娘でも問題なかったです。
ガイドさんがとてもいい人で、解説もジョークを交えて面白かったし、フォトスポットでは映える写真をたくさん撮ってくれました。
8月下旬の午後で、暑さが心配でしたが、当日は雲が多くて大丈夫でした。

I participated in a tour that gathered at 10:55. After about 45 minutes of riding in the van, we finally arrived at the much-anticipated Haleiwa. It was bustling at this time. My family joined the mini tour, and we were able to take photos at the famous Haleiwa sign that we absolutely wanted to see, as well as see several sea turtles peeking their heads out near the spot known as Oya Rock (laughs). There were coffee tastings, and despite being a mini tour, it was packed with activities.

The driver was very knowledgeable, and I am grateful for all the things I learned. After the mini tour, we had plenty of time to shop and have lunch at the stores we wanted to visit in Haleiwa. I think this local tour is highly recommended for those who want to take their time at one location.

10時55分集合のツアーに参加しました。バンに乗って揺られること約45分で念願のハレイワに到着。この時間なので賑わっていました。ミニツアーに家族で参加。絶対に見たかった有名なハレイワ看板で写真も撮れて、海亀が何匹も頭を覗かせている近くの通称大谷岩（笑）やコーヒーの試飲等とにかくミニツアーなのに盛りだくさん。
ドライバーの方も知識が豊富で色々勉強させて頂き感謝です。ミニツアー終わってからハレイワで行きたいお店での買い物や昼食もゆっくり出来ました。一箇所でゆっくり時間を取りたい方にはお勧めの現地ツアーだと思います。

The tour at Kualoa Ranch was amazing! The views were absolutely breathtaking, everything was very well organized, and the guide shared lots of interesting stories that made the experience even more special. Definitely worth it!
