I’m not good with the thrill of roller coasters, so I was honestly quite nervous before getting on. However, once I experienced it, there was almost no feeling of weightlessness or fear, and I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind!

Above all, the breathtaking views of Hawaii from the sky were truly amazing!

As others have mentioned, since there is some time spent on the boat, I think it’s a good idea for those who are prone to motion sickness to take some medicine beforehand.

Photos cost $40, but they became a wonderful memory, so I’m really glad I purchased them!

ジェットコースターのようなスリルが苦手なので、正直乗る前はかなりドキドキしていましたが、実際に体験してみると浮遊感や怖さはほとんどなく、安心して楽しめました！
何より、上空から眺めるハワイの絶景は本当に素晴らしかったです！
ほかの方も書かれているように、船に乗っている時間があるので酔いやすい方は酔い止めを飲んでおくと安心だと思います。
写真は40ドルしますが思い出になったので、購入して本当によかったです！

A group of three close friends for 40 years. We had always wanted to visit Hawaii together, and this year, we celebrated our 60th birthdays and made that dream come true! We were moved by the beauty of Waikiki from the summit of Diamond Head. The journey to the top was not as tough as we expected, and even after turning 60, we were able to enjoy the scenery while climbing.

いつかは３人で行ってみたいと思っていたハワイ、今年還暦を迎え夢を実現させました！
ダイヤモンドヘッド山頂から見るワイキキの美しさに感動しました。
山頂までの道のりは思ったよりもキツくなく、還暦過ぎでも景色を楽しみながら登ることができました。

I felt amazing. It became my best memory. The price is a bit high, but I have nothing to say about the sound, scenery, etc. Definitely, please try the doorless first class! I just wish there had been guidance in Japanese.

The crew was amazing and the sandbar was a cool experience. A fun way to spend an afternoon!

My wife & I took our 3 daughters (17, 13, 9) on this excursion and it was amazing. The music was great, and the crew was awesome. Our youngest got a little chilly at times, but plenty of space to chill right off the back of the boat. Snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. lots of fun.

The crew explained things to me in broken Japanese, which made me feel at ease while flying. Even while waiting in line on the boat, they entertained us in various ways, easing our fears and making it a truly enjoyable experience.
Challenging myself at a height of 150m, the view from the top of Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head, and the deep blue ocean was incredibly beautiful!

クルーの方が片言の日本語で説明してくれたから安心して飛ぶ事が出来ました。
船上で順番待ちしている時も色々楽しませてくれて恐怖心も和らげてくれ本当に楽しませてもらいました。

This was my second time, following last year, and since I was familiar with the meeting place and the content, I enjoyed it as I expected. I went with my first grader, a second-year middle schooler, and my grandparents who are over 75, and I think it’s a suitable activity for both children and older adults. It seems that they group Japanese participants together. Last time was in the morning, so this time I chose a time just before noon when the scenery was nice, but the cobalt blue sea was still intimidating (150m). Last time, perhaps because my children were small, there wasn’t the usual pattern of dipping into the sea before going down, but this time that happened, and I was submerged more than I expected. My grandparents were submerged even more. So, those holding cameras need to be careful.

昨年に引き続き2回目で、集合場所も内容も把握していたので思った通り楽しめました。
小1、中2、75才を超えた祖父母とのぞみましたが、子どもにもご年配の方にもちょうどよいアクティビティだと思います。
どうやらこちらは、日本人は日本人のグループでまとめてくれるようです。
前回は朝だったので、今回は景色の良いお昼前を選んだのですが、コバルトブルーの海が相変わらず怖かったです(150m)
前回は子どもが小さいと思ったからか、降りる前に一回海にジャブンとつけるお決まりのパターンはなかったのですが、今回はそれがあり、思った以上に沈められました。
祖父母はさらに沈められていました。
なのでカメラを手に持つ方は注意が必要です。

We took turns driving as a couple and had a great experience! Surrounded by nature, it was the best! Our guide was friendly and provided excellent guidance.

On July 29, there was a tsunami warning, and on July 30, the warning was lifted. However, on the morning of July 30, I received an email about the cancellation of the Hanauma Bay snorkeling shuttle. I imagine the tour company needed to gather information, but the details were unclear.

Since I had registered my mobile number at the time of booking, I received the cancellation email one hour prior, but it came on the morning of the day itself. We discussed as a family that it was understandable given it was the day after the tsunami warning.

After that, I took a chance and exchanged messages with the contact person via SMS, and I found out that there were three spots available for snorkeling at Hanauma Bay the next day, July 31. Becca from Kaimana Tours assisted us. Since all the other tour guests were conversing in English, I felt hesitant to express my gratitude in my limited English. I couldn't confirm if the person who provided the shuttle service that day was Becca. I appreciate Becca's assistance and would be grateful if you could convey my thanks.

7月29日に津波警報があり、7月30日は警報解除になりましたが、7月30日午前のハナウマ湾のシューノーケル送迎の中止のメールが当日朝きました。ツアー会社は情報収集する必要があったと想像していますが、詳細は不明でした。
予約時にスマホ番号登録しているので1時間前ですが当日朝に中止メールが来ました。津波警報の翌日でしたので仕方がないねと家族で話していました。
その後にダメ元で担当者様の連絡先にショートメールでやりとりを行ったところ、翌日の7月31日に空き枠が3名分あるとのことで翌日にハナウマ湾シュノーケリングができました。
Kaimana ToursのBecca様に担当していただきました。他のツアー客が全員、英語で会話していたので、拙い英語に気が引けてお礼を伝えることが出来ませんでした。当日の送迎していただいた方がBecca様かも確認できませんでした。Becca様のご対応に感謝しています。有り難うございましたと伝えていただけたら幸いです。

Entering "Dolphin University" and officially becoming a graduate was the biggest event of the summer of 2025. With a courteous pick-up, we quickly arrived at Waianae Harbor from Ko Olina. We boarded right away, and Captain KURT's jokes eased the tension of the 28 new students, bringing smiles to everyone. Next, we held the solemn "Ehomai Ceremony" (a prayer before entering the sacred place). As time flowed leisurely, we cruised through the magnificent nature of the West Coast. Thanks to our prayers, we encountered many dolphins. Even Minako, a Japanese staff member, said, "Such days are rare." Near the harbor, a family of spinner dolphins came close to the boat, showing us their spinning jumps multiple times. We also encountered a rare pod of false killer whales offshore. It was truly moving. Above all, the crew's "dolphin love" was palpable. In the second class, "snorkeling," my wife had her first experience, and with Minako's support, she said, "It was so much fun. It was really great." We thoroughly enjoyed the magnificent nature. We also encountered sea turtles twice. I would love to participate in this tour again. I highly recommend it.

「イルカ大学」に入学し、晴れて卒業生の仲間入りとなったことは2025年夏の最大のイベントでした。丁寧な送迎でコオリナからはあっという間にワイアナエ港に到着。早速乗船しKURT船長のジョークを交えた挨拶で入学生28名の緊張もほぐれて皆笑顔に。続いて厳粛な「エホマイの儀式（聖地に入る前の祈り）」を行いました。ゆったりとした時が流れる中、雄大な自然が広がる西海岸で、大自然の中をクルーズ。お祈りのおかげ？で、私たちはたくさんのイルカ達と遭遇することができました。日本人スタッフのMinakoさんも「こんな日はめったにないです」というくらい。港の近くではハシナガイルカのファミリーが、ボートのすぐ近くまで寄ってきてくれて、回転ジャンプを何度も見せてくれました。沖合では珍しいユメゴンドウ（鯨）の群れにも出会えました。感激しました。何より船長以下クルーの皆さんの“イルカ・ラブ”がひしひしと伝わってきました。２時間目の授業「スノーケリング」は、妻は初体験でしたが、Minakoさんのサポートで「凄く楽しかった。とても良かった」とのことでした。雄大な自然をたっぷりと満喫させて頂きました。ウミガメさんにも２度出会えました。またこのツアーに参加したいと思いました。お勧めします。

I couldn't understand what was being said for the English explanation, but they were very cheerful and it was a lot of fun. They occasionally took photos, which showed their thoughtfulness, and that was nice. Since the sand dust is quite intense, I think it's better for those who are concerned to wear clothes that can get dirty and cover their skin.

明るく振る舞ってくれていて、非常に楽しかったです。
時折、写真を撮ってくれて気遣いもあり良かったです。
砂埃がすごいので、気になる方は、汚れても良い服装で肌を覆うもののほうがいいかと思います。

I had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful natural environment and the easy-to-access buggy activities! It was a precious time where I could strongly feel the power of nature!

素晴らしい自然環境と、バギーのアクティビティが手軽に楽しめました！自然の力を力強く感じることの出来る貴重な時間を過ごせました！

Loved our family trip on the boat out to the sandbar. It was great fun, lots of wonderful music and many memories made with our family.

I actually wanted to go horseback riding or mountain biking, but since my child is 9 years old, I couldn't, so I reserved a buggy.
In conclusion, if you're a fan of the Jurassic series, you should have gone on a dedicated tour.
We passed by places with bones scattered around and movie sets, and I felt bad for my dinosaur-loving son.
You can easily drive the buggy if you have an automatic license (though I had a bit of trouble because of my short legs).
The guide spoke all in fast English.
Both my child and I are learning English conversation, so we understood to some extent and were able to communicate, but those who can't speak at all might not even understand the instructions for operating the vehicle.

本当は乗馬かマウンテンバイクをしたかったが子供が９歳なので叶わず、バギーを予約しました。
結論としてはジュラシックシリーズ推しなら専用ツアーに行くべきでした。
骨がゴロゴロある場所や映画セットのある場所を素通りされ、恐竜好きの息子には悪い事をしました。
バギーはオートマ免許あれば余裕で運転出来ます（短足な自分は少し困りましたが）
ガイドは全て早口の英語。
私も子供も英会話を学んでいるので、ある程度は分かりコミュニケーション取れましたが、少しも出来ない方は車の操作説明すら理解できないかもです。

It was 8 of us and we all love it! If you like nature, you will enjoy this one. The movie scenarios, the ranch is like paradise. You could see Gods creation at its best!

My family and I had the best experience, the ranch is amazingly beautiful! We felt like we were in the King Kong movie haha. The ride was super fun. Would definitely recommend this!

I saw a certain idol enjoying this canoe in Hawaii, so I decided to try it out. As a result, riding the waves is so much fun!! Surfing and bodyboarding are difficult, but with this canoe, it's easy to experience. I was able to ride the waves three times.

某アイドルがハワイでこのカヌーを楽しんでいたので、体験してみました。
結果、波に乗るって楽しい！！
サーフィンやボディボードは難しいけど、このカヌーなら手軽に体験可能。
3回波に乗ることができました。

I was able to take my time and explore throughout the entire day, which was very nice.

There were also light snacks available at various places, so I didn't have much trouble.

丸一日使ってゆっくり回れたのでとても良かったです。

We had an amazing experience, saw so many sea turtles. Our guide was great and he gave us tips and locations to visit on our trip. This is a phenomenal experience and I would highly recommend again!

The sandbar experience was amazing. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They had food for us to feed the fish. I recommend booking the banana boat ride. The live music was so cool. We did snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding. My daughter has not stopped talking about it. It has been her favorite excursion this trip.

The weather was nice, and the view of the sea, sky, and Diamond Head was amazing. The boat rocked quite a bit, but I enjoyed it as if I were cruising. I recommend the 150-meter option, as it lasts significantly longer.

お天気も良く、海と空とダイヤモンドヘッドの見晴らし最高でした。ボートはかなり揺れますが、クルージングをしてる気分で楽しめました。150メートルの方が、かなり時間も長くおすすめです。

I realized that I had made a mistake with my reservation during the ride to the airport, but I am grateful that you kindly accommodated the change. The explanations were very clear, allowing me to feel at ease for the flight. The flight itself was simply amazing! The pilot provided a lot of explanations and stories, making the one-hour journey fly by. I also took many photos and videos, which will bring back joyful memories when I look back on them. I would definitely like to use your services again if the opportunity arises. Thank you!

ピックアップしていただき空港までの道中、私が予約内容を間違っていた事に気付いたのですが、快く変更に応じていただけた事に感謝です。
諸々の説明もとてもわかりやすく、安心してフライトにのぞむことが出来ました。
飛行中はもう最高！の一言で、パイロットの方はたくさん説明やお話をしてくれますし、あっという間の1時間でした。

Staff was amazing friendly and made sure our family of 5 had one of their favorite days in Hawaii….. If we had more time would have gone back again.

I’m writing this review to emphasize how great the workers of this cruise are. Great atmosphere, the banana boat was extremely fun, and the driver was a joy. We also got to do some snorkeling, seeing some beautiful fish. My main point of this review is to talk about how amazing the crew was when hit with a massive change. As we were enjoying our time, it got caught short due to a Tsunami warning. Every crew member was fantastic with this, making everyone feel safe and less nervous. It’s a really great time, just pray that you don’t unexpectedly get a tsunami warning!

It was my first tour, but I got to see so many sea turtles and dolphins. The snorkeling was enjoyable because the ocean was beautiful. The Japanese guide and all the other guides were very energetic, kind, and made it a fun tour. I definitely want to join again when I come to Hawaii. Thank you very much.

This time, I went to Hawaii with my eldest son and his child. I searched online for places in Japan that I could visit with my 4-year-old grandchild and decided that Wet 'n' Wild would be the best choice. After that, I looked for various tours and ultimately chose Veltra. I was relieved to find out that we could board the bus about 10 minutes before the scheduled departure, even though I initially thought we would be taking a large dedicated bus. It was also great that we could board the bus about 10 minutes before the return trip. Safety and security are absolute requirements when traveling abroad, so I reaffirmed that Veltra meets those standards.

今回は長男親子と一緒にハワイへ。日本で孫(4歳)と一緒に行ける所をネットで検索し、ウェットアンドワイルドが一番良いかなと選択。その後、色々なツアーを検索し最終ベルトラに。ツアーでは大型専用バスでの往復と思いきや、当日小型バスで待合せ場所に約10分前にバスに搭乗出来て安心しました。帰路も約10分前にバス搭乗出来て良かったです。
安心と安全は海外では絶対条件に成りますのでベルトラは適応していると再認識しました。

I participated with my middle school son and my mother. There were four groups including us, consisting of people from European, African, and Hispanic backgrounds. The guide spoke only in English, but there weren't many explanations, so it was manageable as we took turns putting on our belts to fly!

Other points to note and things to be careful about:

- As many have mentioned, motion sickness medication is a must. There was one person on my boat who ended up feeling seasick.
- Although the meeting time is set for 30 minutes before, only the Japanese participants really adhered to it (laughs). I think arriving 10 minutes early would probably be fine!
- It seems that photo taking is optional. They will ask you on the boat, so make sure not to miss that if you want photos!
- Some people mentioned that the photo fee of $40 is cash only, but I was able to pay by card.
- After the flight, you can check the photos at the reception, and they will quickly transfer them to your phone and also provide an SD card (for iPhone users).
- The belt goes around your waist and you put your feet through it, but there was someone whose belt slipped down to their knees while flying, causing them to be in a position that was not seated but rather leaning back. It was quite nerve-wracking to watch. The crew does not check the belts during the flight, so it's best to confirm it yourself!

That's all. During the flight, I had a great conversation with my son about the pleasant wind and the blue sea at high altitudes, which became a wonderful memory. It’s a bit pricey, but I’m glad we participated. Priceless!

中学生の息子と母の二人で参加しました。
私たちと、欧米系、アフリカ系、ヒスパニック系の4組で参加。ガイドは英語オンリー。ですが、特に英語でもそんなに説明なく、ベルトを順につけて飛ぶのでなんとかなります！

それ以外の気づいた点や気をつけるべきこと。

・皆さん書いてますが酔い止め必須。私の船も1人だけ、最後は船酔いされてました。
・30分前集合、となっているが、ちゃんと守ったのは日本人だけ(笑) 10分前でも多分大丈夫です！
・写真撮影は希望制みたいです。船の上で聞かれるので、撮ってもらいたい方はそれを聞き逃さないよう！
・写真代40$は現金のみと書かれている方もいますが、カードで払えました。
・写真は降りた後に受付のところで確認の上、線を携帯につないで一瞬で取り込んでくれます＆SDもくれます(iPhoneの場合)。
・ベルトは足を通して腰で締めますが、足(お尻)の部分のベルトが下に落ちたまま(膝の方に近い位置のまま)飛んでしまった方がいて、その方だけ座る体勢ではなく、後ろ重心で寝るような格好になってしまい、見ているこちらがずっとハラハラしました。飛ぶ際にクルーの方はベルトの確認などしてくれませんので、しっかり自分で確認した方がいいです！

飛んでいる間に高いところで息子と風の気持ちよさや海の青さなど会話したこと、いい思い出になりました。

I had a few things I wanted to confirm after making the reservation, but each time I reached out to the organizing company via email, they were able to clarify everything, so I was able to enjoy the experience without any issues on the day!

Additionally, there was someone at the local reception who spoke Japanese, so simply stating my name completed the check-in process, which was much easier than I had imagined.

If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the meeting point is only at the local site, so you will need to find your own way to and from Hawaii Kai, which could be a bit of a hassle.

There were also Japanese groups at the same time on-site, but they seemed to have a plan that included bus transportation, so if there were options for shuttle services like on other company sites, it would make participation even easier!

予約後に確認したい事がいくつが出てきましたが、その都度メールで開催会社へ連絡して確認して頂けましたので、当日は問題なく体験する事ができました！
また現地の受付には日本語の話せる方がいらっましゃるので名前を言うだけで受付完了となり想像していたよりも簡単に手続きが完了しました。
強いていえば現地集合のブランなのみとなりますので、ハワイカイまでの往復は自力でなんとか移動する事が必要となる点がネックになるかと思います。
現地では同じ時間で日本人の団体もいらつましゃいましたが、バスによる送迎付きのプランの様でしたので、他社サイトと同じ様に送迎付きプランも選択肢としてあると、より参加しやすくなるかと思います！
