Very beautiful! The perfect touch for my granddaughters first trip to the islands.
The Lady that met us at the airport was wonderful in welcoming us.

Upon arriving in Honolulu, I easily found the bus stop without any confusion, and the Japanese staff made me feel 100% at ease. There were no complicated procedures; I just had to give my name, and they guided me to the bus without having to carry my luggage. It took about 30 minutes to reach the hotel. Upon arrival, they kindly handled my luggage and greeted me with a polite greeting, just like a Japanese person would. On the return trip, I was a bit anxious about whether they would arrive on time, but when I checked out and went to the hotel entrance, they were already waiting for me, which relieved my worries. At the airport, they took us right to the front of our airline, and I was very satisfied with the taxi-like service. I’ve decided to use this service again next time!

ホノルル到着後、迷う事無く乗り場にたどり着き、日本人スタッフが対応してくれたので安心度１００%でした。面倒な手続きも無く、名前を告げるだけでバスまで案内してくれて、荷物を持つ事もなく乗車し、あとはホテルまで約３０分で到着。到着時も、丁寧に荷物を運んでくれて挨拶も日本人並みにきちんとした挨拶でした。帰りは、時間に来てくれるか少し不安もありましたが、チェックアウトしホテル正面玄関に行けば既に待ってくれていたので安心しました。空港では、自分達が乗る航空会社の前まで行ってくれるし、タクシー並のサービスには大満足でした。次回もここに決まりです！

I used the service alone in the morning, and the bus driver was waiting at the designated meeting point on time as instructed. After that, we picked up a couple of other guests from different hotels, but we didn't have to wait long and arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare.

At one hotel, the guest who was supposed to board was missing, and the driver was checking with the front desk staff. Perhaps they overslept? The driver quickly contacted the company to inform them of the situation and proceeded to take the rest of us to the airport without waiting for that guest.

I felt reassured by the driver's diligence in confirming details with the company each time we picked someone up and prioritizing the passengers' flight times. I would like to use this service again.

一人で朝利用しましたが、案内通りの集合場所にバスドライバーさんが時間通りに待機してくれていました。
その後2件ほど他のホテルでお客さんをピックアップしていきましたが長く待たされることもなく余裕を持って空港へ到着できました。
一つのホテルでは乗るはずのお客さんが見当たらずホテル内のフロントの方に確認している様子でしたがおそらく寝坊？なのか、ドライバーさんはすぐ会社に連絡して状況を伝えそのままその方を待つことなく私たち他の乗客を空港へ送迎してくださいました。
ピックアップする度にきちんと会社と逐一確認を取り合っている姿勢や、乗客のフライト時間を一番に考えてくれている点に安心感がありました。
また利用したいと思います。

Due to living overseas, I used China Airlines from Taipei to Honolulu. My scheduled arrival in Honolulu was at 2 PM. The reservation confirmation stated to go to the Roberts counter at the group tour exit, but the notes mentioned that for flights arriving after 1 PM, staff would be waiting at the individual tour exit. I sent an email beforehand to clarify which was correct, but received no reply.

Upon arriving in Honolulu, I exited the individual tour exit but found no staff, so I walked to the group exit, only to find that the counter was already closed. I wandered around and asked people from other shuttle companies until I finally found a Roberts staff member, but I ended up walking quite a bit inside the airport.

Flights from Japan arrive in the morning, so it would have been fine at the group tour exit, but since there are also flights from other locations, I hope they can be more thorough regarding the meeting place.

海外在住のため、台北からホノルルのチャイナエアを利用。ホノルル到着は14時の予定でした。
予約確定書には、団体ツアー出口にあるロバーツのカウンターに来るよう記載してありましたが、注意事項のところには13時以降の到着便は個人ツアー出口でスタッフが待っていると記載あり。どっちが正しいのか事前にメールを送ったが返信なし。
ホノルルに到着し、個人ツアー出口を出たがスタッフがいなかったので、団体用の出口まで歩いたが、すでにカウンターは閉まっていた。ウロウロして他の送迎会社の人にきいて何とかロバーツスタッフを発見したが、空港内をかなり歩き回るハメに。
日本からの便だと午前中に着くので団体ツアー出口で問題なかったのだろうが、日本以外から行くこともあるので、集合場所については徹底してほしい。

I use this service every time I visit Hawaii. One of its attractions is that it has fewer pick-up points compared to other companies offering similar services. The shuttle bus arrived on time. The seats were full with passengers. We arrived at the airport in about an hour. When getting off, the driver announces the airline loudly, which is reassuring.

ハワイ訪問の際は毎回利用しています。同じくらいの送迎他社に比べてPICK UPの数が少ないのが魅力です。定刻にシャトルバス到着。座席はお客さんでフル。約1時間で空港に到着しました。降りるときは運転手さんが大きな声で航空会社を言ってくれるので安心です。

My flight from Maui to Honolulu was canceled, and I was switched to an earlier flight by one hour. The shuttle I had reserved was scheduled for one hour after my original arrival time, so I was prepared to wait for a while. However, there happened to be a Roberts staff member waiting at the arrival gate, and when I explained the situation, they kindly arranged for an earlier shuttle for me.

マウイからホノルル行きの便が欠航となり、予定より1時間早い便に変更となりました。予約していたシャトルは到着時間の1時間後でしたので、しばらく待たなければ行けないと覚悟をしておりました。が、丁度、到着口にロバーツのスタッフが待機していたので、上述の理由を話したところ、快くシャトルの変更を早めていただきました。
本当にたすかりました。

I arrived on a domestic flight from the Big Island. When I got to the baggage claim line, they were waiting for me with my name displayed on a tablet. They picked up three other groups at the airport, and we headed to Waikiki without feeling any loss of time, which I was satisfied with.

ハワイ島から国内線での到着でした。
到着便の荷物が出てくるbaggage claimのラインまで来て、タブレットに私の名前を表示して待っていてくれました。
空港内で他の3組をピックアップして、ワイキキへ向かいましたが、時間にロスを感じることはなく満足です。

The pickup was exactly at the time stated on the voucher. It was a large bus with about five groups onboard. The driver asked for the airline we would be using that day. We were able to have a smooth transfer, and I am satisfied.

バウチャーに記載のピックアップ時間ちょうどのお迎えでした。
大きなバスで、5組ほどの混載でした。
ドライバーさんからは、当日使用するエアラインを聞かれました。
スムーズに送迎いただくことができ、満足です。

It was on time, smooth, and convenient. The driver was also very pleasant. I'm glad we were able to end our time in Hawaii on a fun note. I would like to request this service again next time. I have used other companies, but I recommend this one for those who are not familiar with English.

Last year, I used Roberts from the airport to the hotel. One slight disappointment was that I had to wait a bit longer for the bus to arrive. However, the staff at the airport were very considerate, so it didn't bother me too much... Since I have time for vacation from the airport to the hotel, I think this arrangement is sufficient. I might use it again next time.

昨年も空港からホテルまでロバーツさんを使わせてもらいました。少々残念なのが、少々長い時間バスの到着を待ったこと。空港の案内の方が気を使って頂いていたので、それほど気にはなりませんでしたが・・・　空港からホテルまでは、これからバカンスで時間があるので、この形で十分かと思います。次回も使うかも。

The wait time for the bus at the hotel was very long, and I became worried, so I inquired with the hotel staff. Fortunately, they confirmed that my reservation was in place, which relieved my concerns. However, according to the hotel staff, Mr. Roberts often runs late while patrolling the hotel... For the return trip next time, I might ask them to call a taxi for me.

ホテルでのバスを待つ時間がとても長く、心配になってホテルの方に問い合わせていただきました。幸い予約が入っていることが確認できて大丈夫と言われたので安心しましたが、ホテルの方曰く、ロバーツさんはホテルを巡回してよく遅れますよ・・・でした。行きはともかく、次回の帰りはタクシーを呼んでもらおうかな。

I used this service for a flight from South Korea. It was my first time using it, but I was able to get to the hotel without any issues. I would like to use it again if the opportunity arises.

As soon as we arrived, we were given shell leis, which made us very happy! It was also easy to find Mr. Roberts. We waited about 20 minutes for the other passengers before departure, but that was within a reasonable range. I would like to use your services again the next time I go to Hawaii.

As soon as you exit from the group exit, the reception is on your right. You will wait a little until the van arrives. However, both the driver and the guide were kind, so I would like to use this service again.

団体出口から出たらすぐ右手に受付があります。バンがくるまで少し待ちます。しかし、運転手も案内の方も親切だったのでまた利用したいです。

I recommend it for repeat visitors, and you can enjoy Waikiki without any worries, even if it's not a direct flight. Great!!

The Hawaiian vibe was strong, and they helped with all the loading and unloading of luggage, which was very impressive. All's well that ends well.

The pickup was almost on time, and I didn't have to wait. The driver called my name, so I raised my hand to respond. The driver also handled the loading and unloading of the luggage. I only needed to show the voucher, and I was able to travel without any worries. Above all, it was inexpensive and included the tip, so I would like to use this service again next time.

They arrived at the hotel on time, but after that, we went around three hotels in Waikiki, resulting in about an hour to get from the hotel to the airport (twice the time of a direct route).

時間通りにホテルに迎えに来たが、その後ワイキキのホテル３ヵ所を廻り、結果ホテルから空港まで約１時間（直行の倍の時間）かかってしまった。

I used Roberts' shuttle both to and from my destination. On the way there, since I was going to Hilton Village, I was one of the second to get off, so it was quick to arrive at the hotel. However, on the way back, I was picked up first from Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, and after stopping at several hotels, it took over an hour to get to the airport. The pickup was on time, and the driver's service was good, so I would like to use it again next time.

行き帰り共にロバーツさんのシャトルを利用しました。
行きは、ヒルトンビレッジだったので、降りるのが二番目くらいで、ホテルに到着するまで早かったですが、
帰りは、シェラトンプリンセスカイウラニからのピックアップだったので、一番最初にピックアップされ、その後いくつかのホテルに寄ったため、空港まで１時間以上かかりました。
ピックアップは時間通りに来ましたし、ドライバーさんの対応もよかったので、また次回も利用したいと思います。

It was difficult to find the group exit desk upon arrival. The woman in charge was kind, but we had to wait a little until the bus arrived. Overall, we arrived at the hotel without major complaints, but everyone was exhausted from the congestion at immigration. That definitely needs improvement.

到着して団体出口のデスクがわかりずらいです。
担当の女性の方は親切でしたが、バスが到着するまで、少し待ちました。まあ大きな不満なくホテルに到着しましたが、イミグレの混み方にみんな疲れ切ってましたね。そちらの改善が必要ですねー(^ ^)

It was an 11-passenger shuttle.
The passengers were from various nationalities, but we were at full capacity.
Thanks to that, we arrived at the hotel as scheduled.

お蔭様で予定通りにホテルに到着しました。

If you provide your flight number and the hotel where you are staying, they will come to pick you up accordingly, so you don't need to decide on a time yourself. It's convenient and reassuring.

便名，宿泊ホテルを連絡すれば、それに合わせて迎えに来てくれるので、自分で時間を決める必要がなく、楽でもあり、安心です。

I go to Honolulu every year, and since last year, I've been using their shuttle service to the hotel. There were no issues with the contact at the airport, and the wait time for the shuttle bus was short, so I am satisfied.

ホノルルへは、毎年行っていますが、昨年からホテルへの送迎に使っています。空港でのコンタクトも問題なく、シャトルバスの待ち時間も短いので、満足しています。

I used this service for my friend. There was a slight delay, but that’s just Hawaiian time (laughs). According to my friend, it was neither good nor bad (laughs). Since it was a hotel near the zoo, it seems they were one of the first pickups. After that, they went around to a few other hotels, but there wasn’t any particular crowd, and they arrived at the airport without any issues. Just like me, I’d like to recommend it to my friend as well.

I missed the bus at the meeting time and was really anxious. When I called, they assisted me in Japanese and quickly arranged another bus for me. They were very kind, and I appreciated it.

The waiting area at the hotel was slightly different from the one mentioned when I arrived, which caused a bit of confusion, but other than that, I was able to get to the airport smoothly. I would like to use this service again.

If you are coming from Japan, there are other services available, but when using flights from the United States or other airlines, it will be outside of service hours. Mr. Roberts, whom I often asked for help on the Big Island, is known for his flexibility. Additionally, they often use large buses, which are very comfortable. On the Big Island, the driver lent us a ukulele, and we sometimes played it on the way to the airport.

日本からの便であれば他のサービスもあるのですが、米国からの便やその他の航空会社を使用するときにはサービス時間外になります。
ハワイ島でもよくお願いしていたロバーツさんは融通性が良いのが特徴です。また大きいバスを使用するときが多くとても快適ですね。
ハワイ島では運転手の方のウクレレを貸していただき、空港まで弾いて遊ぶこともありました。

Since it was a shared ride, there was some waiting time, but it was smoother than I expected, which was great. There were other cheaper options available, but considering the possibility of delays from the flight coming from another country, I chose to use this service. I would like to use it again.

乗り合いなので、待ち時間はありましたが、思っていたよりスムーズでよかったです。他にもっと安いところもありましたが、他国からの飛行機だったため、遅延したときのことも考えて、こちらを利用しました。また利用したいです。
