Since it wasn't peak season, the facilities were not crowded, and we were able to enjoy ourselves without any waiting time. However, there were some areas that were busy at certain times. Considering that the shuttle service took some time, it might be more efficient to use a rental car to get there.

ピークシーズンでなかったので、施設は空いていて待ち時間もなく楽しめた。ただ、時間帯によっては空いていない場所もあった。
送迎に時間がかかのでその点を考慮するとレンタカーで現地に行った方が時間を有効活用できるかもしれない。

This time, my 69-year-old grandmother also participated. We were able to see dolphins and sea turtles from the boat, which was enjoyable. My daughter, who was looking forward to it the most, got seasick. I should have given her something as a precaution since I wasn't sure if she would get seasick. The staff were all kind, and it was fun. I wasn't confident in my swimming, but the staff stayed by my side, and I was able to catch up with the dolphins and see them.

今回、69歳祖母も参加。船の上からでもイルカ、海ガメが見れて楽しめました。
一番楽しみしていた娘が船酔い。。
船酔いするかわからなかったので予防で飲ませておけば良かったです。
スタッフはみんな優しく、楽しかったです。
泳ぎに自信が無かった私ですがスタッフが横についてくれてどうにかイルカに追いつき見ることができました。

I searched for ziplining options to do with my child, but we had to give up on places like Kualoa and North Shore due to age and weight restrictions. However, we just barely made it here! My child is in the third grade. There was a girl who spoke Japanese, which made me feel at ease. It was a lot of fun. There were other attractions as well. I wish we had more time to enjoy everything else.

子供とジップラインがやりたくて色々さがしましたが、クアロアやノースショアは年齢や体重がたりず断念。でもここはギリギリいけました！
小学3年でした。
日本語も話せる女子がいて、安心でした。
とても楽しかったです。
他にもアトラクションもありましたよ。時間はもっと他にも楽しんでみたいです。

I attended with my boyfriend. Since we went on a weekday in October, the park wasn't too crowded, and we were able to enjoy ourselves without much waiting. I love thrill rides, so this place was amazing! I don't think there's anywhere else with so many different types. I recommend it because people of all ages can have fun for a whole day! It was also nice that there was a shuttle service from the hotel.

絶叫系スライダーが大好きなので、ここは最高でした！！

ホテルから送迎があるのも楽でよかったです。

It was unfortunately rainy, but after a while, we were able to see some clear skies. I couldn't see anything at the first and second spots, but finally at the third location, I was able to see dolphins underwater! I was also happy to see sea turtles! We could see the swimming dolphins and sea turtles from the boat as well! The guide and all the staff on the boat were kind and friendly, and they really made the experience enjoyable! They even made a dolphin ring underwater for us! The sea was beautiful, and we saw a rainbow, making for a very fun time! I want to participate again and see even more dolphins next time!

あいにくの雨でしたが、しばらくしたら晴れ間も見られました。1回目、2回目のスポットでは私は見ることが出来ませんでしたが、3回目のところでようやく水中でイルカを見ることができました！ウミガメも見ることが出来て嬉しかったです！
泳いでいるイルカ、ウミガメも船からみることができました！ガイドのお姉さん、船に乗っているスタッフの方みんなが親切で優しく、盛り上げてくれました！
水中でドルフィンリングを作ってくれたりもしました！海も綺麗で、虹も見られ、とっても楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました！
また参加して今度はもっとたくさんイルカを見たいです！

We participated with my husband, my mother-in-law, and my sister-in-law. A Japanese guide named Shota was with us.

It was challenging for my mother-in-law due to her leg issues, but the staff provided cheerful support when boarding and while she was seated, which we were truly grateful for.

I was thrilled to see wild dolphins and turtles!

However, I got a bit carried away and went down the boat slide, which left me with whiplash, making things difficult after returning home. I realized that in my 40s, I need to be more selective about activities as my body can't keep up.

Since we swam in the sea and got our swimsuits soaked, everyone changed in public restrooms after we docked before getting on the bus. I think it's better to bring a change of clothes.

The staff were bright and fun, making it a wonderful half-day experience!

私達夫婦と義母、義妹と参加しました。
日本人のしょうたさんがガイドでした。

義母が脚が悪く大変だったのですが、乗船する時や母が座っている時もスタッフの方々が明るくサポートして下さり、本当に有り難かったです。

野生のイルカと亀に会えて嬉しかったです！



調子に乗って、船の滑り台を滑ったらムチウチ状態になり、帰国から大変でした。40代はアクティビティを選ばないと身体がついていかないことを実感しました…

海で泳いで水着がびしょ濡れになるので、寄港してから皆さん公衆トイレで着替えてバスに乗っていました。着替えは持参された方が良いと思います。

スタッフの皆さん、明るく楽しく盛り上げてくれて半日満喫出来ました！

This place is really fun! The slides get super crowded in Japan during the summer, but here, there are hardly any lines!! The slides are also close together, making them easy to ride. There's a wave pool and a spacious kids' pool as well.

You won't get bored even if you stay all day, but it's a shame that there's a set time to leave...

However, you can play to your heart's content all day!! I went in September, but this year I didn't take my kids to a pool with big slides during summer vacation. I told them we were coming here... because there are no lines...

The lockers are easy to find, and there are changing rooms and showers available.

If you have kids, they'll be thrilled! The height requirements for the slides are quite lenient, and they even gave a few extra centimeters!

波のプールもあるし　キッズプールも広いです。

私は9月に行きましたが　今年は夏休みに大きいスライダーのあるプールには
連れて行きませんでした。
ここに行くから・・並ばないから・・と。

ロッカーもわかりやすく　更衣室シャワーもあります。

お子さんいるなら　喜びますよ！
スライダーの身長も　結構アバウトで　2～3ｃｍぐらいなら　おまけしてくれました！

I always use Dolphin University without fail. I've never missed seeing dolphins! I've never missed meeting a turtle! This time, there was a little incident that delayed our dolphin encounter, but we were able to see plenty of dolphins in the end. The incident was something I probably won't encounter again in my lifetime, so it ended up being a good resolution, and we all high-fived each other.

My son (8 years old) loves turtles and brought a turtle doll from Japan to dive with, showing the real turtle to the doll.

After that, during snorkeling, we received food to give to the fish, and many fish came to us.

The hamburger we had on the boat was also amazing! The staff were all high-energy and entertaining, making for a great time without any boredom.

I also purchased some photos.

If you have a GoPro, it's very convenient. You can take lots of great pictures. I had some excellent videos of the dolphins, but unfortunately, I couldn't upload them.

For those who are prone to seasickness, taking motion sickness medication is a must!

イルカ大学は毎回必ず利用します。
イルカが見れなかったことがない！カメに会えなかったことがない！
今回は　ちょっとした事件があり　ちょっとイルカに会うまでに
時間がかかりましたが　バッチリ沢山のイルカに会うことができました。
事件は多分一生　遭遇することのない程のことだったので、最終的にいい事件解決だったので　みんなで　ハイタッチした程でした。

息子(8歳）はカメが好きで、日本からカメの人形？をもって一緒に潜り
カメの人形に　本物のカメを見せていました。

そのあとのシュノーケリングも　魚たちにあげる餌をもらい
まくと　たくさん魚が　寄ってきてくれました。

船で食べた　ハンバーガーも最高！とにかく　スタッフの方達
みんなハイテンションで面白く　飽きることない　いい時間でした。

写真も購入しました。

Goproあれば　とても便利です。良い写真たくさん撮れます。
イルカは動画だったので　とてもいい動画だったのに　載せられず残念。

酔いやすい人は　酔い止め必須です！

As others have mentioned, you might wonder why you would go to Hawaii and spend time at a pool. However, in Japan, you would have to wait in long lines mixed with lots of children to ride a slide like this.

Since we went on a weekday, it was relatively empty, and the lines were either bearable or we got to our turn in no time. There were many adults as well as children, so there was absolutely no embarrassment in waiting!

The sun is strong, so I think it's a good idea to have sunscreen and a rash guard. Also, wearing flip-flops or beach shoes is essential; otherwise, the heat on your feet will be unbearable!

On the day we went, we were worried because all credit cards were not accepted for locker use. The shops do accept cards, so I recommend bringing cash for the locker just in case.

The return bus was extremely cold due to the air conditioning, so it's best to dry your hair well and bring a long-sleeved jacket.

他の方も書かれているように、なぜハワイに来てプール？と思うかもしれません。
でも、日本でこのようなスライダーに乗るには長い長い列と子供だらけの列に混ざって並ばなくてはなりません。

平日に行ったので、比較的空いており、並びはしても普通に耐えられる列か、あっと言う間に自分の番が回ってくるかのどちらかでした。子供もいますが大人も多いので、並んでいても全く恥ずかしくありません！笑

日差しが強いので日焼け止めやラッシュガードはあった方が良いと思います。
あと、ビーサンかビーチシューズは履いて歩かないと足の裏が熱すぎて死にます！必須です！！

また、私たちが行った日はロッカー使用に全てのクレジットカードが使えず焦りました。
売店はカードが使えるので、念のためロッカー分の現金は持っていくことをオススメします。

帰りのバスは冷房が効きすぎてめちゃくちゃ寒いので、髪をよく拭き、長袖の上着も持参した方が良いです。

my husband and I had a great experience st the stargazing tour! Greg was very knowledgeable and very passionate about space and the stars. He answered all our extra questions thoroughly. We also enjoyed the location, the hotel was beautiful and it was dark enough to see many stars.

I was worried about the cloudy weather, but luckily, during our first entry into the water, we were able to see a pod of about five dolphins. Some people even had dolphins come very close to them. The instructor mentioned that it was truly a lucky day. Since there were participants who hadn’t seen dolphins a few days prior, I believe the chance of seeing them and how many you see is completely based on luck.

Since it was early in the morning, some people were sleeping during the explanation on the bus, but I think it’s better to stay awake as they discuss safety on the water and what’s necessary to see the dolphins. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy the experience with peace of mind.

The snorkeling after dolphin watching was also fun, as we got to see turtles and fish. The visibility was somewhat low, possibly due to the weather, but it was very moving.

Since swimming requires stamina, I got tired while taking a break with my companion, and it was a bit disappointing that the goggles and fins were put away early. Since it’s something you put in your mouth, I thought borrowing them again might mean using ones that others had just used, so we rested on the boat instead, which might have helped conserve our energy. After everyone got out of the water, almost everyone was exhausted and sleeping on the bus.

The hamburger wasn’t particularly delicious, but I think they did a good job providing snacks and drinks that could be prepared on the boat. The staff were very cheerful and made it the most enjoyable activity of my stay in Hawaii. Their attitude towards caring for the ocean and its creatures, as well as their effort to entertain the guests, was wonderful. I absolutely recommend it. There were many repeat visitors, and I also thought I would definitely want to repeat this experience if I come back to Hawaii.

You’ll definitely want photos, so it might be good to bring cash for that. I paid for the fee while I was at the office to pick up my souvenir. On chilly days, they recommend renting wetsuits, so it might be wise to bring cash for that as well.

曇り空で心配でしたが、運良く一回目の入水で5匹程のイルカの群れを見ることができました。間近までイルカが来ている方もいました。インストラクターも本当にラッキーな日だと言っていました。数日前に見れなかった方も参加していたので、実際に見れるか・どれくらい見れるかは完全に運だと思います。
朝早いのでバス内での説明の時に寝ている人もいましたが、海上での安全とイルカを見るために必要なことを話しているのでしっかり起きていた方がいいと思います。おかげで安心して体験できました。
イルカ鑑賞後のシュノーケリングでもカメや魚を見れて楽しかったです。天気のせいかやや透明度は低かったですが、とても感動的でした。
泳ぐのに体力が必要なので疲れてしまった連れと休憩に上がっていたら、ゴーグルとフィンを早々と片付けられてしまったのは唯一残念でした。口にくわえるものなのでもう一度借りても他の人が使ったばかりのものかも…と思い、そのまま船上で休憩しましたが、かえって体力温存にはなったかもしれません。みんな海から上がった後はくたびれていて、バス内でもほぼ全員寝ていました。
ハンバーガーは特に美味しくはありませんでしたが、船上で準備できるものとしてはスナックや飲み物など含めて十分頑張られていると思います。
スタッフの皆さんがとても陽気に盛り上げてくれて、ハワイ滞在の中で一番楽しいアクティビティになりました。海と海の生き物を大切にする姿勢、お客さんを楽しませようという姿勢が素晴らしかったです。絶対におススメです。リピーターも多く、私もまたハワイに来たら是非リピートしたいと思いました。
写真も絶対に欲しくなりますので、その分の現金は持っていっていいかも。私は記念品をもらいにオフィスに行くついでに料金を支払いました。
肌寒い天気の日はウェットスーツのレンタルを勧められるので、その分の現金も持って行った方がよいかもしれません。

I was able to swim with wild dolphins and sea turtles! This was the best time. The sea and mountains were beautiful. The staff were Japanese, and I thought their easy-to-understand talk and performance were great. This tour is worth it.

野生のイルカやウミガメと一緒に泳げた！これは、最高の時間でした。海も山も綺麗きれいキレイ。スタッフの方が日本人で、わかりやすいトーク&パフォーマンスも良かったと思います。このツアーは、価値ありです。

My third-grade daughter also participated. I was a bit worried because she isn't very good at swimming, but she was full of curiosity and I had no worries at all. We offered a prayer and headed to the spot on a beautiful boat. We jumped into the sea and followed the leader! We swam quite a bit and got to see some adorable dolphins. This became the best memory of our trip. Floating in the sea, swimming, and gazing at the island was so healing. The staff kept saying that this is the real Hawaii. I want to participate again.

We participated with our 6-year-old child who is 116 cm tall, and both kids and adults had a great time! The slides, which would likely have long lines in Japan, were unlimited, and the wave pool was fun with its strong waves.

Since there was little sunlight, it's a good idea to bring a hat.

116センチ6歳の子供と主人と参加しましたが、子供も大人も楽しめました！日本ではすごい並ぶであろうスライダーも乗り放題ですし、波のプールも波が荒くて楽しかったです。

日差しが少なかったので帽子を持っていったほうがいいです。

Although my child wanted to go, we hadn't made a reservation due to scheduling issues during our trip (related to other activities). I considered taking a taxi or a bus, but I knew it was quite a distance from Waikiki (as I had been to the outlet several times), so after some deliberation, I decided to apply for the entire day I wanted to reserve, and I was able to participate without any issues (^O^).

The prompt response was very helpful. However, there were other buses at the meeting point, and the shuttle bus looked different from the one in the photos, which made me a bit anxious. They did check my name and luggage properly, so I suppose there was no risk of being left behind.

The explanations upon arrival were in Japanese, and since we arrived before opening time, the entry was smooth. I think the price of around 35,000 yen for four family members was reasonable.

子どもが行きたがっていたものの、旅行中の予定がうまくいかず(他のアクティビティの関係で)予約していませんでした。タクシーもしくは、バスで行こうかとも思いましたがワイキキからは結構距離があるのも知っていたので(アウトレットには何度か行ったことがあるので)悩んだ末に旅行中のしかも、予約したい日の全日に申込みをし無事に参加できました(^O^)

迅速な対応でとても助かりました。ただ、待ち合わせの場所に別なバスも停まっており、なおかつ送迎のバスも写真で見たバスとは違っていたので少し焦りました。名前と荷物の確認もきちんとしてくれたので置いていかれることもないのでしょうが。

現地に着いてからの説明等は日本語で、オープン前に到着しているので入園もスムーズでした。家族4人で35,000円くらいだったので妥当だと思います。

I was able to see a pod of 2 to 30 dolphins in the ocean. Since I was participating with my preschooler, I couldn't move around very quickly, but it seemed that other participants were able to see many more dolphins up close. While I was struggling in the water with my 4-year-old son, the guide kindly took care of him, allowing us to see the dolphins. Thank you very much.

2〜30匹のイルカの群れを海中で見ることが出来ました。
未就学児を連れての参加だったため、私はあまり機敏に動けなかったのですが、他の参加者の方はもっと沢山のイルカを近くで見れたようです。
4歳息子を引き連れて海でまごまごしていたところ、ガイドの方が息子の相手をして下さり、イルカを見ることが出来ました。

I read the reviews on Veltra and was concerned about the dirty restrooms and the staff looking at their smartphones, which made me hesitate to join the tour. However, since my child wanted to go, we decided to participate.

Perhaps because we went on a Monday, it was relatively uncrowded, and we were able to enjoy countless attractions, which made me very satisfied. The restrooms were not dirty, and the staff seemed to be monitoring things properly, giving me the impression that improvements have been made.

ベルトラ の体験談をよみ、トイレが汚いのと、スタッフがスマートフォンをみていてあまり良くなかったというのが気になって、ツアーに参加しょうか迷いましたが、子供が行きたいというので行きました。
月曜日に行ったからか、比較的すいていて、数え切れないくらいアトラクションに乗れて満足でした。
トイレもきたなくなかったし、
スタッフも監視をきちんとしていて、改善されている印象を受けました。

You might wonder why we would go to a pool in Hawaii, but we went as a couple celebrating our second wedding anniversary.

I was a bit anxious because the shuttle didn't arrive on time, but I guess that's Hawaiian time for you. As soon as we arrived, we stored our bags in a locker and headed straight to the slides with just our smartphones! (The lockers were accessible at any time, and a Japanese staff member showed us how to use them.)

The intensity and variety of the slides were unlike anything we could experience in Japan. I thought we might have to wait in line since the slides change at scheduled times, but perhaps because it was a weekday, we didn't have to wait much and managed to try them all.

By lunchtime, many people who had lunch plans were gone, so it was like having the rides all to ourselves.

We had a hearty breakfast before heading there, so we didn't need to eat lunch.

Also, we found that we didn't need an all-you-can-drink plan; bringing our own unopened water was sufficient. (The designated water bottle was so large that it seemed like it would be a hassle to use the all-you-can-drink option.)

I thought we would only have a short time since we had to gather at 3 PM, but we had plenty of fun.

ハワイに来てまでプール？という声も聞こえてきそうですが、結婚2年目の夫婦で行ってきました。

送迎が定刻通りに来ずそわそわしましたが、ハワイアンタイムなのでしょう。
ついてすぐにロッカーに荷物を預け、スマホだけ持って早速スライダーへ！
（ロッカーは出し入れ自由、日本人スタッフが使い方を教えてくれました）

スライダーの激しさ、数、日本では体験できないものばかりでした。
時間で実施しているスライダーが変わるので、並ぶかと思っていましたが、平日だったからか、すごく並ぶこともなく無事全制覇。

お昼になると昼食がついてるプラン組がごそっといなくなるので、乗り放題状態。

私たちは朝ごはんをがっつり食べてから向かったので、お昼は食べなくても問題なかったです。

また飲み放題プランにしなくても未開封の水持ち込みで十分。
（専用の水筒がでかすぎて飲み放題するの大変そうだった。）

15時集合で短時間だと思ってましたが、十分に楽しめました。

We participated as a family of three (a couple and our 13-year-old daughter) who loves snorkeling and dolphins. When we arrived at the snorkeling point, we could see dolphin fins from the boat, and we even saw them jumping! That alone brought us so much joy.

There were about 70 participants that day. Before joining, I checked reviews that suggested staying close to the guide in the water, so we made sure to keep near them. When a pod of dolphins appeared, the guide shouted out directions, and we were able to see the dolphins... it was truly moving! Underwater, we could even hear the sounds of the dolphins. I didn't notice, but my daughter exclaimed that she saw a mother and baby dolphin!

We were lucky enough to see the pod multiple times, which was amazing. According to the guide, it was rare to see them that often. After that, we moved to a spot with turtles for snorkeling, but unfortunately, we couldn't swim with them. However, we did encounter a turtle that surfaced on our way back to the port, which made us very satisfied.

The tour content was very satisfying. A few points to note:
1. Take motion sickness medication beforehand.
2. We participated in August, but if you're sensitive to cold, it might be better to rent a wetsuit. I wore tights and a rash guard, but I was freezing and couldn't stop shaking after getting out of the water.
3. The return bus was quite cold, so it's essential to prepare for that.

シュノーケルもイルカも大好きな家族3人で参加（夫婦、１３歳女子）しました。シュノーケルポイントにつくと船上からイルカの背びれが見え、ジャンプする姿も・・・！もうそれだけで喜びが。
当日の参加者は70人と大人数。参加前に口コミ情報をチェックしたら、海ではガイドさんの近くにいるようにとあったのでガイドさんの近くをキープ。
イルカの群れが現れると大声で声掛けしてくれるのでその方向をみるとイルカの群れが・・・感動です！！水中ではイルカの声？も聞こえました。私は気づきませんでしたが、娘は親子のイルカがいた～！と。
一度だけではなく、何度もイルカの群れを見れて本当に最高でした。ガイドさんいわく、こんなに何度も見れるのはラッキーだったそうです。
その後カメのいるポイントに移動してシュノーケルしましたが、残念ながらカメと泳ぐことはできませんでした。（港に帰る途中でカメが水上へ現れたのに遭遇できたので気分的には大満足）
ツアーの内容は大満足でした。
注意点としては
①酔い止めを飲んでおく。
②８月参加でしたが冷え性の人はウエットスーツをレンタルしたほうがいいかも。（私はタイツとラッシュガードでしたが海からあがったら寒くて手の震えがとまらなかったです。）
③帰りのバスはかなり寒いので防寒対策必至です。

It was a wonderful and fulfilling tour. Thanks to a cute, petite Japanese staff member who supported us from the pick-up to the drop-off, I was able to enjoy the tour with peace of mind throughout. Not only did I get to see dolphins up close, but the giant turtle I encountered while snorkeling was even more impressive than I had imagined! It came so close that I could almost touch it, making me feel like I could ride it to the Dragon Palace. We also had the freedom to enjoy marine sports like kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, which my daughters absolutely loved. I have participated in various tours in Hawaii, but this Dolphin University ranks among the top one or two for the best experience, and I definitely want to join again. The photos taken by the staff were so beautiful that I ended up purchasing them unexpectedly out of sheer emotion.
*Note: There were some people who seemed to struggle with seasickness, so if you're prone to it, don't forget to prepare motion sickness medication in advance!

とても素晴らしい充実したツアーでした。
お迎えから送迎までずっとサポートしてくれた日本人の小柄な可愛い女性スタッフがいてくれたおかげで終始安心してツアーを楽しめました。
期待していたイルカを目の前で見れたのはもちろん、想像以上にシュノーケリングで見た巨大な亀がこれまた凄かった！手を伸ばせば触れてしまうくらいの距離まで近づけて、本当に人間が乗って竜宮城に行けそうって感じでした。
カヤックやスタンドアップパドルなどのマリンスポーツも順番に自由に遊べて、娘たちも大盛り上がりでした。これまでハワイで色々なツアーに参加しましたが、このイルカ大学は１-２位くらい最高の内容で、ぜひまた参加したいと思います。スタッフの方が撮影した写真もあまりに素敵だったので感動のあまり予定外に購入してしまいました。
※注意：船酔いで大変そうな方もいらしたので、酔いやすい方は事前の酔い止め準備を忘れに！

I was moved to see wild dolphins. I went into the sea four times, and by the fourth time, many people were too tired to go in, but I was able to see the dolphins swimming right below me. It definitely requires a good amount of stamina. The marine sports were also fun.

野生のイルカを見れて感動しました。4回海に入り、4回目は疲れて海に入らない人が多かったですが、4回目に真下で泳ぐイルカたちを見れました。結構、体力が必要です。マリンスポーツも楽しかったです。

This is my second visit! It was disappointing that the Ohana was under maintenance, but the slides and wave pool were thrilling and fun. The shuttle service was right on time, and I was able to sleep soundly both going and coming back.

参加2回目です！目玉のオハナが点検中だったのは残念だったけど、スライダーも波のプールも迫力あって楽しかったです送迎も時間ピッタリで、行きも帰りもぐっすり眠れました‍♀️

This time, we were able to see dolphins perfectly again. However, I wonder if the water was murkier than last time because it was rough... The staff members were very friendly, and the activities were fun.

今回もばっちりイルカが見れました。
ただ前回より海が濁ってたのは、荒れていたからなのかな...
スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで、アクティビティも楽しいです。

The lazy river didn't flow very much, but I'm glad it was sunny.

I went snorkeling with my daughter while holding hands and saw dolphins. It was a fleeting moment, but it became an unforgettable memory. However, it was unfortunate that my wife, who joined us, had to hold onto the aloha bucket due to seasickness until the end.

娘と手を繋いでシュノーケルしながらイルカを見ました。一瞬の出来事でしたが忘れられない思い出になりました。ただ、一緒に参加した妻は、船酔いで最後までアロハバケツを抱えていだ事だけが残念でした。

I was able to encounter a pod of wild dolphins! As soon as we spotted the dolphins, we hurriedly put on our fins and masks. At the captain's signal, we jumped into the sea one after another and swam to the location guided by the staff. When we looked underwater at the signal, we could see dozens of dolphins swimming below us! The water was incredibly clear, providing excellent visibility. It was a great experience.

We raced the boat to the best spot, waited, and signaled; I believe that if any of these elements were missing, the timing wouldn't have worked out. It truly felt like a long-established tour!

Even after getting back on the boat, the pod of dolphins swam alongside us. (This seems to be rare.) At this time of year, there were also baby dolphins, and we were able to see the dolphins jumping, which made for an exciting time.

While the time with the dolphins was wonderful, there were a few things I would like to see improved, which is why I’m giving it one less star.
- I would have liked it to be clearly stated that we needed to swim quickly on our own to see the dolphins. (I had a parent in their 60s who is not a strong swimmer with me.)
- The time we could see the dolphins underwater was very brief. (Once the pod passed by, we got back on the boat and moved straight to the water play point.) I would have liked to have more time to see them in the sea again.
- I purchased photos, but none were taken underwater. (It was the maximum number of passengers on board that day, so perhaps the photographer couldn't manage?) It felt like there were many photos of children. While there were photos taken on the boat, the commemorative photos with the staff were in a conveyor-belt style, so we weren't looking at the camera. It was disappointing, especially since it cost $79.

The staff were cheerful, and the boat was lively with dancing and singing, making it a good experience where I could feel the beauty of Hawaii's nature.

野生のイルカの群れに会えました！
イルカを発見すると急いでフィンとマスクを装着。船長さんの合図で次々に海に飛び込み、スタッフの誘導する場所まで泳ぎます。合図で海中を見ると何十頭のイルカの群れが下を泳いでいくのが見えました！海は透明度抜群で視界もクリア。いい体験ができました。
ベストな場所へ船を走らせ、待機し、合図、このどれが欠けてもタイミングは合わなかったと思います。さすが老舗ツアーだと思いました！
船に上がってからもイルカの群れが船と並走。(珍しいそうです。)時期的に赤ちゃんイルカもいて、イルカのジャンプも見ることができ、ワクワクな時間が続きました。

イルカとの時間は素適でしたが、いくつか改善してほしいこともあり星マイナス1。
・イルカを見るために急いで自力で泳ぐ必要があることは明記してほしかった。(泳ぎの得意でない60代の親が一緒でした。)
・イルカを水中で見れたのは一瞬だった。(群れが通り過ぎたら船に上がってそのまま水遊びポイントへ移動してしまう。)もう一度海の中で見る時間をとってほしかった。
・写真を購入したが海の中で1枚も撮ってもらえなかった。(当日は乗船可能人数maxだったのでカメラマンの手が回らなかった？)子どもの写真が多い印象。船の上では写っていましたがスタッフとの記念写真も流れ作業状態なのでカメラ目線になっていなくて…。79ドルもしたのに残念です。

スタッフも明るく船内もダンスや歌で盛り上がり、ハワイの自然を感じられる良い体験はできたと思います。

The pool is a lot of fun, and the slide is easy to ride. There were times when no one was at the slide start point, which might be due to a lack of staff. It's different from the safety standards in Japan. My 11-year-old daughter found the slide too intense and said she would never ride it again.

I wanted a place to rest, so I reserved a cabana in advance. It came with a private float and water. My daughter got sick from playing too much in the wave pool, and we were able to relax on the cabana bed. We also had lunch in the shade. You can have lunch delivered to you as well. We were able to close the curtains and change clothes too. I'm really glad I reserved the cabana.

プールはとても楽しいし、スライダーもスイスイ乗れます
スタッフが足りないのかスライダースタート地点に誰もいない事がありました。日本の安全感覚とは違うのですね〜
11歳の娘はスライダーの激しさに二度と乗りませんでした。

波のプールで遊びすぎた娘が酔ってしまい、カバナのベッドでゆっくり休めました。ランチタイムも日陰でとれました。ランチを届けてもらう事もできます。
カーテンしめて着替えも出来ました♩
本当にカバナは予約しておいてよかったです

We had a great time on our adventure across the galaxy and would highly recommend! Our favorite part was seeing the rings of Saturn from different angles and even seeing one star that had exploded 60,000 years ago and you can still see it exploding to this day

I took two elementary school students with me!
It was quite empty, probably because it was late August!
However, the attractions were scheduled at specific times, so there were times when they were operating and times when they weren't. We were all wondering if there was a shortage of part-time workers.
There was a Japanese advisor-like person, but their attitude wasn't good. The local staff were much friendlier...

小学生二人を連れて行きました！
8月下旬だったせいか、空いてました！！
でも　アトラクションが時間で割り振っているので
やっているときとやってないときがありましたので、
アルバイト不足かな？？ってみんなで話してました。
日本人のアドバイサーみたいな方がいましたが、態度はよくなかったです。
現地の方のほうがとっても親切でした・・・・

This time I skipped lunch, but it was no problem. I had a taste test of potato chips from the snack shop instead. The area around the hamburger shop is very crowded, but the benches near the entrance are available. I didn't spend much time on lunch, so I had plenty of time to play. I will skip lunch again next time.

At departure and upon arrival, my voucher was checked. Having a copy makes entry smooth.

今回はランチ無しにしましたが、問題なし。昼食は、売店のポテトチップ食べ比べで済ませました。ハンバーガーショップ近辺は、大変混み合っていますが、出入口の近くのベンチは空いてます。ランチに時間をかけず、その分たっぷり遊びました。次回もランチ無しにします。
出発時と現地に着いた時、バウチャーを確認されました。コピーを持っていると、入場がスムーズです。
