I participated in a breakfast-only tour.

It rained on and off from the time we departed until we reached Angel's Beach, but we were able to see sea turtles, and by the time we arrived at Angel's Beach, the weather had cleared up, so I am satisfied with the tour content.

For this tour, we traveled to the site with two buses, but one of the pick-up buses took a long time to arrive... In the end, it was about 45 minutes after the first bus left that they finally came to pick us up.

The guide who was with us on the way seemed to leave because they were going to the next tour time, and they said, "Please wait here. If it rains, wait over there (at the public restroom with a roof)!!" which made me feel very anxious.

I never expected to feel so uncomfortable just because the buses were different, even though it was the same tour. It's really disappointing because the content of the tour was very good.

行きにはいてくださったガイドさんも次の時間帯のツアーにいくからなのか
【ここで待っていてください。雨が降ったらあそこ（屋根のある公衆トイレ）で待っていてください！！】という言葉を残し、行ってしまったのでとても不安な気持ちになりました。

同じツアーなのに
バスが違うだけでこんなに嫌な気持ちなるなんて思いませんでした。
ツアーの内容はとてもよかったので残念でなりません。

Even in Hawaii, it was cold in December. The half-day course was just right. I recommend it as a trial for those who want to try snorkeling. Since you just swim back and forth while looking at the coral, it was fine even if you’re not very confident in your swimming skills. As others have commented, the sandbar depends on the timing of the tides, so it was a bit disappointing. However, I was happy to see not only sea turtles but also manta rays!

I used the service on December 29. There was no wind, and the sea was calm, making it a perfect day for the tour. It was a wonderful experience with many sea turtles observed, and my small children, aged 3 and 6, were able to play happily. The tour staff's fun talks and thoughtfulness added to the experience.

However, the air conditioning on the bus going there was too cold, and all the tour guests were uncomfortable. I tried to bring it up to the driver, but as soon as I started talking, he had an attitude that suggested I shouldn't say anything more. What a shame! The temperature control on the return bus was good.

I got bitten by mosquitoes, so I recommend bringing insect repellent if that concerns you. Overall, the scenery and weather were fantastic, and both the guide and the people I was with were great, making for a wonderful experience. I didn't see any other Japanese people in the groups before or after mine, so you can really enjoy the feeling of being abroad. In any case, this is something you absolutely must do!!!

I signed up for this tour because I wanted to visit the beautiful ocean in Hawaii for the first time! On the day of the tour, the weather was cloudy with occasional sunshine and rain. I enjoyed a full two-hour ride at locations that were used for filming Jurassic Park and Lost! It was a 45-minute drive from Honolulu by rental car. Our guide, Morgan, was incredibly hospitable and had studied Japanese, so he understood Japanese culture well. We were able to chat a lot during the ride. Even if you can't speak English, he will do his best to listen if you speak slowly. It was such a fun time that when I said things like "fantastic" or "amazing," he responded with a million-dollar smile, saying, "It's my pleasure." There are points where you can take photos, but be careful not to drop your camera, so I recommend using a lanyard that you can hang around your neck if you're a beginner. I also suggest wearing long pants to protect your legs and a waterproof outdoor jacket.

I was impressed by the incredibly beautiful sea!

I was a bit anxious because my elderly mother was with me, but the staff were kind and we were able to enjoy ourselves. I especially appreciate the help from the staff member "Yuki," who I believe is Japanese. I would like to visit again during the season when the sandy beach appears.

Also, I was disappointed for being late to the meeting time, but I am grateful that the VELTRA staff called the hotel and made new arrangements for us. Thank you very much!

The weather on the day was perfect, making it an ideal day for kayaking.

The pickup was on time, and after arriving, we were able to borrow bodyboards and snorkels to play at Kailua Beach until lunchtime. For lunch, you can choose from pizza, BBQ plates, or salad bowls, but I definitely recommend the pizza! The spinach and garlic pizza, in particular, is exquisite! The restaurant staff were cheerful, and we had a great time dining!

After lunch, we pulled the kayaks to the beach. I think it took about 15 minutes to reach Flat Island. Upon arriving at Flat Island, we received various explanations about the island's ecosystem and Hawaii's history from our guide, Yasuyo. They also took plenty of photos, and it was truly a fun time.

After kayaking back to Kailua Beach, we pulled the kayaks back to the shop. We pulled the kayaks ourselves both ways, but it didn't feel burdensome at all.

It was really fun!!!

フラットアイランド到着後はガイドのヤスヨさんから島の生態系やハワイの歴史について等、様々な説明を受けることができました。
写真もたくさん撮ってくれ、本当に楽しい時間でした。

カヤックでカイルアビーチに戻った後は、再びカヤックを引っ張ってお店まで戻ります。
行きも帰りもカヤックを自分たちで引っ張って行きますが、特に負担には感じませんでした。

本当に楽しかったです！！！

Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sandy beach, but the tour was very good! I forgot the name (sorry...), but the Japanese female staff member was cute, funny, and made it enjoyable♪ They also called the fish with food for snorkeling, and my kindergarten-aged daughter was able to have a great time. The water was about waist-deep for her, so I want to try again next time!

Since we were going anyway, my wife insisted that we try horseback riding! Initially, I had planned to do a zipline experience that I saw on TV, but horseback riding seemed to be quite popular, and we couldn't secure a time that worked for us (I received numerous cancellation emails from VELTRA…). So, we decided to focus solely on horseback riding.

However, since horseback riding alone does not come as a package, there was no shuttle service from Waikiki. We chose to take a bus (The Bus) from Waikiki to Ala Moana for the transfer. The transfer at the bus stop south of Ala Moana Center was straightforward, but the only downside was that after a long ride in an air-conditioned bus, I needed to use the restroom frequently.

We got off at the bus stop in front of Kualoa Ranch and headed straight to the building in front of us. After passing through the shop, we found the entrance to the attraction at the back. We exchanged our voucher for tickets at the ticket booth and went to the horseback riding building at the designated time.

A staff member guided us to sign a waiver. After that, we watched a DVD explaining the horseback riding experience. It seemed that there were several languages available, but they made sure to play the Japanese version for us.

Once the group was assembled, the horses were brought out, and we were guided in order. Despite it being a weekday, there were quite a few people (around 16), and it took just under 30 minutes from the explanation until everyone was mounted. This shows how popular it is.

Finally, we began the horseback riding. We rode for about 45 minutes on paths that included muddy areas and paved roads. There were various things to keep in mind, like needing to ride in a single file, ensuring the horses didn't eat grass, and maintaining balance, but the views of the sea and mountains while riding were absolutely beautiful.

In a highland horseback riding experience, you only get to enjoy the mountain scenery, but here you can enjoy both the mountains and the sea. The one-hour course (which was actually about 45 minutes) flew by. I would love to go riding again if I have the chance. Next time, I definitely want to try the two-hour course…

せっかく行くからには乗馬体験したい！との妻の一言から決まりました。最初はテレビで見たジップラインとのセットを目論んでいたのですが、乗馬はなかなか人気らしく、思うような時間が取れませんでした(何度VELTRAさんからのキャンセルメールが届いたことか…)。それで、乗馬一本に絞っていくことに方針変更。
がしかし、乗馬だけの場合パッケージ扱いとならないので、ワイキキからの送迎がありません。私たちはワイキキからアラモアナ乗り換えのバス(The Bus)というコースを選択しました。乗り換えはアラモアナセンター南のバス停で特に問題ないのですが、長時間冷房のきいたバスに乗ったため、トイレが近くなったのが唯一の難点でした。
クアロア牧場前のバス停で降り、まっすぐ正面の建物へ。売店を通り抜けると奥にアトラクションの入り口があります。チケットブースでバウチャーとチケットを引き換え、指定の時間に乗馬の建物へ行きます。
係りの女性から承諾書に署名するよう案内があります。その後DVDで乗馬に当たっての説明を見ます。日本語のほかにも何ヶ国語かあるようですが、ちゃんと日本語を流してくださいました。
組がそろったら馬が連れてこられ、順番に案内されます。が、平日にもかかわらず人数が多く(16人ほどいたような)、説明から皆が乗り終わるまで30分弱を要しました。人気の高さが伺えます。
その後いよいよ乗馬開始。ぬかるみもある道やコンクリ舗装の道などを約45分ほど馬にのって歩きます。一列に進めないといけないとか、馬が草を食べたりしないようにとか、バランスをとらなくちゃとか、いろいろ気にするところはありますが、馬に乗りながら見る海や山の景色はとてもきれいです。
高原の乗馬体験とかだと山の景色だけですが、こちらでは山も海も両方楽しめます。1時間コース(実質45分ほど)ですがあっという間に過ぎていきました。また機会があれば乗りに行きたいです。次回はぜひ2時間コースで…。

It was a sunny day, but very windy. When kayaking, strong winds can make it take longer to reach your destination and require more effort to paddle, but the woman who guided us was very interesting and kind. The excitement when we arrived was incredible! I had the most fun experience in Hawaii. Also, the pizza was really delicious! I definitely want to come back someday. However, we had to wait about 30 minutes for the other tour participants, so we couldn't spend more than 20 minutes at Lanikai Beach, which was disappointing! If we had one more hour, I would have been even more satisfied.

I had a great time.
I participated in mid-September, and the sandbar was about 15 to 20 cm deep at the shallowest point.
During snorkeling, when the staff threw in some food, a lot of fish came close, and I really enjoyed it.
(I think there were sea turtles, but I missed seeing them.)
The lunch hamburger was surprisingly delicious!

I applied sunscreen before participating, but while I took a 30-minute nap on the boat, I got an incredibly severe sunburn like I had never experienced before. It was painful to walk the next day and afterward, which was tough.
At the end, the staff said, "Since this is an American company, if possible, we would appreciate your feelings..." (for tips), so I dropped a little something into the tip bucket at the boat disembarkation point. However, when I looked at the bucket, there were zero tips from anyone except our group!!!
During the tour, they prepared meals and provided support, and I felt that the staff's personality and service were very pleasant. However, there were some people who hesitated, saying things like, "Is it okay to give just coins?" which personally surprised me.

最後にスタッフさんが「一応、アメリカの会社なのでできれば、、お気持ちを、、お願いします！」(チップ)と言われたので、ボート降車口に設置されているチップ入れのバケツに少しばかり気持ちを投下しました。が、しかし、バケツを見てみると、うちのグループ以外にチップ投下ゼロ！！！
ツアー中は食事の用意やらサポートやらしていただきましたし、スタッフさんの人柄や対応もとても気持ちの良いものだったと感じたのですが。。
中には「小銭でもいいかな？」なんて言って渋ってる方もいて、個人的には驚きました。

I checked the low tide times and participated in a tour with my parents and my husband that included a BBQ lunch. My brother-in-law and his wife, who went with a different tour company the day before, mentioned that the water level was up to their thighs, so I was a bit anxious about what to expect. However, on the day of our tour, the water level was only up to our shins, so it was fine.

The sandbar was even more beautiful than in the photos, and as soon as we arrived, my dad, who was really excited, jumped right in (laughs). My mom, who had said she didn't want to get in the water, ended up swimming before we knew it (laughs). It was that beautiful!

After playing a lot, I can confirm what everyone else has said: the hamburgers were really delicious. Be careful when eating outside if it's windy; things can fly away. We were also able to see many sea turtles from the boat, which was very satisfying. The directions like "12 o'clock" and "9 o'clock" were easy to understand.

All the staff were very kind, and I truly felt like a child playing all day. We took a lot of family photos, making it the best way to show appreciation to my parents. Thank you very much!

However, it can get cold on the way back, both on the boat and the bus, so it's better to have a thick jacket. I brought a light hoodie, but it was still cold. Because the wind was strong and the sea was murky, we didn't see many fish, so I would like to participate again.

干潮時間を調べ、BBQランチがついたツアーに私の両親と主人と４人で参加しました。
前日違うツアー会社で行ったと行っていた義理兄夫婦は太ももぐらいまで水位があったそうなので、どうなるかなーと不安でしたが、当日は膝下ぐらいの水位で大丈夫でした。
サンドバーが写真でみるより綺麗で着いた瞬間、テンション上がった父が飛び込んでました（笑）海には入りたくないと言っていた母もいつの間にか泳いでいました（笑）
それぐらいキレイでした♡
たくさん遊んで疲れたからなのか、皆さんが書いている通り、ハンバーガーが本当に美味しかったー。風が強い時は外で食べるのは要注意です。飛んでいきます。
ホヌも船上からたくさん見ることができ、大満足でした。
１２時の方向、９時の方向など分かりやすかった。
スタッフさんがみなさん優しくて、ほんとに1日子供のように遊べました。
たくさん家族で写真も撮ってもらい、最高の親孝行ができました♪
ありがとうございました。
ただ、帰りは船もバスも寒いので厚手の上着があった方がいいです。
薄手のパーカー持っていきましたが、それでも寒かったです。
風が強く、海が濁っていたため魚はあまり見れなかったので、また参加したいなと思ってます。

Unfortunately, the weather was unstable with cloudy skies, occasional sunshine, and rain... The tour staff and the captain were very cheerful and kind. The sandbar was a bit high due to the tide, but it was nice to have some sunny moments then. However, it rained intermittently, making it a bit chilly, so we decided to skip snorkeling. I think weather is just a matter of luck! I’ll aim for a comeback next time.
