The scenery was incredibly beautiful, and it was a view only those who have jumped can see. I'm really glad I did it!

It was so amazing that even after it was over, I couldn't stop smiling!

If you're coming to Hawaii, I definitely recommend doing this!

I chose a course where the instructor took photos and videos, and they sent me a well-edited video along with a considerable number of photos. The quality was worth the price, so if you have the budget, go for it!

When I arrived at the meeting place, I could see the popularity of Kualoa with a large group tour. (It seems that participants in other adventures at Kualoa Ranch were also present, not just for horseback riding.)

Upon arrival, I was directed to the Japanese-speaking group, where explanations were provided in Japanese. When I went to the horseback riding area at the meeting time, I was in a group with five Americans and myself. I was guided to watch a Japanese explanation video, and then we set off on a two-hour tour with the other five.

During the two-hour journey, they frequently asked if I was okay. Being Japanese, I answered "I'm fine," but the other Americans openly expressed their discomfort, mentioning knee and back pain. 途中途中で風景の説明などをしてくれましたが、6名の馬がやや離れて歩いているので、一番後ろの私の位置では声が遠く、私の英語力ではかすかに聞こえる英語を聞き取るのは難しかったので、あまり気にせず雄大な風景にどっぷりつかって乗馬を楽しみました。それでもスタッフの方は（6人グループに2人のスタッフがついてくれます）ハワイは初めて？とか、乗馬は？とか色々声をかけて気遣ってくださいました。

2時間はかなりたっぷりな時間で思う存分クアロアを楽しめました。

I had a great time exploring the eastern half of Oahu!

I took the number 20 bus from Waikiki, but there were places along the way where the sidewalk disappeared, so I recommend taking a taxi or similar transportation! (On the way back, I used Uber, and they arrived quickly.)

Once I arrived, I took care of the restroom and other preparations, watched the safety video, and then we were off. I got there early, so I waited while enjoying snacks from the vending machine.

They provided free jackets (like hoodies), sunglasses, and waterproof phone cases. Lockers were also free.

Since I get cold easily, I borrowed a long-sleeve shirt and pants, but it wasn't actually that cold.

The staff assigned me a seat, and by chance, I sat next to the pilot, which was an incredible experience.

怖がりでもギリギリ許せる程度の揺れでしたが、途中、ハイスピード+地面スレスレ飛行があり、とてもスリリングな場面もありました！

スマホでも写真は取れますが、終了後、写真と動画がオプションで購入できます。

ワイキキビーチで泳いでいると、毎日たくさんのヘリを見かけるのですが、その一本に乗れて本当に良かったです！

I chose this company as it seemed to have the most positive reviews. Kyle was our pilot and let's just say I had an awesome time!! He flew us over the best parts of Oahu!! There were waterfalls, beautiful beaches, the Dole plantation, Pearl Harbor and much more. It was the best birthday present EVER!!

If you're short, driving can be quite tough. Since your bag can get dirty, it's better to either put it in a bag or store it in a paid locker.

I participated alone, and since I wasn't very good at English, I was a bit anxious. My horse seemed to be older and was tired during the latter half, walking slower than the other participants. On steep inclines, it almost slipped, and since it’s a living creature, I couldn't rush it. However, I was also mindful not to fall too far behind, as it could inconvenience the other participants.

Overall, the horses were calm and knew the route, so even though it was my first time riding, I was able to complete the course without any issues.

After the horseback riding, I appreciated that the guide shared the photos he took along the way via AirDrop.

I actually wanted to go horseback riding, but there were no openings, so I opted for a buggy ride instead. However, it was so much fun that I would love to do it again! I read that clothes can get really dirty, so I went wearing clothes and shoes I wouldn't mind throwing away, but they didn't get as dirty as I expected... I was fine with just pants and a T-shirt. My face did get a bit tanned, though. (laughs)

We participated as a family of five. We had a packed two hours and it was so much fun. All the lockers for our bags were in use, which was a bit of a hassle, but they were able to hold our things at the ticket center. Plus, it was free, which was actually a lucky break.
