We made a reservation for four family members at Five Star on Christmas Eve. It seemed like there was a shortage of staff, as our table was attended by what appeared to be a beginner high school student. The wine cork broke, and after pouring the wine generously into the glasses, they were left unattended even after being empty, so I ended up pouring it myself. The staff didn't provide any advice on the spot, and on the way back in the elevator, we were laughed at for having that particular server. I think it's only natural to follow up if you're aware of the situation, but it seemed like Five Star lacked that kind of consideration.

I ordered the filet steak rare, but it was medium rare. It was probably pre-cooked. The quality of the meat wasn't too bad, so it's a shame.

Five Star is great for enjoying the night view, but this cruise would be better for having fun with a three-star experience.

　夜景を見るには５スターが良いが、このクルーズは３スターでワイワイ楽しむのがいいだろう。

My wife and I attended together.
First, we entered through the VIP entrance and took a commemorative photo with an Elvis Presley impersonator.
We received a welcome drink (alcohol) and enjoyed appetizers like fruits, nuts, and prosciutto while waiting for the venue to open.
After the doors opened, we savored dinner at a table in front of the stage. We had a voucher for one alcoholic drink, so we ordered a cocktail.
I thought there would be quite a bit of food, but it was just enough to fill us up. The lobster was delicious, and both the meat and salmon were tasty as well. There were also desserts and coffee.
The show included Hawaiian dances, impersonations of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, and even a fire dance, which left us very satisfied. Being seated right in front of the stage made it a fantastic experience.
The photo we took at the beginning can be purchased for $25, and after the show, the Elvis impersonator himself signed it for us.
When we left the venue, we were able to take commemorative photos with the singers and the Hawaiian dancers who performed in the show, creating wonderful memories.

最初に記念撮影した写真は25ドルで買えますし、終了後にプレスリーそっくりさん本人が最後にサインもしてくれます。
会場から出ると、ショーに出てた歌手の人やハワイアンダンス踊ってた人たちと自分のカメラで記念撮影までさせてくれて、いい思い出になりました。

The submarine itself is stable, but the waves while transferring from the shuttle boat to the submarine are quite intense. The location has only a small sign, so I think most people will miss it. Even if you ask at the front desk, they might respond with "What is that?" as none of the other staff seem to know about it either. The show itself was average and felt like just another Hawaiian show that you could see somewhere else. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

You have plenty of time on the submarine to fully enjoy the scenery underwater. I was able to see sharks and sea turtles! (Maybe I was just lucky.) The elementary school children also seemed to have fun looking for fish. The boat before switching to the submarine swayed quite a bit, so I noticed a few people feeling seasick before the main event. I recommend taking motion sickness precautions for those who are not confident on boats.

Since I always played golf, I decided to try surfing for the first time while in Hawaii. When I went to the surf shop offering lessons, there was quite a crowd waiting, which was encouraging. It was a semi-private lesson, but I felt there wasn't much difference from a group lesson. The timing for paddling with the waves was entirely up to the coach. Since I was on a longboard, I was able to stand up right from the start, which was fun. However, paddling out to the ocean was tough, and that was quite challenging. I'm excited that there are more options in Hawaii to enjoy in the future.

This was an awesome way to begin our first full "relax day" in Honolulu. The crew on this catamaran was outstanding. They were very friendly and welcoming and really made you feel like they were there just for you. Perfect amount of people on board. The drinks were delicious and rum aplenty. I think if we were to do this again, we would pay for back to back cruises so we'd have more time. Waikiki & Diamond Head from that viewpoint were unbelievable. Thanks for a great time!!!

We participated on the first day of our honeymoon. Since neither of us is a big eater, we made a reservation for the 1-star course. When we got on the shuttle bus, we received stickers to wear on our clothes, but the colors indicated the different courses we had reserved. Ours was the cheaper option, which felt a bit awkward. The dining area on the first floor of the bus was not fully occupied. Overall, the food was average, but the meat was delicious. My husband went back for seconds on the crab several times. The Hawaiian show was impressive, and the dancers in the empty sections of the audience gave it their all. We were also able to go out to the rooftop deck at one point. One disappointing aspect was the room temperature. I had brought a slightly thicker hoodie for warmth, but it was so cold in the dining area that it didn't help at all... I might just be particularly sensitive to the cold. The woman from the Korean couple next to us was in a camisole. The sunset and the night view of Hawaii from the boat were very beautiful. I regret to say that I couldn't fully enjoy it because of the cold, so I give it 3 stars. If you're sensitive to the cold, please make sure to dress warmly.

I made a reservation based on my companion's request. Since we wanted a window seat, I booked with the Celebration Plan. While we did have a seat at the end, there was an aisle between the table and the side of the ship, and there was frequent movement of staff and people moving between the decks, so it wasn't a relaxing experience to enjoy the sunset from the table.

Additionally, since several of my companions were not fond of lobster or beef, I also requested meal changes. However, there was no mention of this on the Veltra voucher, so I emailed the local operator to confirm the changes. When we checked at the table after boarding, the wrong order had been placed.

After showing the floor manager (assistant manager) the final confirmation email from the operator and reiterating our requests, I was told they would check and serve according to our requests. However, in the end, the service did not match our requests.

I called the manager again to request changes to the menu, and ultimately, we were able to have our meal as we wished, but I was left dissatisfied with the fact that our order had not been processed correctly and with the attitude of the manager during the interaction.

On a positive note, the view and the performances by the waiters and dancers were great.

ただ、景色やウエイターやダンサーのパフォーマンスは良かったです。

The seating was at a round table for eight on the first floor, and we were seated with others. There was live music on the first floor as well, but the second floor seemed better. After the meal, you can freely walk around the second and third floors and the deck. The fireworks lasted for five minutes starting at 7:45. While waiting for the sunset on the second-floor deck, we even caught a glimpse of a whale for a moment.

I participated because of the good reviews. The experience met my expectations, and I was very satisfied with both the food and the show! The food was plentiful, and the fire dance was impressive and breathtaking.
The venue is in an easy-to-find location, so even for us who are not familiar with Hawaii, we were able to arrive without getting lost.
The impersonation lineup is classic, making it enjoyable even for us in our 60s.
At the end, we had the opportunity to take commemorative photos with the performers, which created great memories. I would like to participate again with my whole family next time.
