As someone who loves the ocean, I find that I don't have enough time to enjoy both the beach and the town together, so I make it a point to separate my days into beach days and town days.

At the beach, I can fully enjoy myself with items like mats and snorkeling sets provided. Additionally, since tour buses cannot access Lanikai, I recommend renting a bike. For just an extra $10 on this tour, you can rent a bike right there. In the morning, I had a pleasant ride to Lanikai and enjoyed snorkeling at the beach!

It seemed like it was one of those rare days with great weather, and I was able to see the ocean's colors more beautiful than ever before. The waves were almost nonexistent, and I had so much fun that I didn't want to leave the water.

In the afternoon, we returned to Kailua for lunch. You can choose between a plate lunch or pizza. We opted for the plate lunch. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't choose from a variety of options since it was a set meal. The taste was just okay—nothing to get too excited about, although I wasn't expecting much. Considering the time it takes to think about and go buy something, it was at least passable.

In the afternoon, I relaxed and enjoyed the ocean again in Kailua until it was time to leave. I will definitely use this service again when I want to enjoy the beach. I prefer the shuttle service because I can just relax and sleep, rather than using The Bus. I think it would be nice if lunch wasn't a set meal and offered more choices.

海が大好きな私は、ビーチとタウンを一緒に楽しむには時間的に足りないので、毎回、ビーチの日、タウンの日と、分けて楽しむようにしいています。
ビーチで遊ぶには、ゴザやシュノーケルセットなどがついているので、存分に遊ぶことができます。また、ラニカイには、現在ツアーバスは入れないので、自転車がお勧めです。このツアーでも、＄10プラスするだけで、その場で自転車を貸してもらえます。午前はラニカイまで心地よくツーリング＆ビーチでシュノーケルを堪能！
この日は、年に数えるほどの良いお天気だったようで、これまで以上に美しい海の色を見ることができました。
波もほとんどなく、海から出ることができないくらい楽しみました。
午後は、ランチをいただきにカイルアへ戻りました。ランチは、プレートランチか、ピザ、どちらかを選べます。私たちはプレートランチにしました。セットになっているため、いろいろ選べないのが残念でした。お味も、こんなものか~。（期待はしてはいませんでしたが。。。）考えたり、買いに行く時間を考えると、ましかな？のレベルです。
午後は、カイルアで、のんびりとまた海に浸かり、時間まで楽しみました。
また、ビーチを楽しみたいときには利用します。
送迎付きは、寝ててもOKなので、ザ・バスを利用するよりも、私はすきです。
ランチはセットではなくてもいいかな？選択できたらよいと思いました。

The couple participated in a semi-private lesson, while their child joined a private lesson. This was the second time for their 8-year-old son, and he was able to ride the waves without any difficulty. He had a reliable instructor, which made it easy for us to watch him. He expressed that he wants to participate again.

夫婦はセミプライベートレッスンで参加。子はプライベートレッスンで参加させていただきました。今回で２度目参加の８才の息子も難なく波に乗れていました。また頼もしい先生がついており安心して見てられました。また参加したいと息子も言っています。

In the semi-private lesson, my wife and I had one instructor with us. Thanks to that, we were able to ride the waves several times with the teacher's assistance. The complimentary T-shirt was also stylish and nice.

It seemed like the crew was bored to be there with us, they had no enthusiasm whatsoever. We paid $70/each for this cruise and did not even get to take a swim break. The 1st mate was the only one that would talk with us and that was only when we asked questions. The forward sail was torn and tatered, otherwise the boat was clean.
We were told we could leave items below deck so we would not get them wet. My wife left her shorts below and when we left she realized her lipstick and hand lotion had been taken out of her pocket. We could not beleive someone would steal personal items of no value. Unbelievalbe. Change the crew out find people that are excited to be there and care about your customers.
Luxury Afternoon Sail....no way did they meet their claim

I participated with two friends. It was my first time in Hawaii, and I only booked the flight and hotel, so I was looking for optional tours and found this one. They picked us up by car at the hotel and contacted us the day before for the pickup. Since it was just the two of us that day, they moved the tour time to the morning. Our guide was Japanese, which made it easy to talk, and I was able to hear a lot of interesting information. When we arrived at the location, we received an explanation and entered the beach. We were able to put our valuables in a box that the guide brought and lock it up, which made me feel secure. We received our snorkeling sets and headed into the ocean. They taught us how to swim and enter the water first. It was my second time snorkeling, while it was my friend's first time, so I appreciated the thorough explanation. I wasn't very good at swimming, but they adjusted the pace to match my ability, which made me feel at ease. We moved through the beautiful sea while looking for fish, and time flew by. Unfortunately, we didn't see any turtles, but I was satisfied because we saw various fish. I think it's recommended for those who are not used to snorkeling or are visiting Hanauma Bay for the first time (＾_＾).

友達2人と参加しました。ハワイは初めてで航空券とホテルのみとっていただけだったので、オプションツアーを探していて見つけました。ホテルまで車で迎えにきて頂き、前日にピックアップの連絡もホテルにくださいました。その日は私たち2人のみということで、ツアーの時間を前倒しして午前にしてもらえました。日本人のガイドさんだったので、話しやすく、いろいろとお話が聞けました。現地に着くと説明を受けてビーチに入りました。貴重品はガイドさんが持ってきているボックスの中に入れて、カギをかけてもらえたので安心でした。シュノーケルのセットを受取りいざ海へ。最初に泳ぎ方、入り方などを教えてもらいました。私は2回目、友達は初めてのシュノーケリングだったので、丁寧な説明がありがたかったです。私は泳ぎが苦手だったのですが、泳ぎの程度に合わせて進んでくださるので安心でした。キレイな海をお魚を探しながら進んでくのであっという間に時間がすぎました。残念ながらカメには会えませんでしたが、いろんなお魚たちが見れたので満足でした。シュノーケリングに慣れて無い方、ハナウマ湾初めての方にはオススメだと思います（＾_＾）

I booked a surf lesson, but I wasn't picked up at the scheduled time. When I called to confirm, I was told that the reservation was for the next day. However, the date and time on the voucher were correct, and I had plans for the next day as well. After I explained this, they agreed to come pick me up. In the end, I was picked up an hour late, but I was able to take the lesson. They even extended the lesson time to make up for the delay after everyone else finished. My daughter, who has study abroad experience, was able to handle the phone inquiry in English smoothly, but I think it would be a bit concerning for someone who isn't as comfortable with the language.

サーフレッスンを予約しましたが予定の時間になってもピックアップされず、電話で確認したところ、予約が翌日になってるとのこと。バウチャーを見ても日時は間違っておらず、翌日も予定もあったのでその旨伝えると何とか迎えに来てくれるとのこと。何だかんだ予定の1時間遅れでピックアップされレッスンを受けることが出来ました。レッスンも皆さんが終わった後も遅れた時間分やって頂けました。
留学経験がある娘だったので英語での電話問い合わせもスムーズに出来ましたが、そうでないとちょっと不安になると思いました。

The staff is entertaining, and you can go quite high up! The view is spectacular! However, you have to wait for other people's turn, and I got really seasick on the small boat, honestly, I was almost about to throw up... (°_°;) I recommend bringing motion sickness medication for those who are sensitive.

スタッフもおもしろくて、なかなかの高さまで上がります！絶景です！
ただ自分たち以外の人の時間待っていないといけないのですが、小さいボートでゆらゆら、スゴく酔いました、正直もうすこしで戻していましたね…(°_°;)

This time, I participated in the Hanauma Bay snorkeling tour with a veteran guide <snorkel mask, transportation included, Japanese guidance> with a friend! Since another group canceled at the last minute, we were able to enjoy a private experience! Our guide, Dan, was very funny and kind, and I feel like I enjoyed it ten times more than other tours (laughs). They provide everything you need, including snorkels, lifeguards, fins, and mats, so you can join with just a swimsuit! At first, I was nervous and couldn't swim well, but Dan helped me by pulling me along. It was my first time in Hawaii, and Hanauma Bay was truly beautiful; I was constantly amazed! The stunning blue sea, colorful fish, and the long-awaited sea turtles!! I got to see them come up for air right in front of me twice! So moving! They took a lot of photos, which I was able to save from Facebook! It was truly a satisfying tour! Next time, I would like to try diving!

今回、ハナウマ湾　ベテランガイド付きシュノーケリングツアー　＜シュノーケルマスク・送迎付き・日本語案内＞に友人と二人で参加させていただきました！もう一組の方たちが急遽キャンセルということで、貸し切りで楽しめました！ガイドのダンさんがとても面白く優しい方で、他のツアーより１０倍楽しめました気がします(笑)シュノーケル、ライフガード、足ひれ、ゴザ等必要な物は全て貸していただけるので、水着一枚で参加オッケーです！ 最初緊張していてうまく泳げなかった時も、ダンさんが手を引っ張って泳いでくれました。初めてのハワイだったのですが、ハナウマ湾はほんっとうに綺麗で、ずっと感動しっぱなしでした！綺麗なブルーの海、色とりどりの魚、そして念願のウミガメ！！２回も目の前で息継ぎするところを見れました！感動！写真もたくさんとっていただけて、Facebookから保存出来ました！本当に大満足のツアーでした！次回はダイビングをお願いしたいです！

My daughter is at the age where she can travel, so this year I took my first solo trip to Hawaii. Since a sunset dinner cruise was a regular activity with my daughter, I looked for a cruise that I could enjoy alone and found the Mai Tai Catamaran Cruise. Staying at the Sheraton Waikiki made the meeting place convenient, and I was satisfied with the reasonable price. Among the approximately 30 passengers, there were only a few Japanese, including myself and an older couple, while there were two Korean girls. As expected, the Western guests seemed to really enjoy the cruising experience. You can also order Mai Tais, beer, and soft drinks for an additional fee. I would recommend this cruise for those who want to enjoy a reasonable and fun cruising experience.

娘（noe）もお年頃と言うことで、今年初めてHawaii一人旅してきました。娘とはサンセットディナークルーズもお決まりのコースだったので、何か一人参加でも楽しめそうなクルーズはないか、と探し当てたのが今回のマイタイ・カタマランクルーズです。ステイ先もシエラトンワイキキなので集合場所も便利、またお値段もリーズナブルで満足しました。30名位の乗船客の内日本人は私と熟年ご夫婦、他にアジア系は二人連れの韓国gal、流石に欧米系の方達はノリもよくクルージングを楽しまれたようです。別料金でマイタイやビール、ソフトドリンクも頼めます。リーズナブルにクルージングを楽しみたい方にはお薦めできます。

We were on the same boat with four groups: two older, plump American women, a newlywed American couple, two Japanese women, and our family. I felt a bit scared, but my husband and son were excited from the start. If we can go to Hawaii again next year, I definitely want to try parasailing again. Also, I accidentally lost my hat, but a cool guy (the one who was explaining things) jumped into the sea and retrieved it for me! Thank you! It was a moment that improved my impression of Hawaii after 27 years.

４組（かなり年配でふくよかなアメリカ人女性２人・アメリカ人新婚さん・日本人女性２人・我々家族）が　一緒のボート。　私は少し恐怖心
がありましたが、夫と息子は最初からノリノリ。　結果は来年またハワイに行けたらやっぱりまた　パラセーリングやりたいな。　あと、私のミスで帽子を飛ばしてしまったのですが、かっこいいお兄さん（説明してくれる担当の）が　海にさっと飛び込んで拾い上げてくれました！ありがと〜う！２７年ぶりのハワイの印象アップの瞬間でした。

I have had some experience with boats before, but I had never been on a small one, and I experienced seasickness for the first time. It was really tough, so even those who usually don't get motion sickness should be cautious. However, I was happy that the guide quickly noticed my change in condition and took care of me. Despite suffering from seasickness, I was able to go parasailing, and the view was truly amazing. Next time, I want to take motion sickness medication and give it another try.

今まで船の経験は何度かあるのですが、小型のものには乗ったことがなく、初めて船酔いを経験してしまいました。。本当にしんどかったので普段全く酔った事もない方も要注意です。でも、ガイドの方がすぐ体調の変化に気付いて下さって、介抱してくれたのが嬉しかったです。船酔いに苦しみつつも、なんとかパラセーリングすることができました。景色が本当に素晴らしかったです。次は酔い止めを飲んで再挑戦したいです。

I'll write about the things I wanted to know in advance!

I went with my middle school daughter to enjoy the 130m deluxe slide. We signed up for the 11 AM pickup. There were six pairs (12 people) along with two staff members on the boat, and off we went! Right after boarding, there was a quick explanation in English, and since we were the only ones who didn’t understand, I felt a bit anxious. However, they showed us a written explanation in Japanese. The two staff members seemed accustomed to Japanese guests and were cheerful, chatting with us in broken Japanese, which made it a lot of fun.

Everyone else on the boat spoke English, so they laughed and chatted happily with the staff. The boat did sway a bit, but since I took motion sickness medicine beforehand and was enjoying the scenery, I was totally fine. We took turns jumping off (we were fourth), and as someone who is a bit afraid of heights, watching was scary! But once I jumped... it was amazing!! Up in the sky, it was quiet, and I really felt relaxed. (Everyone said this.)

When we jumped and came back down, we splashed into the sea, which was also a lot of fun! The drop was slow, so even those who aren’t fond of roller coasters would be fine (it doesn’t feel like your insides are dropping). The water was cool and refreshing, just up to my feet or waist, so there was nothing to be scared of.

I couldn’t tell the difference between 110m and 150m jumps just by looking, as I didn’t understand the English and couldn’t see how high others were jumping. The staff offered a photo service for $30, and everyone seemed to order it. Based on reviews, opinions were mixed, but I thought it was great! The photos included shots of the sea, waiting, jumping, and staff photos. Since they took pictures of all six pairs doing the same movements, I think everyone’s photos looked similar.

Payment is made when you get off the boat. I had no idea how much to tip, so I paid $30 plus $10, totaling $40. I still don’t know if that was good, haha. (Three out of the six pairs paid by card.)

I only brought one phone because I thought it might get wet, but it was totally fine on the boat (nothing got wet), and everyone was taking pictures freely. I was wondering what to do with my wallet and valuables, but it didn’t feel like something to worry about. Everyone just put their bags in the storage under the seats.

After finishing, there was no place to change, but the driver was waiting for us to take us back to our hotel, so we just wiped off a bit and hopped on the trolley in our swimsuits. When we dried off a bit, we put on the dresses or shorts we had brought. The trolley was almost empty, so it was totally fine.

The pickup bus was on time, and even without understanding English, everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a lot of fun! The foreigners who rode with us tried to communicate with gestures, saying things like, “Looks scary!” When my daughter said the seats were hot, one of them offered their towel to put down. The two staff members and the driver were all kind, and it was just wonderful! I definitely want to go again! The parachute design is cool with a pirate theme!

中学生の娘と2人で130mのデラックスライドで遊んできました☆
11時にお迎えに来てもらう回に申し込みました。
2人組が6組(12人)とスタッフ2人で船に乗りいざ出発！
乗ってすぐ英語でばーっと説明があり 英語がわからないのは私たちだけだったのでちょっと不安になったけど 日本語で書いてある説明書きを見せてくれました。スタッフの2人は日本人にも慣れているようで陽気で明るく片言の日本語で話しかけてくれたりするので とても楽しかったです。
一緒に船に乗っていた方々はみなさん英語が話せる人たちだったので スタッフの方の話にさらに楽しそうに笑って和気あいあいと話されていましたよ♪
船はもちろん少しは揺れるけど 事前に酔い止めを飲んでいたし 景色を見ていたら全然大丈夫でした。
順番に飛んでいくのですが(私たちは4番目)高所恐怖症気味の私は見てると怖い！でも飛んだら……最高でした！！
空の上は静かで本当にリラックス出来ました♪♪(これみんな言ってました)
飛び上がって行く時や 戻って来る時に海にぽちゃんと落とされたりするのですがそれもとても楽しかったです！ゆーっくり落ちるのでジェットコースターとか苦手な人でも全然大丈夫だと思うし(内臓ひゅーっみたいにはなりません)海に浸かるのも足？腰？くらいまでで冷たくて気持ちいいので怖いとかは全くありませんでした。
高さは 英語がわかんないし 見ただけでは他の人が何m飛んでるのかわからなかったので 110mや150mとの違いはわかりませんでした。
スタッフの人に30ドルで写真を撮ってもらうサービスがあったのですが みなさん頼んでいました。体験談を見ると賛否両論ですが 私は良かったです☆基本的には海の写真 待ってる時の写真 飛び上がる時から飛んでる時の写真 スタッフの写真等です。6組分いつも同じ動きで写真を撮っていたので みんな同じ感じだと思います。
お金は降りる時に払います。チップは幾ら払えば良いのか全く分からなかったので 30ドルプラス10ドルで全部で40ドル払いました。これは今でも良かったのかわからない 笑
(6組中3組はカード払いでした)
携帯やカメラは濡れるかなと思って1コだけしか持って行かなかったけど 船の上では全然平気で(濡れるようなことはない)みんな好き好きに写真を撮っていました。
お財布や貴重品はどうするんだろうと思っていたけど そんなこと心配するような感じではありませんでした。普通にカバンに入れて 座席下の収納にみんな入れている感じです。
終わって船を降りたらどこかで着替えるとかではなく 私たちのホテルの方面は運転士さんがお迎えに来て待っててくれたので そのまま適当に拭いて 水着のままトロリーに乗り ちょっと乾いた頃に着てきたワンピースとかショートパンツを着ました。トロリーは殆ど貸し切り状態だったので それでも全然平気でした。

お迎えのバスも時間通りだし 英語がわからなくても 勝手に進んでいくなんてことはないし 全体を通してとても楽しかったです♬

ジェスチャーとかで 怖そうだね とか話そうとしてくれたり 船の座席が熱くて娘が 熱っ！って言ったら 自分の持ってるタオルを 敷いたら良いよって貸してくれたり スタッフの2人も優しかったし 運転士さんも優しかったし めちゃめちゃ良かったです♬
またぜひ行きたいなー！！

I used this for my honeymoon.

I was anxious because I'm not a good swimmer, but they kindly taught me, and I was able to enjoy it easily.

Above all, I had a great time thanks to Dan's fun talks. His Japanese is also very good.

I was able to see sea turtles up close, and there were so many beautiful fish that I was moved! I'm really glad I participated in this tour.

Also, Dan took a lot of pictures and uploaded them to Facebook, so I received many beautiful photos!

I heard that Dan also offers diving tours, so I think I'll try that next time! This is truly a recommended activity!

The tour guide, Mr. Dann, who has a Japanese wife, speaks fluent Japanese. Usually, there are about 4 to 8 people on the tour, but on the day we participated, it was just the two of us. After enjoying the beautiful sea on the Big Island, I honestly didn't have high expectations for Honolulu (sorry, Mr. Dann), but we were able to see turtles and were very satisfied. It was a bit scary for amateurs to keep swimming, but we were guided a little further out and could fully enjoy the ocean.

We swam for about an hour on our own, but for those who are not confident in their swimming skills, Dann will pull you along. The visibility on the day we went wasn't great, but I recommend it for anyone wanting to see beautiful waters in Honolulu. The package includes round-trip tickets to the beach, a snorkeling set, snacks, water, a mat, and management of valuables. Above all, you can download the photos taken with a GoPro for free on Facebook, so you don't need to bring a camera.

During the car ride to and from the location, he shared recommendations for delicious restaurants and other spots in Honolulu. Even if you can't swim, it's much prettier than Waikiki Beach, and just relaxing there is worth it! ☆

ツアコンは日本人の奥さんがいるMr.Dann、日本語ペラペラです。
いつもは4〜8人程いるそうですが、参加日は我々2人のみでした。
ハワイ島で綺麗な海を満喫したあとのホノルルでしたので、正直期待していませんでしたが(Mr.Dannごめんなさい)、カメにも会えましたし大満足でした。素人では泳ぎ続けるには怖い、少し沖の方まで案内してもらい海を満喫できました。
私達は自力で1時間程泳ぎましたが、泳ぎに自信のない方は、ダンが引っ張っていってくれるそうです。
行った日は透明度はイマイチでしたが、ホノルルで綺麗な海に行きたい方にはオススメです。
入口-海の往復乗車券、シュノーケルセット、お菓子、水、ゴザ、貴重品管理をしてくれます。なにより、GoProで撮影した写真を、Facebookで無料でダウンロードできるので、カメラも必要ありません。
行き帰りの車の中で、美味しいお店の話やその他ホノルルのオススメスポットを教えてくださいました。
泳げなくても、ワイキキビーチよりとても綺麗でぼーっとするだけでも価値ありです☆

Thoroughly enjoyed our parasailing experience, i was quite nervous about doing it as i'm not great with heights but the guys on the boat really looked after us and made you feel very relaxed and at ease. We went up first, 1200ft line and as soon as we lifted up and away from the boat, any fear that i had disappeared! The views over Waikiki beach and surrounds were spectacular from up in the air, and it was so quiet and peaceful. The 12 minutes went really fast, i didn't want it to end. We got dunked at the end which was so much fun, we also opted for the photos and we got over 50 of them which were hilarious! Overall a fantastic experience, totally worth the purchase price and i highly recommend Veltra Hawaiian Parasail to all!

I took this tour two years ago, but due to bad weather, we gave up going out to sea. Then, in 2014, I tried again, and the weather was perfect. The sea was beautiful as well. Additionally, our guide Mark was amazing. I caused quite a bit of trouble, but we had a great time. It's an activity I would love to do again.

2年前このツアーをしましたが、天候が悪く、海へ出るのをあきらめました。
そして、2014年再度チャレンジ、天候が最高。海もきれいでした。さらにガイドのマークさん最高。かなり迷惑をかけましたが、楽しい時間を過ごしました。また、行きたいと思うアクティビティーです。

I set the height to 90 meters, and I still had a great time! The view of Diamond Head was beautiful, and the ocean was lovely too! I have no complaints!! The driver was fun and provided a thrilling experience as well! I highly recommend it!!!

We were transported to and from hotel which was great. Jet skis were a great experience and all of the staff was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We participated in a company trip with eight people in the 120m and 150m groups. Although we registered by height, we were able to travel on the same bus and board the cruiser together. We were a bit anxious arriving late due to Hawaii time, but it was amazing!

We went up like on a lift, and then smoothly landed on the boat with just our lower bodies. The scenery and the cruise along the way were delightful, and the photos I took from up in the sky turned out fantastic (since I took them myself). We talked about wanting to do this again next time! Thank you very much!

社員旅行で、120m組、150m組の8人で参加しました。申し込みは高さ毎にしても、同じバスで移動してクルーザーに乗れました。ハワイタイムで来るのが若干遅れてハラハラしましたが、最高でした！
リフトのように上に上がって、下半身のみぼちゃん、また船にスムーズに着陸します。景色も途中のクルーズも気持ちよくって、空の上から撮った写真も素晴らしいものになりました(自分で撮りましたので、ただ)次も是非したいと話題になりました！有難うございました！

Awesome to get up on a surfboard, with the help of an awesome crew

Dan was the best. We had first class service the whole trip. Dan went out of his way to make sure the kids, as well as the adults, were comfortable in the water and we all had a great time because of the small group size. It was almost as if we had a personalized one on one tour. Snorkeling was great the day we went, we saw tons of fish! Everything from a parrot fish to schools of colorful little fish... and how could I possibly forget my daughters favorite, this little silver looking stick fish! Awesome experience with awesome people! A must-do while in Hawaii!! This is not something that you want to miss!

We had so much fun! The kids could not have had a better time. We were picked up promptly at our hotel in a clean and accommodating vehicle. We were given information about people, places, and things that we were passing on our way to the Bay to snorkel. Upon arriving at the Bay we were escorted in, past all lines, to watch a short information movie, and then taken down to the Bay via tram, as not to have to walk. Upon arrival to the actual Bay we were given instructions on how to wear, and use all the provided safety equipment. Upon making sure that we were completely comfortable, the the fun of snorkeling ensued... We had a great time.

I'm not good with heights! Plus, there was nothing beneath my feet, and the height I chose was a maximum of 180 meters! However, it felt great. The view of Waikiki and Diamond Head spread out below was breathtaking. The sensation of floating up on the updraft was something I had never experienced before.

The splash into the sea at the end was perfectly timed, and even though the crew couldn't speak Japanese and half of the guests were American, I had no problem enjoying myself without speaking English. I definitely recommend going for a higher altitude with a longer flight time.

いや、しかし、気持ちよかったです。眼下に広がるワイキキの街とダイヤモンドヘッド。上昇気流に乗ってふわっと浮き上がるような感覚は生まれて初めてでした。
終わり間際の海ポチャも絶妙のさじ加減で、クルーは日本語を話せずゲストも半分アメリカ人でしたが、英語を話せなくてもまったく問題なく楽しめました。
やはりお奨めは滞空時間も長い、高い高度の方ですね。

I went to Hawaii for my first overseas trip. I was torn between Guam and Hawaii, but I decided to go to Hawaii since I was looking forward to enjoying my summer vacation. The day before, I did a little snorkeling at Heaven's Beach, but snorkeling at Hanauma Bay was a completely different kind of fun. Seeing the round, intricate shape of Hanauma Bay, I was moved by the clarity of the water and the beauty of the coral before even getting in. Watching the story of Hanauma Bay's creation and the ecosystem video made me realize that it is a place that is carefully protected.

Up close, the water was truly transparent, and it was an emerald green sea that I had never seen in Japan. As soon as I got in, there were lots of corals and many fish. Thanks to the veteran guide, I felt a sense of security and was able to see a sea turtle, which is not something you can easily encounter. Because of the guide, we were able to visit snorkeling spots that were just on the edge, as well as areas with incredible transparency that are far from the beach and hard to reach. I was really satisfied. Snorkeling at Hanauma Bay was an experience I will never forget because of the clarity and beauty of the sea. I had such a great experience that if anyone around me is going to Hawaii, I would definitely recommend snorkeling at Hanauma Bay. Thank you very much.

初めての海外旅行でハワイに行きました。グアムかハワイか迷いましたが、どうせいくなら、ハワイに行こうと決め、夏休みを楽しみにしていました。前日に、天国の海で少しシュノーケルをしましたが、ハナウマ湾でのシュノーケルは全く違う楽しさがありました。丸く入り組んだハナウマ湾を見て 、海の透明感やサンゴの綺麗さに海に入るまえに感動しました。ハナウマ湾誕生の話や生態系のビデオを見て、大切に護られている場所なんだと実感しました。
近くで見ると、ほんとに海が透き通っていて、日本では見ることのできないエメラルドグリーンの海でした。入ってすぐに珊瑚がたくさんあり、お魚も、たくさんいました。ベテランガイドさんならではの、綺麗なスポットや、安心感もあり、なかなか見ることの出来ないウミガメも二回みることができました。ガイドさんがいたからこそ、ギリギリのシュノーケルスポットや、珊瑚のギリギリのところ、浜辺から遠くてなかなか行くことが出来ない、透明感が抜群のところにも行き、ほんとに満足しました。ハナウマ湾でシュノーケルができて、一生あの海の透明感と綺麗さは忘れることはないと思いました。本当にいい経験が出来たので、周りにハワイに行く人がいたら、ハナウマ湾でのシュノーケルを是非勧めたいと思います。ありがとうございました。
