We participated as a couple.
We've been to Hawaii several times, but this was our first time signing up for this activity.
It was really fun! It was a unique experience that you can only have in Hawaii. The view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the ocean, and the scenery from above was amazing.
There were only two groups, including us, and since the ride was just under 40 minutes, we didn't feel too seasick. If there had been more groups, we might have felt nauseous.
We stayed at a hotel with an ocean view, so even after the experience, we enjoyed seeing from our balcony, "Oh, they're parasailing! That's the one we did!" every time we looked out.

何回かハワイに行ってますが、初めて申し込みました。
結果とても楽しかったです！ハワイならではの貴重な経験ですね。海側から見るワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッド、空から見渡す景色は最高でした。
私たち含めて2組のみで、乗船時間も40分弱くらいだったため、そこまで船酔いはありませんでした。組数が多くてもっと乗っていたら酔ったかもしれませんが。
海が正面に見えるホテルに泊まっていたので、ベランダから「あ、パラセーリングしてる！あれ私たちが飛んだやつ！」って終わったあとの日々もなんか見るたびに楽しめましたね。

I was guided by a Japanese guide (Chieko and Dan) and had a one-on-one snorkeling experience, where I was able to dive for the first time for an hour. I also saw a turtle.

日本人ガイド(チエコさんダンちゃん)さんに案内されて、マンツーマンでシュノケリングが出来て、1時間も初めて潜れました。亀も見れました。

On the day of the event, I missed my chance to ride a horse. The bus arrived at the lunch spot in Croa on schedule, and we listened to the staff's explanation, but it was hard to understand. Also, buying tickets was way too complicated, and the lockers for valuables were also complicated and took time. I was five minutes late for the 9:30 riding time and was told it was no good. I tried to negotiate, but it didn't work (laughs). However, I was able to change plans last minute and ride a buggy instead, but I still feel regret. It's sad 😭. Maybe the language barrier was a hindrance. Is it just that Hawaii is inflexible and it's my own responsibility? (laughs)

当日　乗馬に乗り損ねえました。バスは予定時間にクロア　ランチ場に着き　係り員の説明を聴きましたが　話し解りにくく　又　チケット買うにも　余りにも　複雑すぎで　しかも　貴重品入れのロッカーも　複雑で時間かかり　9時半の乗馬時間の手続5分遅れで　駄目　ダメって　言われました　えーっ　そんな　何とか　言いましたが　駄目でした（笑）けど　急きょ　変更してもらいバギー乗れました　けど　悔い残ります　悲しい😭　言葉通じないのが　持たついげいんかも　HAWAII　融通効かない　自己責任ですかね（笑）

I participated in the first reservation of the day. I was a bit nervous before it started, but once I took off, it was fun, beautiful, and felt amazing—just the best! I was a bit concerned that the color of the sea was different from what I expected and that I could only see Diamond Head at the very end, but I thought it was understandable since it depends on the time of day, wind direction, and weather. I believe I can see new scenery every time, so I would love to do it again if I have the chance. Lastly, I found the time on the boat to be scarier than flying in the air... The boat moves as if it's bouncing over the waves, so I think it's better to be prepared for that!

　始まる前は少し緊張しましたが、いざ飛んでみれば、楽しくてキレイで気持ちよくて、最高でした！
　海の色が思っていた色と違ったこと、ダイヤモンドヘッドが終わり間際にしか見られなかったこと、などが気になりましたが、参加する時間帯やその日の風向き、天気に左右されるから、仕方ないかなと思いました。
　毎回新しい景色が見られると思うので、機会があればまたやりたいです。
　最後に、空を飛ぶ間よりも、船に乗ってる時間の方が、私には怖かったです…。船が、波の上を跳ねるように進むので、覚悟して参加した方がいいと思います！

It was amazing. Seeing Waikiki from the sky is exceptional. I made the reservation the day before, but the process went smoothly. The meeting point is near the Prince Hotel.

Be aware that you'll need to pay 1 dollar at check-in. Once a few groups gather, we set sail. The boat can sway quite a bit, so be cautious. You can store your belongings in the boat's shelves, but it's recommended to bring only the essentials.

Now, up into the sky. I tried taking photos with a transparent phone case that hangs around my neck. There were some brave souls flying while holding their smartphones directly in their hands.

You can take plenty of pictures in the air, but don't forget to imprint the breathtaking views in your memory as well. In the end, we dove into the sea to finish. I was very satisfied. You can also request photo shooting for 40 dollars.

最高でした。空から見るワイキキは格別です。
予約は前日でしたが、すんなりと手続き完了。集合場所はプリンスホテルの近くです。
受付時に1ドルいるので要注意。
何組か集まれば出港です。船は結構揺れるのでご注意を。
荷物は船の棚に入れられますが、最小限がお勧めです。
いぞ、空へ。私は首からかける透明のスマホケースで撮影を試みました。スマホをそのまま手に持って飛ぶツワモノもいました。
空中では十分撮影できます。ただ自分の目に絶景を焼き付けることもお忘れなく。
最後は海にダイブして終了。大満足でした。
40ドルで写真撮影もお願いできます。

The wind was a bit strong, and there were some waves, but it was less rocky than I expected. The crew was also very kind and made me feel safe, allowing me to enjoy the experience.

少し風が強く､波もあったのですが思ったよりも揺れも少なく､クルーも親切に対応してくれて安心して楽しめました。

We all had the best fun! Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Oahu.

It was amazing up to 150 meters above ground.
I had a very enjoyable time while looking at Diamond Head.
If you ask the staff for photos, it costs $40, and you can get an SD card.

It's very convenient since transportation is included. Using CHIEKO's fins as a marker, it felt very safe and comfortable. I was quite impressed to see turtles coming up to the surface for air several times. We were all thrilled to see turtles in a different location as well. Of course, there were plenty of fish too. Since both my husband and I are 65 years old, we would love to go again if we have the chance. Thank you, CHIEKO!

送迎付きですのでとにかく便利です。CHIEKOさんの足ひれを目印にとても安全でとても気持ちがよく、亀が呼吸のために水面に顔を出すしぐさを数回見られかなり感激しました。また違う場所で亀を見られて参加者皆またまた感激。もちろん魚もたくさんいました。夫婦共に65歳なので機会があればまた行きたいと思っています。CHIEKOさんに感謝です。

The sunset and night view are beautiful.
The service was good, and the meat was delicious.
I paid for a window seat guarantee, but it felt like I wasted my money since only the window seats were used.
The price was high, so my expectations were great, but there was no excitement that matched the cost.
Everyone was unsure whether to tip or not.
If a tip is necessary, it should be stated in advance; otherwise, it's unfortunate for the serving crew.

夕日と夜景は綺麗です。
サービスも良く、お肉は美味しかった。
窓側確約料金を払ったが、実際は窓側しか使用されておらず、無駄なお金を払ってしまった気分になった。
料金が高いので期待が大きかったが、料金に見合った感動はない。
チップを払うのか否か皆が迷っていた。
チップが必要なら事前に記載しないと、サーブする船員の方々がかわいそうだ。

I had been to see the wall art before, but this time I joined a Segway tour because I was tired from walking. At first, I was worried about whether I could ride it properly, but even someone as uncoordinated as I am was able to master it without any issues after about 40 minutes of practice. Although the area has become much safer, it's reassuring to have a guide in the warehouse district. There were artworks that I wouldn't have found on foot, and I was able to take photos, making it a very memorable experience.

ウォールアートは見に行ったことあったけど、歩き疲れたので今回、セグウェイで廻れるツアーに参加しました。
最初、ちゃんと乗れるか心配でしたが、超運動音痴の私でも40分くらいの練習で問題なく乗りこなすことができました。
ずいぶん治安が良くなったとはいえ倉庫街ですので案内してもらえるのが安心です。
歩きでは見つけられなかったアートも案内されて写真も撮ってもらえるのでとても思い出になりました。

I'm glad I participated as I was able to feel the nature of Hawaii up close. The driver and guide shared various stories during the drive and on the way to the waterfall, which was enjoyable. The view from Tantalus Lookout and the lunch sandwiches were also excellent. I also stopped by the office and purchased Kona coffee as a souvenir, which received great reviews.

間近にハワイの自然を感じることができて参加して良かったです。
車中でも滝までの道中でもドライバーさん、ガイドさんが色々お話してくださり楽しかったです。タンタラスの丘からの眺望もランチのサンドイッチも最高でした。
また立ち寄ったオフィスで、お土産にコナコーヒーを購入しましたが大変好評でした。

We experienced this as a family of four (husband, wife, and two daughters). We drove from Honolulu in a rental car, and what we thought would be just a drive turned out to be a very meaningful time. It is true that our backsides got a bit sore, but I think it's worth it for an extraordinary experience. The area does have some rain, but if it doesn't rain, it's perfect for enjoying nature.

家族4人（夫婦、娘2人）で体験しました。ホノルルからレンタカーで行きましたがドライブがてらのつもりが大変有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。たしかに少しお尻が痛くなりますが非日常的な時間を過ごすには、良いと思います。
場所がら雨がある地域ですが降らなければ自然満喫には最高です。

I visited during the first half of my trip. Since it was about war, it wasn't exactly fun, but I reaffirmed the importance of being present in that space to learn and feel. Hawaii is like a paradise, but I also felt it is a place where, as a Japanese person, I need to confront history. Alex, a Japanese guide, taught us various things. There were other Japanese people as well, so I think they adjust their responses depending on the situation. Everyone was kind and approached us warmly.

I also learned about the local people's and Americans' perspectives on Japan, as well as information about the USS Arizona.

The most challenging part was figuring out how to get there, so I’ll note that down. We took the bus from Waikiki to Pearl Harbor, which took just over an hour. Ideally, a taxi would be quicker, but this way, we could enjoy the local atmosphere at a leisurely pace. Once we arrived at Pearl Harbor by bus, we headed straight towards the sea. After checking our bags, we were allowed in. I brought a small pouch, but it wasn't allowed. Only items smaller than the wallet at the entrance can be brought in. There is no cost here.

After passing through the gate and heading right, a shuttle bus was waiting. It stops at the USS Missouri and the aircraft viewing area in order, taking about 10 minutes. We got off at the Missouri. We walked towards the battleship. At the lower entrance, we showed our printed voucher barcode to get in. Once on the deck of the battleship, they asked for our tour guide preferences, and when I requested Japanese, Alex came out to assist us. At that time, there were three groups, including us, totaling five people together.

He explained for a while, and then we explored the battleship on our own. This took about two hours in total. It was great that the bus fare was only three dollars, but the round trip took too long, so we took an Uber back.

I actually wanted to spend more time there, but we ran out of time before closing. I hope to visit the Arizona Memorial and the aircraft viewing area next time.

旅の前半に行きました。戦争のことなので楽しい、というのとはまた違いますが、その場に身を置いて学び感じることの大切さを再認識しました。ハワイは楽園のような場所ですが、日本人として歴史と向き合う必要がある場所であるとも思いました。日本のガイドのアレックスさんが、色々教えてくれます。他の日本の方もいらしたので、その時によって対応してくださるのだと思います。どの方も親切に声をかけてくださいます。
現地民やアメリカ人の日本への所感やアリゾナ戦艦のことなども教えていただきました。

一番難しかったのは行き方についてだったので書いておきます。
当方は、ザバスでワイキキからパールハーバーへ行きました。一時間ちょっとかかりました。
本当は時短にはタクシーが良いのですが、これはこれで現地の雰囲気をゆっくり味わえてよかったです。
ザバスでパールハーバーについたらまっすぐ海の方へすすみます。荷物を預けたら、通してくれます。小さいポーチを持って行きましたが、ダメでした。入り口にあるお財布と比べて小さいものしか持ち込めません。
ここではお金はかかりません。
門を通過して右へ進むとシャトルバスが待機していました。
そこから10分くらい、まずミズーリ戦艦そして航空機見学できる場所に順に停まります。私たちはミズーリの方でおりました。
戦艦目指して歩きます。
下の入り口で印刷したバウチャーバーコードを提示すると入れてくれます。
戦艦のデッキに上がるとツアーガイドの希望を聞いてくれて、日本語をお願いするとアレックスさんが出てきてくれました。この時間帯は私たちいれて3組、5名が一緒でした。
しばらく説明をしてくださり、戦艦内は自分たちで見学するスタイルです。これ全部で二時間くらいはかかってしましました。
ザバスは、三ドルで行けたのも良かったですが流石に往復バスは時間が勿体無いので、かえりはウーバーで帰りました。

本当は時間をもっととりたかったのですが、閉館時間になってしまい叶わず。また次回アリゾナ記念館や航空機見学にも行きたいです。

I took motion sickness medication based on other people's reviews and participated. At first, the speed of the boat was quite fast, and it felt like I was on a roller coaster, so I wasn't worried about getting seasick. The parasailing was at a high altitude, but I didn't feel scared at all, and I could see many tall buildings, which was very pleasant. My elderly mother had no issues and said she would like to participate again. A foreign couple in their 70s who were on the same boat mentioned it was their third time, so it seems there are many repeat customers!

最初かなり船のスピードが速く、ジェットコースターに乗っているような気分だったので
酔うかもしれないと心配になることはありませんでした。
パラセーリングは高い位置でしたが、全然怖さも感じず、高いビルもたくさん見えて
とても気持ちよかったです。
高齢の母も問題なく、また参加したいと言ってました。
同じ船に乗っていた70歳代の外国人夫婦は3回目とのことで、リピーターが多そうです！

Our tour guides Jess and Ivan were knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We were on the 2 hour UTV Raptor Tour and had a great time. Highly recommend when on Oahu.

I made a reservation around 8 o'clock, but I think as long as you have your tickets, it shouldn't be a problem if you don't worry too much about the time. Since there is traffic from Waikiki in the morning, I recommend taking it easy.

８時ぐらいからの予約で行きましたがチケットさえ買ってあればそんなに時間気にせず行っても問題無さそうだと思います

I participated in snorkeling for the first time with my friends. Thanks to Chieko-sensei's kind instruction, I was able to swim very happily. I saw a lot of fish as well. I want to do it again!

初めてのシュノーケリングを友達と参加しました。ちえこ先生が優しく教えてくれたおかげで、とても楽しく泳ぐことができました。たくさんお魚も見れました。またやりたいです

We took the tour to the sandbar and snorkeling. The staff were friendly and super thoughtful, the food was great!

In the latter half of November, I participated on the first night in Waikiki. Participants were given leis and enjoyed drinks and a buffet at a long table. I was particularly impressed by the sweetness of the fruits.

After that, we moved to the theater and went to the VIP seats. I asked the staff about the seating and got a center seat in the second row. The performance was powerful, and I thoroughly enjoyed the impersonation stage, Hawaiian songs, hula dancing, and fire dancing.

Lastly, it was great to be able to take photos with the impersonation talent.

１１月後半、ワイキキ初日の晩に参加しました。
参加者はレイをかけていただき、長テーブル相席でドリンクとビュッフェを堪能しました。特にフルーツの甘さに感動しました。
その後、シアターーに移動し、ＶＩＰ席へ。
席は担当者に質問してステージのセンター席へ。２列目でしたので演奏が迫力ありましたし、モノマネステージやハワイアンソング、フラダンスやファイヤーダンスを思い切り楽しめました。
最後にモノマネタレントさんと写真撮影できたことが良かったです。

Picked up at the hotel at 8:30.
After about an hour on a large bus, we arrived at Kualoa Ranch!
Since we had only been sightseeing around our hotel in Waikiki, it felt like we had entered a different world with breathtaking views! It was completely different from the moment we arrived!
When we got there, a Japanese attendant explained the meeting place and checked us in in Japanese, so we could participate in the tour with peace of mind.
However, since I chose the afternoon tour, I had quite a bit of free time.
I had enough time to look at souvenirs, buy some, and even take a nap (laughs). My husband was so tired from the previous days that he took a little nap on a bench (laughs).
So, maybe an afternoon tour isn't the best option? It seems like the departure time for the bus going there doesn't change. The return bus seemed to leave around 1 PM.
We departed for our return at 3:45 PM. It felt like we spent the whole day!
The buggy tour stopped at various points, where the tour guide took photos and explained the history and movies.
However, all of this was in English... I couldn't understand the English, so I didn't know why everyone was laughing at certain moments (laughs). Even that is a good memory, but I think it would be even more fun if I understood English!

1時間くらい大型バスに乗って、クアロアランチへ！
ワイキキのホテル周辺を観光していただけなので、別世界に来たみたいで絶景でした！着いた瞬間から全然違った！
着いたら日本人のアテンドさんが日本語で集合場所などを説明してくれたりチェックインをしてくれていましたので安心してツアーに参加できました。
ただ私は午後開始ツアーを選んだので、かなり時間が余りました。
お土産を見たり買ったりご飯を食べたりしてもお昼寝できるくらいの時間が(笑)夫は連日の疲れでベンチで少し寝てた(笑)
なので午後開始ではなく午前開始ツアーでもいいかも？行きのバスの出発時間は変わらないみたいなので。帰りは13時くらいのバスが出るみたいでした。
私たちは15:45に帰り出発でした。1日使ったって感じ！
バギーのツアーは所々で止まって、ツアーガイドさんが写真を撮ってもらったり、歴史や映画の説明をしてくれました。
ただこれは全部英語だった…英語がわからないのでみんなが笑っているタイミングで何で笑ってるかわかんなかった(笑)それすらもいい思い出ですが、英語がわかればもっと楽しいと思います！

It was my first time parasailing. Although it was high, it felt unreal, so my husband, who has a fear of heights and isn't great with the ocean, enjoyed it too! Towards the end, you do get dropped into the sea (but it's not dangerous, just a little wet!).

It's better to wear a swimsuit underneath, but if you're wearing a bikini, it might be a bit revealing, so shorts might be a better option.

We went in groups of 2 to 3 people. The group of four was split into two teams.

Sunglasses, hats, and cameras can be taken up in the air at your own risk! I’m a bit of a scaredy-cat, so I left everything on the boat (laughs). My husband and I commented on how brave the girl with the GoPro was.

Tips are not included, so we gave some to the captain when we got off the boat. Also, they ask if you want to take photos with a DSLR on the boat. We had our pictures taken! After getting off the boat, we paid $40. You can pay in cash or by card. Since it was our honeymoon, we were happy to have those photos! We also received an SD card.

However, there were about two girls on the same boat who looked like they were struggling with seasickness. If you're prone to getting seasick, it might be a good idea to have some medication on hand. My husband and I didn't feel sick at all.

Overall, I was very satisfied. I highly recommend it!

初めてやったパラセーリング。高さはあるけど非現実的なので、高所恐怖症？で海苦手な夫も楽しんでました！最後の方で海にも落とされるので、(危なくはないので大丈夫ですちょっと濡れます！)
下は水着は着てた方がいいけど、下がビキニとかだとちょっと見え方が危ない？ので短パンとか履いたほうがいいかも。
2人〜3人1組で行いました。4人グループのところは2組に分かれていました。
サングラス、帽子、カメラ類は自己責任で空中に持って行ってもOK！私はビビリなので怖くて船に全部置いていきました(笑)
GoProを持って行ってた女の子度胸あるなぁと夫と話していました。
チップは含まれていないので、ツアーが終わって船を降りるときに船長に渡しました。
それから、船の上で一眼レフで写真撮るかどうか聞かれます。私たちは写真撮ってもらいました！船降りてから40ドル払います。現金でもカードでもいけました。新婚旅行だったので撮ってもらえて満足！SDカードももらえました。
ただ同じ船に乗っていた女の子2人くらいは船酔いしていて辛そうでした。酔いやすいなら酔い止めはあったほうが安心かも。私と夫は全く酔いませんでした。
総じて大満足です。オススメします！

I had a horseback riding experience, but since I had never ridden alone for a long time, I was nervous. However, the horse was smart, and the instructor was kind, which made me feel at ease and enjoy the experience. I was able to feel the ocean, mountains, and the great outdoors, and I had a wonderful time.

乗馬体験はありましたが、1人で長時間乗ることはなかったので緊張しました。しかし、お馬が賢くお姉さんも優しく教えてくださったので安心して楽しむことができました。海！山！大自然を感じることができて素敵な時間を過ごせました。

We participated as a family. It was enjoyable not just as a hula dance but also as a show with singing and dancing. I think people of all ages can easily have fun.

There are various activities available, but I chose the zip line. It turned out to be the right choice. There are five lines (or six?), and I had a more fulfilling experience than I expected. Next, I would like to try horseback riding.

いろいろなアクティビティがるが、ジップラインを選択しました。結果正解です。ラインも
５本（６本？）あり、想定していたより充実した体験ができました。次は乗馬を体験したい
と思います。

Great crew. Better than expected. I would definitely do this again.

Greeter met us as we expected and was very welcoming. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. Exceeded our expectations.
