I usually use his shuttle service, but this time I decided to try Mr. Roberts. At $16 per person, it was expensive, so I signed up for one person and the other went to the hotel via the bus. There was a reception area immediately to the right after exiting the group exit. At first, there were only two groups, but it quickly increased and ended up being fully booked. Since $16 is high, I searched and found a $10 shuttle for the return trip, so I signed up for that. It was a great deal for the shuttle to the airport with just two groups.

hisの送迎を毎回利用してるのですが、今回ロバーツさんを利用してみることにしました。1人16ドルは高いので、1人申し込みして1人はザバスでホテルへ向かいました。団体出口を出てすぐに右側に受付がありました。最初２組だけでしたが、どんどん増えて結果満員御礼になりました。16ドルは高いので、探した結果帰りは10ドル送迎があったので申し込みました。２組だけの空港までのお値打ちな送迎でした。

As soon as I arrived in Hawaii, the staff at the counter on the right side of the exit were very pleasant, and the male staff member who assisted me while waiting for the shuttle was cheerful and fun, which eased my tension! Thank you very much!

ハワイに到着してすぐ、出口右側にあるカウンターで、感じよく対応して頂いた上に、送迎車を待っている時の男性スタッフの応対がとても陽気で楽しかったので、緊張感が和らぎました！ありがとうございました！

I was a little worried until the pickup arrived, but they came on time, and in fact, they picked me up a bit early. The driver was friendly and it was very nice. I would like to use this service again next time.

お迎えが来るまで少し心配でしたが、遅れることもなく、むしろ早めにピックアップ
していただけました。運転手さんも気さくな方でとてもよかったです。
次回も利用したいと思います。

We traveled with eight people, including young children, but our flight from the Big Island was slightly delayed, so we received our luggage a bit late. However, the staff was waiting for us in front of the baggage claim with a name placard, making it very easy to spot them. They efficiently handled our large amount of luggage, which we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this shuttle service for traveling with small children. The service from the condominium to the airport was also very kind, and we had a wonderful trip without any worries.

幼児も含めて8名での旅行でしたが、ハワイ島から到着の飛行機が少し遅れたため荷物を受け取ったのが少々遅かったのですが、きちんとバッケージクレームの前で名前のプラカードを係りの方が持って待っていてくださりとても見やすくまた、荷物がたくさんあったのですが手際よく運んでくださりとてもありがたかったです。小さなお子様を連れての旅にも是非お勧めしたい送迎シャトルです。コンドーミニアムから空港までもとても親切で何の心配もなくとてもよい旅になりました。

I arrived about 40 minutes late due to a crowded immigration check. The meeting place was quite chaotic with the tour desk and greetings mixed together, but I was able to find it easily, and the guidance to the bus was smooth. We shared a large bus to Waikiki, and throughout the ride, the driver was speaking in English about recent information on Hawaii, but I couldn't understand it well. The voucher mentioned that tips were included, but I felt uncertain if I should have given a tip when the driver paused while unloading the suitcase.

入国審査が混んでいたため、バウチャーの集合時間より40分ほど遅れて到着。集合場所はツアーデスクとお出迎えとが入り混じってかなりごった返してはいますが、すんなり見つけられてバスまでの案内もスムーズでした。ワイキキまでは大型バスの乗り合わせで、終始英語で最近のハワイ情報をマイクで話していましたがよくわかりませんでした。
バウチャーにはチップ含むと書いてありましたが、ドライバーはスーツケースを下ろした際に間があったのでチップを渡すタイミングだったのかな。と不安になりました。

I chose the bus to the airport with Roberts. It was a shared bus, but there was a note stating that it would stop at no more than five hotels. I wasn't designated to meet much earlier than my flight time, and they picked me up at just the right time, so I didn't waste any time.

帰りの空港行きバスにロバーツを選択しました。
混載バスですが、経由するホテルは5ケ所以内という説明書きがあったからです。
帰路の便の時刻よりだいぶ早くに待ち合わせ指定されるという事もなく、丁度いい時刻にピックアップしてくださり、時間を無駄に過ごすこともありませんでした。

I used the service for both my departure and return, and I felt安心して移動できました with the timely communication and accuracy of the schedule on the day. I would like to use it again next time.

往復とも利用しましたが事前連絡や当日の時間の正確さなど安心して移動できました。次回以降も利用したいと思います。

I waited a little, but I was safely delivered to the hotel. It was Hilton Hawaiian Village, but since I hadn't communicated the name of the tower in detail, I was dropped off at the lobby of a different building and had to walk for about 10 minutes inside the hotel with heavy luggage.

少し待ちましたが、無事ホテルまで送り届けていただきました。ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジでしたが、タワーの名前まで詳細に伝えていなかった為、違う方のロビーで下ろされてしまいホテル内を重い荷物を持ちながら10分くらい歩くことになりました。

It may have been a coincidence, but the shuttle had not arrived, and we had to wait quite a while for other passengers. In the end, since our hotel was the last drop-off, I regretted not using a taxi as it would have made better use of our time.

たまたまだったのかもしれませんが、送迎車も到着しておらず、他の乗客待ちでかなり待たされ、挙句自分達のホテルが一番最後だったので、タクシー利用にしていた方が時間を有効に使えたかなと後悔しました。

This was my second time using the service. The reception counter was conveniently located right by the exit, making it easy to find, and the staff guided me promptly. The airport was very crowded with many travelers, but despite a bit of waiting time, I was able to reach the hotel without any trouble.

今回で2度めの利用でした。受付カウンターも出口からすぐの所で
分かり易く、係の方がすぐに案内してくれました。
非常に多くの旅行者で空港はごった返していましたが、多少の
待ち時間があったものの、トラブルなくホテルまで到着できました。

Whenever I stay in Waikiki, I always rely on Mr. Roberts. This time was no different. The driver was very cheerful, and when we arrived at the hotel, I was given a mango. I was so happy. With this little gesture, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip in Hawaii. Thank you always.

ワイキキステイのときには、必ずロバーツさんにお世話になっています。
今回もおせわになりました。今回の運転手さんは、とても陽気で、ホテルに着いたとき、マンゴーをいただきました。とっても嬉しかったです。ちょっとした心遣いをいただき、この後のハワイ旅行も楽しめました。いつもありがとうございます。

Great service, were there to greet us and take our bags, on the shuttle within five minutes and quick drop off to hotel.

After arriving at Honolulu Airport, the reception desk was easy to find, and the yellow aloha shirts were a good landmark, which made me feel at ease. We waited just a little until all the guests arrived, but it was smooth with a small number of people. Although it was the last arrival from a distant area, the fact that the drop-off was limited to five locations helped avoid wasting time, which is why I chose this service. I would like to use it again.

ホノルル空港到着後、受付デスクもわかりやすく、黄色のアロハも目印になり
安心です。
予約者が揃うまでほんの少しだけ待ちましたが、少人数で人スムーズでした。
遠いエリアなので最後の到着でしたが、送迎先は５か所までというのが
無駄に時間を使わずポイントとなりこちらを申し込みました。
また利用したいと思います。

Since it was a lodging near the Honolulu Zoo, we were the first to be picked up. The meeting time was set well, as there were five pickup locations, so it wasn't unnecessarily early. The bus arrived more than ten minutes before the meeting time, and we were able to depart ahead of schedule. Since there were only a few of us, we were asked to sit towards the front of the bus. The driver spoke in a mix of English and Japanese, which made for a pleasant end to our trip. I would like to use this service again!

ホノルル動物園寄りの宿泊先だったので、送迎の一番手でした。
集合時間も送迎箇所が５か所なので、必要以上に早い時間設定にならず良かったです。
集合より１０分以上前にバスは到着し、出発も時間前にできました。
少人数でしたのでバスの前の方に座るよう言われ
ドライバーさんも英語や日本語まじえながら話してくださり
和やかに旅を終えることができました。
また利用したいと思います！

When I exited, my ride was waiting for me, which was really convenient. However, the directions said to go right after exiting, but it was actually to the left. I asked someone nearby, and they helped me figure it out quickly, but I did spend a little time searching.

出口をでたら、おむかえがきていて、本当に楽です。ただ、案内に出口を出たら右側とあったが
実際は左側だったので、近くの人にきいたら、すぐわかったがちょっと、さがしてしまった

I thought there would be a direct route from the airport to the Kahala Hotel. There are other courses from the airport to Waikiki. Since it didn't go directly and stopped at a hotel in Waikiki first, it seemed to take extra time. Was this activity not supposed to go directly to the Kahala Hotel without any stops? If that were the case, it would have been a bit cheaper and faster to take a taxi for just the two of us.

空港からカハラホテルまでの直通かと思っていました。他に空港からワイキキのコースがあるので。
直ではなくワイキキのホテルに寄ってからだったので時間が余分にかかった様に思います。このアクティビティーは何処にも寄らず直接カハラホテルに行くのではなかったのですか。これだったら２人だったのでタクシーの方が少し安く早かったと思います。

I always feel anxious about whether I need to be at the meeting point, but I was very grateful for the bright and loud calls to gather everyone. I also appreciate the smooth handling of everything.

毎回、待ち合せ場所に要るのか等不安があるのですが、明るく、大きな声で呼びかけ

There were few customers going to the airport from the hotel, so we arrived at the airport quickly with not many stops at hotels. I was worried that it would take a long time with many customers and multiple hotel stops, but I'm glad we arrived early.

ホテルから空港まで、お客様が少数なので寄るホテルも少なくすぐに空港に着きました　たくさんのお客様で寄るホテルが多く時間がかかってしまうのが心配でしたが、早くついてよかったです

There were only a few customers, so we were able to head to the hotel right after arriving at the airport. I left something in the car and called the local company from the hotel, but no one answered the phone, and I was on hold for quite a long time. After that, the forgotten luggage was delivered to the hotel on the same day, which was very helpful. It was very difficult until I got through on the phone, so I give it a ☆-1.

お客様も少数で空港についてすぐにホテルに向けて出発できました　車内に忘れ物をしてしまい、ホテルから現地の会社に電話しましたが、誰も電話に出ずにずい分長い間電話しました　その後忘れた荷物はホテルに当日届けてもらいとても助かりました　電話がつながるまでとても大変だったので☆-1です　

I used to take a slightly cheaper shuttle bus, but since the time until getting off after arriving in Waikiki was unpredictable, this service only allows for a maximum of five hotels. In reality, we departed with three groups, and I was the second to be dropped off, which allowed me to avoid rushing since I had plans afterward. For the return trip, I had an early pickup, and since I couldn't choose my seat for the return flight, I was feeling a bit anxious. However, I was able to line up at the front of the queue and got to sit with my group on the way back. If I have another opportunity, I plan to use this service again.

以前はちょっと安めのシャトルバスに乗ってたのですが、ワイキキに着いてから降りるまでの時間が予測出来ない事もあり、こちらでは最大5つのホテルまでとなっており実際は３組で出発し２番目に降ろして貰え 後に予定を入れていたので慌てずにすみました。帰りも早めのピックアップで今回は帰国便の座席指定が出来てなかったので気持ちが焦ってたのですが、列の前方に並ぶ事が出来て帰りも並び席で帰る事が出来ました。次回がありましたら又利用しようと思います。

During this trip to Hawaii, my friend and I used the round-trip service together. Although we only spoke in English, the driver was a cheerful person, and we had a great time in the end.

今回のハワイ観光では友人と二人で往復共に利用しました。
英語のみの会話でしたがドライバーは陽気な人で最後に楽しく過ごせました。

Even with the tip included, it was inexpensive, and I have no particular complaints about the pickup staff or driver. I was able to sleep soundly until the hotel. I will use this service again when I visit Hawaii.

チップ込みでも安く、ピックアップスタッフ、ドライバーの対応にも特に不満はないです。ホテルまで熟睡できました。
ハワイ訪問の際はまた利用します。

There is a reception counter immediately to the right after exiting the group exit at Honolulu Airport. From there, the staff guided us, and we waited for about 15 minutes until departure. They smoothly transported three groups of passengers.

ホノルル空港のグループ出口を出てすぐ右側のカウンターに受付があります。そこから係員の方に誘導してもらい、出発まで15分ほど待ちました。３組の客を乗せて、スムーズに運んでくれました。

The pickup arrived a little late compared to the meeting time, but since it was the last pickup, it couldn't be helped. It was within an acceptable range. When I checked in my suitcase, they asked for the airline name, and it seemed they were loading the bags by terminal, so the suitcase handover was smooth once we arrived at the airport. I was able to spend the time without any worries. I would like to use this service again next time.

集合の時間より少し遅れて迎えが来ましたが、最後のピックアップだったので、仕方ありません。許容範囲です。スーツケースを預ける際、航空名を聞かれ、空港のターミナル毎に分けて積込みしてるようで、空港についてからスーツケース受け渡しがスムーズでした。何も不安なく過ごせました。次回も利用したいです。

I have used Beltora several times, so I arranged the shuttle bus here again this time. It was smooth from the moment I arrived at the airport until I got on the bus, and I felt安心して利用できました. Additionally, the fare includes a tip, which is why I chose this service. I would like to use it again.

ベルトラは何度か利用しているので、今回もこちらでシャトルバスを手配しました。空港に着いてからバスに乗るまでスムーズで、安心して利用できました。また、料金にチップも包まれているので、こちらを選びました。また利用したいと思います。

When I arrived at the arrival lobby of Honolulu Airport, I was given a beautiful lei. Since my hotel was Hilton, I was the first to be dropped off. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

ホノルル空港の到着ロビーの待ち合わせ場所に行くと、素敵なレイをかけていただきました。
ホテルはヒルトンでしたので、一番最初に降車させていただきました。

I booked a shuttle with another company for a 10 AM flight from Honolulu, but they refused, saying they couldn't provide transportation in time. However, Roberts Hawaii accepted my request.

ホノルル発10時のフライトで、初め他社のシャトルを申し込んだら『間に合わうように送迎できないので』と断られましたが、こちら（ロバーツハワイ）が受けて下さいました。

時間通りにちゃんと来てくれるか少し心配でしたが時間通りでした。自分達を含め３組のピックアップでしたのでそんなに時間もかからず早く到着しました。次回も利用したいです。

I met a woman in an aloha shirt at the baggage claim, and she put a shell necklace around my neck (for identification?). The vehicle is a spacious mid-sized bus, and I was happy to receive cold mineral water as soon as I got on.

バゲージクレームでアロハシャツの女性とミートして、
首に貝殻のネックレスをかけてくれます。(識別のため？)
車は広めの中型バスで、乗車してすぐ冷たいミネラルウォーターをもらえるのが嬉しい。

The Hilton Hotel is really spacious, and we were waiting at the entrance of the Grand Waikikian where we stayed, but it turned out to be the parking lot of the Hilton Grand Islander, so we hurriedly moved. A kind hotel staff member contacted us by phone, which was really helpful.

ヒルトンホテルは本当に広くて私たちが泊まったGrand　Waikikianの前のエントランスで待っていたのですが、実際はHilton　Grand　islanderの駐車場だったので、あわてて移動しました。親切なホテルの方が電話で連絡を取ってくれたので、本当に助かりました。
