The staff was friendly, and there were enough staff members for participants to swim comfortably! They took the time to thoroughly explain safety precautions, such as not swimming at the back of the boat, and they were always watching over the participants. There was also a practice for the OK sign and help sign, which was reassuring. We were the only Japanese participants, but there were many children joining, and we were able to communicate and have fun. There was an incident where a participant's hat flew into the sea, but the staff returned the boat to the point where the hat was and jumped in to retrieve it. The snorkeling time was long, and if you get tired, you can return to the boat via the stairs! I highly recommend it!

The sea was beautiful, and we had plenty of time to take photos, play with the stand-up paddleboards, floaties, and go snorkeling. We had an amazing time!!

The staff were all fun and kind. When I lost something, they continued to search for it even the day after we left, and I am very grateful for that. They made sure that the participants had the best time to create wonderful memories of their trip!!

It was such a great experience that I definitely want to go back if I have the chance to visit Hawaii again. 😊

The sandbar wasn't out, but it was shallow, so my family enjoyed stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). In the second half, we went snorkeling in deeper areas with coral reefs 😃 and were able to see fish and sea turtles 💓. A Japanese staff member explained everything, so it was fine even if we didn't understand English. They also prepared spam onigiri and drinks, which we enjoyed. I was a bit hungry, so it was delicious 😊.

Our honeymoon trip to Hawaii was amazing! There were Japanese staff members who explained everything to us, and other staff spoke Japanese in a friendly manner, making our time enjoyable! We tried stand-up paddleboarding, snorkeling, and kayaking. Although there were limited numbers for stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking, people gradually got bored, so it naturally came around to our turn, which was funny. The boat ride to get there was amazing! The band was lively, and the staff inside were very friendly. The color of the sea was completely different, and even when looking at the photos later, the clarity stood out! There was plenty of time to enjoy paddleboarding, canoeing, and snorkeling. The donuts on the boat were also very delicious! I highly recommend this tour!

We had a group of 6 adults who all had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful. One female employee was extra helpful to my 83 year old uncle. The boat is nice and not too crowded with guests. We had a gorgeous day so our pics were beautiful in the clear, blue water. We had plenty of time to use the paddle boards and snorkel. The snorkeling was ok. The reef seems like it is dead. We saw a couple of turtles and small fish but not the best snorkeling I have done. We brought our own alcohol and the staff gave us some ice. Snacks were ok but I think for the price - lunch should be provided. It was one of our most expensive excursions. It was good transportation was included but we did have a rental car. The boats have bins to keep your belongings dry and safe. Bring a water proof cell phone case to take water / snorkel pics. Bring towels and sunscreen. It was nice to have a bathroom on board too. Music was playing but it was not a party vibe.
