Everyone was really kind and knowledgeable! The group wasn't too big so everyone got 6-7 waves in, and the instructor was really good. He was very encouraging, and he had great timing on which waves to catch.

My husband and I had a great time snorkeling, kayaking, and SUP. It was the first time we experienced these kind of activities. The staff were very helpful and kind. Loved the live music! I think everyone should experience this at least once in their life time. This was definitely the highlight of our one week long trip to Oahu!!

The Star of Honolulu crew knows exactly what they are doing. The night before our trip they called to ensure that we knew exactly where to begin our adventire. At 200 feet, the Star is steady in the morning sea. The crew is knowledgeable and helpful. We were given a brief lesson in whale anatomy, diet, and behavior before we set out. We understood the challenges and likely outcomes of our trip. We did see whales. We would have liked to have seen more, but we were well prepared for the visit we received. This was a a grest start to our vacation

We participated as a family and everyone, regardless of age or gender, had a great time. There were first-timers for kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and snorkeling, but we were able to try them with confidence. I believe this was thanks to the staff's smiles and kind support.

Cultural experiences are a fun time, and the traditional cuisine buffet dinner with the best views is very satisfying. The Hawaiian show is impressive... the luau "feast" is the best!

文化体験は楽しいひとときで、最高景色での伝統料理ビュッフェディナーも満足のいく内容です。
ハワイアンショーは迫力があって．．．ルアウ「宴」は最高ですね！

The weather was nice, and I had a great time, but the experience was a bit short for the price. I would expect at least one hour for the amount I paid.

お天気にも恵まれ、楽しかったけど、料金の割に体験時間が短めだった。
支払った料金だと最低限1時間は行って欲しいです。

Captain Bob's was great and the crew was fantastic. Volleyball on the sand bar was so much fun!

The live performance during the trip was amazing! The ability to switch between stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling at my own pace and do as much as I wanted was also a great attraction.

行き帰りでしてくださった生演奏が最高でした！サップにカヤック、シュノーケリングと、全て自分の好きなタイミングで切り替えられて、好きなだけできるのも魅力です。

The pick-up and drop-off to the hotel were handled by a reliable driver, which gave me peace of mind. The goggles, snorkel, and float wetsuit I borrowed were also easy to use. I am very satisfied.

お迎えも返りのホテルまでの送りも、あんしんしまかせられる良いドライバーでした。
お借りしゴーグル、シュノーケル、フロートウエットスーツも、使いやすかったです。
大満足です。

It was the best time we have had. Learned a lot about how they grow pineapple 🍍

There was singing, services like spam rice balls, hula dancing, and a lot of other activities besides sea turtle snorkeling, which made it enjoyable! Having a Japanese guide eased my worries. The sea was also very beautiful.

However, reflecting on my experience, I had never gotten seasick before, so I didn't take any motion sickness medication, but the boat rocked quite a bit and I started to feel unwell. I think it would have been better to take the medication. Perhaps reading the lyrics while singing contributed to my nausea as well. My husband and son went up to the second floor of the boat and said they really enjoyed feeling like they were driving the boat, so I think I would have enjoyed it even more if I could have done that too...

歌あり、スパムおにぎりなどのサービスあり、フラダンスもありで、ウミガメシュノーケリング以外のものも盛りだくさんで、楽しめました！！日本人ガイドさんがいてくれたので不安もありませんでした。海もとてもキレイ。
ただ自分への反省として、今まで酔ったことがなかったので酔い止めは飲まなかったのですが、結構船が揺れて気分が悪くなってしまいました。酔い止めは飲んだ方がよかったかなと思いました。もしかしたら、歌を歌う時に文字を読んだのも、酔いに繋がったのかも。夫と息子は船の2階に上がって、自分が船を運転している気分になってとても楽しめたと言っていたので、それも出来たらもっと楽しめたな…と思いました。

I visited during the off-season. Overall, it was not crowded, and there were plenty of beach beds available. My child was too scared to go on the slides, so it ended up being a bit pricey in terms of cost performance, but I would recommend it if you can enjoy the various types of slides.

The lazy river has a gentler current compared to Japan, so it might feel a bit lacking. The wave pool had so many floaties that they ran out.

A Japanese staff member assisted with entry, which was very helpful and easy to understand.

オフシーズンに利用しました。
全体的に空いていて、ビーチベッドも十分使えました。子どもが怖がってスライダーに行けなかったので、コスパとしては高くつきましたが、いろんな種類のスライダーを楽しめるのならおすすめです。

流れるプールは流れが日本よりもゆったりしているので物足りないかもしれません。波の出るプールは浮き輪が足りなくなるくらいでした。

日本人のスタッフの方が入場のお手伝いをしてくださり、わかりやすかったです。

The transportation and instructors were all local people, but I was able to communicate through gestures and simple English words, which made it enjoyable to participate.

This time, we were the only Japanese people, so I was a bit nervous, but everyone in the same group and the instructors were very friendly, making it a fantastic experience until the end!

送迎もインストラクターも現地の方たちばかりでしたが、ジェスチャーや簡単な英単語でコミュニケーションを取っていただけたので楽しく参加出来ました。

今回、日本人は私たちだけで緊張しましたが、同じグループの方もインストラクターの方もみんなノリが良く最後まで最高でした！

As soon as we boarded, we had banana bread and coffee. It was really delicious! We were able to see whales about four times. They were a bit far away, though!

The view of Hawaii from a height of 150 meters with no obstructions was amazing! It was a very enjoyable time with breathtaking scenery and a refreshing feeling that far exceeded my expectations. The staff communicated in broken Japanese, which was reassuring, and they were very service-oriented. They took great photos that captured the moment perfectly, making it easy to remember that time. I absolutely recommend it!

遮るもののない高さ150mからのハワイの景色は最高でした！期待をはるかに超える絶景と爽快感でとても楽しい時間でした。
スタッフの方はカタコトですが日本語で説明してくれて安心ですし、サービス精神たっぷりです。写真はとても上手に撮ってくれて、どれもあの時あの瞬間を思い出せる臨場感のあるものばかりです。絶対オススメです！

What a great night the staff and cast were so kind. It was very entertaining. My nine-year-old said it was the best night she had in Hawaii highly recommend.

I had a great time! I was a bit nervous at 150 meters because I have a fear of heights, but seeing is believing, right? It turned out to be a wonderful memory. The staff were fun and provided solid support, so I felt at ease.

The staff spoke entirely in English, but I could understand it to some extent! I was satisfied with the many photos they took of me (there was an additional charge). I got splashed in the sea multiple times, haha!

The crew was awesome, music awesome, had so much fun with my family tubing and playing volleyball. Highly recommend

Have our own private table and food was good. Have freedom to go topside and had our dinner for the fire works. Second time doing this and would do it again.

This was a very enjoyable experience from beginning to end. Getting to see whales was the icing on the top of a scenic and informative trip.

All of the staff on the boat, from the Captain to the servers were all very nice, accommodating and service minded. Joshua did a great job answering questions and adding nuggets of knowledge about the trip. The ship was in great condition and prepared for the cruise, and it made for a very relaxing and comfortable voyage.

Unfortunately, we didn’t see any whales on this tour, but as a fisherman, I understand the difference between fishing and catching, and sometimes the fish just aren’t cooperating and ya just need to relax and enjoy the beauty. But, the most important thing is, as Larry Fleet says in the song “Where I Find God”, “you can’t find Peace Like this in a bottle or a pill”.

I would do this trip again in a heartbeat, and if we see a whale, that would just be lagniappe!

Ashlyn was a great tour guide! Pointed out many animals and very knowledgeable and so funny!

First of all, I was worried because I can't speak English, but as soon as I arrived at the airport, the English-speaking guide approached me, which made me feel at ease. They took us around Kauai Island in a large bus. There were so many highlights, and everything was moving. Perhaps because we were able to share such wonderful views, by the time we were leaving, I had become friends with everyone, and it was sad to say goodbye. This is a tour where you can have a great time even if you're traveling alone!

まず、英語が話せないので英語ガイドさんは不安でしたが空港に着いたらすぐに声をかけてくださって安心しました。大きなバスでカウアイ島を案内してくださいます。
見どころたっぷりで全部が感動でした。
ステキな景色を共有できた為か
帰る頃には、皆さんと仲良くなりお別れが残念でした。

I had previously used the Star of Honolulu for the sunset dinner cruise, but this was my first time participating in another activity. I was able to see whales from a distance. Even if you don't understand English, they provide simple explanations like "at 3 o'clock," so there's not much to worry about.

From the boat, I could enjoy the urban skyline of Waikiki alongside the natural beauty of Diamond Head, which truly felt like a Hawaiian landscape. The light snacks, like pineapple banana bread and Kona coffee, were delicious, making this activity enjoyable both as a whale watching experience and simply as a cruise.

スターオブホノルルはサンセットディナークルーズで利用したことはありましたが、それ以外のアクティビティで参加するのは初めてでした。
クジラは少し遠目からですが見ることができました。英語がわからなくても◯時の方向と簡潔に説明してくれるのであまり心配はありません。
船上から見るワイキキの都会的なビル群とダイヤモンドヘッドの大きな自然の部分がハワイらしい景色を感じることができました。
軽食のパイナップルバナナブレッドやコナコーヒーもおいしく、ホエールウォッチングの体験としても、シンプルにクルーズ体験としてもとても楽しめたアクティビティでした。

The show was entertaining and the Chief is so funny!!!

The weather was wonderful, and I was lucky enough to see whales, dolphins, and turtles. Our guide Yuji, along with Nora and Captain Warren, were all very kind and made the experience enjoyable. During snorkeling, I was able to see several green sea turtles. I was worried about seasickness, but I took some motion sickness medication beforehand, so I didn't have any major issues.

お天気にも恵まれ、幸運にもクジラ·イルカ·カメの全てを観ることができました。
ガイドのYUJIさんをはじめ、ノラさん、ウォーレン船長も皆さん親切で楽しめました。シュノーケルでも、アオウミガメも数匹見られました。船酔いが心配でしたが、酔い止めを飲んで行ったので特に問題なかったです。

The breathtaking views and the exhilarating experience of racing through the mountain trails on a buggy were amazing! The price is high, so I hesitated quite a bit when making the reservation, but it was worth every penny!

圧巻の絶景と、バギーでスリリングに山道を走り抜ける爽快さが最高でした！
料金が高いので、予約時にかなり踏ん張りましたが、それ以上の価値があります！
