Definitely the sun set cruise is one of the best , and most beautiful experience we had. Great food , great live music and great and delicious food .

I used this place for dinner. The B course had just the right amount of food to fill us up, and my wife was able to finish it all. There are Japanese-speaking staff at the reception, so you can enter with peace of mind. The staff in the hall were also friendly and cheerful, and they spoke to us in broken Japanese. Of course, the food was incredibly delicious. This is a place I would like to visit again next time.

ディナーで利用させて頂きました。
Bコースは、ちょうどお腹いっぱいになるくらいの量で妻も完食出来るくらいです。
日本人？の受付スタッフもいらっしゃるので、安心して、エントリーできます。
ホールの方も明るく気さくな方が多くて、片言の日本語で話しかけてくれます。
もちろん料理も最高に美味しかったです。
また、次回も利用したいお店です。

It was amazing to see sea turtles and colorful fish up close. The staff were very kind and provided explanations in Japanese, which made me feel very at ease! Participating was a great memory.

The shuttle service to and from the hotel made it easy to get around, and I was able to receive explanations about tourist spots and snorkeling in Japanese, allowing me to enjoy the experience with peace of mind! The hamburgers we had on the boat were truly delicious... After getting into the water, it gets cold, so I think it's a good idea to prepare something to wear over your swimsuit (like a rash guard), hot water, a bath towel, and a change of clothes for after disembarking! It was a unique experience that I thoroughly enjoyed in Hawaii!

船上で食べるハンバーガーも本当に沁みるおいしさでした…
海に入った後は寒くなるので、上から羽織れるもの（ラッシュガード等）、白湯、バスタオル、下船後の着替えなどを用意しておくとよいと思います！

I had a very good experience. At the end, you put a tip in the box, but I think it would also convey more gratitude if you give money to the captain and the guide separately.

However, I was so exhausted that I couldn't do anything at all after coming back that day.

The tour driver was great! He got us there and through the gate in a timely manner. However, if you are looking for serenity or a peaceful hike, you have come to the wrong place. It was so crowded it was hard to enjoy. Had some younger individuals that thought we might all enjoy their music blaring.

This site would benefit from a timed entry system.

We almost didn't make it but they held for us....by the skin of our teeth and the evening was just a blast after that. The food was good, the entertainment was funny and got the audience engaged. The views were spectacular. Had a lot of fun

I participated in a tour with two friends. Due to the rainy season in October, the sandbar was deeper than I expected (about chest height), but we were able to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery of the white sandy area while playing with floaties. It was my first experience with snorkeling, and I wasn't very good at swimming, which made me anxious. However, wearing a life jacket made me feel safe, and there was a clear pre-lecture, practice time in shallow water, and several guides watching over us, so the support system was sufficient. It was scary to go deeper than I imagined (maybe due to the rainy season?), but while desperately keeping up, I was able to see coral and sea turtles, making it a valuable experience. We encountered sea turtles several times on the way to and from the tour, allowing us to feel the nature of Hawaii. The light snack of spam onigiri was also delicious. I thought the price was a bit high, but I believe it was worth it for the unique experience that only a tour can provide. I highly recommend it as it offers a valuable opportunity to connect with Hawaii's nature.

友人2人とツアーに参加しました。10月雨季だった影響もあり、サンドバーは思っていたより水深は深めでした（胸下あたり）が、浮き輪で遊びながら白い砂地の美しい景色を十分楽しめました。シュノーケリングは初体験で、あまり泳ぎも得意ではなく不安だったのですが、ライフジャケット装着で安心ですし、解りやすく事前にレクチャーあり、浅瀬での練習時間あり、ガイドさんが数名で見守ってくれるのでフォロー体制も十分でした。想像以上に深いところまでいくので怖かったですが（雨季の影響もあるかも？）、必死について行きながら、サンゴやウミガメも見れて貴重な体験ができ満足でした。行きも帰りも何度も船の上からウミガメに会う事ができ、ハワイの自然を感じる事ができました。軽食のスパムおにぎりも美味しかったです。少し値段はお高めかな？と思いましたが、ツアーだからこそ体験できる価値もあり参加してよかったと思っています。ハワイの自然に触れる貴重な体験ができるので、絶対おすすめです。

This was my third time participating. I usually can't see the sandbar. If it's waist-deep, that's better. During the accompanying snorkeling, I was able to see fish, corals, and turtles. The stand-up paddleboarding felt free with two people sharing one board, and I enjoyed it. This time, the weather was nice and not cold, but last time the bus was cold and it was quite uncomfortable. A dry towel and something to wear over are essentials.

3度目の参加でした。いつも基本的にはサンドバーは拝めません。腰丈ならましな方です。付随するシュノーケリングで魚とサンゴ、カメも見れました。SUPは二人ひとつで自由な感じ、楽しめました。今回は天気が良く寒く無かったですが、前回はバスが寒くて辟易としました。乾いたタオルと羽織るものが必需品です。

I was able to see the sea turtles! After playing with the floaties and stand-up paddleboarding, we went snorkeling! I saw the sea turtles multiple times!

The show was really amazing. We were able to interact with our hosts and learn how to make the head pieces. The dancing was great, but the firing knife throwing was so good . Totally worth it.

I have been to Hawaii several times, but this was my first visit to Wet 'n' Wild. It was fun, but there were several points of concern.

First, if you don't have a rental car, it's definitely better to use the shuttle bus. Trying to rely on public transportation or walking is not advisable. By the way, if you're taking the shuttle bus, make sure to wait at the entrance by 2:40 PM for your return. While I can't say for everyone, at least one person from your group should be there. This is because the return bus has a loose check-in process. Although this didn't happen to us, someone boarded the return bus, and the driver mistakenly thought everyone was gathered, leading to an early departure. As a result, a family that arrived right on time was left stranded and had to pay a lot for a taxi to Waikiki, despite having already paid for the shuttle bus. They might have booked through a different travel company (like JTB), but it seems the operation is managed by Wet 'n' Wild. I think this aspect should be checked more thoroughly.

Aside from that, similar to other reviews, the lazy river was not operating, so those who can't ride the drop attractions have limited options. Many attractions were not running due to a lack of staff, as they were multitasking. The bodyboard attendants, who should have been providing free bodyboard tickets, told us we couldn't use them because we didn't have a band, which took time to resolve.

The facility itself is enjoyable, but due to the reasons mentioned above and the short operating hours, I think the cost-effectiveness is poor, and it might be enough to visit just once.

ハワイには何度か来たことはありましたが、今回初めてウェットアンドワイルドに来ました。楽しかったは楽しかったのですが、色々と気になる点が。
まず、レンタカーなど車が無い人は必ずシャトルバスを使った方が良いことです。公共交通機関とあわよくば歩いて行こうとするのは辞めた方が良いでしょう。ちなみに、シャトルバスの場合、帰る時は2時40分には入り口で待ってましょう。全員とは言いませんがグループなら誰か一人でも。それは帰りのバスはチェックが緩いからです。これは私達ではありませんが、誰かが帰りのバスに乗ってしまい、運転手は集まったと勘違いして予定より早く出発したせいで、集合時間きっかりに来た家族が路頭に迷い、やむなくタクシーで大金払ってワイキキまで行ったそうです。シャトルバスの金額を払ったにもかかわらずです。申し込んだのはベルトラではなく違う旅行会社(JTBとか)かも知れませんが、運営してるのはウェットアンドワイルド側と思います。この点はもう少しきちんとチェックされた方が良いように思います。
それ以外は他のクチコミと同じく、
流れるプールがやって無いので落ちる系のものが乗れない人は遊ぶのが限られる、
やっているアトラクションも従業員が少なく掛け持ちしてるためやっていないことが多い
ボディーボードの係員はボディーボードのフリーチケットのはずなのに「バンドが無いからダメ」と言われてやれるまで時間がかかる、
といったことがあります。
施設自体は楽しいのですが、上記の理由と営業時間の短さから、コスパは悪く、一度行けば良いかなと思います。

After four years since the end of COVID, I came to Hawaii with my wife. There’s a nostalgic feeling of coming back. This time, we had dinner at Taormina, where we visit every year. The staff here are very kind, friendly, and provide excellent service. Whenever we mention, “Our wedding anniversary is coming up, so we come to Hawaii every year, and this time we’re back after a long time,” they always surprise us with a dessert message plate at the end (we truly appreciate this annual gesture). The food and the wine they recommended were delicious, making this trip another wonderful memory. We want to visit again next year.

コロナが明けて4年ぶりで妻とハワイに来ました。帰って来たという懐かしさ。今回も毎年お邪魔しているタオルミーナでディナーしました。ここはお店のスタッフさんがとても親切で気さくでサービスも満点で、いつも私たちが「結婚記念日が近いので、毎年この季節にハワイに来ており、今回は久しぶりに来たよ」と言うと、デザートの最後にスイーツのメッセージプレートをサービスして下さりました（毎年サービスして下さりありがたく感じています）。お食事もおすすめしてくれたワインも美味しくて、素敵な思い出がまた一つ増えた旅になりました。また来年もお邪魔したいです。

I chose this tour because I wanted to visit Kaneohe Bay again for a scattering ceremony, as I had previously done so at the sandbar area. However, although it was advertised as a Kaneohe Bay cruise, it was not at all near the sandbar I wanted to go to, and instead, it cruised in a completely different area far from the sandbar.

The cruise itself was good; the boat was large, and we were able to see many turtles, but I think the tour name should be changed.

カネオエ湾(サンドバーのあたり)で散骨ツアーをしたので、7回忌に再度散骨したカネオエ湾へ行きたいと思い今回のツアーを選びました。しかしカネオエ湾クルーズと書いてありましたが私が行きたかったサンドバーあたりのカネオエ湾ではなく全然サンドバーからは遠い場所をクルーズするツアーでした。
クアロアランチからわりとすぐの海をクルーズするツアーでした。


クルーズ自体は船も大きく亀もたくさんみれて良かったですがツアー名は変えたほうがいいと思いました。

Seven years ago, my wife and I participated, but just a week before, I fractured my shoulder bone, so I couldn't join the snorkeling or SUP activities. I was envious watching my wife challenge SUP for the first time and quickly stand up.

This time, I was in perfect health and was able to fully enjoy snorkeling and SUP with my wife, which had been my long-held wish.

Seven years ago, there were few SUP boards available, and we couldn't ride much due to waiting in line, but now there are plenty, allowing us to play freely without waiting.

During snorkeling, I was deeply moved to quietly watch a sea turtle come right up to me.

With the end of COVID, there were more Japanese participants. Over 80% of the bus and boat passengers were Japanese, but there were no Japanese-speaking staff. The entire experience was conducted in English, and I think both the clientele and staff have changed since seven years ago.

Seven years ago, before getting on the return bus, I had time to change into dry clothes in the restroom, so I came prepared to change, but everyone was waiting on the bus in their wet swimsuits, and I felt bad about that.

One more disappointing thing was that previously, a group photo of all participants, including staff, was taken at the sandbar and could be purchased online, but that service has been discontinued. It would be great if they could bring that back, as it makes for wonderful memories.

７年前に一度夫婦で参加しましたが、その１週間前に私が肩の骨を骨折してしまい、シュノーケリングもSUPも参加出来ずに終わりました。
妻がSUPのみチャレンジし、初めてなのに直ぐに立ち上がっているのを見て羨ましく思っていました。

今回は万全の体調で参加出来、念願のシュノーケリングもSUPも夫婦で思いっきり楽しむ事が出来ました。

７年前は遊べるSUPの数が少なく、順番待ちであまり乗れませんでしたが、現在は数も十分確保されており、順番待ち無く心置き無く遊ぶ事が出来ました。

シュノーケリングでも、目の前まで寄って来たホヌを静かに見る事が出来て、大変感動しました。

コロナが収束して日本人の参加者も増えて居ました。
乗って来たバスもボートも８割以上が日本人でしたが、日本語対応のスタッフが居ませんでした。
終始英語のみの進行で、７年前と客層もスタッフも変わっていたんだと思います。

７年前は帰りのバスに乗る前に、トイレで乾いた服に着替える時間があったので、そのつもりで着替えて来たら、皆濡れた水着のままバスに乗って待っており、申し訳ない事をしてしまいました。

あと一つだけ残念だったのは、以前はスタッフも含めた参加者全員のサンドバーでの集合写真を撮って、netで購入出来たのですが、その様なサービスが無くなっっていた事です。
良い思い出になるので、またやってくれると良いですね。

The water was murky and visibility was not very good, which was disappointing. Since we departed in the early afternoon, it might have been murky because of that. If we had gone in the early morning, the sea might have been calm and clear, allowing for better visibility. However, I was able to experience the thrill of navigating through the 30-meter deep sea.

海の中は濁っておりあまり良く見えず期待以下でした。午後一番での出発だったので濁っていたのかも知れません。朝一番だったら海は穏やかで透明でもう少し良く見えたのかも知れません。水深30メートルの海の中を航行しているというドキドキ感を味わうことができました。

I participated with my daughter. The staff who provided explanations in Japanese before we set sail and those who guided us on the boat were all very kind, making the experience enjoyable from start to finish.

They let us know when we approached the area known as Heart Reef and when the honu appeared.

We played with SUP and other activities in the first half, followed by snorkeling in the second half. There were SUP boards, floaties, and water guns, and we had 45 minutes of fun. Along the way, the staff came around to each participant to take photos, which was a delightful service.

For snorkeling, those who couldn't swim were given something like a float to hold onto, and the staff pulled them along. Even if you can't swim, you can participate safely as long as you wear a life jacket, and the staff stays with you the whole time.

I was moved to swim with the honu.

わたしたちは、前半にSUPなどで遊び、後半にシュノーケリングでした。
SUP、浮き輪、水鉄砲などあり、45分間遊びました。
途中、スタッフの方がそれぞれの参加者のところを回って、
写真を撮ってくれました。
うれしいサービスです。

シュノーケルは、泳げない人は浮き輪（？）のようなものにつかまらせてくれて、
スタッフの方が引っ張ってくれます。
泳げなくても、ライフジャケットを着用し、スタッフの方がずっとついててくれるので、安心して参加できました。

ホヌとも泳げて、感動しました。

Duration:
Including travel time, you can enjoy about 90 minutes of fishing at a beautiful offshore point overlooking Diamond Head, which takes approximately 3 hours to reach! It was just the right length—not too long, not too short.

Catch:
My wife and I tried fishing together, and we caught four large butterflyfish, close to 30 centimeters, with strong pulls! Unlike the butterflyfish in Japan, these were colorful with pink tails and made a "boo boo" sound. Some people didn’t catch anything at all, but it’s necessary to tweak your fishing technique a bit. The bait is squid, but it’s cut quite roughly, so I recommend tearing it into smaller pieces to use.

Staff Response:
The staff provided thorough instructions on how to handle the fishing rods. They quickly addressed issues like tangled lines with neighboring guests and helped remove caught fish from the hooks. When my wife got seasick, they were always attentive and offered her ginger candy.

Wonderful Service:
You can bring your own food and drinks, including alcohol. Water and light juice are available for free from tanks on board. The caught fish are immediately prepared for you. By the time we returned to port, we all enjoyed the butterflyfish sautéed with delicious seasonings in a large frying pan. As a side note, my wife had recovered from her seasickness by then and was even asking for seconds. (laughs)

およそ3時間でダイヤモンドヘッドを望む美しい沖合いポイントまで移動時間を含めると実質90分ほど船釣りを楽しめます！長過ぎず、短すぎず、程良かったです。
釣果：
妻と二人でトライしましたが引きが強くて30センチ近くの大きなカワハギが4匹釣れました！
日本のカワハギと異なり、カラフルでピンクの尾をしていて、ブーブーと鳴いておりました。
中には全く釣れない人たちもいましたが、釣り方を少し工夫する必要があります。餌はイカですがかなりざっくりカットされているので、少し小さくちぎって、つけるのがお勧めです。
スタッフ対応：
丁寧に釣り竿の扱い方などをレクチャー頂けます。また隣の客と糸が絡まったり、釣れた魚を針から外したりする際に迅速に対応してくださります。妻が船酔いでダウンした際は常に気をかけて下さり、ジンジャーの飴を渡してくれました。
素敵なサービス：
アルコールを含む飲食物を持ち込めます。
船内に水、薄いジュースがタンクから無料で頂けます。釣れた魚は直ぐに捌いて頂けます。帰港までには大きなフライパンで香ばしい調味料と一緒に炒められたカワハギを乗員全員で美味しく頂きました。蛇足ですが、妻はこの頃には船酔いから回復しており、おかわりしてました。笑

Food was delicious, the views where beautiful. Ryan the waiter was great and the entertainment was great also . Just disappointed that we missed the sunset because dinner was served late.

I thought, "A pool theme park in Hawaii?" but this time my child was tall enough to enjoy the slides, so we went. I'm glad we did!

I wonder if there are this many fun slides in Japan? Even if there are, I think they would be crowded and you wouldn't be able to enjoy many of them. However, since it was a weekday, we hardly had to wait and we went on the slides about 20 times between 10:30 AM and 3 PM. It seems that unlike Japan, where people gather in the summer, it’s less crowded here.

We signed up for a plan without transportation, but since we were staying in Ko Olina, it took less than 15 minutes by taxi. It was easy to access.

ハワイにきてまでプールのテーマパーク？とは思いましたが今回は子供がスタイだーも楽しめる背丈になったので行ってきました。行ってよかったですw

こんなに楽しいスライダーは日本にあるのかな？あったとしても混んでて並ぶのでたくさんはできないと思います。でもこちらは平日だったからかほとんど待つことなく、10:30から3時までの営業時間の間に20回ぐらいスライダーをやりました。
やはり夏に人が集中する日本とは違い混雑しにくいのかな？

送迎なしプランで申込でしたがコオリナ宿泊だったのでタクシーで15分弱ぐらい。簡単にアクセスできました。

Mr. McCartney, who was very friendly, entertained us greatly. Watching the stars through a high-performance telescope while receiving a lecture was more romantic and mysterious than I had imagined. I was very moved.

The rings of Saturn were clearly visible and looked so cute. The moon was so large that it couldn't fit in the telescope, and the craters were clearly visible, which was very surprising. I was amazed to see so many stars in the Milky Way that I didn't realize were there. I was able to see many stars that are not visible to the naked eye!

The next day, I was able to slowly enjoy the Hawaiian night sky with my child, recalling what I learned during the stargazing event.

I received photos of the stars captured through the telescope via email. It became a wonderful memory.

気さくなマッカートニーさんがとても楽しませてくれました。レクチャーをうけながら高性能望遠鏡で星を眺めるのは想像以上にロマンチックで神秘的。とても感動しました。

土星のリングもくっきり見えてとてもかわいいかったです。月も望遠鏡に収まりきらないほど大きくクレーターもはっきり映っていてとても驚きました。
ミルキーウェイもこんなにたくさん星が集まっているのかとびっくりしました。肉眼では見えない星たちもたくさん見ることができました！

翌日からは星空鑑賞会で教えてもらった事を思い出しながらハワイの夜空を子供とゆっくり楽しめました。

望遠鏡に写った星の写真をメールで送ってもらいました。とてもいい思い出になりました。

Thanks to Susumu's witty guidance, I was able to participate in a fun and safe manner. It's also appreciated that the roads have been improved compared to a few years ago. The water volume at Manua Falls was low, which was disappointing, but the view from Tantalus Lookout was breathtaking. I also enjoyed a delicious acai bowl for lunch. By adding an event that allows for interaction with nature, it became a memorable trip, not just a city walk. However, it's important to be prepared as weather can have an impact.

ススムさんの軽妙なガイドで、楽しくかつ安全に参加出来た。数年前と比べ道が整備されていることも有難い。マヌア滝は水量が少なく残念だったが、タンタラス丘からの眺めは圧巻。昼食のアサイーボウルも美味しくいただいた。街歩きだけでなく、自然と触れるイベントを加えたことで、思い出に残る旅となった。ただ、天候に影響されることがあるので、準備しておくことが必要。

This was the cherry on top to our visit. The whole staff was welcoming and very helpful. Next time we come to Waikiki, we will definitely be booking again.

They took me to a place with a lot of dolphins, and I was able to swim near them about three times. The sea was really beautiful, and I think it will be a wonderful memory. However, I got extremely seasick and ended up throwing up about twice as many times as I encountered dolphins. Since we went out to sea, during the tour, I could only be on the boat or in the water, and in the second half, I was just thinking about getting back quickly. The chances of seeing dolphins are very high, so I think it's best to participate with a preparedness for seasickness and some countermeasures.

わたしも3回くらいイルカのそばを泳ぐ事ができました。海も本当に綺麗でとても素敵な思い出になるツアーだと思います。が、私はめちゃくちゃ船酔いし、イルカに遭遇できた倍くらいの回数吐きまくりました。冲に出るのでツアーの時間内は船か海にいるしかなく、後半は早く帰る事だけ考えてました。
イルカに会える可能性はとても高いので、船酔いの覚悟と対策の上参加するのがいいと思います。

Our guides were super entertaining and helpful.

To begin- we loved that they offered complimentary pictures at entry, they sent them directly to our phone for FREE, other tourist areas always charge for pictures.
The food buffet had a variety of options from chicken, fish, and pork. The food was tasty. Our tickets came with a drink ticket and we enjoyed a mai tai.
The performances were we'll coordinate, we loved the fire show, the hula dances, everything! I would definitely come back for another show. Employees were helpful, informative, and very kind!

It was an amazing trip that I would want to visit every day!! The bus driver's stories were wonderful. It was an emotional experience to swim with the turtles. Thank you very much!

Hanauma Bay is a beautiful place and the water is so pretty. The day we went, it was unfortunately very windy and the water was pretty choppy. We were able to see some fish, but the water wasn’t very clear due to the waves, but that’s nature for you! The snorkeling gear was very difficult for me. Water kept getting into my mask and it was very uncomfortable. I wish I had my own full face mask. But it was still an enjoyable time and would do it again. Our driver to the location was very friendly and did a great job. It was through kaimana tours.

I was worried about not being able to communicate in Japanese, but the tourists were separated into different boats for Japanese and foreign guests. There was one Japanese female crew member on our boat who kindly and patiently explained everything, which made me feel very safe and allowed me to enjoy the experience.

The sandbar had waves about knee-high, making it easy to walk around. The emerald green sea was incredibly beautiful, with very little current, and it felt so nice! I took many photos with the stunning scenery in the background, and I am very grateful for that.

We also got to see sea turtles, and when we moved to a spot with coral, I was able to snorkel while wearing a life jacket and see many beautiful fish, creating wonderful memories. (I can't swim, but with the life jacket and fins, I managed to swim alongside my husband.)

The hamburger lunch and drinks, along with the warm cocoa after snorkeling, were also very delicious. Thank you for the wonderful memories!! ♪♪

日本語通じないか不安でしたが、日本人観光客の船と外国の方で船が別れていて、船には日本人女性のクルーの方が一人いて、なんでも優しく丁寧に教えてくれたので、とても安心して楽しむことができました。
サンドバーは膝くらいの波の高さで安心して歩けました。
エメラルドグリーンの海はとても綺麗で、流れもほとんどなく穏やかでとても気持ちよかったです！
絶景をバックに写真もたくさん撮っていただき、大感謝です。
ウミガメも見れて、珊瑚のある場所へ移動してライフジャケットをつけてのシュノーケルも綺麗な魚をたくさん見ながら泳ぐことができ、とても思い出になりました。(私は泳げないですが、ライフジャケットと足ヒレで旦那と一緒でなんとか泳げました。)
ハンバーガーランチとドリンク、シュノーケル後のあったかいココアもとっても美味しかったです。
