I arrived at the meeting place 10 minutes early, but the bus didn't arrive even 10 minutes after the scheduled time. I became worried and called the number on the voucher to confirm the situation, and that’s when the bus finally arrived. Both the outbound and return trips left a very bad impression.

集合場所に10分前には着いていたのですが、集合時間から10分過ぎてもバスが来なかったため、心配になりバウチャーにある通り電話をかけて確認をしていたところにバスが到着しました、行きといい帰りといい、とても印象が悪かったです。

This was my first time using this shuttle service, and it seemed like they were deciding the order of pickups among several groups that got off the same flight. When we told them the name of our hotel, they asked us to wait for the next bus, which took about 30 minutes. When the next bus arrived, we were made to wait again until it was full. It seemed like they were determining the order of pickups, but our hotel was last. It took too long, and I was disappointed. I don't want to use this service again.

今回初めてこちらの送迎を利用しましたが、同じ飛行機で何組か降りた同じ業者を利用する中で、送迎順を決めていたように見えましたが、我々がホテル名を告げると、次のバスまで待って、ということで30分くらい待ちました、次のバスが到着すると、さらに満席になるまで待たされ、送迎順を決めているようでしたが、我々のホテルは最後でした、時間がかかりすぎてがっかりです、もうこの業者は利用したくありません。

At the domestic terminal of the airport, there were no other people besides us who got off. At that time, they were unloading luggage from the bus, but when it was our turn, there was no sign that they would help with our luggage, so we unloaded our own trunks. Since the fare included a tip and no additional tip could be given, I wonder if that’s why they didn’t help with the luggage? The driver we had on the way there quickly unloaded our bags at the hotel and returned to the car with a smile, so it might depend on the driver.

空港の国内線乗り場で私達以外の人は降りました。
その時は、バスから荷物を降ろしてあげていましたが、私達の時は荷物を降ろしてくれる気配がなく、自分でトランクを降ろしました。
チップ込料金で、もうチップはもらえないので、荷物も降ろしてくれなかったのかな？
行きに乗った時の運転手さんは、ホテルで荷物をテキパキ降ろし、ニコニコしながら素早く車に戻って行きましたので、ドライバーによるのかもしれません。

I have been using this service for round trips. They arrive on time, which gives me a lot of peace of mind.

I plan to request it again next year.

I used your service last time as well. I was glad that I was found quickly and smoothly guided to the car.

This time, even though I was wandering around with the voucher, I couldn't be found, and it made me sad.

The woman who gave us the lei was extremely friendly ! She even guided us the way to the terminal and gate of our connecting flight ! This was really great of her. Thank you so much for this support and the beautiful fresh lei .

The road was congested, so we had quite a wait. It was fortunate that we had a priority check-in, but after buying souvenirs at the airport, we boarded right away.

The driver was polite, but I wished we had a bit more time to spare.

道路が混んでいたのか、結構待ちました。
搭乗手続きが、たまたま優先で手続き出来るシートだった為良かったですが
空港でのお土産を買い、直ぐ搭乗となりました。

ドライバーは、丁寧な方でしたが
もう少し時間に余裕が欲しかったです。

They arrived on time to pick me up. It's cheaper and faster than other companies, so I highly recommend it. Also, the fact that they have smaller group transfers compared to other companies is a big plus. Previously, I used a certain Japanese travel agency's transfer from the airport to Waikiki, and I had to wait over an hour until everyone was gathered.

時間通りに迎えに来てくれました。他社の送迎より安いし早いしオススメです。
それに他社より少人数送迎なのもポイントが高いです。
以前ですが空港からワイキキまで、日系の某旅行会社の送迎を利用したら全員が揃うまで一時間以上も待たされました。

The timely pickup and friendly driver made for a comfortable round trip. It was great that there were few hotel stops along the way. I definitely want to do this again next time!

I thought the Aloha pattern looked like Roberts, so I approached them, but I couldn't remember their name or anything, and my friend asked me, "How did you know?" (laughs) If you remember the patterns from the Roberts website, you might have smoother encounters.

ロバーツと分かるのがアロハの柄がロバーツぽいなと思ってこちらから声をかけたのですが、名前も何も出でなかったので友人になんで分かったの？笑と聞かれました。ロバーツのサイトにあるブランドの柄をおぼえておくと、スムーズに出会えるかもです

I stayed in Honolulu after flying from Haneda, then spent some time on the outer islands before returning to Honolulu. I was given a lei again, but I thought it would have been nice to have just one time. I feel like the quality of the leis has declined compared to before.

羽田からホノルルにステイ、その後離島で過ごしまたホノルルに戻ってきたのですが、またレイをかけてもらい一度でいいのにって思いました。
以前はよりレイの質が落ちた感じがしてます。

The arrival was on time, and the car was exactly as shown in the pictures, making it easy to identify. The drop-off instructions at the airport terminal were also accurate.

指定の時間通りの到着で、写真通りの車だったので分かりやすかった。
空港ターミナルでの下車案内も的確だった。

Evening rush hour can often cause delays, but the departure time was set appropriately, and we made it with plenty of time to spare. The luggage was also handled for us as usual, making for a comfortable experience.

夕方はラッシュで遅くなりがちですが、出発の時間設定が適切で余裕で間に合いました。
荷物もいつも運んでもらえ快適です。

I was picked up 5 minutes late. Then, I got caught in a light traffic jam and arrived at the airport after the flight time had already passed by 2 hours. Other flights were checking in at the same time, and the counter had a long line, making for a very tight check-in. It would have been better if the pickup time for the hotel had been more flexible. The driver was a cheerful person.

５分遅れてお迎え。さらに軽い渋滞に捕まりフライト時間の２時間前を過ぎて空港に到着。他の便とチェックインが重なりカウンターは長蛇の列でギリギリのチェックイン。ホテルへのお迎え時間はもっと余裕があって良いかと。運転手さんは陽気な方でした。

I used the service from the hotel to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. This time, my departure was delayed, and I found out about it on the day by checking the app. I received an email about the change in pickup time, but it wasn't sent to my smartphone, so it might be a good idea to ensure that emails are accessible.

ホテルからダニエル・K・イノウエ国際空港まで利用させていただきました。
今回は出発が遅くなって、当日アプリを見てそのことを知りました。
ピックアップ時間の変更メールが来ていたけれど、スマホにくるメールではなかったので、メールがわかるようにしておくと良いかもしれません。

I used this service to get from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport to my hotel. Once I arrived at the airport, I was able to get on right away by going to the counter. From there, we made a few stops on the way to the hotel, but I considered it a sightseeing tour of Waikiki. If you're staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village, it might be a good idea to get dropped off at Ilikai depending on your tower.

ダニエル・Ｋ・イノウエ国際空港からホテルへ向かうのに利用させていただきました。
空港に到着したら、カウンターに行けばすぐに乗せてもらえて。
そこからはホテルまでいくつか廻っていくけれど、これはワイキキ見物と思ってます。
ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジに泊まる方は、タワーによってはイリカイで降ろしてもらうと良いかもしれません。

After arriving at the airport, we waited at the reception counter for about an hour before getting on the shuttle. Furthermore, when we got on the shuttle, there were already other people on board, and we were the last to be called. I felt like we wasted time waiting. Maybe it would have been better to take a taxi.

It states that "Japanese-speaking staff are available," but I don't think we could request Japanese at the time of booking.

空港に到着してから受付カウンターで約１時間待たされてシャトルに。さらに、シャトルに乗ったら既に他の人が乗車していて、私たちは最後の乗車案内。なぜ待たされたのか？時間を損した気分。タクシー乗ったほうが良かったかな。
「日本語スタッフの対応も可能」と記載しているが、申し込み時点で日本語のリクエストは出来なかった気がする。

Upon arriving at the airport and heading to the designated group exit, I quickly found the counter and was sent to the hotel without any worries. I will use this service again next time!

空港に到着して　事前に集合場所となっていた団体専用の出口へ進んでいくと
すぐにカウンターがわかり　何の心配もなくホテルへ送ってもらえました。
次回も　利用します！！

While waiting for my luggage, I was kindly guided by the staff. I always use this service, and it is particularly smooth and reassuring without any trouble. The drivers are also friendly. I would like to use it again.

荷物を待ってる間に、係の方に呼ばれ親切に案内していただきました。いつも使っていますが、特にトラブルなくスムーズで安心できます。ドライバーさんも親切です。
また利用したいです。

I used this service from Waikiki to the airport. The driver arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time and waited until the departure time. Although the communication was in English, I had no worries, and the driver was friendly and very kind. I would like to use this service again next time.

Waikikiから空港迄で利用しました。ドライバーの方は、予定時刻の15分前には到着しており、出発時間まで待機していらっしゃいました。英語での対応でしたが、心配なことはなく、気さくに会話をしてくれとても親切な方でした。また次回、利用したいと思います。

I feel that the directions from the airport exit to the pickup point (as explained in the voucher) are a bit unclear. However, once you get on, the service is very kind and reassuring.

空港の出口からの、、、乗り場迄が（バウチャーの説明が）分かりにくい気がします。　　でも、乗り込んでからは、とても親切で安心出来ます。

I use this service every time, but this time it was a disappointment. It was over 30 minutes late. I arrived two minutes before the scheduled time, but since they didn't come even after 15 minutes, I ended up having to call. I had never experienced being more than 15 minutes late before, so I was even more disappointed. I might consider other options next time.

毎回、利用しているが今回は外れでした。予定時間より30分以上遅れました。
待ち合わせ時間の2分前についていたのですが15分過ぎても来ないので、
結局電話することになりました。15分以上遅れたことは今まで無かったので、
余計にがっかりでした。次は考えるかもしれません。

The driver came to the hotel lobby to pick us up. He only asked for our name and hardly looked at the printed voucher. While it's unlikely to confuse with someone with the same name, I think it's not a good practice.

ドライバーがホテルのロビーまで呼びに来てくれた。当方の名前を聞いただけで、プリントしておいたバウチャーはほとんど見ていない。同姓同名で間違う可能性がないとはいえないので、良くないと思う。

I use this service every time.
Clearly, there weren't enough cars for the number of people waiting, and there seemed to be uncertainty in counting the number of passengers, which resulted in quite a few people waiting for a long time.

Since it takes a lot of time to go through immigration, I would like them to arrange the appropriate number of cars to match the number of reservations for the arrival of flights from Japan.

The staff is friendly and pleasant.

毎回利用しています。
待っている人数に対して明らかに車は足りていなかったのと、人数の把握が不確かだったのとで、かなり待たされている人がいました。

入国にすごく時間がかかるので、日本便の到着に合わせて、予約人数に合った数の車を手配して欲しいと思いました。

スタッフはフレンドリーで感じはいいです。

We didn't have to wait too long, but we ended up waiting about 30 minutes because it was just full. I wish there had been about two cars parked, so if the timing is right, it would be perfect. By the way, the first one was Hilton Waikiki, and the next was Trump Hotel.

そんなに遅れませんでしたが、丁度いっぱいになったという事で30分程待ちました。2台くらい停まっていて欲しかったなと思うのでタイミングがあえばバッチリです。因みに1番目はヒルトンワイキキで、次がトランプホテルでした。

The transfer from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport to the hotel was cheap and really good. I'll ask again next time I come.

I'm glad the waiting time at the airport was short. It's also nice that there are only five hotels to choose from. The driver's English was quite fast for me, so I couldn't catch most of it, but it seemed like he was giving a tour, so I think it would have been even more enjoyable if I had been able to speak English.

空港での待ち時間が短くてよかった。
廻るホテルが5箇所以内なのも良い。
ドライバーさんの英語は私にとって容赦なく早かったので、大半聞き取れませんでしたがガイドらしき話をされていたので英語が出来たら尚楽しかったと思います。

Greeter was on time, the lei's were beautiful. Greeter took a picture for us and gave us directions to baggage claim and to the car rental area. Highly recommended.

The timing was accurate, which was reassuring. I used it from the hotel to the airport, but the air conditioning was too strong and made me feel cold. The staff member driving was kind, which was nice.

時間も正確で安心できました。
ホテルから空港まで利用したましたが、エアコンが効きすぎて体が冷えてしまいました。
運転されているスタッフさんが優しい方でよかったです。

The bus was comfortable and spacious. I thought they would come to pick me up at the hotel lobby, so I waited leisurely, but the bus was waiting on the street outside, so I might have kept them waiting. Thank you again.
