I was excited to ride in a long limousine and had a great time on the way to the airport. However, after getting out, the driver told me that the tip was not included. Since I had spent all my dollars just before returning home, I tried to give him Japanese yen, but he got angry and left, saying it was too little. I wish they had included the tip in the pricing.

長い車体のリムジンでテンションあがり、空港まで貸切で楽しく過ごしました。ただ下車後に運転手さんに、チップが含まれていないと言われ、帰国直前のためドルは全て使い切っていたので、日本円をお渡ししようとしたら、少なすぎると怒り出して帰っていきました。こんなことなら、チップも含んだ料金設定にしておいてほしかったです。

This was my first company trip, and I used it in Hawaii. We were also provided with simple towels and snacks. One person had a luggage issue at the airport and had to wait for about 15 minutes, but they were very courteous in handling the situation, which was a great help. Thank you very much!

We used this limousine last year as well, and this time we changed the members who rode. Everyone was thrilled to see a limousine that isn't commonly seen in Tokyo! There weren't enough airport buses, so we were about 30 minutes late, but the driver was very kind. It was a fun 30 minutes to the hotel.

We chartered a limousine for our family trip to Hawaii with seven people across three generations. We took longer than expected to get through immigration and ended up being about 15 minutes late, but they kindly waited for us. The driver spoke Japanese and took many group photos in front of the limousine. The elementary school-aged children and our parents were very happy, so I'm glad we made the reservation. I would like to book again when we go to Hawaii as a family.

3世代7名のハワイ旅行にリムジンをチャーターしました。イミグレーション通過に時間がかかり集合時間から15分ぐらい遅れてしまったのですが、快く待っていてくださいました。運転手は日本語の喋れる方で、リムジンの前で集合写真もたくさん撮ってくれました。
小学生の子供や両親もとても喜んでくれたので、予約してよかったなと思います。また家族でハワイ行く際は予約したいです。

After arriving at Daniel K. Inouye Airport, once everyone is gathered, I will contact the bus company operator by phone, and the bus will come to pick us up in about 10 minutes. When I call, I will provide the reservation name, and they will inform me of the bus number assigned to us. If there were Japanese language services available, it might be easier for more people to use the service.

ダニエルKイノウエ空港到着後、全員が揃ったのを確認してバス会社オペレーターで電話で
連絡しますが、約１０分程でバスがお迎えに来てくれます。
電話した時、予約の名前を伝えると担当のバスの番号を教えてくれます。
日本語サービスがあればもっとたくさんの方が利用しやすいかもです。

It's just a means of transportation, but for those who want to enjoy a slightly unrealistic daily life, isn't it the best? I took a somewhat old Chrysler from the airport to the hotel, and on the way back, I enjoyed a Cadillac.

ただの移動手段ですが非現実的な日常を少しでも満喫したいと思っている方にとっては最高ではないでしょうか。私は空港からホテルまで少し古いですがクライスラーで帰りはキャデラックで楽しみました。

I was a bit anxious because I arrived right at the meeting time, but it was a great experience! Please be sure to try it out!

I used the service for both my arrival and departure, and the same driver assisted me. On the way to my destination, there was a significant delay due to a major traffic jam at immigration, but the driver remained courteous throughout and even took a photo before I got in the car.

For the return trip, I was about 15 minutes late due to a misunderstanding of the pickup point, but the driver recognized me and immediately greeted me when he saw me. He also helped with my child getting out at the airport and said goodbye, providing the same gentlemanly service as before, which left a very good impression on me.

On the other hand, the person who answered the phone (who I believe was the same as the one for both trips) seemed to take my delay poorly, and I got a rather brusque impression from them. Additionally, regarding the misunderstanding about the pickup point on the return trip, I tried to ask how I should have confirmed the details through the website or email to have the correct understanding, but I received vague answers (it would have been fine if they had just said they didn’t know, but perhaps that’s different from what I’m used to in Japan). This left me feeling confused due to the gap between the courteous driver and the phone representative.

往復利用で、同じドライバーの方が対応してくださいました。
往路はイミグレの大渋滞でピックアップ時間を大幅に遅延してしまいましたが、ドライバーの方は終始紳士的に応対してくださり、乗車前に写真まで撮ってくださいました。
復路もピックアップポイントの認識誤りで15分ほど遅れてしまいましたが、顔を覚えておられたのか、私を見つけるとすぐにドライバーの方から声をかけてくださり、また空港でも同行した子どもの下車を手伝ったりバイバイしてくれたりと、往路と同様に紳士的に応対してもらいとても良い印象を受けました。
一方で、電話応対してくださった方(こちらも往復同様の方のように思います)は私が遅れたことに対し気を悪くしたのか、刺々しい印象を受けました。また復路でのピックアップポイントの認識誤りについても、Webやメールなどどこをどう確認すべきだったのか私自身正しい認識を持とうと質問を投げかけたものの、的を得ない回答に終始する始末で(分からないならそう言ってもらって構わないのですが、そこは日本とは違うところなのかもしれません)、紳士的なドライバーの方とのギャップに戸惑ってしまいました。

I requested round-trip transportation for two people from the airport to the hotel in Waikiki.

First, for the outbound trip, I was able to meet the welcoming SUV right away, and the cheerful driver (who spoke English) made for a pleasant journey.

For the return trip, I requested a pickup from a different hotel, and to my surprise, I was picked up in a stretch limousine by a driver who spoke Japanese. It was a comfortable ride to the airport, making for a nice conclusion to my trip.

空港から、ワイキキのホテルまで、往復の送迎を、二名乗車でお願いしました。
まず、往路は、出迎えの車(SUV)ともすぐに会えて、かつ、明るい感じの運転手さん（英語）で、気持ちよく移動できました。
復路は、異なるホテルでのピックアップをお願いし、驚いたことに、ストレッチリムジンで、日本語を話す運転手さんでした。　心地よく、飛行場まで移動でき、旅の最後の締めくくりも快適でした。

Wonderful driver, on time, and professional, with my party. Highly recommend them!

It felt like a scene from a movie. I was surprised to see such luxurious cars that I would never ride in Japan. I want to ride in one again when I go to Hawaii.

The welcome was great, as upon arrival, the vehicle was upgraded from an SUV to a limousine, which really boosted my excitement!! They also picked me up earlier than scheduled for the return trip, which was very nice. I will definitely use this service again!

The person who assisted me was kind. In my case, the same person was there for both the outbound and return trips. I recommend it. On the way back, it was a large limousine.

As a final surprise for our trip, we used a limousine from the hotel to the airport. While you don't see them as often in the city as you used to, seeing one in person was overwhelming with its pure white ultra-long body, and it looked fantastic against the backdrop of our accommodation, the Pink Palace. We chose a more affordable car, a Chrysler 300C, so it's true that the model is a bit old, but everyone was surprised and delighted. I highly recommend choosing a private transfer.

旅の最後のサプライズとして、ホテルから空港までリムジンを利用しました。昔ほど街中では見かけなくなりましたが、実際見ると真っ白な超ロングボディに圧倒され、宿泊先のピンクパレスとの映えがスゴイ。選んだリムジンは、安価なクルマを予約しましたが、クライスラー３００Cなので、車種が旧いのは否めませんが、全員が驚き喜んでもらえました。貸切送迎を選ぶならお勧めです。

As soon as I arrived in Hawaii, I was taken to the hotel, and for the return trip, I was taken from the hotel to the airport, which made my travel hassle-free and easy. The driver was kind, and it was nice to chat during the ride. I think I will request this service again when I come to Hawaii.

ハワイに着いてすぐにホテルまで送ってもらい、帰りはホテルから空港に送ってもらって、移動に手間をかけずにすみ楽チンでした。送迎の人も優しく移動中もいろいろ話が聞けてよかったです。ハワイにきたらまたお願いしようと思います。

The pickup time was originally set for 10:30, but I received a call the day before saying it would be 10:35. On the day of, I got another call saying it would be delayed by another 3 to 4 minutes. I waited a long time at the car drop-off area, and the hotel bellboy was concerned and called the service company, who said, "They will be there soon." In the end, the car arrived at 10:49. The car was comfortable and I was satisfied, but I would like them to stick to the scheduled time.

ピックアップ時間、当初10:30でしたが前日お電話で10:35になるとのことでした。当日さらに３〜4分遅れると電話あり。車寄せで長い時間待っていたので、ホテルのベルボーイさんが心配してくださり、手配会社に電話をかけてくださって「もうすぐ来る」とのこと。結局車が到着したのは10:49でした。
車は快適で満足でしたが、お時間は守っていただきたいです。

In Tokyo, it's really hard to get around; after all, heading to the hotel in a limousine feels great. The driver was friendly, and I'm satisfied.

The driver was waiting more than 30 minutes before the scheduled time at the pickup location, which allowed for smooth group coordination and baggage loading. At Honolulu Airport, the lobby was divided into two areas, but thanks to the meeting with the driver on the day, we were able to manage two stops without mixing up the baggage, which was a great help. We go to Honolulu with about 50 people every year, so we would like to continue using your services in the future. Thank you very much!

I arrived in Honolulu in the morning, and even though I was tired, I came later than my reservation time. Isn't it common to wait a little before the scheduled reservation time since there’s a possibility that the arrival flight could be earlier? It doesn’t match the price.

朝方着のホノルルで疲れてるのに予約時間より遅れてきた。
到着便が早まる可能性もあり、普通予約時間の少し前には待機が当たり前では？
値段に見合わない。

What I liked: The excitement I felt when the Escalade limousine, so different from everyday life, arrived at the meeting point, and the comfortable ride made me look forward to the upcoming stay for sure! I was also glad that we could take a commemorative photo at the beginning.

What I was concerned about: Those with knowledge might find it a bit concerning, but since we take a different route to Waikiki than regular cars, we end up spending a little longer in the vehicle, for better or worse.

Impression: Overall, I think this is a tour where you can truly experience a sense of specialness. The driver was friendly, and at the end, he said, "We look forward to your return," which makes me want to come back again.

良かったこと：日常生活からかけ離れたエスカレードリムジンが集合場所に現れた時の気持ちの高揚と、快適な乗り心地にこれから始まる滞在が楽しみになること間違いなし！最初に記念写真も撮って頂けて良かったです。
気になったこと：知識のある方は気になるかもしれませんが、普通車とは異なる経路でワイキキまで行くため、良くも悪くも車に少し長く乗ることになります。
感想：とにかく特別感を味わうことの出来るツアーだと思います。運転手の方も気さくな方で、最後に「またのお帰りをお待ちしています」と言われたので、また帰りたいと思います。

We were pleasantly surprised upon arriving in Hawaii. Eight of us across three generations, from adults to children, were all thrilled. We were able to experience a luxurious feeling that we can't have in Japan. The pickup was prompt, and they were very accommodating with taking commemorative photos. The interior of the vehicle was very clean, and the neon lights were beautiful! The driver's Japanese was even better than that of a native speaker, and the driving was smooth, kind, and reassuring. I would definitely like to request this service again.

We, who are not good at English, were nervous about the conversation issues, but the driver was very kind and fluent in Japanese, which made us feel at ease. Also, we arrived earlier than the scheduled time, but since they came early, we were able to head to our destination hotel without any waiting time.

I used the round trip service from the airport to the hotel. Since it was just two adults, I was unsure whether to share a ride, but I was able to request a pickup at my preferred time, so there was no waiting time and I could use the time effectively. The drivers were different for the outbound and return trips, but both were polite, so I’m glad I chose this service. I would like to use it again.

I was able to enjoy a luxurious time while taking in the scenery from the airport to Waikiki. Since it was private, I could maximize my time in Honolulu without wasting any, which was very nice.

I used this service for a round trip from the airport to my hotel in Waikiki. Although my arrival was delayed, when I contacted them just outside the arrival lobby, the driver came to meet me within a few minutes. For the return pickup, they surprised me, and I ended up with wonderful memories.

Our driver was also awesome, personable, courteous & knowledgeable. He gave us some good recommendations and advice as tourists. So sorry I forgot his name. The SUV was spotless & comfortable. Our driver was also a conscientious driver and got us to our hotel safely and in a timely manner. No issues; very satisfied & will definitely use in the future. Thanks a bunch!
