The shuttle service to and from the hotel made it easy to get around, and I was able to receive explanations about tourist spots and snorkeling in Japanese, allowing me to enjoy the experience with peace of mind! The hamburgers we had on the boat were truly delicious... After getting into the water, it gets cold, so I think it's a good idea to prepare something to wear over your swimsuit (like a rash guard), hot water, a bath towel, and a change of clothes for after disembarking! It was a unique experience that I thoroughly enjoyed in Hawaii!

ホテルからの行き帰り送迎ありで楽に移動でき、日本語で観光スポット、シュノーケリングの説明を受けることができ、安心して体験を楽しめました！
船上で食べるハンバーガーも本当に沁みるおいしさでした…
海に入った後は寒くなるので、上から羽織れるもの（ラッシュガード等）、白湯、バスタオル、下船後の着替えなどを用意しておくとよいと思います！

The guides were amazing. Not only were the views spectacular, but I learned so much about the land. Be sure to wear clothes you don’t care about as we were covered in dirt/dust from the trail. But it was all worth it.
Helmet provided so don’t buy a sun hat in the gift shop like I did!
Gift shop was great too. Tons of food and items to buy. Highly recommend.

I was covered in dust from head to toe! I had a great laugh with the participants with my completely black face. Long pants were a must, but since I was going to get dirty anyway, maybe shorts would have been better. That said, it was a valuable experience that you can only have here.

I had a very good experience. At the end, you put a tip in the box, but I think it would also convey more gratitude if you give money to the captain and the guide separately.

However, I was so exhausted that I couldn't do anything at all after coming back that day.

The tour driver was great! He got us there and through the gate in a timely manner. However, if you are looking for serenity or a peaceful hike, you have come to the wrong place. It was so crowded it was hard to enjoy. Had some younger individuals that thought we might all enjoy their music blaring.

This site would benefit from a timed entry system.

We almost didn't make it but they held for us....by the skin of our teeth and the evening was just a blast after that. The food was good, the entertainment was funny and got the audience engaged. The views were spectacular. Had a lot of fun

This is the second takeoff following last year. As expected, I'm used to it now and have no sense of fear. The view was fantastic, and it was a bundle of refreshing feelings. The captain and crew's skills were perfect. It's a tour with no complaints.

昨年に続き2回目のテイクオフ。さすがに慣れて恐怖感は無し。眺めの良さと爽快感の塊でした。キャプテンとクルーの技術も完璧。ゆうことなしのツアーです。

It's far, but definitely worth it!
We traveled in a comfortable large bus with spacious seats.
The roads were congested, but since we climbed Diamond Head and visited the KCC Farmers' Market in the morning, it was nice to be able to sleep comfortably on the bus.
As we got closer, the color of the sea and the mountain scenery changed, allowing us to enjoy a mystical view that is different from the urban Waikiki.
All explanations were in English.
We had free time until the tour started, and we enjoyed a buffet with curry, meat, and salad. There was also a shop. There were plenty of things to see and do freely, so we had more than enough time to pass.
A paper with the meeting time and return time was distributed to each person, so as long as you keep it until the end, you can feel at ease. Even if you can't speak English, you can show the paper to get directions to the meeting place.
One issue was that the locker had a credit card error, didn't give change, and there were no staff nearby.
In the end, I was able to exchange money at the counter where I bought the tour ticket. Thanks to that trouble, I became friends with a newlywed Japanese couple participating in the same tour, so it turned out well. Unexpected events are part of traveling.
The horses are quite tall, which might be scary for beginners, but they are very gentle and listen carefully to instructions.
Basically, even without commands, they will move on their own when the horse in front starts to go, but if you keep making physical contact, they will look back as if to ask, "Is it okay to go?" and wait for a signal. So cute and smart! After a tough path, I thanked them many times.
There was no fast walking, so it was a leisurely stroll, but there were bumpy paths with ups and downs.
The guide was explaining something, but it was far away and in English, so I couldn't catch what they were saying at all. I want to improve my English skills and try again someday.
Calves came close, and the impressive mountains and breathtaking sea were just amazing! Since we were lined up in a row, there was hardly any interaction with other participants, which was comfortable for me as someone who joined alone. If you want to socialize with everyone, a bus tour or other activities might be good. Riding was a great choice for a unique experience!
Be prepared to get a little dirty or wet, so wearing comfortable clothes and shoes is important.
It drizzled, but there was no rainbow.
I wanted to see a Hawaiian rainbow!
I bought photos! I also purchased a T-shirt and a shop bag. They were cute, inexpensive, and of good quality. I wish I had bought more of the green and black bags hanging on the wall at the souvenir shop's register!

遠いけど行く価値あり！
快適なゆったりシートの大型バスで移動。
道は混んでたけど、朝からダイヤモンドヘッド登ってKCCファーマーズも回ったので バスで快適に眠れて助かりました。
近づくにつれて、海の色 山の風景が変わっていき、都会なワイキキとは違う 神秘的な絶景を楽しめます。
説明は全て英語。
ツアー時間までは自由時間で、ビュッフェでカレーやお肉、サラダを食べれました。売店もあります。他にも色々自由に見て回れるので、時間は充分に潰せます。
集合時間や帰りの時間の書いた紙を１人ずつ配られるので、最後まで無くさず持っていたら安心です。英語話せなくても紙を見せれば集合場所を教えてくれます。
１つ困ったのはロッカーがクレジットカードエラー&お釣が出ない&近くにスタッフがいない。
結局 ツアーチケットを買うカウンターで両替してもらえました。そのトラブルのおかげで同じツアーに参加する日本人の新婚さんと仲良くなれたので、結果オーライ。旅にハプニングはつきものです。
馬はかなり背が高く 初心者には怖いかも
でもとても穏やかで、繊細に指示を聴いてくれるちょー賢い子達です。
基本 指示がなくても、前の子が進み出したら勝手に進んでくれますが、スキンシップを取り続けると、「進んでいいの？」と振り返る素振りを見せて合図を待ってくれるようになりました。可愛&賢い！ハードな道のあとは「ありがと」とたくさん声かけました。
早足は無しなのでゆったり散歩する程度ですが、凸凹道 アップダウンあります。
ガイドさんがなにやら説明してますが、遠いし英語だし何言ってるか全く聞き取れなかったから、英語力をあげてまたいつか再チャレンジしたいな。
子牛が近づいて来たり、圧巻の山、絶景の海、
めっちゃ気持ち～！1列に並んでるので 他の参加者たちとの交流はほぼなく、１人で参加した身としては快適でした。みんなでわぃわぃしたいのであればバスツアーとか他のアクティビティもいいかも。なかなか出来ない経験としては乗馬で大正解でした♪
多少は汚れたり 濡れたりする覚悟で、

The meeting place was hard to find, and I was made to wait a long time, which was disappointing, especially since I was treated rudely. However, I managed to make it in time for the start, and once I joined, the instructor who went into the sea with us was very kind and great. There weren't many fish, but the starfish were interesting. I also enjoyed the scenery of Magic Island.

待ち合わせ場所がわかりづらく、長く待たされたうえ、失礼な態度を取られたのが残念でした。何とか開始時間に間に合い，気を取り直して参加したところ、海に一緒に入ってくれたインストラクターはとても親切で良かったです。魚はたくさんではないけど，ヒトデがおもしろかった。マジックアイランドの景色も楽しめました。

Great greeters, buffet. Dinner entertainment and show! Beverages were bad. The Mai Tai didn't taste like a MT. Sdas watered down or missing half required syrup at $5 each. Excellent value. My teen son loved it. We all did. Thank you.

The best experience ever. The crew members were helpful and nice.

The show was really amazing. We were able to interact with our hosts and learn how to make the head pieces. The dancing was great, but the firing knife throwing was so good . Totally worth it.

I booked a plan without meals that includes photos. I chose this because the reviews for the meals weren't great, but I think the plan without meals was sufficient. It felt like being in a movie theater where I could order drinks and enjoy the show while sipping on them. The seats were closer than I expected and easy to see!

I have been to Hawaii several times, but this was my first visit to Wet 'n' Wild. It was fun, but there were several points of concern.

First, if you don't have a rental car, it's definitely better to use the shuttle bus. Trying to rely on public transportation or walking is not advisable. By the way, if you're taking the shuttle bus, make sure to wait at the entrance by 2:40 PM for your return. While I can't say for everyone, at least one person from your group should be there. This is because the return bus has a loose check-in process. Although this didn't happen to us, someone boarded the return bus, and the driver mistakenly thought everyone was gathered, leading to an early departure. As a result, a family that arrived right on time was left stranded and had to pay a lot for a taxi to Waikiki, despite having already paid for the shuttle bus. They might have booked through a different travel company (like JTB), but it seems the operation is managed by Wet 'n' Wild. I think this aspect should be checked more thoroughly.

Aside from that, similar to other reviews, the lazy river was not operating, so those who can't ride the drop attractions have limited options. Many attractions were not running due to a lack of staff, as they were multitasking. The bodyboard attendants, who should have been providing free bodyboard tickets, told us we couldn't use them because we didn't have a band, which took time to resolve.

The facility itself is enjoyable, but due to the reasons mentioned above and the short operating hours, I think the cost-effectiveness is poor, and it might be enough to visit just once.

ハワイには何度か来たことはありましたが、今回初めてウェットアンドワイルドに来ました。楽しかったは楽しかったのですが、色々と気になる点が。
まず、レンタカーなど車が無い人は必ずシャトルバスを使った方が良いことです。公共交通機関とあわよくば歩いて行こうとするのは辞めた方が良いでしょう。ちなみに、シャトルバスの場合、帰る時は2時40分には入り口で待ってましょう。全員とは言いませんがグループなら誰か一人でも。それは帰りのバスはチェックが緩いからです。これは私達ではありませんが、誰かが帰りのバスに乗ってしまい、運転手は集まったと勘違いして予定より早く出発したせいで、集合時間きっかりに来た家族が路頭に迷い、やむなくタクシーで大金払ってワイキキまで行ったそうです。シャトルバスの金額を払ったにもかかわらずです。申し込んだのはベルトラではなく違う旅行会社(JTBとか)かも知れませんが、運営してるのはウェットアンドワイルド側と思います。この点はもう少しきちんとチェックされた方が良いように思います。
それ以外は他のクチコミと同じく、
流れるプールがやって無いので落ちる系のものが乗れない人は遊ぶのが限られる、
やっているアトラクションも従業員が少なく掛け持ちしてるためやっていないことが多い
ボディーボードの係員はボディーボードのフリーチケットのはずなのに「バンドが無いからダメ」と言われてやれるまで時間がかかる、
といったことがあります。
施設自体は楽しいのですが、上記の理由と営業時間の短さから、コスパは悪く、一度行けば良いかなと思います。

I definitely want to ride again when I come to Hawaii. The scenery, with mountains and the ocean, allowed me to fully enjoy nature. I truly made the best memories in Hawaii.

After four years since the end of COVID, I came to Hawaii with my wife. There’s a nostalgic feeling of coming back. This time, we had dinner at Taormina, where we visit every year. The staff here are very kind, friendly, and provide excellent service. Whenever we mention, “Our wedding anniversary is coming up, so we come to Hawaii every year, and this time we’re back after a long time,” they always surprise us with a dessert message plate at the end (we truly appreciate this annual gesture). The food and the wine they recommended were delicious, making this trip another wonderful memory. We want to visit again next year.

コロナが明けて4年ぶりで妻とハワイに来ました。帰って来たという懐かしさ。今回も毎年お邪魔しているタオルミーナでディナーしました。ここはお店のスタッフさんがとても親切で気さくでサービスも満点で、いつも私たちが「結婚記念日が近いので、毎年この季節にハワイに来ており、今回は久しぶりに来たよ」と言うと、デザートの最後にスイーツのメッセージプレートをサービスして下さりました（毎年サービスして下さりありがたく感じています）。お食事もおすすめしてくれたワインも美味しくて、素敵な思い出がまた一つ増えた旅になりました。また来年もお邪魔したいです。

Considering the transportation, costs, and time spent in Hawaii, I honestly hesitated before making the reservation. However, my experience was truly amazing, and I was able to enjoy a luxurious time in Hawaii! The scenery and interaction with the horses were unique, and I felt genuinely healed while riding and feeling the warmth of the horses (*^^*).

We debated on transportation, but we decided to rent a car. We were able to stop by shops in Haleiwa and enjoy garlic shrimp from a food truck (it was emotional to have it again after 15 years!) and also visited the Dole Plantation, making for a very fulfilling day that included horseback riding. The instructor spoke entirely in English, but explained things clearly with gestures. The horses were very well-behaved, and we enjoyed a relaxed ride while only lightly holding the reins (^^).

The entrance by car was a bit tricky to find, but once you see the arena, slow down a bit, and you'll find the gate. After entering through the first large gate, you'll soon see the horses. We changed into shoes in the car (my husband wore sneakers, while my daughter and I wore compact flat shoes with belts to avoid bulky luggage) and prepared by signing in and borrowing helmets and storage for our belongings. The storage was a pocket-style that could be placed on the horse's back, fitting a phone, camera, and even a small water bottle. We also got to take photos by the beach, which made for wonderful memories! (The instructor called out at just the right moments.)

We wore long pants, but there was no worry about getting dirty while riding, so we could go shopping afterward. (Since there was a bit of sand blowing, it might be a good idea to bring a change of clothes if you're concerned.) The daytime was fantastic, but I imagine the sunset would offer even more beautiful scenery, so I hope to experience it again!

The theme of this trip was to experience things that can only be done in Hawaii, and this horseback riding experience was perfect for that, creating the best memories for our family! Thank you so much to the wonderful instructor and the adorable horses ( ´ ▽ ` ) mahalo!

現地までの移動やお値段、ハワイでの滞在時間を考えた際、申し込みまで正直悩みました。しかし実際体験できての感想は、本当に贅沢なハワイ時間を過ごすことができて最高でした！！まさしくここでしか経験できない景色とお馬達との触れ合い、乗せてもらってお馬さんの温もりを感じながら本当に癒されました(*^^*)

移動手段で悩みましたが私達はレンタカーで向かい、ハレイワのお店やワゴンのガーリックシュリンプ(15年振りに食べれてそれも感動でした！)やドールプランテーションにも立ち寄れたので乗馬を含めとても充実した1日になりました。
先生はオール英語ではありますが、ジェスチャーなども交えながら分かりやすく説明してくれます。先生についていく感じで本当にお利口なお馬さん達でこちらは手綱を軽く持つ程度でゆったり乗馬を楽しめました(^^)
車での入り口が少し分かりづらいですが競技場がみえてきたら少しゆっくり走行していくとゲートがあり1つ目の大きなゲートの次のところを入っていくとすぐお馬達がみえる感じです。車で靴をシューズ(主人はスニーカー、私と娘は荷物がかさばらないよう少しコンパクトになるベルト付きのフラットシューズ)に履き替え、乗る前にサイン、ヘルメットと荷物入れを借りて準備します。荷物入れはお馬さんの背中に置かせてもらえるポケット式のもので携帯やカメラ、小さいものであれば水筒も入るサイズです。途中浜辺のところで写真も撮ってもらえて最高の記念になりました！！(程よいタイミングで先生が声を掛けてくれます)
服装は長ズボンになりますが乗った際に汚れてしまうようなことはなくそのまま買い物などできました。(若干砂が舞うので気になる方は着替えを持参されるといいかもです)
日中も最高でしたがサンセットの時間はさらにいい風景なのだろうと思うので、また体験できたらと思いました！

ハワイでしか体験できないことをが今回の旅行のテーマだったので、こちらでの乗馬体験はまさしくそれにぴったりで、家族の最高の思い出になりました！！

It was good. My luggage was minimal, but not too minimal, which was fine. I could fit a suitable bag under the seat on the boat. I didn't bring any money to reduce my luggage, but I needed cash for tips.

よかったです。荷物は最小限ですが、最小過ぎなくていいです。適当な鞄を船の座席の下に入れられます。荷物減らすためにお金も持って行かなかったけどチップのために現金は必要でした。

You can enjoy the breathtaking views of Kualoa while riding a horse.

The horse knows the route well, so you basically don’t have to do much to keep moving forward.

The local staff provides explanations, but I couldn’t understand what they were saying in English; however, during that time, you can enjoy the stunning scenery.

The views had a power that photos just can't capture.

You can also have photos taken, so I was satisfied.

I experienced the 150m jump.

I think it's a cost-effective tour since you can experience it and return in about an hour, making good use of your valuable time on-site.

The time in the air seems short, and there's a bit of fear, so I found it just right.

From above, you can see Diamond Head, the beach, and the cityscape all at once, so I highly recommend it.

I was satisfied to be able to ride a horse alone for two hours. There were times when I felt rushed because the instructions were only in English, but the horse was smart, so I didn't have any problems, haha. The scenery was beautiful!

I had a great time experiencing three different activities all at once! The explanations were provided in simple Japanese, which was helpful! Although it's an option, the photos and videos taken during the activities became wonderful memories!

I chose this tour because I wanted to visit Kaneohe Bay again for a scattering ceremony, as I had previously done so at the sandbar area. However, although it was advertised as a Kaneohe Bay cruise, it was not at all near the sandbar I wanted to go to, and instead, it cruised in a completely different area far from the sandbar.

The cruise itself was good; the boat was large, and we were able to see many turtles, but I think the tour name should be changed.

カネオエ湾(サンドバーのあたり)で散骨ツアーをしたので、7回忌に再度散骨したカネオエ湾へ行きたいと思い今回のツアーを選びました。しかしカネオエ湾クルーズと書いてありましたが私が行きたかったサンドバーあたりのカネオエ湾ではなく全然サンドバーからは遠い場所をクルーズするツアーでした。
クアロアランチからわりとすぐの海をクルーズするツアーでした。


クルーズ自体は船も大きく亀もたくさんみれて良かったですがツアー名は変えたほうがいいと思いました。

I don't speak Japanese, but that's totally fine! (They can communicate in broken Japanese.) The instructor was super fun and enjoyable! It said to carry as little luggage as possible, but you can fit one bag under the seat on the boat, so it's okay. When I went, there were three groups, so even when it wasn't our turn, we were on the boat the whole time, so it's better to bring water to stay hydrated! (They were selling small bottles of water at the reception.) It seems there are options for two or three people, so even with three, you don't have to worry about someone being left out. I also requested the photo service, and if you have an iPhone, they give you the data right there, and you can also get it on an SD card. You can see Diamond Head from the sea, so if you're in Hawaii, you definitely should do this!

インストラクター？のおじさんめちゃめちゃ愉快で楽しかったです！
荷物はなるべく持たないで…って書いてあったけど、鞄1つくらいなら船の椅子の下にしまえるので大丈夫です。
私の時は3組同じだったので、自分たちの番じゃない時もずっと船に乗っているので水分も忘れず持って行った方がいいです！(受付でも小さいボトルのお水売ってました)
2人用と3人用があるみたいで、3人とかでも1人溢れる心配とか要らないです。
写真サービスもお願いしましたが、iPhoneだとその場でデータくれますし、SDカードでも貰えました。
海からダイヤモンドヘッドまで一望できるので、せっかくハワイに来たならぜひやってほしいです！

The water was murky and visibility was not very good, which was disappointing. Since we departed in the early afternoon, it might have been murky because of that. If we had gone in the early morning, the sea might have been calm and clear, allowing for better visibility. However, I was able to experience the thrill of navigating through the 30-meter deep sea.

海の中は濁っておりあまり良く見えず期待以下でした。午後一番での出発だったので濁っていたのかも知れません。朝一番だったら海は穏やかで透明でもう少し良く見えたのかも知れません。水深30メートルの海の中を航行しているというドキドキ感を味わうことができました。

It was a windy day, so I was worried about whether it would happen, but it went ahead and I was super excited. The time flew by while I was in the air. The staff were great, and it was a wonderful experience.

風の強い日だったので出来るか不安でしたが、決行されてテンションマックスに。
飛んでいる間はあっという間でした。
お兄さん達の雰囲気も良く素敵な時間でした。

Masks, goggles, and helmets were provided for free.

A driver's license is required for the person driving.

I forgot my license, and the staff member drove for me, but it was better to have them drive because they explained various things and pointed out different spots (all in English).

運転する人は、運転免許証は必須。

免許証忘れて、スタッフの人が運転してくれたが、自分で運転するよりも、運転してもらった方が、色々と説明・各スポットを教えてくれて良かった(全て英語だが)。

We purchased a plan just for the show with our family, and since we arrived a bit early, we were able to sit in the front row, which was great. The show lasted about two hours and included traditional hula dancing, performances by Elvis and Michael Jackson impersonators, and fire dancing, making it a very fulfilling experience. Additionally, after the show, we were able to take photos with the performers and get their autographs, so it was a lot of fun right until the very end.

家族でショーだけのプランを購入しましたが、少し早めに着いたこともあり、前の方の席で観れたのでとてもよかったです。約2時間のショーで伝統的なフラダンスから、エルヴィスとマイケルジャクソンのそっくりさんのショー、ファイヤーダンスもありとても充実したショーでした。また、終わった後に出演者と写真を撮ったりサインをもらうことができたので、最後の最後までとても楽しかったです。

Horseback riding in the great nature of Hawaii became the best memory! The instructor was very kind and even took photos for us. I was very satisfied! I want to go again!!!
