I was looking forward to the sandbar.

The staff were fun people, and the sandbar was very beautiful.

However, it was disappointing that it wasn't the sandbar I had imagined.

I had envisioned it during low tide...

It's a natural occurrence, so there's nothing that can be done about it.

I should have asked the staff what time the tide goes out or done more research.

If you want to do something typical of Hawaii, I recommend this. There were many families with children, and the staff was considerate, making for a satisfying tour. The lunch consisted of hamburgers made with grilled meat on the boat. While it wasn't incredibly delicious, just eating on the boat was enjoyable. During the final snorkeling, I was lucky enough to swim with a sea turtle, which made for a wonderful memory.

However, we had been to Hawaii several times, and I always wanted her to experience snorkeling or participating in ocean activities someday. I participated two years ago and it was so great that I joined again. Naturally, the staff, the boat, and the menu were all exactly the same. However, I felt that the snorkeling time was extremely short. It was like, "Wait, is it already over?!" Unfortunately, there were no fish at all. The coral reef might have fewer fish now. So, if snorkeling is your main focus, it might be a bit disappointing. The staff's service is excellent. The hamburger was just as delicious as last time.

Our experience from start to finish was exceptional! The shuttle ride started with a wonderful ride from Emanual- she was friendly and conversational, making our time feel like it was spent with a friend. She was knowledgeable about the Island and told us interesting things. She suggested we rent a car and we did- the next day! Thanks Em so worth it! On the boat Em and Captain Jenna were wonderful. Our teenager got a little sick but they didn't give up on her, with their words of encouragement and support we set sail. Our 8 year old was afraid and because of you two ladies she got in and snorkeled with an 80year old turltle. Words can express that magic of that experience! We are eagerly anticipating the pictures photographer Paul took. Your attention to detail and obvious dedication to your craft is remarkable. Thank you team dolphin excursion for loving what you do and sharing that with my family. Mahalo!

The morning reservation was fully booked, so we ended up on the afternoon tour, but the fish were beautiful, and we got to see a sea turtle, which made us very satisfied! I checked the tide chart and participated during the lowest tide, but I still got soaked up to my knees. Since the sandbar was my goal, I was a bit disappointed about that. The sandbar seemed to stretch quite a long way, but perhaps the tour companies stop at different places to disembark. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views of the blue sky, the sea, and the surrounding mountains. I also saw sea turtles and mantas, but overall, I feel it might be more geared towards younger people.

Since this is a nature tour, it's understandable, but the bad weather and poor visibility left me feeling unsatisfied...

Regarding snorkeling, we all swam in a line along a predetermined route, so I was too focused on keeping up with everyone to really enjoy the underwater experience... (We had a group with both strong and weak swimmers, including children.)

Also, I had somewhat prepared myself for this in advance, but the water level at the sandbar was only up to my knees at most. Jumping for a photo was impossible.

It was incredibly cloudy and extremely cold... I participated on a day that was so cold, I couldn't believe it was Hawaii. The scenery was also disappointing due to the clouds, and the sandbar had water levels only up to my knees, which was a big failure. It was so cold that I didn't participate in snorkeling and waited on the boat instead. I think if you're going to the sandbar, you should definitely choose the right season to go.

The staff were very cheerful and tried their best to lift the mood; they were kind and pleasant. If I ever go again for a revenge trip, I would choose this tour.

とにかく曇っていて滅茶苦茶寒かった。。。
ハワイでこんなに寒いことってあるのか・・・というくらい寒い日に参加してしまいました。
そして、曇っていた分、景色もイマイチで、肝心のサンドバーも膝上くらいまでの水位だったので、大失敗でした。
あまりに寒いので、シュノーケリングには参加せず、船で待機させて頂きました。
サンドバーに行くなら、やはりちゃんと時期を選んで行くべきだと思いました。

スタッフの方達は、とても明るく、何とか盛り上げようとしてくれて、親切で感じが良かったですし、いつかまたリベンジで行くならば、このツアーを選びます。

We participated with our family of three and our sixth-grade child.

As a beginner in snorkeling, I was a bit anxious, but I was taught carefully from the basics, and I was able to enjoy snorkeling very much. Swimming close to the fish in Hanauma Bay felt like I had become one of them. Unfortunately, we couldn't see any turtles, but Fumio-san searched hard for them, and I am very grateful for that.

I'm really glad we participated. I plan to join again the next time we go to Hawaii♪

If you're going to snorkel in Hanauma Bay, I absolutely recommend this tour!

It seems we went during high tide, so there was no sandy beach. The area was constantly submerged in water. Also, the guide was quite persistent about the possibility of seasickness. There was an overwhelming aura of wanting to sell good stops (laughs). The weather was nice, and the scenery was amazing! We even got to see sea turtles.

We are a couple who loves dolphins, so we were very excited. We also spotted a turtle first and were told by everyone, so the photographer Mike nicknamed us "Turtle No. 1!" (laughs) I definitely want everyone to experience this. Thank you for a fun day.
