It was almost my first experience with horseback riding, but I booked a two-hour course and went for it. There were many other courses that seemed geared towards Japanese people, but we were the only Japanese in the two-hour course. We watched a simple Japanese-language guide video on how to ride a horse. The local guides, who could speak a certain level of English, engaged us in enjoyable conversations and kindly explained the locations used in movies other than Jurassic Park. The horses seemed to have individual differences; some were calm and moved steadily, while others veered off the path or got a bit restless, which made for some tense moments. Given the heat, the two hours felt longer than I expected, but overall, it was a great experience where I could fully enjoy the wonderful nature.

乗馬経験はほぼ初めてでしたが、２時間コースを予約して行ってきました。その他のコースは日本人の方向けといった感じで沢山いましたが、２時間コースのみは日本人は私たちだけでした。馬の乗り方などは簡単な日本語のガイドＶＴＲを観ます。引率してくれる現地のお姉さん達は、ある程度英語が出来れば楽しく会話をしてくれ、ジュラシック・パーク以外の映画で使われた箇所など丁寧に教えてくれます。馬は、個体差があるようで大人しく進む馬もいれば、脇道にそれてしまったり、ちょっと暴れ出してしまったりと、ハラハラする場面もありました。暑さもあったので、２時間は思ってたよりなが～く感じましたが、素晴らしい自然を満喫でき総合的良かったです。

We participated in a tour from 8 to around 10 with a one-and-a-half-year-old child, and all the staff were wonderful and kind, making it a very enjoyable experience. There is a bit of distance from the boat to the sandbar, so I think it would have been helpful to have a suggestion to bring floaties for small children who can't swim (we brought our own, so it wasn't a problem, but I think having rentals available would be good). The snacks weren't very tasty, so if they were that limited, it might be better to just offer drinks and increase the variety. If the price were a bit lower, I would definitely want to participate again.

I've been to Oahu about ten times, and since I lived there for a few months during a short language study program, I thought there wouldn't be any places I didn't know. But there were! (◎o◎；）Well, it's been about seven years since my last visit... There are sandbars in various places, so I wasn't expecting much, but it's still Hawaii! I'm super excited! The local crew is cheerful, and they took lots of photos. We quickly went snorkeling, saw some fish, ate sandwiches, and wrapped it up quickly. I guess I would get bored after about 30 minutes! In the afternoon, we could fit in other activities too, so it's a groundbreaking tour (＾－＾). I participated in my first horseback riding experience with three other women in their forties. It was a lot of fun with our guide's broken Japanese and our broken English, which kept the energy high.

It started to rain during the ride, and that actually boosted our excitement even more.

The horses were smart, and I wonder if we seemed noisy to them?! We explored various locations, including meadows and forests. Before participating, I thought two hours would be too long, but it felt way too short. I would love to join again! ♪

I experienced horseback riding for two hours.

I was a bit anxious since it was my first time riding, but the guide chose a well-behaved horse named Mercury for me. The female guide also spoke to me in broken Japanese and took care of me, which quickly eased my worries, and I was able to create wonderful memories in the great nature of Hawaii.

We leisurely rode along with the horse's pace for two hours, visiting filming locations like Jurassic Park in the valley. It was a great decision to choose horseback riding for two hours, as I was able to feel and reflect on many things with my whole body and senses, rather than just rushing through by bus.

The scenery was amazing, and it was interesting to see that each horse had its own unique personality.

For those who have never experienced horseback riding or haven't tried it in Hawaii, I highly recommend giving it a try.

When I visited last time, I couldn't do stand-up paddleboarding due to the wave height (so I went kayaking instead), so I came back again. Mieko, who is Japanese, and Mark, who speaks Japanese well, were very kind and taught us patiently, so both my friend and I were able to stand up from the very beginning. We landed on the island, and it was really fun! When I mentioned that I wanted to explore Kailua more on the way back, they arranged for cycling and even had an employee who was going to Waikiki drop us off... they took care of everything. There are other places where you can do stand-up paddleboarding, but I really recommend this one. I look forward to visiting again next time.

前回行った時に、波の高さでスタンドアップパドルが出来なかったので（その時はカヤックをしました）再度お伺いしました。日本人のミエコさん、日本語の上手なマークさんはとても親切で、丁寧に教えて頂いたので、友人も私も最初から立つ事が出来ました。島まで上陸、本当に楽しかったです！また帰りももっとカイルアを散策したいと伝えたところ、サイクリングの手配やちょうどワイキキに行く従業員の方が送ってくださる様に話して頂いたり・・・何から何までお世話になりました。スタンドアップパドルが出来るところは他にもありますが、こちらは本当におすすめです。次回もまた宜しくお願いします。

I was really looking forward to this, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing tour given my expectations. Since we traveled by large bus, even with a 7 AM meeting time, we wasted an hour picking up people in Waikiki (which happens with other tours as well). After arriving, we landed on a narrow sandbar packed with people on two cruisers. Snorkeling felt like a chaotic trial start, bumping into each other while trying to peek into the water. I think the actual time spent on the sandbar and snorkeling was about 30 minutes total. It was just so rushed. Since it’s such a special place, I wish the tour had fewer participants.

とても楽しみにしていたのですが、期待してた分、残念なツアーでした。大型バスで行くため、７時に集合でも１時間はワイキキピックアップで時間が潰れ（これは他でもありますが）、到着後、２台のクルーザーで細いサンドバーにぎゅうぎゅうに上陸笑。シュノーケルも一列でトライアルロンのスタートの様にぶつかりながら軽く海の中をのぞく感じ。実際のサンドバーとシュノーケルは足して３０分程度だった気がします。とにかく慌ただしいです。せっかくの特別な場所なので、もっと人数を減らしたツアーだったら良かったなと思いました。

Over the past 7 years we have done many "tours" in Hawaii,, this would be at the very top. It was a great adventure, the staff were great , we liked Jenner entertaining us on the bus going there, the Sandbar was great, the snorkel/fish was the best we have seen in Hawaii,, we saw turtles and the lunch was very tasty,,we had a great day,, well worth the money and then some.

My first time at Kualoa Ranch!! We chose the four-wheeler activity at my husband's request.

I’m confident in driving, so we set off from Waikiki early in a relaxed manner, hoping it wouldn’t rain despite the ominous clouds. We arrived at the meeting point before the 8:45 AM start time.

The restaurant next to the shop offered breakfast, and we were able to have a light meal with coffee and muffins.

Now, onto the four-wheeler! After watching the explanation video in Japanese, I learned that if you fail the test… you’ll be denied boarding… and instead… have to ride in the truck to observe… oh no!

Feeling nervous, I straddled the vehicle and pressed the accelerator with my thumb, but it required more grip strength than I expected. Plus, the steering was heavy… I had no room to spare… The instructor in front was taking the curves smoothly, so I had to desperately follow about 2 meters behind.

There were three other people with us, all foreigners, who seemed to handle it just fine. I managed to pass the test, but at one point, a foreign mother dropped out, proving that grip strength is indeed quite necessary.

However, as I gradually got used to it, I started to enjoy the breathtaking views, feeling like I was part of a movie scene. It rained partway through, but it felt refreshing, and splashing through puddles and bumpy roads became fun.

The two hours flew by. I’m really happy with the experience. I recommend enjoying the full two hours rather than just one!

初めてのクワロアランチ!! 数あるアクティビティから四輪バギーを選んだのは、旦那さまのリクエストでした。
車の運転には自信があるので、気楽な感じで早朝ワイキキを出発、怪しい雲行きで雨が降ったらやだなぁ～と思いつつ、現地には集合時間の8時45分前には到着出来ました。
売店隣りのレストランでは、朝食の用意もあり、コーヒーとマフィンで軽く腹ごしらえも出来ました。
いざ、四輪バギーへ♪日本語のビデオで説明を聞いてみると、テストに落ちたら…乗車拒否…しかも…トラックに乗って見学…ガーン
緊張の中、またがってアクセルを親指で押すのですが、思った以上に握力がいるのです。
しかも、ハンドルの重いこと…余裕なんて全くありません…目の前のインストラクターはカーブをキュルキュル切るので、必死に２ｍ後をついていかなければいけないのです。
私達以外は３名、外人さんで、へっちゃらそうでした。なんとかテストをクリア出来たのですが…途中、外人のお母さんが脱落するなど、やっぱり握力がかなり必要なをです。
でも、次第に慣れてくると、大絶景も見れるようになり、まるで映画のワンシーンに溶け込んだみたいでした。雨が途中で降ったりしましたが、それが気持ち良くて、水溜まりのダイブや凸凹道も面白くなってきます。
2時間も、あっと言う間でした。いい体験が出来たと喜んでいます。
1時間より、2時間満喫される事をおすすめします～

I had a great time! (＾＾)
I rated it 4 stars because of the weather and the cold, but the cruise staff were such fun people and kept us entertained throughout. Perhaps due to the weather, the sandbar was a bit underwhelming, but we were lucky to see sea turtles popping up here and there, and we even spotted a manta ray.
I definitely want to try again on a nice day. More than that... I wanted to join that staff team!

It was my first trip to Hawaii. Since I was going, I really wanted to see the sandbar, so I signed up for this tour.
It was cloudy on the day of the tour, so the water was cold when I got in, but the scenery was amazing.
I was able to see fish and coral while snorkeling.
Fortunately, I also got to see a sea turtle up close.
The hamburger we had for lunch was incredibly delicious!!

I checked the tide levels at the sandbar online in advance and chose this day, so it was disappointing that the temperature was lower than expected and there was a strong wind. However, I still had a wonderful day.

Out of 70 participants, 40 were Japanese (including 10 newlyweds!), and we split into two boats, one with a Japanese guide and the other with an English guide. Since it was a boat with only Japanese people, it felt quite relaxed.

When we arrived at the sandbar and entered the water from the stairs, I was submerged up to my waist. Wow, it was cold! After moving a few meters forward, it quickly became shallow, with the shallowest parts being about ankle-deep. The shallow areas felt somewhat warmer. Here, beginners practiced snorkeling and some enjoyed beach volleyball (it looked tough due to the strong wind).

During this time, the staff actively came to the participants to take photos while guiding us on poses, so we ended up with many memorable pictures. The meal consisted of hamburgers and boiled beans, which were quite delicious.

After eating, we took a tour around an area with many sea turtles (there were a few, but it was difficult to capture the right moment for photos) and moved to a snorkeling point at the coral reef. Due to the cold weather and strong wind, the perceived temperature was quite low, and many people opted out of snorkeling. However, I decided to give it a try since I had bought a waterproof camera that can be used at depths of 15 meters for this day.

参加者70人中日本人が40人（その中に新婚さん10組！）という構成で、日本語ガイド船と英語ガイド船の２隻に分かれて出航しました。
日本人だけの船なので、まあ気楽と言えば気楽です。
サンドバーに着いて、階段から海に入ると腰のあたりまでドボンと浸かりました。うぁ～冷たい！
数メートル前進すると、すぐ浅くなって・・一番浅いところはくるぶし程度です。浅いところは、多少暖かく感じます。ここで、シュノーケル初心者は練習をしたり、ビーチバレーに興じたり（風が強いので、大変そうでした）。
この間、スタッフの方が積極的に参加者の所に来て（ポーズを指導して）撮影してくれるので、思い出深い記念の写真が沢山出来ました。
食事は、ハンバーガーと煮豆？なかなか美味しかったです。
食後は、ウミガメが多いエリアをぐるっと回って（数匹いましたが、撮影タイミングは難しいです）、シュノーケリングを行う珊瑚礁のポイントに移動です。
この日は、寒くて風も強かったために体感温度はかなり低く、シュノーケリングをパスする人もかなりありましたが、折角なので私は頑張る事にしました。そう！この日のために、水深15mまで使えるデジカメを購入して来たのですから・・。
ライフジャケットとマスク類の装備を身につけて海に入ったものの、水の冷たさにしばらく圧倒されていましたが、その内慣れてきました。船上から餌をまいてくれたので、魚がすごく集まって来ます。
初めてのシュノーケリングでしたが、思ったより上手く出来てちょっと嬉しくなってしまいました。
終わって、船上に上がると風が吹き抜けて一気に体温が下がりました「うお～！寒い」海の中の方がよほど暖かかったように思えます・・ガイドさんに言われて、濡れている物を脱いで乾いた服に着替えたら、だいぶ楽になりました。
私はラッシュガードやリーフブーツを用意して行きましたが、リーフブーツは不要で裸足でOKでした。
パーカーは買わなかったのですが、あった方が良いと思いました。

I enjoyed beach volleyball and snorkeling, and the lunch was very delicious. It was also lucky to encounter sea turtles while moving by boat. As an optional tour, I was quite satisfied, but the air conditioning on the shuttle bus from the port back to the hotel was too strong, making it tough on my chilled body after coming out of the sea. Other participants were also shivering and saying it was cold. I recommend bringing something like a thicker hoodie to wear.

It's a tour I would like to experience at least once.

少し厚めのパーカーなど、はおれるものを持参する事をお勧めします。

一度は行ってみたいツァーです。

　ラッキーでもこんな感じなので、ちゃんと満足するには潮の満ち干と好天がうまく重なった冬以外がお勧めのよう。

I couldn't wait to go, and I finally visited the long-awaited Angel's Sea. It was so beautiful that words can't describe it—360 degrees of sky-blue ocean.
