I actually almost ruined our experience, we had showed up a day late to our booking. The check in lady was very nice and said they’d get us on the boat that day!
The whole crew was super kind with good music and plenty of fun things to do. A truly great experience for some fun and time in the sun!

Amazing time! My family loved the services and everyone on the crew was super welcoming and informative. Wish it was longer though. Especially when you do the full package, it seems 3 hours goes by super fast.
The weather wasn't great, but thanks to the performance of all the staff, I had an amazing time. There were several people who spoke Japanese well, so I didn't have any difficulties, and I was able to participate in all the activities.

Was a little nervous because I have never really enjoyed putting my face under water but Amber made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She was knowledgeable and you could tell that she enjoyed her job. The view of Honolulu from Diamond Head and the hotel we stayed at was absolutely wonderful. They say you can enjoy similar scenery in Okinawa, but I highly recommend experiencing it in Hawaii.
The meeting place was easy to find, and we didn't get lost on our way there. Since the instructions mentioned to arrive 30 minutes early, we went ahead and got there early, but ended up waiting about 40 minutes as the previous group was still preparing to board. (Someone from the same group arrived even earlier than us.)
The tour company's service was good, but I thought the information on Veltra was a bit unhelpful. They mentioned that photos would cost $40, so when they asked if we wanted to take them, I declined and didn't take any. The tour company only communicates in English and does not provide support in Japanese.

We had a great time we had a group of 30 adults children and little children. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They help the kids paddleboard and some of us snorkel. Overall great experience! Would recommend to everyone! Thank you all! We had a wonderful time!!!
At first, it was scary, but it felt amazing! Since the boat can make you quite seasick, it would be better to take motion sickness medication. It seemed especially tough for the kids.

On the second day of our arrival, we had an experience. My husband, our 9-year-old daughter, and I were able to participate together for the first time. Until now, we had only been able to ride one or two people at a time, so it was great to ride as a family of three.
The boat was larger than I expected, and we went out to the open sea for the experience. We were with two other groups. The height was also 150 meters, and we were able to see the most amazing views.
One unexpected thing was that while anchored, the boat swayed a bit, and during sailing, it felt more like we were connected rather than being pulled by the boat, so we felt the swaying from the waves and wind, which made me a bit seasick.

My boyfriend and I visited Honolulu for a week to celebrate my 30th birthday.
