The helicopter ride took about 30mins which is really not enough to see Honolulu and around. The pilot was great but he only flew over certain areas once so only people at certain side could see and take pictures. I was expecting him to turn around 360 so everybody can take pictures. Great views of Waikiki, Honolulu, Diamond Head.

It seems we didn't go up to 4000 meters, so we received a partial refund. The view from above was, of course, breathtaking, but the instructor who was in charge was really scary, and I was so tense that my whole body was stiff. Other instructors were much friendlier and smiled a lot, so it varies from person to person. I had planned to ask for photos since I was there, but I found out that each person had to pay individually instead of as a group, and it was quite expensive, so I gave up on that.

The day before had terrible weather, but on the day itself, it was clear with almost no clouds and no wind. I was quite lucky, arriving as the second group, so my turn came up quickly. (A few groups later, clouds started to appear. The photo is of the group that flew after me.)

Conversations with the instructors were only in English, but they were very considerate and helped ease my nerves, which gradually led to a sense of reassurance, making me feel like I could just leave it to them.

When it was finally my turn to dive, it was really up to the instructor's timing, so saying "wait a minute" doesn't work! It felt like being pushed off. However, the view was amazing, and I was captivated by the scenery, which naturally doubled my enjoyment.

Unlike the feeling of a roller coaster or an airplane, it felt like I was falling at a constant speed. My reactions became more like those of a foreigner. I might say that it felt scarier after the parachute opened. There were services that spun us around, and as we got closer to the ground, I started to feel the distance to the ground, which made it even scarier.

The impact when the parachute opened wasn't too strong, and I don't think it would hurt. When landing, you lift your legs, but if you land on the grass, your pants might get dirty, so I recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Sturdy fabric clothing would be best.

The wait until the return time is due to the negative checks for those who ordered photos and videos. If someone in the same car ordered, you'll have to wait until their negative check is done. However, it's possible to ride back with another car that leaves earlier, so it’s a good idea to ask the driver. There's one person, an elderly man named Mickey Takahashi, who understands Japanese, so you might want to talk to him.

Photos and videos are expensive, but I think it's worth ordering them. Without them, the only proof of my jump would be a certificate, and I wouldn't be able to convey this amazing experience to my friends! It's about the same price as jumping again, but I think ordering them is a good idea. Otherwise, like me, you might regret not ordering them later.

It seems that some people cancel on the day. A few days before, I couldn't eat and couldn't sleep at night, but after actually jumping, I felt I had an incredible experience that happens only a few times in a lifetime. I want to save up and go again.

前日は凄く天候が悪かったのですが、当日は快晴で雲もほとんど無く、風もありませんでした。
色々と運も良くて、到着して２組目で順番が廻ってきました。
（何組か後になると雲が出てきました。写真は私が飛んだ後の組の写真です。）
インストラクターの方々との会話は英語のみですが、色々と気を遣ってくれて緊張をほぐしてくれている感がとても伝わってきました。それが徐々に安心感に繋がり、後はお任せしようと思うようになりました。
いざダイブの順番がくると、事実上、インストラクターのタイミングでダイブするので、ちょっと待ってぇ～は通用しません！突き落とされる感じです。
でも、景色が素晴らしくて、周りの景色に目を奪われて、自然と楽しさが倍増してきました。
ジェットコースーターや飛行機の、あのフワッと感は全く無くて、一定の速度で落ちてる感じがありました。自然とリアクションも外人ぽっくなったりします。
どちらかと言うとパラシュートが開いてからの方が恐いかもしれません。
クルクル回るサービスがあったり、だんだん地上が近いづいてくると地上との距離感を感じてしまって、逆に恐くなってしまいます。
パラシュートが開いた瞬間の衝撃はあまり強くなくて、痛いと感じることはないと思います。
着地の時は足を上げて降りるのですが、芝生の上にお尻を着くとズボンが汚れるので、汚れても良い服装の方が良いと思います。丈夫な生地の服装が良いと思います。
帰りの時間まで待たされるのは写真やビデオを注文した人のネガチェックがあるからです。
一緒の車で来た人の中に注文した人がいれば、その人のネガチェックが終わるまでは待つ事になります。ただ、先に帰る車に同乗することも可能なので、ドライバーに聞いてみると良いと思います。１人だけミッキー高橋という日本語が分かるおじいさんがいるので、その人と話してみてください。
写真やビデオは高いですが注文した方が良いと思います。
無ければ自分が飛んだ証拠が証明書以外に無く、この感動を友人に話しても全く伝わりません！
もう一回飛ぶくらいの価格ですが注文して損は無いと思います。逆に後から注文しておけば良かった～などと私のように後悔してしまいます。

当日、ドタキャンする人もいるみたいです。私も数日まえからご飯が喉を通らなくなり、夜も眠れなくなりましたが、実際に飛んでみて、一生に何度と無い素晴らしい体験が出来たと思います。またお金を貯めて行ってみたいと思います。
迷っている方！是非！チャレンジしてみてください。絶対に損は無いです！

I've lived in Hawaii for about 8 years and I thought I've seen everything. Just getting to ride a helicopter was already an amazing experience. Getting to ride it over Hawaii made it even better. I felt like a tourist seeing Hawaii for the first time. I'm also a big fan of Jurasic World and I kinda freaked when I found out they used Blue Hawaii Helicopter for the movie. I would recomend this tour to anyone; even locals.

It was my first experience. My wife waited at the condo while I participated alone. As others have mentioned, the only scary part was jumping out of the Cessna (I think it would have taken me longer to jump out if I were alone), but after that, it was exhilarating!! It was a wonderful experience. However, I spent the entire previous day preparing for it, but it was canceled due to bad weather. On this day, I went to the North Shore at 5 AM (which meant getting up at 4 AM), and although I was able to jump right away, I ended up waiting quite a bit afterwards. Since it's a dangerous sport involving nature, I suppose it's unavoidable, but it's important to approach it with plenty of time to spare.

初めての体験でした。嫁さんはコンドで待ち。僕一人で参加しました。他の人も書いている通り、怖かったのはセスナを飛び出す時だけで（自分独りだったら飛び出すのに時間がかかったと思います）、後は快感でした！！素晴らしい体験でした。ただ、僕は前日丸一日を要して挑んだのですが、天候が悪くキャンセル。この日も朝の5時から（そのため4時起き）ノースショアに行き、飛ぶのはすぐだったのですが、その後がかなり待たされました。自然相手の危険なスポーツなので仕方ないのでしょうが、時間の余裕を持って挑む必要があります。

Pilot Bob was great - super friendly, funny, and provided us with facts about everything we saw on our trip. We fell in love with the North Shore, and it was so incredible to see some of our favorite spots from an aerial view. We would totally recommend this to anyone who is staying in Oahu!

I was a bit anxious about my first skydiving experience, but I enjoyed it without any problems. It was a little chilly when falling, but the view was amazing and it felt really good. What surprised me compared to what I imagined was that the time after the parachute opened was unexpectedly long. The instructor kindly spun us around as a service, but it was scarier than the fall itself, haha. But it was the best experience!

The plan started at 9 AM. We gathered before 6 AM, and everything was finished around 9:30 AM. However, we were left waiting, and we could board the return shuttle only at 12:30 PM, nearly three hours later. There’s nothing around the airport, so we just had to wait idly. It might be fine for those with a flexible schedule, but it’s not suitable for regular tourists. In the end, we ended up returning with a team that arrived before noon, and I don’t understand why we had to wake up early. If possible, it would be better to come by rental car instead of relying on the pickup.

Also, it says that if you don’t reach 14,000 ft, it’s free, but that’s a lie. They use the weather as an excuse (which may be true), and you are made to jump from 8,000 ft, receiving only the difference in price from the 8,000 ft plan as a refund. There’s nothing mentioned about this on the official website of the operating company. Anyway, it’s fine for those who don’t care about the height as long as they can jump, but it’s better not to overtrust the "absolute guarantee" claims.

Went skydiving for the first time on our honeymoon and it couldn't have been a better experience than what we had! We had Patrick and Andy as our instructors and they were full of personality and very calm- which really put us at ease. We loved them so much we each tipped them $50. We're hooked now and actually contemplated going again while in Hawaii but decided we've spent enough and going to try the other side of the spectrum=skydiving back home in Colorado!! Researched a lot before going and this place by far had some of the best reviews! Best deal I found in research was this site - literally spent hours on Hawaii discount sites!

It may be inappropriate to express dissatisfaction with the operating company in a review on VELTRA, but...

The skydiving experience itself was quite enjoyable. My instructor, Relyx, provided clear explanations in English and some basic Japanese, which made me very satisfied.

However, this "Pacific Skydiving Center" is not acceptable...

On that day (June 20), it seems there was rain and cloudy weather early in the morning, and we were delayed, with our flight starting around 1 PM instead of the scheduled 11 AM. While that is understandable...

We were supposed to go on separate flights for 2100m and 4267m, but I believe we were put on the 2100m flight...

I timed it, and we only had 20 seconds before the parachute opened...

Still, the scenery and experience were amazing.

But my biggest complaint starts here.

By 1:30 PM, everything was finished, but we waited and waited for the return vehicle, and it never arrived...

I asked the reception staff twice, and they told me it would be coming soon, so we waited.

After waiting until 4 PM, the reception desk closed, and the return vehicle left without us.

There were four other Japanese people with us, and it was clearly strange, so when we asked again, they said, "We announced it near the vehicle, but since there was no response, we left."

They said this without any sense of wrongdoing.

As others have mentioned, there was no apology for this.

In the end, we returned to Waikiki after 5 PM...

Although the skydiving itself was a lot of fun, I was left with such dissatisfaction due to the treatment from the operating company...

It made me realize the level of hospitality in Japan, but this place was terrible.

その日（6/20）は、早朝　雨天曇天だったらしく、時間がおしていて、１１時開始が１３時くらいのフライトとなりました。
それは仕方ないことなのですが・・

2100ｍ　と、　4267ｍ　とで別便で行くのですが、おそらく自分たちは2100ｍの方に乗せられたんだと思います・・

時間を計りましたが、パラシュート開くまで20秒しかありませんでした・・

それでも景色、体感は最高でしたが。

一番の不満はここからです

１３時半には全て終わってたのですが、帰りの車が待てど暮らせど出ない・・

受付の人に二回も尋ねたのに「すぐ出る」といわれ、待機

１６時まで待っていたら、受付窓口が閉まり、
帰りの車が何の音沙汰もなしに、自分たちが乗ってないまま出発。

他に日本人４人居ましたが、さすがにオカシイということで、改めて尋ねると

「車付近でアナウンスしたけど、何の反応もなかったので出発した」

と、悪気もなく言ってきました。

他の方もおっしゃってるように、そこに謝罪はありません。

結局ワイキキに帰ったのが１７時過ぎ・・

スカイダイビング自体はかなり楽しかったのに、

催行会社の待遇でこうも不満が残るとは・・

日本のおもてなしの待遇を改めて知ることにもなりましたが、この店はひどかったです。

Doors-Off Paradise Helicopter Tour & Landing from Kapolei [Not Operating]

Wish we had done the 60 min tour and had the doors off. I was being a chicken when I booked it but once we got off the ground, I was comfortable! The view is amazing and the kids had a blast. The front seats have the best views if you keep the doors on :)

The skydiving experience was amazing!!
However, I had some complaints about the reception.
I had signed up for the 2100m plan, but it seems that everyone else that day had booked the 4000m plan.
When we arrived at the reception, we were told that we would all jump from that height together. So, we were asked to pay the difference there.
There was no mention of this in the notes, so I was left wondering how the communication between the tour company and the local staff was handled.

高度2100mプランで申込みをしていたのですが、
その日私達以外の参加者は4000mからのプランを予約している人しかいなかったそうです。
受付場所に着いてからみんなと合わせてその高度で飛んでもらう事になる。なので、その差額をここで支払うようにと言われました。
注意事項にもそのような記載はなかったのでツアー会社と現地でのやり取りはどうなっているのかと疑問が残りました。
