Welcomed by hula dancers at the VIP entrance, I felt special and excited from the very beginning. I was guided to the lounge, where I received a commemorative photo and a welcome drink. I was also shown backstage, where I had the fun experience of standing on stage and wearing costumes for memorable photos. Then it was time for dinner. I had a seat right in front of the stage, and luxurious dishes were served one after another. After enjoying the delicious desserts, the show finally began. The performances featured Elvis, Michael, Katy Perry, and many others, providing entertainment for various generations, along with traditional hula shows and fire dances. The quality was high and truly wonderful. Even after the show, Michael and the others took photos and signed autographs, making it a fun experience until the very end. The staff's service was also excellent, making for a pleasant and wonderful time.

VIPエントランスからフラでお出迎えされ、最初から特別感でワクワクです。ラウンジに案内され、記念写真とウェルカムドリンクなどを頂きました。バックステージも案内され、舞台に立てたり衣装を身につけ記念撮影できたり面白かったです。そしてお食事へ。ステージ目の前の席で、豪華な食事が次々と運ばれてきます。デザートまで美味しく頂くと、いよいよショーが始まります。エルビス・マイケル・ケイティペリーといろんな世代が楽しめるパフォーマンスと伝統的なフラショー、ファイヤーダンスまで充分に楽しめました。クオリティも高く素晴らしかったです。ショー後もマイケル達が写真撮影やサインをしてくれて最後まで楽しく過ごせました。スタッフの方達のサービスもとてもいいので気持ちよく素敵な時間となりました。

I requested this SUP lesson because I wanted to enjoy the ocean in Hawaii, even though I had no surfing experience. The instructor wasn't fluent, but he taught me carefully in Japanese, which allowed me to paddle smoothly once we got out on the water.

And to my surprise, we encountered a sea turtle while paddling! I was told that it's quite rare to see one at this time of year, so it was a valuable experience.

One downside was that the reception location was hard to find. This time, it was at Gray's Beach, but there was no sign with the word "veltra" anywhere, so I was confused about what to do. It would have been helpful to know in advance what kind of sign to look for at the reception.

サーフィン未経験でもハワイの海を楽しみたいという思いからこちらのSUP レッスンをお願いしました。
先生はペラペラではないけれど日本語で丁寧に教えて下さったので、海に出てからもスムーズにパドルを漕ぐことが出来ました。
そして、なんと漕いでいる途中でウミガメに遭遇‼︎この時期ではかなり珍しいんだそうで、貴重な経験が出来ました。

ひとつ残念だったのは、受付の場所が分かりづらかったこと。今回はGray's beach受付だったのですが、「veltra」の文字がどこにも無かったのでどうすればいいか迷いました。事前にどういう看板の受付なのか教えて頂けると良かったです。

The cruise was fun. We had an amazing time on the boat with a funny crew. The tour is the money worth and I can recommend it.

The weather was nice and the cruise was great, but the transportation information was insufficient. Even though I arrived before the meeting time, I couldn't get on the bus and had to use a taxi at my own expense.

Our entire group, including a friend with cebral palsy, had an incredible time! The crew taught us what we needed to know & provided us with everything we needed to have a great time except towels. They knew just where to go for us to see sea turtles!!!! We also saw several schools of colorful fish. We even had an impromptu boat party with music, snacks, drinks, pirate & viking hat! It was one of the best parts of our Hawaiian vacation! Worth every penny! If we come back to Hawaii, they will definitely be apart of our vacation plans!! Thank you Holokai crew

The Japanese staff explained everything in English, so there were parts I didn't understand, but I enjoyed it without any issues. They informed us when the turtles were swimming and lent us towels to dry off. However, the meeting time was quite a bit earlier than the departure time, so we had to wait for over 30 minutes.

日本人は自分たちだけで、英語での説明でしたので、一部分からないところがありましたが、問題なく楽しめました。
亀が泳いでいるときは教えてくれたり、体をふく為のタオルを貸してくれたりしました。
ただ、集合時間が出航時間よりもかなり前なので、３０分以上待たされました。

Absolutely amazing time! The crew of the Holokai was great! They provided everything needed for our snorkeling adventure, they knew just where to go to see wondrous underwater life, and everyone aboard saw sea turtles as well as several different schools of colorful fish!!! They knew just where to go! Such a great value for our money! Sun, music, snacks, sails, water, and beverages. Woohoo! If you must pick one activity while in Hawaii, this is it! You will not be disappointed

The catamaran, which is neither a sightseeing boat nor a yacht, was the best tour where we could enjoy the sea breeze while drinking Mai Tais and champagne, chatting, and dancing together. I saw comments saying they would repeat this, and I recommend it as well. The sunset, the night view of Waikiki, and Diamond Head were all visible from the sea, making the scenery absolutely stunning. The crew was also lively and made sure we had a great time.

遊覧船でもなく、ヨットでもないカタマラン号は、直接海風を感じながら、マイタイやシャンパンを飲んでしゃべって、踊って？皆で楽しく過ごせる、最高のツアーでした。コメントにリピするとあったのですが、私もリコメンドします。夕陽も、ワイキキの夜景、ダイアモンドヘッドも海から望め、景色も最高でした。クルーの方もノリが良く、楽しませてくれました。

It was my first time participating, but I had a wonderful time thanks to the friendly atmosphere created by the crew. Since it was Friday night, watching the fireworks while drinking champagne was incredibly exciting. I definitely recommend the Friday night cruise.

はじめての参加でしたが、クルーの皆さんのアットホームな雰囲気にたいへん楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。金曜日の夜でしたので、シャンパンを飲みながらの花火もすごくエキサイティングでした。金曜日の夜のクルーズは絶対にオススメです。

At first, I was a bit nervous because there were few Japanese people, but once I got drunk with the free drinks, it didn't matter that we couldn't communicate!

Very fun, we had a great time. Definitely the best way to enjoy a true Hawaiian sunset.

The departure location was also close to the hotel where I stayed. Although it was the arrival day, the meeting time was just right. I usually watch fireworks from the beach, but seeing them from the sea was powerful and moving. Even though I was traveling alone, I made friends with a pair of women at the meeting place and was able to have a great time.

花火はいつもビーチから見ていますが、海から見る花火は迫力あって感動しました。
ひとりたびでしたが、集合場所からふたり組の女性と仲良くなり、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

I had a great and refreshing experience last time, so I decided to repeat it. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the wonderful sunset like I did before, but it's still recommended as a great way to wrap up your trip.

前回たいへん楽しく、爽快だったのでリピートしました。残念ながら前回のような素晴らしい夕陽は拝めなかったのですが、旅の締めくくりには時間的にもお勧めです。

This is my second time participating.
There was no guidance in Japanese, and more than half of the passengers were non-Japanese, but that international vibe is GREAT! While feeling a bit tipsy with Mai Tais and sparkling wine, I chatted with the foreigner next to me, saw a pod of about 20 dolphins jumping up close, and witnessed a very beautiful sunset—all for a great price!!
By the way, wearing rain gear or a jacket for warmth is essential!

今回で2回目の参加。
日本語の案内もなく、乗客は半分以上日本人以外ですが、その海外感がＧＯＯＤ！マイタイやスパークリングワインでほろ酔い気分の中、隣の外国人とも会話して、20頭くらいのイルカ群れのジャンプも間近で見て、とっても美しいサンセットも見て、このお値段は安い！！
ちなみにレインウエアやパーカーなどの防寒着は必須ですよ～

Although the waves were small, it was my first time surfing, so I felt a sense of accomplishment being able to stand and ride the waves. I don't speak much English, but since not much conversation is needed, I managed just fine.

波は少なかったものの、初サーフィンなので、
立って波に乗るということができて達成感もありました。
英語はほとんどできませんが、さほど会話も必要ないので、

I've always wanted to ride on a catamaran that I see at the beach. This time, my wife and I, along with another couple, boarded the boat. There were few Japanese guests, mostly foreigners, with about 50 people on board in total.

Under the cheerful captain's signal, we departed from the beach in front of the Sheraton. Drinks were served right away as we headed out to sea. The drinks were all-you-can-drink, with Mai Tai being the main offering, dispensed from a tap similar to a draft beer server. There were also options for beer, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages.

We sailed around the back of Diamond Head and returned. By the time we came back, we were able to enjoy the night view of Waikiki during sunset, which felt like quite a bargain. I highly recommend it.

*Note: You won't be able to use the restroom for about 1 hour and 30 minutes during the cruise, so be careful not to drink too much.*

前々からビーチで見るたびに一度乗ってみたいと思っていたカタマラン。
今回、我々夫婦と友人夫婦4人で乗船しました。
日本人客は少なく、ほとんど外国の方でした。総勢50名位が乗船。
陽気な船長の出向の合図のもと、シェラトン前のビーチを出発。
すぐに飲み物が配られ、沖へ向かいます。
飲み物は飲み放題。船名となっているマイタイが主で、生ビールのサーバーのような注ぎ口からマイタイが出てきます。ビール、シャンパン、ノンアルコールなどもあります。
ダイヤモンドヘッドの裏手まで航行して戻ってきます。
サンセットと戻る頃にはワイキキの夜景まで見る事ができてかなりのお得感。
お薦めします。
※航行中約1時間30分トイレに行けないので飲みすぎは禁物です。

We were the only Japanese people on the tour. I couldn't understand Japanese, and I didn't know what the captain was saying, but it was okay, haha.

The tour description mentioned that they would lend us fins, but they only provided snorkeling gear and life jackets. I think the tour details need to be updated. Everyone else around us brought their own fins! It was fine without them, though.

Once we set out, we encountered a pod of dolphins!

There was only one snorkeling spot. We got to swim with five big turtles! If you have a GoPro, the staff will dive down to take pictures of the turtles for you.

We enjoyed drinks (for a fee) while listening to music and having fun. They said that if you jumped into the sea, beer was free! But it was too cold for me to do that.

We went further out to look for whales, but we couldn't find any and had to head back.

Although I couldn't understand Japanese, the staff lady was cheerful and friendly.

I usually don't get motion sickness, but I felt seasick this time. It was cold in January, so be prepared!

日本人は私達だけでした。日本語も通じませんし、船長は何言ってるかわかりませんでしたが大丈夫です笑
ツアー内容にフィンも貸してくれるとありましたが、シュノーケルと救命胴衣だけでした。ツアー内容に変更が必要かと思います。周りの外国人達はみんな持ってきてました！なしでも大丈夫です。

普段乗り物酔いしませんが、船酔い海酔いしました。1月で寒かったです。対策を！

I had heard that encounters are quite rare, but I was satisfied to see the tail fin come out of the water and spouts several times. However, they were only visible from a distance, so I wish I had brought binoculars. It would be great if they could offer binoculars for rent on the boat, even on a deposit basis. I recommend that future participants bring their own binoculars.

なかなか出会えないと聞いていましたが、尾びれが水面から出たのや潮吹きも何回も見られて、それ自体は満足でした。しかし、遠くに小さくしか見えなかったので、双眼鏡を持っていったらよかったと思いました。船内でデポジット式で良いので、貸し出ししてもらえるとありがたいです。これから参加される方には双眼鏡持参をお奨めします。

We participated with a friend to relieve the fatigue from the Honolulu Marathon. We had a great time taking videos and photos, and interacting with others who participated in the marathon. The ship was luxuriously designed for its size (it’s not that big, so it can sway easily). The night view of Honolulu from the sea was beautiful.

I had low expectations for the food and was prepared for the possibility of seasickness, which is why I thought, "It was as I expected." I believe it's important to read various experiences carefully and think about them, which I will elaborate on later.

Above all, newlyweds should be particularly cautious, as seasickness and the night view can be greatly affected by the weather. The day we boarded was cloudy, and the ship swayed more than I anticipated (it was unsteady enough to make walking difficult). We enjoyed ourselves without getting seasick, but I saw newlyweds who were both feeling unwell, and one was down while the other was supporting them. Depending on the weather, it could turn into a terrible tour, and it was sad to see.

Regarding the food, it was "quite disappointing." I can't say it was delicious. The cake was "just sweet" (buffet style). We chose the second-highest lobster course, but it felt more like "Instagram-worthy." I think it would be wiser to have a slightly fancy dinner at a hotel for the price we paid. I recommend going without expecting much from the food. We were satisfied to eat lobster, which we rarely have the chance to enjoy, but... expectations should be kept low.

Upon boarding, a welcome drink was provided, but the deep blue cocktail had a very disappointing taste. I regretted not choosing the pink juice.

The dress code was relatively casual. We went in dresses suitable for going out, enjoying a bit of style, but a cardigan is essential (in December). It gets a bit chilly with the night breeze.

The number of participants was quite large, possibly due to the timing of the Honolulu Marathon, which was a bit disappointing as it didn’t create a relaxed atmosphere.

私達はホノルルマラソンの疲れを癒すために友達と2人で参加しました 私達は動画や写真を撮影したり、ホノルルマラソンに同じように参加した人との交流など楽しい時間となりました。船の中は大きさの割に豪華な作りになっていました（そこまで大きな船ではありません。つまり、揺れやすいです。）

「思っていた通りだった」というのは、食事を期待しなかったことと、船酔いしてしまう可能性を覚悟していたからでした。後ほど詳しく書きますが様々な体験談をしっかり読んで考えるべきだと思います。

なによりも、新婚旅行の人は特に注意が必要です船酔いも夜景も天気に大きく左右されるからです。私達が乗船した日は曇りで思った以上に船が揺れました。（歩くのはフラフラするくらい）私達は酔わずに楽しめましたが、新婚旅行で来られていた方々が2人ともダウンしていたり、片方がダウンして寄り添っていたりと天気次第では最悪なツアーになる可能性があります。見ていても可哀想な状態でした

また、食事に関しては「かなりイマイチ」です。美味しいとは言えません。特にケーキは「甘いだけ」でした。（バイキング）私たちは上から2番目のロブスターのコースにしたのですが、「写真映えする」と言った感じですこの金額を払うのならば、ホテルで少し豪華なディナーを食べる方が賢いと私は思います。
行く方は食事は期待しないで行くことをお勧めします。私達は滅多に食べる機会のないロブスターを食べられて満足でしたが、、、期待はしてはいけません。
乗船するとウェルカムドリンクが用意されていますが、濃いブルーのカクテルはとてもイマイチな味ですピンクのジュースを選べば良かったと後悔しました。

服装は割と自由でした。私達はお出かけ用のワンピースでオシャレを少し楽しむ感覚で行きました羽織るカーディガンなどは欠かせません。（12月）夜風を浴びるので少し寒いです。

参加人数はホノルルマラソンの時期だったからかとても多く、ゆったりとした雰囲気ではなかったのは少し残念でした。

I participated in a sunset sailing for the first time. The meeting place was conveniently located in front of a hotel on Waikiki Beach, and I was really looking forward to it since it was my first time on a yacht. Unlike a cruise on a large ship, I think the thrill of being on a yacht and the closeness to the crew and other passengers is a big attraction. The crew was friendly, and there were many drink options, which was great. However, the strong rocking of the boat and the cold as the sun set meant that I couldn't get a refill of cold drinks, even with the all-you-can-drink option. I think it can be enjoyable, but it gets quite cold, so warm clothing is essential.

初めて、サンセットセーリングに参加しました。
集合場所もワイキキビーチのホテル前で便利でしたし、ヨットは初めてでしたので、とても楽しみにしていました。
大型船でのクルーズと違って、ヨットならではのスリルとクルーやほかの乗客の方との距離の近さが魅力だと思います。
クルーもフレンドリーで、飲み物の種類も多くてよかったです。
でも、かなりの迫力の揺れと、日が暮れての寒さで、飲み放題でも冷たい飲み物のおかわりはできませんでした。
それなりに、楽しめると思いますが、かなり寒いので防寒は必須です。

I participated on December 30th. It was a clear day, perfect for a cruise.
Be careful, as the shuttle bus was too cold.
The ship was larger than expected, which got me excited.
We spotted whales about eight times!!!
The other guests were also thrilled, and we were able to finish the cruise in a wonderful atmosphere.

お迎えのバスが寒すぎるので注意が必要です。
船は想定より大きく、テンションあがりました。
クジラは8回くらい姿を現してくれました！！！
他のお客さんも大興奮で素晴らしい雰囲気の中クルーズを

A long time ago when I visited Waikiki, I took a catamaran ride, so I requested it again this time. The boat was sturdier than before, and I think it was quite fast just with the sails. Everyone was cheerful, and it was a fun 90 minutes.

ずいぶん以前にワイキキに来た時に、カタマランに乗船したので、今回も頼みました。
以前より、しっかりした船で、帆だけでもかなりのスピードが出ていたと思います。皆さん陽気で、楽しい90分でした。

I was worried about finding the check-in location, but I quickly figured it out, which was a relief. Among the crew and passengers, we were the only Japanese, but that actually made me feel more like a traveler and lifted my spirits.

For the first drink, almost everyone had a sweet cocktail, but after quickly finishing that, we enjoyed unlimited champagne from the second drink (not sure if it was Champagne). Other passengers talked to us, but let's do our best with gestures here.

We toasted while watching Waikiki illuminated by the sunset, toasted again while enjoying the sunset, toasted to the night view of Waikiki, and finally toasted to the supermoon. It was the best cruise that provided various scenes.

Note 1: You will get wet up to your knees when boarding.
Note 2: Warm clothing is essential.

受付場所が分かるか不安でしたが、直ぐに分かり一安心。
受付のスタッフからクルー、そして乗客を含め日本人は我々のみでしたが、逆に旅行に来てる感があって気持ちも上がりました。
スタートの１杯目はほぼ全員、甘めのカクテルですが、さっと飲みほして２杯目からはシャンパン飲み放題(シャンパーニュかは未確認)
他の乗客から話しかけられましたが、ここは身振り手振りで頑張りましょう
夕日に照らされたワイキキ見ながら乾杯、サンセットを見ながらまた乾杯、ワイキキの夜景に乾杯、最後はスーパームーンに乾杯と色々なシーンを提供してくれる最高のクルーズでした。

This was our second time using the service with my family of three. Unfortunately, it started to rain lightly just as we set sail, and it was cold and windy, so our spirits weren't very high. However, since this is an activity that involves nature, we tried to shift our mindset and enjoy it. The crew was kind, lending out bath towels to protect us from the cold and rain.

今回家族３人で２回目の利用でした。生憎出港と同時に小雨が降り始め風も強く寒い中でのセーリングでしたのでテンションは上がりませんでしたが自然が相手のアクティビティなので気持ちを切り替えて楽しむようにしました。クルーの方は寒さ・雨よけにバスタオルを貸し出し配ってくれたり親切でしたよ。

I had a lot of fun on a boat like the one in the movie Moana, which was also fast. This time, I participated with my family, but there were no other Japanese people besides us. The guide only spoke English. It was a very satisfying tour.

I recommend that those who are prone to motion sickness take anti-nausea medication in advance.

映画モアナに出てる様な船で、スピードもあって凄く楽しめました。
今回、家族での参加でしたが自分達以外に日本人がいなかったです。
ガイドも英語のみです。すごく満足出来るツアーです。

船酔いしやすい方は事前に酔い止めを飲む事をお勧めします。

Food, service, entertainment, timing, and organization were all outstanding!! Loved our first luau!

I participated in this tour with my 16-year-old son. The backstage tour allowed us to experience a bit of the behind-the-scenes world and the view from the stage to the audience, which was a very luxurious time. The show featuring Elvis and Michael was incredibly impressive, and my son enjoyed it even though he didn't know the songs. Especially, the fire dance was intense, and being in the front row added to the excitement.

The meals were generous and delicious; the American couple sitting next to us also mentioned how good the meat was. (Personally, I really enjoyed the conversation in English with that couple.) While you can enjoy just watching the show, this tour allowed us to have a total experience.

息子（16歳）との二人旅で今回のツアーに参加しました。バックステージツアーで舞台裏、ステージ上からの観客席展望と演出者達の世界を少し体験でき、またショーも最前列で鑑賞と大変贅沢な時間となります。
ショーもエルビス、マイケルと非常に見ごたえがあり、息子も曲が分からなくてもノリノリで楽しんでいました。特に、ファイヤーダンスは最前列ならではの熱気も感じ緊張感がハンパありません。
食事もボリュームがあり全て美味しかったです、隣に座ったアメリカ人夫婦もお肉が美味しいと言ってました。（個人的には、その夫婦との英語での会話も非常に楽しかったです）
ショーを観るだけでも楽しめますが、このツアーでトータル的に楽しむ事ができました。

My 9-year-old child participated, and they were taught kindly, quickly getting the hang of riding the waves. They even took us further out based on their progress, and my child was very satisfied. We will definitely go again next time.

They provide marine shoes, but it's better to bring your own. It might also be good to have a rash guard. I think it's best to be prepared to change quickly.

9歳の子供が参加しましたが優しく教えてくれてあっという間に波に乗れました。上達具合で沖にも連れて行ってくれて本人も大満足です。また、次回乗りに行きます。
マリンシューズは貸してくれますが、持参したほうが良いです。ラッシュもあったほうが良いかも。すぐ着替えられるようにして行ったほうが良いと思います。
