A voucher should definitely be printed or shown on the screen, but the woman at the reception didn't seem to want to look at it at all. The bus was medium-sized, and it became full when some foreigners got on along the way.

バゥチャーは必ず印刷か画面提示が必要なはずだが、受付の女性は全く見ようともしなかった。
バスは中型ぐらいで、途中から外人さん達が乗ってきたので満員状態。

When traveling alone, a shuttle is definitely better than a taxi! Moreover, since Roberts has a maximum of five stops, even if your accommodation is the last one, it doesn't take that much time. I go every year, so I always request it.

ひとり旅の時はタクシーよりも断然シャトル！！
しかもロバーツさんは最大５か所だから仮に自分の滞在場所が最後だったとしてもそれ程時間がかかりません。
毎年行くので毎回お願いしています。

The wait time wasn't too long, and it was helpful to move smoothly. It was convenient since the tip was included as well.

I thought I would arrive at the hotel quickly by using this service, but in the end, I reached the hotel at the last stop, the seventh location. I circled around hotels in Waikiki, and it took an hour after leaving the airport to finally arrive at the hotel.

Like other shuttle services, they wait until the vehicle is full before departing. Additionally, since the vehicle here is a larger van, it has a higher capacity, which means it will likely take longer for the last hotel guests.

1台で最高5カ所しかまわらないという謳い文句はウソでした。

早くホテルに着けると思い利用したのですが、結局最後の7カ所めでホテルに到着しました。
ワイキキのホテルをグルグルまわり、エアポートを出てから1時間かかってやっとホテルに到着しました。

他のシャトルサービスと同じで、車の定員を、一杯にしてから出発していました。
またここの車は大きめのバンなので定員も多く、最後のホテルの人は時間がかかりそうです。

There were various buses at the meeting point, so I was anxious about which one to take. They arrived a few minutes late (probably because they were coming from different places), which made me worry about whether my reservation was confirmed, but they were very polite and kind to the children. I would like to use this service again. It was a relief to find it cheaper than booking through a travel agency. Thank you!

いろんなバスが待ち合わせ場所としていたので、どのバスか不安でした。
また数分遅れて来たので（いろんなところを回って来たからであろう）ちゃんと予約できてるか不安にもなったがとても丁寧で子供にも良くしてくれた。
また利用したいです。旅行会社で頼むより安く助かりました。ありがとうございました！

The timing was accurate, and the staff were cheerful and friendly. I also requested a transfer from the airport to the hotel, and during that time, they properly informed me about the pickup location for the return trip to the airport.

空港からホテルの送迎もお願いしましたが、その際に、ホテルから空港への乗り場もきちんと教えてもらえます。

At the baggage claim carousel at the airport, staff members are waiting to assist. They also help with carrying luggage, which was very helpful for those traveling with children.

空港の荷物を受け取るターンテーブルで、スタッフの方が待機していてくれます。荷物運びも手伝ってくれるので、子連れにはとても助かりました。

You can use it with peace of mind.
I'm happy that the waiting time for the shuttle is minimal.
I've had experiences with major competitors where I had to wait for hours...
Here, they pick you up right away, which is greatly appreciated.
This time, the waiting time was about 5 minutes.
I would like to use it again next time.

I booked a pickup from my hotel in Waikiki to the airport, and they arrived early and waited for me. They also avoided traffic when getting on the highway, which showed their knowledge of the area. The driver was always smiling, which was impressive! I will definitely use their service again when I come back to Hawaii.

ワイキキのホテルから空港までのピックアップを予約しましたが、時間より早く来て待っていてくれました。
ハイウェイに乗る際も渋滞を回避したり、知見があることを伺わせるものでした。
ドライバーさんがずっとニコニコしていたのも印象的です！
またハワイに来る際はお世話になります。

I entered my arrival time, but I was made to wait a long time at the reception, and in the end, they guided someone who arrived later onto the bus first. After that, I was guided to the bus, but this time they said they made a mistake with the people they let on first and took them off the bus, which was fine, but they handed my suitcase to the person they took off.

到着時間を入力しておいたが受付からだいぶん待たされ、あげくに後から来た人を先にバスに案内していた。そのあとバスに案内されたが今度は先に乗せた人を間違えたと言ってバスから降ろしたのはいいけど、その降ろした人に当方のスーツケースを渡していた。

The bus was a microbus size that loaded luggage on the left side.
The driver was a petite Asian man, but he handled the luggage well and even went to look for customers who were not waiting by the roadside, bringing them to the lobby. He saw my son and said, "He's about the same age as my kid, but he's a good boy!" "Put on your seatbelt!" "Are you okay shopping at Ala Moana? Really? Then let's go!" He was cheerful and energetic, which made it enjoyable.

I noticed the driver was wearing a back brace, so I think he was injured. I hope he recovers soon.

I would like to use this service round trip next time. Thank you very much.

帰りのホテル～空港までの利用。
ホテル目の前にてピックアップなので安心。

バスは左側に荷物を積むタイプのマイクロバスサイズでした。
小柄なアジア系のドライバーさんでしたが、荷物はちゃんと積んでくださるし、道沿いで待っていなかったお客様をロビーまで探しに行かれたり、私の息子を見て｢うちの子と同じくらいだけどお利口さんだね！｣｢シートベルトして‼｣｢アラモアナでお買い物、大丈夫⁉ほんとに⁉じゃ行くよ‼｣みたいに陽気に元気に対応されて楽しかったです。

ドライバーさん、腰にコルセット巻いてらしたので傷めてたんだと思います。早くよくなりますように。

次回は往復利用したいと思います。

Several people at the airport stopped me to ask where my beautiful lei came from. Had pre-ordered it prior to leaving for my trip. It has been three days, and the lei continues to look and smell wonderful. The representative at the airport was very nice. What a great way to start my vacation.

Since I wasn't part of the tour, I had to arrange my own transportation from the airport to the hotel. Taking a taxi would have been quite expensive, so I booked a shuttle service from Japan. When I arrived at the airport, it was clearly indicated to go to the H.I.S tour desk, which was easy to find. When I got there, a Japanese staff member was present, and I was treated the same as other tour participants. They greeted me with "Aloha" and placed a shell necklace around my neck. My excitement soared, and it turned out to be the best experience in Hawaii. I can always book with peace of mind. Thank you!

ツアーの参加ではなかったので、空港～ホテルへの移動も自分で手配しなければならず、タクシーだと、だいぶかかるので、日本から送迎を予約して行きました。空港に着くと、H.I.Sのツアーデスクへ行くように書いてあり、分かりやすかったです。そこへ行くと、日本人の方がいて、他のツアーの方と一緒の扱いで、アロハ～と首に貝のネックレスをかけていただきました。テンションもあがり、最高のハワイになりました。いつも安心して申し込みできます。ありがとうございます。

There are always polite drivers who share wonderful stories about Hawaii.
However, the bus driver I encountered during my return trip did not assist with loading or unloading luggage.
Not only did he not help me, but he also did not help other passengers with their luggage.
This was the first time I experienced something like this.
I hope that improvements can be made to prevent this from happening in the future.

いつも丁寧な上、ハワイの素敵なお話も聞かせてくださる運転手さんもいます。
ですが今回帰国の際に使用しましたバスの運転手さん荷物の上げ下げ何もしてくださいませんでした。
私しだけでなく他のお客さんのお荷物を車から降ろす事もされていませんでした。
このような事は初めてです。
今後このような事がないよう改善していただけますよう希望しております。

The friendliness of the driver! He helped me down while holding my 2-year-old son, gave us high-fives, and even gave us candy! We were blessed to have such a nice person!

ドライバーさんの気さくさ！
2歳の息子を抱きかかえて降ろしてくれたり、ハイタッチしてくれたり、キャンディーまでくれました！いい人に恵まれました！

Since my stay was at the Hokulani Hotel, I was unsure whether to take a taxi, but I found out that the hotel provides transportation, so I used that service. (At other places, you have to wait near the hotel.) This time, I was picked up from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport. It was very good in terms of both cost and time.

今回の宿泊がホクラニホテルだったのでタクシーにするか迷っていましたが、ホテルから送ってもらえることがわかって利用しました。（他のところはホテル近くで待たないといけない）今回は空港～ホテル～空港と送迎してもらいました。金額的にも時間的にもとても良かったです。

This time, since the flight was early in the morning, I used the service from the hotel to the airport. They always arrive on time, so I can confidently rely on them for my flights. I think I will request the shuttle service again when I go to Hawaii in February.

I was instructed to wait on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, but since there were still over 10 minutes left, I adjusted my time in the lobby. Even though it was before the scheduled time, they called my name and looked for me. After that, we visited several hotels and I was dropped off in front of the airport terminal counter, which went smoothly. Thank you very much.

ホテル前の歩道で待機の指示でしたが、まだ10分以上あったのでロビーで時間調整していたところ、時間前でしたが名前を呼んで探してくれました。その後、数か所のホテルを回り空港ターミナルのカウンター前で下していただき順調でした。ありがとうございました。

It's cheaper than a taxi, and it's really a great deal for one person! Since I'm not familiar with the area, it was nice to skip the explanations about the route!

I realized it as soon as I left the airport. Also, if there are only a few people and it fills up, it will depart quickly, which saves time. I recommend it!

I arrived on a domestic flight from Kona with no Japanese passengers on board. I was a bit confused about the luggage pickup area, but I was happy to be welcomed by two staff members holding a name placard.
When I got to the condo, I thought I had passed it a little, but it seemed like it was a difficult place to park. After unloading my luggage, they kindly asked if I knew where the entrance was.

日本人が一人も乗っていないコナからの国内便で到着。荷物のピックアップ場所は下って下ってちょっと迷いましたが、名前のプラカードを持ったスタッフさんが二人でお出迎えしてくれたので嬉しかったです。
コンドに着いて、少し通り過ぎたなーと思ったんですが、車を停めるのが難しい場所だったらしく、荷物を降ろしてくれたあとに、入り口わかる？と心配してくれました。

We were there as advised but waited a long time for others who were on their phones and then waited a long time for a shuttle bus to take us to Waikiki,

We were greeted as soon as we arrived and the lei is still looking well after a few days. Our greeter took pictures and it was a nice way to have anyone who visits Hawaii (especially for the first time). I was hoping for a fuller lei and I'm glad I got my friend the deluxe one since it I thought that it would have been fuller but the lei itself was not as full as I thought it would be. I would not be excited to see the less lei.

The greeter herself. was wonderful! She even offered us help with our bags and walked us to the baggage claim.

The bus arrived five minutes early. It had a type of storage that occupied the left half of the interior for luggage, and this was my first time riding on one like this. The driver had a waist size that made me think he was a sumo wrestler, and he moved so slowly that I ended up having to carry my heavy suitcase inside by myself when returning home.

バスは５分前にやって来た。荷物を車内の左側半分を占める棚に置くタイプで、こんなのに乗ったのは初めて。
運転手は力士かと思うようなウェストサイズであまりに動きが遅く、帰国時に重くなったスーツケースを自分で車内に運び込むハメに。

We arrived an hour early, but we could get our transport right away. roberts checks arrival time based on flight number. driver is accomodating, very nice and a safe driver.

no agent to advise where to go. Had a 45 min wait. Paid for guaranteed express, was transported on a large bus with large groups.

When I arrived in Hawaii, I wasn't really sure where I was. The transfer was standard. I don't have any particular memories. The ride wasn't very comfortable.

普通の送迎でした。特に思い出はないです。乗り心地はあまり良くなかったです。

The staff's response was very good, but it was a downside that we had to wait at the individual exit after getting on the bus from the group exit.

スタッフの方々の対応はとても良かったですが、団体出口からバスに乗ってから個人出口の所で待たされたのがマイナスです。

Upon arrival, they called my name right away, which made it easy to find them! The large bus was parked close by, so I didn't have to walk much, which was a relief.

大型バスで近いところに止められていたのでたくさん歩かなくて良くて助かりました。
