Everything was okay, the server forgot to bring the welcome drink to us for more than 30 mins until we reminded him.

Really well organised activity with Kaimana Tours. Our driver Koa was excellent, providing lots of insights to the surroundings during our drive there. Pickup was on time, in a comfortable spacious van. We arrived and were first in line to get tickets which was simple and organised. The snorkeling gear was great, both sizing and quality for what we needed. I’d recommend going on the 6am pickup, as by the time we left at 11, it was getting really busy and there were not many places with shade. Kaimana offer umbrellas & chairs for hire too.

When traveling by boat, there were quite a few waves, and it was pretty rocky! Since there were only two groups, including us, the time spent being rocked by the boat was relatively short. However, I recommend taking motion sickness medication just in case there are more groups. (*^^*) At first, I thought it might be scary, but once I actually flew, there wasn't much sensation of floating, and it was so much fun! It was a precious and amazing time!

船で移動する時は、結構波もあってだいぶ揺れました！私達は、自分ら含めて2組だったので、あまり船に揺られる時間は短かったですが、何組かいる場合のことを想定して酔い止めを飲んでいくことおすすめします(*^^*)
初めは怖いかもと思っていましたが、いざ飛んでみるとそんなに浮遊感もなくとっても楽しかったです！貴重な最高の時間でした！

Both my wife and I are in our late 50s, while the other two couples are younger. Although we both ride motorcycles, we were a bit worried about keeping up with the younger crowd. After a brief 10-minute lecture, we were ready to ride. I think the Japanese guide was very good at teaching.

Since we ride standing up, the view is great, and we moved at a jogging pace, which allowed us to look around leisurely. At Ala Moana Beach Park, we were allowed to go onto the grass, and it was a fun experience being waved at by people sunbathing on benches while also being chased away by park rangers.

The weather was nice, but the sun was strong, so I put on a UV-cut parka. The feeling of riding was indescribably strange; the sound of the motor just echoed with a whoosh. Without hard tires and suspension, the bumps in the road were transmitted directly to us.

We even had someone take a video of us while riding, and with a break in between, the roughly two hours flew by. Including tips, it was quite an expense, but it turned out to be a unique experience. I would love to ride again.

『若い人に付いて行けるかな〜』と少々心配。
10分くらいのレクチャーで乗れるようになりました。
日本語ガイドさんの教え方が上手だったと思います。
立って乗るので見晴らしが良く、ジョギングくらいの
スピードで移動するので、キョロキョロする余裕も
ありました。
アラモアナ・ビーチパークでは芝生に入ってOKという
ことでしたが、パークレンジャーに追い出されたり、
ベンチで日光浴をしている人に手を振ってもらったり、
楽しい体験でした。
天気が良いと日当たりが強いので、UVカットパーカー
を羽織りました。
乗った感じは何とも言えない不思議な感覚。モーターの
音が、ヒュ〜ンと響くだけ。
硬いタイヤとサスペンションがないので路面の凸凹が
ダイレクトに伝わってきます。
途中で乗っているところの動画を撮ってもらったり、
休憩を挟んで、およそ2時間があっと言う間でした。
チップを含めると結構な出費でしたが、なかなかできない
体験になりました。
また乗りたいと思います。

I had seen the Jurassic Park movie, and it truly felt like being in the world of the film. It was my first time riding a horse, but the horse was well-trained and there were no issues at all. I was able to enjoy the scenery in a cute and relaxed way.

ジュラシックパークの映画を見たことがありましたが、まさに映画の中の世界。
乗馬は初めてでしたが、お馬さんも慣れており全く問題なし。
可愛くてのんびりと景色を楽しむことができました。

The meaning of the title is something that those who have taken this tour would understand. I had the valuable experience of riding a horse through the great outdoors. At first, it felt nice to ride, but after two hours, it felt a bit long. For those who have never ridden a horse, it might be tough, so taking a buggy or bus might be better. Also, I found that there weren't as many tourist attractions at Kualoa Ranch as I expected, and when you opt for the shuttle service, the waiting time felt long. For those who are used to using Uber, I think choosing a plan without the shuttle would allow for more freedom of movement.

タイトルの意味は、このツアーに行った方であればわかると思います。大自然の中を馬に乗りながら進むという貴重な経験ができました。最初は気持ち良く馬に乗っていたのですが、2時間は少し長いと感じました。馬に乗ったことがない方は乗馬がキツイと感じるかもしれないため、バギーやバスの方が良いかもしれません。また、クアロアランチは思っていたよりも観光するところがなく、送迎付きにすると待ち時間が長く感じました。Uberを使うのに慣れている方は、送迎なしのプランにした方が自由に動けるので良いかなと思いました。

My first parasailing experience was very enjoyable. The view from 150 meters above was amazing. The photos taken by the staff cost $40 plus a tip, so I didn't request them, but I asked a couple who boarded the boat with us to take pictures from below. All the photos turned out beautifully. Since the sun was hot, I recommend going around 8 AM!

150m上空から眺める景色は最高でした。
スタッフに依頼する写真は$40+チップなのでお願いしませんでしたが、船へ一緒に乗船したカップルにお願いし下から撮影してもらいました。どの写真も綺麗でした。
日差しが暑かったので、8時〜をオススメします！

This was my third visit. Some attractions were closed, which was disappointing, but I was able to ride Tornado and Shaka three times each. The staff were all cheerful and friendly, and I had a very enjoyable time. I especially appreciated the thoughtful care from the Japanese woman at the reception, who embodied the spirit of hospitality. I definitely want to go again next year!

今回3回目でした。アトラクションはいくつか閉鎖中で、残念でしたが、トルネードとシャカを3回ずつ出来ました。スタッフはみんな陽気でフレンドリーて、とても楽しい時間でした。特に受付係の日本人女性の方が、おもてなし精神で細やかな配慮をして頂きありがたかったですヨ^_^
来年も是非行きたいと思います♪

We participated as a group of three, and since we were able to ride together, we didn't have to share with strangers. A few years ago, when I went parasailing with another company, it was awkward to ride with someone I didn't know, so I was glad to enjoy this experience. We stayed at the Hilton, so we didn't need transportation. I would like to use this service again.

３人で参加しましたが、３人乗りにして貰えたので、知らない人と一緒に乗ることはありませんでした。何年か前に別のパラセイルに行った時は知らない人と相乗りで気まずかったので、今回は楽しめて良かったです。ヒルトンに宿泊で、送迎も要りませんでした。また利用したいと思います。

Every time we go to Hawaii, we participate in this zip line tour. The views while zip lining are amazing! The guide speaks only English. My husband and I don't speak any English at all, but we still have a great time.

ハワイに行く度、こちらのジップラインに参加します。ジップラインをしながら見る景色は最高です！ガイドは英語のみです。私達夫婦は全く英語できませんが、それでも楽しめます。

It's hard to decide which experience to choose, but the electric assist mountain bikes are easy to ride even for us (a couple in our 50s) who don't ride bicycles regularly, and we can easily climb hills. Just be careful with sudden brakes on downhill slopes. We stopped at recommended spots along the way. The local staff were also very courteous in guiding us. Our clothes didn't get too dirty either. Above all, riding a mountain bike is truly the best way to experience Kualoa. The atmosphere allows for natural smiles and interactions with the foreign guests we were with. Unfortunately, our English skills... we couldn't fully understand the staff's detailed explanations at those spots.

どの体験をするか迷いますが、電動アシストマウンテンバイクは日頃自転車に乗っていない私達（50代夫婦）も容易に運転ができしかも楽に坂道も登れます。降り坂は急ブレーキに注意。途中オススメのスポットには停車。現地スタッフの方々も丁寧に案内してくれます。服装もさほど汚れることはありません。何と言ってもクアロアを肌で感じるには本当にマウンテンバイクは最高です。途中から同行の外国人の方々とも自然に笑顔を交わせるような雰囲気になります。残念なのは私達の英語力…。スタッフの方のそのスポットでの丁寧な説明が理解出来ず。

We participated as a group of three. I had heard beforehand that it would be difficult for three people to fly together, but on the day, it went smoothly and we were able to fly as a family. The ground staff were very polite and friendly, which made us feel at ease. The boat staff were quick and we were able to fly smoothly. We also got to know other participants, creating a sense of unity as we waved and applauded each other. We asked for photos, and they took many shots of various moments, surprising us with how clearly our faces were captured in the air. Since returning to the hotel, we've enjoyed looking back at them multiple times.

3人で参加しました。事前の情報では3人で飛ぶことは難しいと聞いていたのですが、当日はすんなりOKで家族揃って飛ぶことができました。
地上スタッフもとても丁寧で親しみやすくて安心できました。ボートのスタッフも手早くてスムースに飛ぶことができました。
他の参加者とも仲良くなれて、手を振ったり、拍手をしたりと一体感も生まれました。
写真もお願いしたのですが、いろんな場面をたくさん撮ってくれたうえに、空中での顔がはっきり写っていたのにはびっくりしました。ホテルに帰ってからも何度も見直して楽しんでいます。

This is an attraction where you can take a buggy tour around Kualoa Ranch, which is also the setting for Jurassic World! It felt like stepping into the movie, providing an incredibly extraordinary experience! The tour is conducted in English only, and since your clothes can get muddy, it might be a good idea to bring a change of clothes and some face wash!

まるで映画の中に入ったかのような臨場感でとても非日常の体験ができました！！
ツアーの案内が英語のみなのと、服が泥だらけになるので、着替えや洗顔など持参した方が良いかもです！

It was my first experience surfing, but with the guidance of Hans and Edd, I was able to stand up right away. They also captured it well on video, making it a wonderful memory. I highly recommend it!

サーフィン初体験でしたが、Hansさん、Eddさんの手ほどきですぐに立つことが出来ました。動画にもしっかり撮ってくれて、とても素晴らしい思い出になりました。おすすめです！

We participated as a couple. The tour guide was very fun and kind, and thanks to them, we had the best experience. I would like to join this tour again next time.
Here is some information to share:
- The explanations were in English, but important points were translated using a translation app.
- In the experience report, it was mentioned that photography was not allowed at the fallen tree in Jurassic Park, but there was actually a good amount of time for photos later on.
- The guide took many pictures of us at great locations, creating wonderful memories.
- At the end, everyone in my tour group was giving tips of about $10 to $20 each.

夫婦二人で参加しました。ツアーガイドさんがとても楽しく親切な方で、お陰様で最高の体験が出来ました。次回もこのツアーに参加したいと思います。
以下、情報共有まで。
・説明は英語なのですが、重要な箇所は翻訳アプリを使って翻訳してくれました。
・体験談では、ジュラシックパークの倒木の箇所で撮影は出来ないと書かれてありましたが、後半の方にしっかり撮影時間がありました。
・ガイドさんが絶好のロケーションでたくさん写真を撮ってくれるので、素敵な思い出が形になります。
・終了時に、私が参加したツアーの皆さんは大体1人10～20＄のチップを渡していました。

I enjoyed it more than I expected. You can leave your luggage at the office, but there is space in front of the Segway where you can store small bags. They suggest a tip of 15% or more, but it seems you don't have to follow that if you don't want to. By the way, tips can also be paid by card, which was helpful since I didn't have any cash.

予想していた以上に楽しめました。オフィスで荷物を預けられますが、セグウェイの前に収納できるスペースがあるので小さい荷物でしたらそこに入れられます。チップは15%〜の金額を提示してくれますが、気持ち次第なのでそれに従わなくても良さそうでした。ちなみにチップはカード払いも可能です。現金を持っていなかったので助かりました。

I arranged for a pickup from Waikiki, which made getting around easy. The Segway was easier to ride than I expected, and the weather was great with stunning views.

ワイキキからの送迎をつけてもらったので移動が楽でした。セグウェイは思ったよりも乗りやすくて、天気も良くて景色が最高でした。

Incredible and magnificent scenery! You can't experience this anywhere in Japan! You absolutely have to do it! I had a bit of muscle soreness afterward. Next time, I want to try the buggy ride too!

It was hot for a long time, and sitting on the horse for two hours was tiring, but it was a valuable experience! Next time, I want to participate early in the morning!

I had to quickly book this tour because the buggy tour was sold out, but it turned out great. On the day of the tour, we were picked up at 7:30 at the Sheraton Aloha Landing, and there was a briefing for all the tours at the site (since my English isn't very good, we could hardly understand anything, only the e-bike registration and the location of the restroom). There were six participants in total: a couple from Europe, a couple from Korea, and us, plus the guide, which made for a small group. At registration, we were instructed to store larger bags in lockers. You can buy drinks on-site, but they're not particularly cheap, so I recommend bringing your own.

The instructions on how to operate the e-bike and safety precautions were provided in a video with Japanese subtitles, which was helpful. My wife, who usually only rides a regular bike, was a bit scared, but there was practice before we started, and she seemed to get used to it and enjoy the ride. The small group size and the guide's constant consideration made us feel at ease.

We stopped at filming spots and beautiful views to take photos with the guide. The scenery was amazing! There were many spots where we encountered people on buggies or trolley tours; while the routes were different, I think they covered similar highlights. I had originally aimed for the buggy tour, but seeing the buggies moving slowly in a line made me realize it wasn't the thrilling experience I had imagined. The e-bike allowed me to go at my own pace, and both the handling and speed felt fantastic, leaving me very satisfied.

We returned to the starting point at 11:30 and finished by buying hamburgers at a restaurant (the taste was average), had lunch, and departed for home at 1:00 PM. I chose the morning-only tour, and it was just right.

バギーツアーが売り切れたため急遽こちらのツアーを予約しましたがよかったです。当日はシェラトンのアロハランディングに7：30ピックアップ、現地で全てのツアーまとめてブリーフィングがありました（英語が苦手な私達はほとんど聞き取れず、e-bikeの受付とトイレの場所だけ理解できました）。e-bikeは欧米人夫婦、韓国人夫婦と私達夫婦の6人の参加者＋ガイドさんの少人数でした。受付時に荷物が大きい方はロッカーに預けるよう指示されます。現地で買えますが、特別安くはないので飲み物持参をオススメします。
操作法や注意事項の説明は動画で、日本語字幕があり助かりました。普段ママチャリしか乗らない妻は怖がっていましたが、スタート前に練習もあり、道中は慣れて楽しめたようです。少人数で、ガイドさんが常に気遣ってくださったのも安心でした。
映画の撮影スポットや景色がいいところで自転車を止め、その都度ガイドさんに写真を撮っていただけました。景色最高です！途中でバギーやトロリーツアー？の方々とも一緒になるスポットも多く、ルートは違うのでしょうが共通点もあり見どころは押さえてあると思います。もともとバギーツアーを狙っていましたが、バギーがゆっくり列で進んでいたのを見ると、私がイメージしていた疾走感のあるものではなさそうだったので、自分のペースで進めるe-bikeは操作感、疾走感ともに非常に気持ちがよく大満足でした。
11:30にスタート地点に戻って終了、レストランでハンバーガーを買って（味は普通）、ランチを済ませて、13:00出発で帰宅しました。午前だけのツアーを選びましたが丁度良かったです。

We participated as a couple in our thirties. By chance, the receptionist was Japanese, and after handing over our voucher, we were guided to our seats. Since it was a VIP buffet, we received a drink service voucher and had priority in the buffet line. The seating was at a long table, and for pairs, we were seated next to each other, while the opposite side was a different group. Since we couldn't speak English well, it felt a bit awkward. However, the food was very delicious, and we were satisfied. During dinner, there was also a hula dance performance, and although we didn't participate in the dance lesson that took place, we enjoyed it to some extent.

The Rock-a-Hula show featured professional dancers performing hula, which was of impressive quality and enjoyable until the end. I recognized many parts of the Michael Jackson impersonation, but I was not familiar with Elvis, which made me feel a bit out of sync with those around me.

アラサー夫婦二人で参加しました。たまたまなのか日本人の受付の方で、バウチャーを渡すと案内してもらえました。VIPビュッフェとのことでワンドリンクのサービス券と、ビュッフェに並ぶ順番が優先されました。席は長テーブルで、ペアの場合隣通しで案内されるので、正面は別グループの方でした。英語ができない私達は少し気まずかったです。ただ、食事は非常に美味しく満足でした。ディナー中もフラダンスもあり、途中行われたダンスレッスンには参加こそしませんでしたがまずまず楽しめました。
ロック・ア・フラショーはプロのダンサーたちのフラダンスはさすがのクオリティで見応え十分で最後まで楽しめました。マイケルジャクソンのモノマネは知っている部分も多かったですが、エルヴィスはほとんど知らず周りとはやや温度差を感じました。

Definitely the sun set cruise is one of the best , and most beautiful experience we had. Great food , great live music and great and delicious food .

First, we had a meal. The food was delicious. They guided us in order, so we could eat without feeling rushed. The show featuring Elvis was amazing. He came to the audience and was very engaging. The fire dance was also wonderful. I thought the hula dancer was fantastic, as she perfectly executed various other dances as well. However, the most impressive was Michael. He was a bit overweight, but his face resembled the original.

The location was hard to find. We were about 30 minutes late. I recommend checking the map thoroughly before heading out.

まず、最初に食事でした。食事はおいしかったです。順番に案内してくれるので、焦る事なく食べる事ができました。ショーはエルビスが最高でした。客席まで来てくれて、サービス精神旺盛でした。炎のダンスも素敵でした。フラダンスを踊るダンサーは、他の色々なダンスも完璧にこなして素晴らしい、と思いました。でも、1番印象的だったのは、マイケルでした。太り過ぎだろ、、、顔は似ていました。
場所が分かりにくいです。30分位遅刻しました。しっかり地図を確認して出かけるこおをお勧めします。

I had confirmed with the instructor, but the snorkeling gear wasn't properly attached, and I panicked because I couldn't breathe on the surface. So, I had to retire midway.

There were two instructors, but it was stated that they could handle a maximum of five people, yet it felt like one instructor was managing almost ten people. It seems like there's some exaggeration in the description.

I felt uneasy entering the water without proper safety checks. This company seems to operate smoothly every time, but it feels like a miracle that no accidents have occurred.

I would like participants to join with a sense of personal responsibility.

インストラクターにも確認してもらっていたのだが、シュノーケルの器具がちゃんと付けられてなく海上で息が出来なくてパニックになった。なので途中でリタイアした。
インストラクターは2人だが、最大５人と記載があるがほぼ1人で10人をみている状況だった。記載に誇張があるように思える。
安全確認もほぼせずに海に入って不安があった。
この業者は毎回流れるように仕事をこなしているが、事故が起こっていないのが奇跡に思えた。
参加される方は自己責任という気持ちを持って参加していただきたい。

I used this place for dinner. The B course had just the right amount of food to fill us up, and my wife was able to finish it all. There are Japanese-speaking staff at the reception, so you can enter with peace of mind. The staff in the hall were also friendly and cheerful, and they spoke to us in broken Japanese. Of course, the food was incredibly delicious. This is a place I would like to visit again next time.

ディナーで利用させて頂きました。
Bコースは、ちょうどお腹いっぱいになるくらいの量で妻も完食出来るくらいです。
日本人？の受付スタッフもいらっしゃるので、安心して、エントリーできます。
ホールの方も明るく気さくな方が多くて、片言の日本語で話しかけてくれます。
もちろん料理も最高に美味しかったです。
また、次回も利用したいお店です。

We set off on a boat with a group of about 10 people. There were 2 staff members who were friendly and communicated in simple Japanese. The clear weather allowed us to enjoy a stunning view of Waikiki from the sea, which was breathtaking! I recommend this to everyone visiting Honolulu.

10名ほどのグループでボートに乗り出発。
スタッフは2名、フレンドリーで簡単な日本語の対応もしてくれました。
快晴で飛んだ海上からはワイキキの景色が一望できて、圧巻でした！ホノルルにいくすべての人におすすめ。

My first parasailing experience was so much fun! I participated in the last session at 5 PM and was able to see Diamond Head and the streets of Waikiki illuminated by the sunset from above.

There was one instance where it was canceled due to strong winds, and I had to change the date and rebook. I received the cancellation notice via email about 2 to 3 hours in advance.

There were about 10 to 15 participants, and besides us, there was one other Japanese person, so we took photos and videos of each other from the boat. I participated in parasailing with my smartphone in a waterproof case, and while descending, my butt and feet touched the sea, but my upper body was fine, so my smartphone didn’t get submerged.

I couldn’t find any changing rooms or restroom spaces, so I went back to the hotel as I was.

人生初のパラセイリング楽しかったです！
最終の17時から参加して、夕日に照らされるダイアモンドヘッドやワイキキの街並みを上空から見ることができました。
１度は強風の影響で中止となり、日程を変更して再予約をしての参加となりました。
中止の連絡は2〜3時間前にメールが届きました。

参加人数は10〜15名ほどで、私たちの他に日本人が1苦味いらっしゃったので、お互いに写真と動画を船から撮り合いました。
スマホを防水ケースに入れてパラセイリングに参加しましたが、降下する際にお尻や足が海につくくらいで上半身は無事だったので、スマホが水没することもなかったです。

更衣室やトイレ等の着替えられるスペースは見当たらなかったので、そのままホテルまで帰りました。
