We returned from our excursion yesterday and had "Guy" as our tour guide. I must say this gentleman was polite, kind, and KNOWLEDGABLE!!!!! We had a great time and was well organized. I wouldn't worry about paying for the GOLD package. You can go to the Arizona Memorial and rent the headphone set for $7.50. Lunch there is very cheap, $2.50 for soup(which was good), HotDog@$3, Nachos@$4. LOVED IT!!

At the meeting point, I was told, "You can see them today!!" and indeed, I was able to clearly see the spouting and the tail fin.

The instructor provides directions in Japanese on where to look.

Since the ocean is vast and a bit far away, it's better to bring binoculars.

To get closer, we turned off the engine and approached while swaying with the waves, which made me seasick, so I stayed on the observation deck the whole time. If you're prone to motion sickness, it might be a good idea to take some medication.

Before boarding the boat, they take photos, which I purchased to take home.

乗り物酔いされる方は酔い止めを飲まれたほうがいいかもしれません。

船に乗る前に写真を撮ってくれるのですが、それを購入して帰りました。

What a fun night. From the running commentary on the way there to the Chief who is hilarious, what a great sense of humour! My daughter and I loved the way the luau incorporated songs and dance from all of the Polynesian islands. Really well done. The whole audience were involved throughout. The location was fabulous with the cliff face on the one side, the ocean and Rabbit Island on the other. Beautiful.

I had been curious about it after seeing celebrities eat there on a TV show. A week ago, I thought, "I definitely want to go!" The only chance I had was with a large group, but there were no openings on the restaurant's website, and I didn't have the courage to call in English, so I was half-giving up... But I decided to try making a reservation here, and it worked! ^_^ When I went, all the staff were kind, and the crepes were exquisite, making it a truly memorable breakfast! I would love to use this place again.

I touched a dolphin for the first time in my life! Just as I imagined, the dolphin's eyes were gentle, and it was a very intelligent creature. I was able to purchase photos, and it became a wonderful experience.

There is one downside, though. The pool was really cold, and the children were shivering. However, I thought it was for the sake of the dolphins, so I could accept that. But when we got out of the pool, there were about four showers in the changing room, and even though they had hot water signs, only cold water came out. Other children were crying from the cold, and adults were screaming while taking showers. I also ended up feeling unwell from that, so I think improvements should be made for future tour guests.

写真も購入でき、とてもいい経験になりました☆
一つだけ悪い点があります。プールがすごく冷たくて、子どもたちが震えていました。でもそれはイルカさんの為だと思い、仕方ないと思えたのですが、プールから上がって、更衣室のシャワーが4台位あったのですが、それがお湯のマークがあるにも関わらず、水しか出ませんでした。他の子どもたちも寒くて大泣きしてましたし、大人たちも悲鳴を上げながらシャワーを浴びていました。私もそこから体調を崩してしまいましたので、今後のツアー客の為にも改善すべきだと思います。

It was the rainy season, so the weather wasn't very good, but we all walked on the sandbar, had our photos taken by the guide, enjoyed snorkeling in the sea, and had a BBQ lunch. It was a lot of fun and very enjoyable.

Originally, I wanted to join a different tour, but since it was fully booked, I signed up for this one. In the end, I had a very enjoyable and wonderful day, and I am truly satisfied.

First, let me mention a few points of dissatisfaction. The driver who picked us up in the bus didn’t respond when we greeted him as we boarded. However, he was overly enthusiastic during his self-introduction. The guide, who I’m not sure could really be called a guide, seemed to be a high-ranking person in the company and gave off a rather unrestrained impression.

On-site, there was a woman named Yukiko who managed everything. In fact, without her, the tour wouldn’t have run smoothly. The young male staff members were all cheerful and kind. I believe they must have learned various aspects of Japanese hospitality from Yukiko.

The tour content was genuine; the sandbar was amazing, we saw sea turtles, and we were able to go snorkeling.

Overall, the tour was thanks to Yukiko and the young staff. I am grateful to them and would love to go again. If anyone is considering other tours, I highly recommend this one.

本来は別のツアーを希望していたのですがいっぱいだったためこちらを申し込みましたが、結果的には非常に楽しく素晴らしい１日を過ごすことができて本当に満足です。
まずは不満点から。ピックアップバスでお迎えにきてくれた運転手さんは乗り込むときの挨拶に返事もしてくれません。ただし、自己紹介のときだけはやたらとハイテンションでしたが。ガイド（と言えるのか？）のおじ様は会社のえらい人なのでしょうか？やりたい放題な印象でした。
現地ではユキコさんという女性がおり、すべてをこの方が取り仕切っています。実際、この方がいなければツアーは回らないでしょう。スタッフの若い男の子たちはみんな明るくて親切です。きっとユキコさんに日本人向けのおもてなしをいろいろ教わっているんだと思います。
ツアー内容にも偽りはなく、サンドバーは素晴らしいし、ホヌも見れたし、シュノーケリングもできました。
とにかくユキコさんあってのツアーです。彼女と、若いスタッフたちに感謝です。また行きたいと思います。もし、他のツアーと迷っている方がいたら、オススメします。

I made a reservation for dinner on the last day. Although we didn't have a window seat, we could see the yacht harbor.

There was a wide variety of dishes, so I carefully selected a few to try, but by the time I started on dessert, I was already full and missed out on the Hawaiian specialty, haupia.

Our waiter was very attentive, checking in on us for drink refills at just the right moments. I was impressed by the professionalism of the service. The performance of pouring tea was also very nice (though I think this may depend on the waiter).

The buffet price includes coffee, tea, and iced tea, but there was no information provided when we were seated. I only found out when I asked for the drink menu, so it would have been better if they had informed us about it when we were seated.

Overall, I was satisfied.

I visited Angel's Beach for the first time.

It may be obvious, but the ocean was incredibly beautiful, and it felt like I could be drawn into it. I also had the chance to see many sea turtles. Honestly, I was so happy to encounter so many sea turtles.

When we got onto the sandbar and took photos, the staff made sure that only we were in the pictures, creating wonderful memories. Every time I look at the photos, I remember the fun we had.

Lastly, the staff members were wonderful. I believe that thanks to them, this tour became even more enjoyable. Thank you for the delightful memories!

There is surprisingly little shade, so aim for the shade of the trees!

There are also plenty of slides, which are a lot of fun. Shaka has appeared on TV, so definitely check it out! The prices are reasonable, and I'm satisfied!

For a land lubber prone to sea sickness, this is the only way I could see whales in the ocean. The Navetek ship is amazing for it's stability whether you need it to eliminate nausea, or you are a photographer requiring a steady perch for your telephoto lens.
On the day I went, late Feb, the whales were awesome. There were many families. Lots of breaching, tail displays and some sort of pod wrestling among males, that I had never known about. I dreamed of whales that night.

The pickup car had only us Japanese, and it seemed the driver couldn't speak Japanese, which made us a bit anxious. However, there was a crew member who spoke fluent Japanese and kindly explained the announcements in Japanese, as well as looked after our grandparents who were with us. The children were also treated very kindly. We were able to see whales multiple times and even witnessed them spouting water, which was wonderful.

This was my first time in Hawaii. I signed up for this tour because I wanted to see authentic hula dancing. When I got on the designated large bus at the hotel, it turned out we were the only Japanese people. The guide's announcements were all in English. When we arrived at the venue, I had a bad feeling as there were about 3,000 to 4,000 participants, almost 100% of whom were from Western countries, and I think there were probably fewer than three groups of Japanese people. The show was wonderful, but if you're not used to foreigners and not quite proficient in English, you might feel overwhelmed.

It was when I was about to give up. A whale jumped! I couldn't help but shout. Actually, I was so moved that I couldn't make a sound. After that, it seemed like it was a mother and baby whale, and we got to see the whale tail several times. My wife and I kept saying that we want to come back and see it again.

The submarine itself was battery-operated and hardly made any noise, but due to considerable waves, nearly half of the participants got seasick, and as a result, I also felt a bit unwell and couldn't fully enjoy the underwater experience. I found it a bit unkind that the information didn't mention seasickness much. I would like to try again when the waves are calmer. The transportation and boarding process were very easy to understand.

Before arriving at the site, there was a briefing on the bus, and of course, a Japanese staff member explained everything in Japanese while also pointing out famous spots along the way, which were very beautiful and really got me excited!

Since there were several groups, the time was divided, and we were scheduled for the last time slot. We had some time before swimming with the dolphins, so we explored the park and had lunch to pass the time.

When it was time to swim, it started to rain, so it was quite cold while swimming with the dolphins, but the experience was so amazing that it made me forget about the cold! The staff took photos, which we could purchase later, and they were all lovely, so I ended up buying them all (laughs).

The time spent swimming with the dolphins was short and flew by, but it was an incredible experience!

現場に着くまで、バスの中で事前に説明があるのですが、もちろん、日本人のスタッフが日本語で説明してくれる上に道中の有名なスポットも教えてくれるんですがその場所がとても綺麗でテンションが上がりました♪
数組の方々がいらっしゃったので時間が振り分けられて私たちは一番最後の時間帯でした。イルカと泳ぐまで時間があったのでその間にパーク内を見物してお昼を取って時間をつぶしました。
泳ぐ時間になったら雨が降り出したので、イルカと泳ぐ時はとても寒かったのですがそれを吹き飛ばすくらいイルカとの体験は素晴らしかったです！！！

I am a frequent traveler to the Islands. I lived on Oahu for three years. The Navatek never fails!!!!! Again this year we were able to see the whales. 2 mating pods and a bonus of spinner dolphins entertaining us. If you want to see the whales the best time to go is early in the morning, on the Navatek, and before the end of March. I see them every year! :) Enjoy the pictures.

The show is very interactive, with a strong tendency to bring audience members on stage for fun conversations, which might not be suitable for those who want to see Polynesian dance. I think it would be very enjoyable for those who are fluent in English, have a good sense of humor, and are comfortable dancing in front of others. The staff was kind. There were several changes to the pickup location and time since the reservation, but they accommodated us when we informed them that there was a person in a wheelchair.
