The timing was perfect. They helped me lift my suitcase onto the bus, but they were pushing it down with their foot to find a spot. I couldn't help but chuckle at the sight right in front of me.

時間はピッタリでした。スーツケースをバスに上げてくれましたが、置き場所に足で押していました。笑
目の前でやられたので流石に苦笑いでした。

I didn't choose a stopover plan, but the pre-set pickup time is early, so I can relax at the airport without feeling rushed, which is reassuring. I didn't encounter any particular issues.

立ち寄りプランは選んでいませんが、あらかじめ設定されたピックアップの時間が早めなので、焦らずに空港でゆっくり出来て安心です。特に困ったことはありませんでした。

After visiting a total of five hotels, we headed to the airport. The driver efficiently checked the passengers boarding and loaded the luggage, dropping us off at convenient spots for each airline.

合計５件のホテルを回って空港に向かいました。ドライバーさんはテキパキと乗車する人を確認して荷物を積み込み、それぞれの航空会社に便利な箇所でおろしてくれました。

She was the driver. Although she was a woman, she loaded all the luggage under her direction. There was also a bit of sightseeing guidance, and I was satisfied.

I always worry about whether the airport shuttle will arrive on time, but this time it was almost on schedule, which was reassuring. There were also foreigners on board. The driver's service was polite.

空港行きの送迎は、いつも時間通りに来るかが気になりますが、今回の送迎はほぼ時間通りで安心しました。外国人も一緒に乗っていました。運転手さんの対応は丁寧でした。

The pickup was at 8 o'clock in front of the hotel. A small man arrived at around 7:40 to pick us up. After that, we arrived at the airport smoothly, and there were staff members at the airport providing very good service.

予約は8時ホテルの前でピックアップでした。約20分前の7時40分には小柄なおじさんが来てピックアップしてくれました。
その後スムーズに空港に到着、空港にも係の人がいてとても良いサービスでした。

I was planning to get off at Ala Moana, but I was told that Outrigger Reef only has pickups at 4 or 5 o'clock, so I decided to skip it and go directly to the hotel. It's a bit disappointing to change my plans.

アラモアナで降りるつもりでしたが、アウトリガーリーフは4時か5時の迎えしかないと言われて、立ち寄るのをやめて直接ホテルへ、予定変更が少し残念

It can be arranged at a lower cost than through a Japanese travel agency. The driver spoke Japanese and drove safely. I would like to request them again next time.

日本の旅行会社経由よりも安く手配可能です。
ドライバーさんは日本語もできる方で、安全運転でした。また次回もお願いしたいと思います。

I could have gone directly to Waikiki, but since I had plans to head towards Ala Moana during my stay, I chose this plan. The lounge isn't particularly relaxing, but I was able to open my suitcase, pack away unnecessary items, and head out shopping with ease (there is no changing space).

From the lounge, I walked to Whole Foods and Walmart, and I did some shopping at Ala Moana Center to adjust my schedule. I arrived at the lounge around 11 AM and chose the shuttle to Waikiki that departs at 4 PM. Since I already knew where I wanted to go and what I wanted to buy, I had plenty of time. The shuttle from Waikiki is selected upon arrival.

ワイキキ直行でも良かったのですが、滞在中にアラモアナ方面に行く予定があったので、このプランを選択しました。ラウンジは、特にのんびりするという感じではありませんが、スーツケースを開けて、不必要な物を詰め込み身軽になってショッピングに出掛けられました。（更衣スペースはありません）
ラウンジから、Whole Foods、Walmartと徒歩で回り、時間調整でアラモアナセンターでお買い物をしました。ラウンジには11時頃到着し、ワイキキへは16時発のシャトルを選択しましたが、行きたい場所、買いたい物が決まっていたので、時間は十分でした。ワイキキ発のシャトルは、到着時に選択します。

I chose this service because it was cheaper than others. There were no problems at all; in fact, everything went smoothly. However, I was a bit concerned that the pickup time was about 10 to 15 minutes earlier than with other companies. Those extra 10 minutes are precious on the morning of my return home.

I think a course that includes "meeting at T Galleria without stops at other hotels" would be quite popular. What do you think?

他社より料金が安かったので選びました。
問題は全く無く寧ろスムーズでしたが、他社よりお迎え時間が10.～15分程度早いのが気になりました。
帰国の朝はたかが10分が貴重ですからね。

“Tギャラリア集合＋他ホテルの立ち寄り無し”…というコースを作られたら、かなり受けると思いますがいかがでしょうか？

The driver was a woman, and she was very kind and powerful, loading all the passengers' luggage. I felt her professionalism. It was a cheerful and heartwarming time.

ドライバーさんが女性だったのですが、とても親切で乗客の荷物を全て積みこむなど、パワフルでした。プロ意識を感じました。陽気で心温まる時間でした。

The meeting place was easy to find, and the staff wore yellow clothes, making them stand out. Since it was in Japanese, I was able to use the service smoothly!

集合場所もわかりやすくスタッフも黄色い服を着て目立っており、日本語だったのでスムーズに利用できました！

Since I had made a web reservation, I was able to inform the staff immediately after exiting the airport and smoothly reached the hotel.

I would like to use this service again.

After arriving, there was some time before hotel check-in. They also stored my luggage in the lounge, so I was able to go to the Honolulu Marathon Expo without any burden. It's conveniently about a 5-minute walk to the venue.

到着してから、ホテルチェックインまでに時間がある。荷物もラウンジで預かってもらえるし
身軽にホノルルマラソンエキスポ に行けました。会場までも歩いて5分位なので便利です。

I experienced a transfer from the airport to Waikiki with a stop at the lounge. I was able to shop at Ala Moana Center during the time before my hotel check-in, making effective use of my time!

空港からワイキキ市内の送迎で、ラウンジ立ち寄りのプランを体験しました。
ホテルチェックインの時間まで空きが出てしまう所をアラモアナセンターでショッピングが出来、時間を有効利用できます！

They picked us up for the shuttle right away, but since it goes around the hotels in order, depending on your accommodation, you might be dropped off last. It can take about an hour after getting on the shuttle. This time was one of those cases, so I was tired.

すぐにシャトルへはピックアップしてくれたが、
ホテルを順番にまわるので、宿泊先によっては最後の方におろされるので、
シャトルに乗ってから１時間位かかることもある。
今回はそのパターンだったので疲れた。

They arrived to pick me up as scheduled. They also helped carry my suitcase, which was a great help. The driving was smooth, and I felt safe during the ride.

I used the service for both trips (from the airport to Waikiki and from Waikiki to the airport). Both drivers were kind and pleasant, which was great.

On the return trip, it was the day of the Honolulu Marathon, so I was worried about whether we would arrive on time, but we made it smoothly and on schedule without getting stuck in traffic, which was a relief.

The pickup time for the return trip is set based on the flight schedule, so it might be inconvenient if you want to arrive at the airport earlier.

行き帰り(空港→ワイキキ、ワイキキ→空港)利用しました。
どちらも親切で感じのいい運転手さんで、すごくよかったです。
帰りはホノルルマラソン当日でしたので、時間通りに到着できるのか心配でしたが、渋滞等にはまることもなくスムーズかつ時間通りに到着出来てよかったです。

帰りの迎えの時間は、飛行機の便の時間から逆算されて設定されるので早めに空港につきたい場合等は不便だと思います。

The airline responded promptly despite the delays. The communication from the airline came after 7 PM, which was after business hours. They informed us that there would be phone support starting at 5:30 AM on the day of travel. The hotel pickup was originally scheduled for 7:30 AM, but they changed it to 9:30 AM. It seems that Veltra's server was down that day, but they managed to check the data from the airport's Veltra and provided assistance. Thank you very much!

朝五時半からの当日電話対応と案内があり
朝一番に電話対応7時半ホテルお迎えでしたが
9時半に変更してくださいました
その日はベルトラのサーバーがダウンしていたらしく
空港のベルトラからデーター調べて対応して下さいました❗

Aside from the fact that it was difficult to find the pickup location after arriving at the airport (there were many pickup services right outside the group exit, and they quickly provided directions when asked), everything was very smooth. The staff were also very courteous.

Additionally, since I arrived on an early morning flight, it was convenient that the Ala Moana exclusive lounge could hold my luggage, allowing me to explore Ala Moana and the surrounding area. When it was check-in time, they provided a free shuttle to the hotel.

If I had to mention something, the car's cushioning was poor, so it was quite bumpy during high-speed travel.

空港に着いてからピックアップ場所が分かりにくかった（団体出口を出てすぐの場所に沢山のピック業者がいて、そこで聞くとスグに教えてくれた）以外は非常にスムーズ。係りの方々の対応も丁寧でした。
また、午前早めの便での到着でしたが、アラモアナの専用ラウンジで荷物を預かってくれるので、アラモアナと周辺の探索をするのに便利。チャックイン時間になれば、キチンとホテルまで無料で送迎してくれました。
しいて言えば、車のクッションが悪かったので、高速移動時には結構揺れました。

They will come to pick you up properly at the hotel, and I have used their service several times in the past, and they are always punctual. I also appreciate that they drop you off at the nearest entrance of the airline you are using.

きちんとホテルまでお迎えに来てくれますし、過去何回か利用していますが時間も正確です。
利用航空会社の、一番近い入り口で降ろしていただけるのもありがたいです。

I'm a repeat visitor who relies on this service every time I go to Hawaii. It's reassuring to have the airport to hotel transfer booked, and it allows you to relax once you arrive, which I highly recommend. Hawaii is just wonderful! ^_^

空港⇄ホテルの移動を予約してあると安心ですし、着いてからもゆっくり出来てオススメです。

This time, I boarded the vehicle 30 minutes past the pickup time. I was instructed to call if I was five minutes late, so I did reach out, but the call was treated as an international call, which was expensive. The phone support was polite, and they provided me with the vehicle number, but I was very anxious about the delay affecting my flight home.

今回はピックアップ時間を30分過ぎての乗車でした。５分遅れたら電話してとの案内があったので連絡はしましたが、通話料は国際電話扱いなので高くつきました。電話対応は丁寧でしたし、車両ナンバーも教えてくれたけど帰国時の遅れは飛行機の乗り遅れにつながるのでとても不安でした

After arriving at the airport, I immediately boarded a bus that was already carrying several passengers, and we departed right away. I think if the timing doesn't align, you could end up waiting quite a while.

空港についたあと、すでに何名かが乗っているバスに乗りすぐに出発しました。タイミングが合わないと相当の時間待たされると思います。

After arriving from the Big Island, I had to wait quite a long time before I could board after telling the staff my name. I understand that many people use this service, but if it takes so long, a proper explanation of why it takes time is necessary.

　ハワイ島から到着して、係の人に名前を告げてから乗車できるまでかなり長時間待たされました。多くの方が利用するのはわかりますが、時間がかかるならば、なぜ時間がかかるかなどのキチンとした説明が必要でしょう。

I have been to Hawaii many times, but this was my first time arranging everything myself, and it was also my first solo trip. I considered taking a taxi, but I signed up for this service based on a friend's recommendation. It wasn't crowded like a tour, and there weren't too many hotels to visit, so I arrived at the hotel faster than ever before. I would like to use this service again next time.

ハワイは何度も来ていますが、初めての個人手配、しかも初一人旅。タクシーも検討しましたが、友人からおすすめされてこちらを申し込みました。
ツアーのように満員でもありませんし、廻るホテルの数も多くないため、今までで一番早くホテルに着きました。
次回も利用したいと思います。
