I went to Hawaii for the first time. Since I can't dive, I thought this was the only way to experience the beautiful ocean in Hawaii, so I participated. The boat to the submarine does sway a bit, but I think it's manageable if you're mentally prepared. I recommend not eating too much for breakfast, and since the upper deck of the boat sways less, it's better to spend time on the second floor. I joined the Japanese tour at 10 AM. It was great because they explained the fish we saw at each spot, so I recommend this time for those who are not good at English. Under the sea, I was moved by the beautiful fish, the submarine, and the sea turtles. I'm really glad I participated.

We went on the sunset dinner cruise in June 2007 and had a great time! All of the staff was wonderful and very friendly. The dinner was good- nice portions ( we did NOT go home hungry), and the music and show was a blast! The top deck was perfect for taking sunset pictures of Diamond Head. We did the couple's plan and recommend it to any couple deciding on this package. This ended up being a really fun night for the both of us and would highly recommend it to anyone going to Oahu!
My family and I had a wonderful time with the Bob's boat and would recommend this tour to anyone coming to the island of Honolulu. Everyone had a good time since there was something for everyone to do. My grandmother just wanted to chill on the boat, and she did, my mom would wade in teh shallow water and then work on her tan, and my brothers went crazy chasing each other down the sand bar. Me? I had a blast snorkeling at the reef and hope to go back soon!
We boarded the boat and watched an explanatory video before heading out to separate into different submarines. However, it seemed that there was a problem with the submarine we were supposed to be on, and we were told to disembark immediately after getting on. For a moment, I couldn't grasp the situation. I was torn between getting a refund or rescheduling. After some hesitation, I decided to reschedule for the next day. The response during this time was very good. I'm glad I rescheduled because I had a lot of fun. I was able to see turtles, fish, and even a ship that sank during the war up close, which was fantastic. Unfortunately, the fish gathered mostly on the opposite side where I was sitting, so I missed seeing some of them. I felt like I had bad luck from the start this time. It can't be helped, but since my stay in Hawaii was short, I was disappointed about losing time and having my plans disrupted.

Lots of fun for everyone. The crew is top-notch and very friendly. The day provides a perfect amount of water time and the lunch was grilled and ready when we got back on the boat. My friends and I decided last minute to go on this tour and it was a last minute decision that was great! If you want to get out of Waikiki for the day (and trust me, you SHOULD!) this is the tour!

This was a really great trip and better snorkeling than Hanauma Bay. The second reef we went to had lots and lots of fish and we didn't have a million people surrounding us. Getting out of Waikiki was a great idea and the water is just beautiful! The sandbar was really fun and I got my butt whooped at water volleyball! A big round of applause the fantastic crew! The guide and his first mates were top notch. It was nice to experience snorkling around the reef with just a few dozen people, especially since it was our first time. Would recommend this to anyone who plans to visit Oahu! Was a great way to spend one of our days on the island. Great value too.
I ordered the wedding leis for my son & his new bride for when they walked off the plane in Honolulu. They were so surprised and excited to receive the leis & greeting. they said the greeter was so nice and gracious. Thank you for making newlyweds feel the Aloha spirit!!! I would definately do this again.

It was nothing short of amazing.
It said we would interact with the dolphins for about 20 minutes, but we probably played with them for around 40 minutes.
I was able to touch the dolphins a lot and do everything I wanted to do.
I was a bit anxious about whether I could do everything since the order was all mixed up, but a camera staff member who spoke Japanese told me, "These kids haven't done this yet," and I was able to do everything.
There was also a Japanese staff member among the trainers, and they told me that what they do is really fun, but they were off that day.
It's a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it!!!

This a very moving experience, having a father who was in the armed services during WWII and mother who worked at Hunters Point, San Francisco. I just found out she was on the USS Missouri to deliver papers just prior it leaving San Francisco on its trip to the Midway for the siging of the peace treaty with the Japanese. It is a history lesson for all, adults and children to know in order not to repeat history. The tour guide was excellent, he had a vast knowledge of history of Pearl Harbor, the Arizona and the other ships lost that fateful day. Being form Aeia, he also had avast knowledge of the Hawaiian history as well. Excellent time.
It was my mom's birthday and we went with the family ! What a great time we had and the food was just fantastic. A lot of the dinner cruises don't seem to put to much thought and effort in the cuisine, but whoever came up with the menu for the Pacific Star obviously knew what they were doing. The nice thing was how relaxing and quiet it was. My sister walked around the boat and noticed how loud the hula show was, and I am glad that we chose the Pacific Star. The guitar player was top-notch and it was a nice not having to yell at each other to hear everyone over the music.
