The driver arrived at the pickup location on time and was very kind to us, even though we are Japanese! If you're planning to climb Diamond Head, I definitely recommend going early in the morning. We were able to see a beautiful sunrise! ♪

Anyone can climb it. However, to climb Diamond Head, prior application is required, so it might be easier to join a tour like this. If you can apply in advance by yourself, it would be cheaper to get to the trailhead by bus or Uber.

誰でも登れます。但し、ダイヤモンドヘッドを登るには、事前申請が必要なので、このようなツアーで参加するのが楽かも知れません。自分自身で事前申請ができるのであれば、登山口まで、バスやウーバーで行った方が安いでしょう。

It was amazing to see the moment the humpback whale jumped!

It was also fantastic to see a pod of long-finned pilot whales.

During snorkeling, I was able to swim with a green sea turtle, and it was just wonderful.

Our guide, Minako, explained everything clearly in Japanese, which made me feel at ease!

I participated in a tour from Waikiki by bus for the first time in Hawaii. It was early in the morning, and it took about an hour to reach the beach where we could see dolphins. Fortunately, I was able to swim with the dolphins and even see whales! As an older guy, I was truly moved by the experience.

The guides were all professionals and very friendly. For me and the other Japanese participants who struggled with English, Minako, who could speak Japanese, and Yuya, who handled the photography, were very attentive and humorous in their assistance. Thank you for your hard work from the preparations to after we set sail.

初めてのハワイでワイキキからバスでツアーに参加しました。朝早く、イルカが見れる海岸まで移動距離も1時間ほどかかりました。が運良くイルカと泳げてクジラまで見れました！良い歳のおっさんですが感動しました。
ガイドさんは皆プロフェッショナルで気さくでした。英語が拙い私や他の日本人へ、日本語ができるガイドのミナコさんや撮影のゆうやさんが懇切丁寧に、ユーモア交えて対応頂きました。準備から出航後もハードワークでお疲れ様でした。

It was an amazing tour! We were able to see a large group of dolphins, whales, and sea turtles! Everything went very smoothly, and the staff member Minako said, "It's rare to see dolphins, whales, and sea turtles so smoothly!" so this tour was a great success! At first, I was worried about whether we would see them, but within 30 minutes of departure, we encountered dolphins, which was fantastic!

Minako, Travis, Laura, Gaylen, Yuya, and Tim were all excellent staff, and we had a great time until the end!

We were the only Japanese guests on the tour, so our Japanese guide, Ken, stayed with us and taught us a lot about how to find dolphins and whales, the names of the fish we saw while snorkeling, and interesting facts about Hawaii. It was a really enjoyable tour!

Since we participated right after the New Year, I was hoping to see some whales, and we encountered nearly ten of them! I will never forget the excitement of seeing a whale right in front of the boat. Everyone, including the other guests and the captain, was thrilled!

We joined the tour the day before returning to Japan, and it became the perfect memory to wrap up our trip to Hawaii. Ken and everyone else were very kind and wonderful, so I definitely want to join other tours as well.

日本人客はツアーの中で我々だけだったので、日本語ガイドのKENさんが私たちについてくださり、イルカやクジラの探し方やシュノーケルで見えた魚の名前、ハワイの豆知識などたくさんのことを教えてくれて、とても楽しいツアーでした！
年明けに参加したのでクジラが見れたらいいなあと思っていたのですが、10頭近くのクジラに遭遇できました！
中でも船の目の前でクジラに遭遇した感動は忘れません。他のお客さんもキャプテンもみんな大興奮！！
日本の帰国前日に参加したのですが、ハワイ旅を締めくくる最高の思い出ができました！
KENさんはじめ皆さんとても優しく良い方ばかりでしたので、また他のツアーにも是非参加したいです。

I have participated in dolphin watching in other countries, but this time swimming with them was a truly precious experience. The dolphins, over 100 of them and about 2 meters long, were really adorable.

We moved to a shallow area where we enjoyed snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding, as well as a slide. The weather was great, and I was very satisfied!

Thank you to the crew, Japanese guide Minako, photographer Yuya, and others—Stef, Tim, Travis, Laura, and Gaylan—for a fun day!

イルカウォッチングは他国でも参加したことはありましたが、今回一緒に泳げたことは大変貴重な時間になりました。
100頭以上の体長2ｍほどのイルカたちは本当に可愛かったです。

場所を浅瀬に移動してシュノーケリングとSAP、滑り台も楽しめました。
気候も良く大変満足しました！

I was really looking forward to it because there was a guarantee that we would definitely see whales, but we hardly saw any. There were announcements that the tail had come up to the surface two or three times, but by the time we went to look, they had already disappeared. I didn't get to see the whales' large forms at all. I came all the way here in winter for this, so I was a bit disappointed.

必ずホエールが見れる保証がついてるのですごく期待していましたが、ほとんど見れませんでした。
2、3回尾鰭が水面に出たと放送があって見に行ったらすでに消えました。
全然ホイホイ大きな姿が見れることがありませんでした。
せっかくこれのために冬に来たのですが少しがっかりしました。

I applied with my husband and grandchild. The pickup was about 10 minutes late. I was moved by the wonderful experience and returned home feeling touched. January is the rainy season, and it rained a lot, but it seems we were able to see the sunrise, which was great! It was a bit pricey, but the transportation service was the right choice. 👍

I had made a reservation for two people, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I participated alone. I was nervous, but the captain and the staff were very kind, and I had a great time even by myself!

It was such a valuable experience to see sea turtles up close like that! There was also a staff member who provided Japanese interpretation, which made me feel very at ease! Everyone was kind, and it was a lot of fun!

I enjoyed cruising the waters of Hawaii. I thought I might be lucky enough to see something, but unfortunately, I didn't.

ハワイの海のクルージングを楽しんできました。
運が良ければ見れると思っていたけどやっぱり見れないと残念。

We participated in a tour that included a shuttle service to Hanauma Bay and a snorkeling set, with three people including a 12-year-old child. The pickup time was early in the morning. It was still dark outside, and I was worried about being out so early, but shortly after arriving, dawn broke. We were able to see a wonderful sunrise, which was the perfect start to the day.

Snorkeling was first thing in the morning, and there were plenty of fish. Although there were times during the day when it was cloudy, it didn't matter, and we still had a great time seeing lots of fish.

On this day, there were no other Japanese participants in the tour besides us. However, that wasn't an issue at all.

Additionally, we could borrow life jackets on the spot by asking the tour staff. Please note that these are cash only.

We considered renting a car to get there, but I think it was better to avoid the hassle of reservations and enjoy the convenience.

I would definitely like to participate in this tour again.

ハナウマベイシャトルサービスシュノーケルセットのツアーに、12歳の子供を含む３人で参加。
ピックアップの時間は早朝。
まだ外は暗く、こんなに朝早く？と心配になりましたが、到着して間もなく夜明け。素晴らしい朝焼けを見る事ができて、最高の一日のスタートでした。

シュノーケリングも朝イチで、魚が沢山いました。日中曇りになる時間も有りましたが、
それでも問題なく、沢山のお魚を見ることができて楽しかったです。

ツアーは、この日は、日本人は私達以外いませんでした。だからといって問題はないです。

また、ライフジャケットも、ツアーの方に言えばその場で借りる事ができました。
これらは、現金のみになります。

レンタカーを借りて行く事も考えましたが、
便利さと、予約などの手間が省けてよかったと思ってます。

また、参加したいツアーです。

We participated as a family. Since my family isn't very good at English, we were a bit anxious about going out to sea, but my fourth-grade son had a blast and we were able to create wonderful memories. There were staff members who spoke Japanese perfectly, which made us feel at ease. It has become a place we want to visit again. Thank you!

小学4年生の息子も思いっきり楽しめて、最高の思い出が作れました。

I went in December. It was a bit cold, but on sunny days, it was the best! Since it was far from Honolulu, I was unsure whether to use a shuttle bus or a taxi. I decided to take an Uber taxi. It took about 30 minutes from Honolulu.

When we arrived about 20 minutes before the park opened, the gates had English signs, so I was anxious because I didn't know where to line up for the ticket reservation. Then, a Japanese staff member came out and handed us the tickets based on our reservation name. They kindly explained everything I didn't understand, which made me feel relieved. Since it was December, there weren't many lines in the park, and my 10-year-old son was able to enjoy almost everything.

The locker usage was quite complicated, and I had to ask the English-speaking staff multiple times using a translation app. Some slides had deep pools, and my son almost drowned, but there were staff members at each attraction who quickly handed him a float.

Since it was the off-peak season, some attractions were operating from the morning, while others started in the afternoon or were closed all day, so it was necessary to check. On the day we visited, the lazy river was out of service, which was disappointing since it was the attraction I was looking forward to the most.

We had lunch around 2 PM. The fries that came with the pizza set were really delicious. In the end, we played until closing time. I had also booked an Uber taxi for the return trip, but it seemed there was a lot of traffic, and we waited about 40 minutes longer than planned. The return trip took about an hour and a half due to the congestion. I was hesitant about going, but my child seemed to have a great time, and it became a wonderful memory.

12月に行きました。
少し寒さはありましたが、晴れてる日は最高です！
ホノルルから遠いので、送迎バスを使うかタクシーを使うか迷いました。
Uberタクシーで行きました。ホノルルから30分くらいでつきました。
開園20分前くらいに着くとゲートも英語表記なので、チケット予約の並びがどこかわからなくて、不安でした。
すると、日本人スタッフの方が出て来て予約の名前でチケットを先に渡してくださいました。
わからない事も丁寧に教えて頂き安心できました。12月なのもあり、園内はそこまで並ばなくても遊べて10歳息子もほぼ制覇できました。
ロッカーの使い方が難しいすぎて、何度も英語対応のスタッフさんに翻訳アプリで聞きました。
スライダーによって、プールが深い場所もあるので、息子が溺れてしまいましたが各アトラクションにスタッフさんが配置されてるのですぐに浮き輪を渡してもらいました。
閑散期だったので、アトラクションも朝から運転してるのもあれば、昼から運転していたり、終日運休しているのもあるので、確認が必要です。私たちの日は流れるプールが運休していて、1番楽しみにしていたのに残念でした。
　お昼は、14時くらいに食べました。
ピザセットのポテトがすごく美味しかったです。
結局、閉園時間まで遊びました。
帰りもUberタクシーを予約していましたが、かなり道が渋滞していたみたいで予定時間より40分くらい待ちました。
帰りは混み混みで1時間30分くらいかかりました。行くか迷いましたが子どもはすごく楽しかったみたいで、いい思い出になりました。

This was my first time participating in a whale watching tour. I requested a hotel pickup, and the pickup location was at the Hyatt at 7:25 AM. We arrived at 7:10 AM. There were various tour buses coming and going, and starting around 7:20 AM, I began asking the drivers of the arriving buses if they were the one we were supposed to take.

The bus finally arrived at 7:35 AM, and I felt relieved. I informed an elderly couple who were also participating and we boarded the bus. However, we didn’t leave right away; it seemed the staff were waiting for other participants who hadn’t arrived yet. The missing participant showed up at 7:45 AM, and we finally departed. However, at two more pickup locations, we waited for additional participants, and we arrived at the port at 8:50 AM. I was impressed by the staff's dedication in waiting for everyone.

After that, we boarded the boat, but it seemed we were the last ones from the bus, as the other participants had already finished their snacks. I looked for an available seat and took a moment to relax, but I didn’t know where the snack area was. I then noticed that others from our bus had snacks, which helped me find out where the snack area was.

The staff at the snack area were very polite, and when I later asked about the restroom, they kindly explained in English so I could understand. We set sail shortly after, and the other participants began heading to the deck, so I hurried to grab a snack and followed them.

Once on the deck, I was amazed by the views of Waikiki, Diamond Head, and the vastness of the ocean. Just that alone made me feel glad I participated. Thanks to the hard work of the captain and crew, we were able to see whales a few times, even from a distance. I would definitely like to do this again.

今回初めてホエールウォッチしたに参加しました
ホテル送迎でお願いして、ピックアップ場所はハイヤットで7:25でした、私達は7:10に到着しました
そこは様々なツアーバスが入れ替わり立ち替わり来ていて、7:20頃から到着したツアーバスの方に当該バスかを尋ねて行きました
7:35に当該バスが到着して、ほっとして、同じく参加される年配ご夫婦にも伝えてバスに乗り込みました、その後直ぐ出発しなくて、どうやらまだ来てないツアー参加者をスタッフが待っているようでした、7:45にその方が来て漸く出発しました、しかしその後の2か所のピックアップ場所で、来ない参加者を待ち、港に到着したのは8:50でした、スタッフの方の懸命に待つ姿に感銘しました
その後、船に乗船しましたが私達バス参加者が最後のようで、他の参加者は軽食を食べ終わっていました、空いている座る場所を探して、一息ついて軽食の場所が分からず、一緒のバス参加されるが軽食持っている事に気づいて、軽食の場所がわかりました
軽食場所のスタッフは丁寧に対応して下さり、その後にトイレの場所を聞いた時も丁寧に分かるように英語で説明して下さりました
その後直ぐ出航したので、他の参加者は、船のデッキへ向かい始めたので、急いで軽食頂いて後に続きました
デッキに上がるとワイキキの街並みやダイヤモンドヘッドや海の雄大さに感激しました
これだけでも参加して良かったと思いました
船長始め乗組員達の懸命な働きにより数度遠いながら鯨を見る事が出来ました
またリベンジしたいと思います

The pickup and reservation process was very helpful. Since there was plenty of time until the meeting point for the descent, I was able to climb Diamond Head at my own pace and take lots of photos. On the way back, the route was to the hotel, but when I mentioned that I wanted to go to the KCC Market instead of the hotel, they kindly took me to the KCC Market and dropped me off there. The driver was cheerful, and it was a very enjoyable time.

お迎えや予約の手続きも助かりました。
下山の集合までたっぷり時間があったのでダイアモンドヘッドに自分のペースで登ることもでき、たくさん写真も撮ることができました。帰りはホテルまでのコースでしたが、ホテルではなくKCCマーケットへ行きたいと伝えたら、快くKCCマーケットまで送ってくれてそこで下車しました。
ドライバーさんも明るくてとても楽しい時間でした。

Although it was just a shuttle service, I really appreciated the effort to help us get in early to Hanauma Bay, which requires a specified entry time.

送迎だけですが、入場時間の指定が必要なハナウマベイへ早く入れるためにがんばってもらえて、とても助かりました。

I read the reviews and thought, "I want to see dolphins, but I'm worried about seasickness." However, I gathered my courage and signed up.

In conclusion, as long as I took motion sickness medication, I was fine. I went with my family, and other families were fine too. It seems that standing at the front of the boat and looking out into the distance helps prevent seasickness.

There were also Japanese staff members, which made me feel very secure participating in the activity.

Although it was written that we wouldn't be able to swim with the dolphins, on the day of the event, we were able to swim with them. I was surprised to see the dolphins swimming quite deep. Even while the boat was moving, the dolphins swam alongside us as if they were racing, creating the best memories.

口コミを見て「イルカが見たいけど、船酔いが心配だなぁ」と思っていました。
しかし、勇気を出して申し込みをしました。
結論、乗り物酔い防止の薬を飲んでいれば、大丈夫でした。
家族で行きましたが、他の家族も大丈夫でした。
船の先端に立って、遠くを眺めていると酔いにくいそうです。

日本人スタッフの方もおり、とても安心して参加することができました。

イルカと一緒に泳げないと書いてありましたが、当日は一緒に泳ぐことができました。
かなり深いところをイルカが泳いでいて、びっくり。
船を走らせている時も、イルカが船に競い合うように泳いでいて、最高の思い出になりました。

The driver spoke English, so there was still a language barrier. Although there were no issues with getting on and off during the transfer, I couldn't get any water and ended up having to buy expensive water on-site. Diamond Head was wonderful.

運転手さんが英語なので、やはり言葉が通じない。送迎の乗り降りは、通じなくても、問題はなかったが、水がもらえず、現地で高い水を買うことになった。

The transportation included the entrance fee. The area was rich in nature with clean air, and above all, the weather was nice, providing a wonderful view. The ascent was a bit tough, but there were rest areas along the way, which was great! The descent was so pleasant that I was told I had a refreshing look on my face! Haha. I want to go again.

入場料込みの送迎でした。現地では自然豊かで空気が綺麗で、何より天気良くて素敵な景色でした。上りは少しきつかったですが、途中休憩スペースもあり良かったです！
下りは清々しい顔してると言われるほど気持ちよく降りられました！笑

The weather was rainy and cloudy, but the day was filled with adventure and family time. It made for a perfectly beautiful day. Captain Bobs was safe and comical and the lunch was great!

There are many water slide attractions that even adults can enjoy. This time, I didn't try the bodyboarding attraction, but it also looked interesting. I only had about 4 to 5 hours to stay because of the bus schedule, but I wanted to play more.

ウォータースライダー系のアトラクションが多く、大人でも楽しめる。今回、ボディボードのアトラクションはやらなかったが、これも面白そうでした。バスの時間があったので4~5時間しか滞在出来なかったが、もっと遊びたかった。

This is a plan that provides round-trip transportation from hotels in the Honolulu area to the trailhead at Diamond Head Park. I don't usually exercise, but I found that one hour each way, or two hours round trip, is more than enough. You can also enjoy views of the streets of Honolulu and Pearl Harbor, so I highly recommend experiencing it at least once. Our guide, Orlando, was kind and attentive, making the experience very enjoyable.

ホノルル界隈のホテルからダイアモンドヘッド公園にある登山口までを往復で送迎してくれるプランです。
日頃運動をしない私ですが、片道で1時間あれ、往復で2時間あれば充分です。
ホノルルの街並みやパールハーバーなども見渡せるので、一度は経験させることをお薦めします。
ガイドのオランドさんも優しく気配りのできた方で、非常に楽しかったです。

I used the first flight on the morning of December 30th for the New Year's holiday. The captain spoke in English, but then a female staff member named Izumi kindly explained everything in Japanese, which made my first snorkeling experience worry-free.

The weather was a bit cold, and it rained partway through, but not only were we able to see many sea turtles, we also got to swim with them.

There were other tours with various options that I considered, but I'm glad I chose Captain Cruise!

年末年始（12月30日）の朝一便を利用しました。
キャプテンは英語を使用されますがその後で女性スタッフのイズミさんが日本語で丁寧に説明してくださり、初めてのシュノーケリングも不安なく体験できました。

天候は少し寒く、雨も途中降ったりしましたが、ウミガメを沢山見ることができただけでなく、一緒に泳ぐことも出来ました。

色んなオプションが付く他社ツアーもあり、悩みましたが、キャプテンクルーズを選んでよかったです！

It was fun, but it was cold. The winter on December 30th was chilly. I recommend bringing extra clothes that can get wet. I want to go in the summer.

Kilauea was hard to see due to the rain, but I was satisfied with everything else. The video of the eruption that I got from the guide was really great. I was especially happy to see the stars at night.

All the tour guides were so personable and helpful. The view was stunning. If you are visiting Oahu, this tour is a must...The buffet was so tasty and healthy

I was able to experience both the sea and the mountains in a compact way. The two guides were kind, and I was able to ask various questions since they were Japanese. It was meaningful to enjoy so much in just the morning.
