This was a great tour. I’m a little scared of the water. I don’t swim particularly well and I hate putting my head underwater. I wore a life jacket. The hardest part for me was just getting from the steps of the boat under the water and putting my head into the scuba submersible head part of the scooter. Also getting back out. There were people assisting us with everything. What a great experience.! Highly recommended!

I experienced the zip line at Kualoa Ranch last time, but this time it was many times more wonderful. Each line was longer and more thrilling than at Kualoa Ranch. The connecting activities like the buggy ride and the vertical drop were better than I expected. The staff were also kinder and friendlier than at Kualoa Ranch.
The downside is that you have to get to the local Kahuku by yourself, such as by rental car. If you have a rental car, you can enjoy a drive along the coastline from Waikiki, and you can also stop by Haleiwa on the way back, making your trip more efficient.
If you're considering the zip line at Kualoa Ranch, I recommend making the effort to choose Climb Works.

　前回クアロアランチでジップラインを体験しましたが、今回をその何倍以上も素晴らしかった。1本1本のラインがクアロアランチよりも長く、迫力がありました。繋ぎのアクティビティのバギー走行や垂直落下も予想以上に良かったです。スタッフもクアロアランチより親切でフレンドリーでした。
　短所は、現地カフクまでレンタカーなどで自力で行かなければならないことです。レンタカーがある場合はワイキキからドライブを兼ねて海岸線を走れるし、帰りにハレイワなどにも立ち寄れるので旅の効率も良いです。
　クアロアランチでジップラインを考えるなら、頑張ってクライムワークスを選ぶことをお勧めします。

I would like to thank our guides, Chieko and Dan, once again! I have experienced many tours like this, but I was truly impressed by your hospitality.

The night before, I received an email informing me that "Hanauma Bay is expected to be crowded due to the holiday, so we will pick you up 15 minutes early." It was very considerate of you.

The pickup and entry to Hanauma Bay were smooth, and you provided clear instructions on where to position ourselves to watch the explanation video.

For the early morning course in December, I hadn't reserved a wetsuit, but you advised me that it would be better to wear one because it was cold, and I was able to rent one on the spot.

My daughter (10 years old) brought her own snorkeling gear, but you kindly helped us switch the tube part to a high-spec rental item.

The snorkeling was amazing! With Chieko and Dan guiding us, and Chieko holding my daughter's hand, we were able to swim until the end and even see a sea turtle. It was a thrilling experience.

I definitely want to use your services again. Thank you very much!

ガイドのチエコさんダンさん、またお世話になりたいです！こういったツアーは沢山体験してきましたが、お2人のホスピタリティには感動しました。

前日夜、メールもいただいていたのですが、ホテルの部屋に「ハナウマ湾周辺はホリデーで混雑が予想されるので、15分早くピックアップします」とご丁寧にご連絡いただきました。

ピックアップもハナウマ湾への入場もスムーズで、説明ビデオを見るポジション取りもしっかり教えていただきました。

12月の早朝コース、ウェットスーツの予約をしていなかったのですが、寒いから着たほうが良いとアドバイスいただき、追加でその場でレンタルさせてもらいました。
娘(10歳)はシュノーケリング持参で行きましたが、筒の部分はハイスペックなレンタル品に変えてもらったり、お気遣いいただきました。

シュノーケリングも最高！
チエコさんダンさんにしっかりガイドしてもらい、チエコさんが娘の手を繋いでいてくれたおかげで、最後まで泳ぐことができ、ウミガメにも会えました。感激です。

また是非お世話になりたいです。

The zip line was high and long, absolutely fantastic! Along the way, we cracked and ate macadamia nuts, and the initial transport was by buggy, so we had a variety of experiences. Although they were out of stock, it seems we could have eaten bananas if they were available.

The tour guide spoke only English, but it wasn't a problem since you can just watch what others are doing, and you don't really need detailed explanations.

You have to jump down from platforms about 10 meters high at two spots, so you’ll be jumping from a height (I’m not great with heights either, but the cable slows down your fall, so it was okay).

Since it was a plan without pickup, we went by rental car. I thought driving would be a hassle, but there are plenty of sightseeing spots around and all the way to Waikiki, and driving isn’t too complicated, so I recommend renting a car.

ジップラインは高く＆長く最高でした！途中マカダミアナッツを割って食べたり、最初の移動もバギーだったりと、色んな体験ができました。在庫切れでしたが、バナナがあれば食べれたみたいです。
ツアーガイドは英語だけですが、他の人がやっている所をみれば、特に細かな説明もいらないので問題ないです。
2カ所ほど10mくらいの高さの台からジャンプして降りなければならないので、高い所から飛び降ります(私も超苦手ですがケーブルで落ちる速度は減速できるので大丈夫でした)。
送迎なしプランだったのでレンタカーで行きました。運転面倒だなと思いましたが、周辺からワイキキまで沢山観光スポットがあるし、運転はそんなにややこしく無いので、レンタカーでもオススメです。

The smiling crew guided us on board, and once we were seated, we were served banana bread along with coffee and tea. After departure, we enjoyed a humorous talk about whales by a naturalist, and then we went out on deck to take in the beautiful blue ocean and the views of Oahu from the sea that we don't usually get to see. Although we didn't encounter any whales, the informative announcements about whales and the Hawaiian sea kept us entertained throughout the cruise. A free voucher for a re-challenge was issued, so I definitely want to return to Hawaii again.

笑顔のクルーが乗船の案内をしてくれて席につくとバナナブレットとコーヒー紅茶のサービスをいただきました。出航後はユーモアたっぷりのナチュラリストによる鯨の話を楽しんだ後にデッキに出て美しいブルーオーシャンと普段見ることのできない海からのオアフ島の景色を堪能できました。肝心の鯨には遭遇しませんでしたが、鯨やハワイの海についての知識など退屈することのないアナウンスで終始クルーズを楽しめました。再チャレンジできる無料のバウチャーが発行されたので、また是非ハワイに戻って来たいと思います。

What a rip off ! It says on their website that they will snorkeling for 45 to 60 minutes but they were only snorkeling for 25 minutes! Kylie was not friendly and accommodating. She made my daughter's experience horrible

I made a reservation here for New Year's Eve dinner on December 31st. We started with a buffet-style meal and then moved to the venue for the show. Since I booked a VIP package, the food and drinks were served with priority, which was great. I also took advantage of a paid option to have a photographer take pictures, and I was able to take home a special album with those photos. They took such wonderful pictures, and it became a great memory. The show also had the best seats in the center guaranteed, so we were smoothly guided to our seats. I definitely want to go again and would recommend it to my friends! It was amazing!

12月31日大晦日のディナーとしてこちらを予約しました。
最初にバイキング形式の食事をしてから、ショーを行う会場へ移動し観覧しました。
VIPで予約したので食事やドリンクは優先的に提供され、とても良かったです。
有料オプションでカメラマンに写真を撮ってもらい、専用のアルバムに入れた物を持ち帰るサービスも利用しました。
とっても素敵な写真を撮ってもらえて、良い思い出になりました。
ショーも1番見やすい中央の席が確約されていたのでスムーズに案内してくれました。
また行きたいし、友人にもオススメしたいと思えるところでした！最高です！

I was worried about seasickness, so I took motion sickness medication in advance! They regularly checked on my health, and I was able to enjoy the activities! I highly recommend this experience, but for those who get seasick, I suggest taking motion sickness medication.

船酔いに不安があったので事前に酔い止めを服用！
体調面に関しても定期的に気にかけてくださりアクティビティも楽しむことができました！
ぜひ経験していただきたいアクティビティですが、船酔いする方は酔い止め服用をオススメします。

I've always wanted to try this, but I didn't have the courage... After seeing it on TV, I thought I would give it a go this time! In the end, I'm glad I did! The only mistake I made was that in January, even in Hawaii, it was a bit cold to be in the water.

ひとつだけ失敗したのは、1月だとハワイとは言え水に浸かると少し寒かったことくらい。

I highly recommend this place to ride ATVs! The location is beautiful and the staff and guides are so knowledgeable and friendly I was treated like family here. I will definitely return again whenever I'm in oahu!

Words or pictures cannot describe the beauty from this trip. The guide was also very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and the checking in process was smooth.

My only disappointment was the transportation to the hotel. The driver was rude and unhappy. He also made numerous phone calls and was talking on what appeared to be personal matters for over an hour of our drive which felt very unprofessional and even unsafe. I contacted the company to share my experience and I appreciate they responded immediately. A bus of many tourists on vacation should not have to listen to their driver complaining about work. On top of that he never even greeted any of the passengers onboard - definitely not reflective of the drivers of any of my other excursions . Overall, experience at the valley was unbelievable. The UTVs are the way to go.

It was the activity I was looking forward to the most, and I had a lot of fun, but the sea conditions weren't very good, and the boat was rocking a lot, which made me feel seasick. However, I was glad that I could see sharks properly and took a lot of videos.

1番楽しみにしてたアクティビティで、とても楽しかったのですが、海のコンディションがあまり良くなかったのか、船がすごく揺れて酔いました。
けど、サメもちゃんと見れてたくさん動画を撮れてよかったです

It was truly an amazing experience! The tour was led by a knowledgeable guide who explained everything in detail, allowing us to learn about Hawaii's nature and history. We also enjoyed driving off-road in buggies and navigating the hilly course at the playground. Getting covered in red dirt afterwards was also quite fun. Keola and Raymond were our guides! Keola was the main guide and only spoke English, so it might be tough if you can't understand English. However, Raymond speaks Japanese, so I look forward to future tours.

ほんとに最高な体験です！
ツアーは知識豊富なガイドが丁寧に説明してくれハワイの自然や歴史を学ぶことができます。またバギーでオフロードを気持ちよく走ったり、プレイグラウンドで起伏もあるコースを走ったりと楽しめました。
終わった後に全身が赤土まみれになるのもまた楽しかったかな。
ケオラとレイモンドにガイドを担当して貰いました！
ケオラがメインガイドで英語のみのため、英語のヒアリング出来ないと厳しいかもしれません。レイモンドが日本語できるので今後に期待します。

It was fun! The banana boat was harder than I imagined, but my partner supported me, so I didn't get thrown off. However, I had muscle pain the next day. The jet ski was difficult to drive, but once I got the hang of it, I was able to go fast and enjoy myself. The parasailing offered great views, and the guide was an interesting American who spoke Japanese, so I was able to relax and have a good time.

バナナボートは想像していた以上にハードでしたが、パートナーに支えてもらい振り落とされることはなかったです。でも、翌日筋肉痛😆
ジェットスキーは運転難しかったけど、コツを掴むとスピードも出せて楽しめました🎵
パラセーリング🪂は、イイ景色が見れたし、ガイドの人が日本語を話す面白いアメリカ人？だったので、リラックスして楽しめました♪

I really wanted to see Michael's show, so I reserved a VIP seat. I was guided to the center seat in the third row from the front, and it truly became a wonderful time. Since it was the last day of my stay in Hawaii, I made the best memories. Also, at the buffet before the show, I shared a fun time with the person sitting next to me and made a new friend. With the fusion of hula and rock, it was truly American. The entertainment value was high, and it was very good.

マイケルさんのショーを是非観たいと思い、VIP席を予約。前から3列目センター席に案内して頂き、本当に素晴らしい時間となりました。ハワイ滞在最終日だったので、最高の思い出が出来ました。また、ショー前のビュッフェでは、隣の席になった方と楽しい時間を共有し、新たな友人が出来ました。フラとロックの融合ということで、流石アメリカ。エンターテイメント性が高く、とても良かったです。

We were in Hawaii for my 60th birthday, girl trip! The crew of the cruise were very friendly and we had a great time! Recommend!

I was expecting to enjoy a photo show, but the meal was a buffet, and there were just three women dancing next to the table. I intended to look up at the stage from the audience, but it was completely different. "Rock a Hula" is a separate show. I felt disappointed, thinking, "What a letdown."

写真のショーを楽しめるものと期待してましたが、食事はバイキングで、テーブルの横で女性3人が踊るだけ。客席からステージを見上げる積もりだったのに、全然違いました。
「ロック　ア　フラ」というのは別のショー。なーんだ、という感じで、期待はずれでした。

There were many closures, and the rides available for play were limited, which was disappointing. However, I was satisfied with the rides I did go on. Given the limited time, I hope there will be shorter wait times in the future.

I was a bit worried because I'm not great with heights, but from start to finish, there was no fear of heights, and I had an amazing time.

若干高いところが苦手なこともあり、心配していましたが、最初から終わりまで、高さの怖さはなくて、最高に楽しめました。

So happy we decided to try out scuba scooters! It was an amazing way to get up close and personal with turtles and all kinds of fish. My kids are adventurous and loved every second. I am very claustrophobic and was just fine because each diver had their own helper for the entire time under water. I felt very safe! This really is something you should try! All the staff were professional and super encouraging. We loved this experience!

I thought it might be tough since we had to gather early in the morning, but it turned out to be a great experience. On the day, we encountered dolphins and whales, and we were able to enjoy the subsequent activities as well. The staff, including AYA who spoke Japanese and INGRID who was great at hula, were kind and fun, which made it even better.

Since it's an activity involving nature, whether you see the animals depends on luck, but I recommend giving it a try.

早朝の集合時間だったので、きついかなぁと思っていましたが、それ以上に良い体験ができました。
当日はイルカとクジラに遭遇することができ、その後のアクティビティも楽しむことができました。
日本語スタッフのAYAさんやフラが上手なINGRIDさんなど親切で楽しいスタッフがガイドしてくれてとてもよかったです。

自然相手のアクティビティなので、動物と会えるかは運次第ですが、参加してみてはどうでしょう。

Thank you for a wonderful day with my grandchildren, enjoying water activities that are different from Waikiki. The bus transportation was also smooth.

ワイキキとは違う水遊びが出来て孫たちに最高な一日を有り難う御座いました。バスでの送迎もスムーズです。

We participated as a family of magic lovers (an elementary school student, a preschooler, and a father). The performers recognized that we were Japanese and incorporated some Japanese into the show, which the father enjoyed, but it seemed difficult for the children who didn't understand English. My elementary school son somewhat understood, while my preschool son was completely lost (laughs). It’s quite an expensive show, and it wasn't suitable for children who can't understand English. They were very happy with the magic kit as a souvenir.

マジック好きの親子（小学生、幼稚園児、父）で参加しました。
日本人と気づいて頂き、所々日本語を交えて下さり
父は楽しめましたが英語が分からない子供たちには難しかったようです。
小学生の息子はなんとなくわかった、と、幼稚園児の息子にはちんぷんかんぷん（苦笑）
かなり高価なショーですし、英語を理解できない子供には不向きでした。
お土産のマジックキットには大喜びでした。

If you don’t want to go over 5 mph and you just look at plants, you will be fine.
If you are looking to ride atv’s like they were made to ride, stay away!

The Captain, Holly and Alex were great! I would highly recommend this Snorkeling Trip.

Its just shuttle service to Diamond head
Its a stone throw away from honolulu waikiki, and you coukd have just walk there.
Nothing more of a ferry services.

Staff charged me the memory card without asking if I ever need them.
I have no use for such huge memory stick; that was age old technology.

Overall, it was fun granted it was my virgin experience.
would I recommend my friends?
Probably no.

During my stay in Waikiki, this was the most exciting activity nearby. Even those who are not good at surfing can ride the waves and experience the thrill. I recommend trying this canoe surfing before parasailing or jet skiing.

ワイキキ滞在の中で、最も近場で、最もエキサイティングなアクティビティです。
サーフィンが苦手な人も、波に乗り、爽快感を味わうことができます。
パラセーリング、ジェットスキーよりも、まずこのカヌーサーフィンをオススメします。

I was glad to receive such polite guidance! I was a bit anxious since it was my first time, but there were no problems at all! The friendly atmosphere was also great!
