I organized a limo pickup at Honolulu Airport to surprise my husband as he is a car fanatic! The limo was waiting for us, it was very clean and the driver was very pleasant. My husband is still talking about it! It was a great start to our Hawaiian Holiday.

Driver was nice waiting for us at gate limo better then expected. Put a big smile on my wife's face.

These people are great. Very efficient, accommodating and courteous. I called them to pick me up from the Honolulu airport and the last minute to pick me up from Waikiki and drop me off to the Honolulu airport.

Was surprising brother with pick up and he received excellent service (unlike my experience with limo being late having to search firm)driver there to to meet them on time and helped with getting luggage and getting them to hotel.

Car amazing very clean driver very professional. Very prompt picking up and helpful with my sisters luggage and airport drop off. I felt comfortable send her off in good hands.

Late did not meet and greet so had to drag luggage and try to locate car. Ended up tearing fingernail away from nail bed and bleeding with pain and still have finger bandaged because of injury. This was special treat for my sister as it was her first trip to Hawaii and I wanted it to be a great memory. Don't know reason late but driver was very nice once we found him.

Same service as the arrival- very professional, and welcoming driver. We had conversations about Hawaii and traveling- I would request him for all of my trips.

I have used Platinum Limo many times when traveling to Oahu. Their service is consistent, and the recent driver, to/from the Hotel/Airport, was extraordinary. He is very polite, great conversationalist, and he is genuine/sincere. I felt like a VIP with him-

Service average. Paid extra for help with luggage and ended up getting more help from the airport staff. Not worth the extra.

The driver was waiting right outside the gate and was very welcoming! As he drove us to our hotel he pointed out landmarks and told us a lot about Hawaii, giving us tips on things to do and places to visit.

I arranged for Platinum Limousine to take my mother, who's 82 and uses a cane or walker, from a hotel in Waikiki to the Honolulu airport. My mother was anxious and nervous about traveling alone. Platinum did a GREAT job of easing her anxiety - they took care of everything and helped her every step of the way (luggage, bag inspection, getting checked in and a wheelchair at the airport). She was so pleased and thankful for how well they took care of her. Thank you!

We were confused when we landed but with the help from Veltra we got straightened out. We were at the wrong meeting point but our driver found us. The cars were spacious, quiet and the drivers were professional and on time. So why the hate? I didn't want to leave.

Amazing! Driver was courteous and made sure we saw him. He tracked our flight and saw our delay and waited for us. Car was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the trip. We will absolutely use this company again. Highly recommend them!

First time user and I was so impressed. Drivers and cars both high quality at a reasonable price. Would always use this company.

Travelling with teenagers they loved the stretch hummer. Driver was on time and very helpful. Would recommend definitely.

Anytime using car service usually two things come to mind: cleanliness of the vehicle and driver personality. Our driver, Francis, was not only very nice but had excellent etiquette. The sedan was also clean, smelled good, and was just washed. He was also very prompt and I would definitely use him again.

We were late for our car due to being kept 40 minutes in a holding area in the airport and your driver was concerned as to our whereabouts, however, he phoned our hotel to check we had not got there by other means, so he knew we had a problem and waited. Excellent. His manner was superb and on the ride to our hotel he gave us a lot of information on where to eat/drink/sightsee/snorkel - he was very professional. Altogether a brilliant experience and one we would certainly do again and recommend to others. Thank you so much.

The fun trip to Hawaii was coming to an end, and the kids who were feeling down suddenly got high spirits the moment they got into the limousine!
