Unfortunately, it was raining.
But we were able to see a whale.
I thought it was smaller than expected, and the guide told us it was a baby whale.
The guide also talked about the whale's ecosystem and various other things, which was educational.

Before boarding the boat, we had our picture taken. I don't remember the price, but it turned out quite well, so I decided to purchase it.

でもクジラは見えました。
思ったよりも小さいなと思っていたら、ガイドさんが子供のクジラだと教えてくれました。
その他にもガイドさんはクジラの生態系やいろいろな事をお話してくれて勉強にもなりました。

船に乗り込む前に写真をとって貰い、値段は覚えていませんが、なかなかよく取れていて購入しました。

we took the morning cruise and did not see any whales. but, Navatek was true to their word - they gave us a second cruise. On the 2nd cruise, we saw 9 breach's. A great cruise and we are a returning customer. At we will be back again at some point in the future!

It was rainy on this day, but on the contrary, it was nice because we could still have fun despite the rain. The pool with the dolphins is slightly heated. The photos can be taken beautifully. The prices are a bit high, but I think it's worth going. You can also see sea turtles and seals, among other things.

この日は雨でしたが、逆に雨でも遊べるので良かったです。イルカのいるプールは少し温水です。写真はキレイに撮ってもらえます。販売価格は多少高いですが、行く価値はあると思います。他にも海がめ・アザラシなど見られます。

It was cold, but I was able to see a lot of sea turtles and land on the sandbar, so it was fantastic. I'm glad I checked the tide schedule in advance and chose the afternoon tour. The BBQ was more luxurious than I expected. The staff took plenty of photos without hesitation. I highly recommend this.

寒かったですが、海がめもたくさん見られてサンドバー上陸もできたので最高でした。事前に潮の満ち引きを調べて午後ツアーにして良かったです。ＢＢＱは思った以上に豪華。写真もスタッフの方が沢山気兼ねなく撮って頂けます。これはオススメです。

There were no issues despite the last-minute booking.

It was great that everyone enjoyed whale watching together. The cruising on the large boat was surprisingly pleasant.

We went with my wife to this location during our vacations in Oahu and really enjoyed ourselves. The facilities are well mantained and most of the slides are close together, so it's easy to move around changing from one to another. The staff was very friendly and helped a lot to get the most of this experience.

I participated on January 24th. While moving to the point where we could see whales, we enjoyed a buffet-style meal. I wasn't expecting much, but it was delicious.

When we arrived at the point, we were able to receive explanations in English about the ecology of whales, and they pointed out the direction where we could see them. Although it was a bit far, I was thrilled to see them spouting water and their tails.

1/24に参加しました。クジラの見えるポイントに移動しながら、ビュッフェ形式の食事を頂きました。期待していませんでしたが、おいしかったです。

ポイントに着くと英語でクジラの生態の事など説明して頂く事もでき、クジラが見える方向を教えて頂けました。
少し遠かったですが、潮を吹いている様子やしっぽも見えて感激しました。

I previously participated in a dolphin tour in Guam, but unfortunately, I only saw their fins at that time, so I didn't have high expectations this time. However, it was amazing.

Seeing a large group of dolphins from the water, rather than from the boat, was truly magical.

It seemed there were several pods of dolphins, and I was glad to see quite a few of them.

Also, this time of year is apparently when whales are raising their young, and I was lucky enough to see a whale. It became a wonderful memory.

以前グアムでイルカツアーに参加したことがあるのですが、その時は残念ながら背びれくらいしか見えなかったので過度の期待はしてなかったのですが今回は最高でした。

船からではなく海に入って海の中から見るイルカの大群はとても幻想的でした。

いくつかのイルカの群れがいたようでかなりのイルカが見れて良かったです。


又、この時期はクジラが子育ての時期らしく、なんとクジラを見ることができました。
いい思い出になりました。

This is about luck. I think it would be wonderful to see a jump, but it seems that due to regulations, you can't get too close to the whales, so it might be quite difficult to get the full picture. Since there are many passengers on the large boat, I think the price is reasonable.

これは運です。ジャンプが見られれば素晴らしいと思いますが、法令であまりクジラの近くには行けないそうなので、全体像をつかむことは中々難しそうです。大きい船で乗客もたくさんいるので値段も相応かなと思います。

It was so much fun!!

Since it was late January, it was cold even when it was sunny!!

There were even people who didn’t go snorkeling! But I think you can only see such beautiful coral here!

I was satisfied to see turtles too!!

As for the food, it was a hamburger!!! It was just ordinary (﹡ˆˆ﹡).

It's a water slide that feels like it's not in Japan! A couple in their late 20s had a great time!

However, even with the all-you-can-drink option, I honestly only had about two drinks.

As for the lunch buffet, it might be better not to have high expectations for the price?! There’s plenty of junk food available, so that was totally fine for me.

日本ではないようなウォータースライダー！
20代後半カップルでも、十分楽しめました！！

ただ、ドリンク飲放題つけててもドリンク正直2杯くらいしか飲まなかった。

ランチビュッフェはお値段のわりに、あまり期待しないほうがいいかも？！
ジャンクフードが普通に売ってるのでそれで全然オッケーだったなぁと

The ship was larger than I expected, and there was no rocking. I was moved to see the humpback whales spouting water multiple times and their tails when they dove. I appreciated the kind assistance from the Japanese-speaking staff.

思った以上に船も大きく、揺れも無く、何度もザトウクジラが潮を吹く姿や、もぐる際の尾びれが見えて感動しました。
日本語対応の方の親切な対応、ありがたかったです。

This time, I signed up for whale watching for the first time. I chose the daytime plan. The food was tastier than I had imagined. However, when I did dolphin watching in Guam, I was able to see them up close. It seems that due to the law, we can't get too close, but I only saw the whales' backs about four or five times, and I wish I could have seen them a bit closer.

今回、初めてホエールウォッチングを申し込みました。昼色のプランで申込みしました。食べ物は想像してたより美味しかったです。
ただ、グアムでイルカウォッチングをしたときは間近で見れたので、法律で近づいてはいけないみたいですが背中が見えたのが4・5回で、もう少し近くで見れたらよかったと思いました。

Last time, I participated in the Dolphin Middle School program, and this time I joined the university program. I was expecting to see a lot since I saw many last time, but I only got to see a few dolphins this time. It's natural, so there's nothing that can be done about it. However, the atmosphere on the boat was friendly, and I had a great time! If I have the chance again, I would love to participate.

Hawaii was our first time for both of us, and my husband made a reservation for the sandbar online. Since it was the rainy season, we were worried about the weather, but with the beautiful scenery, the staff who accompanied us were fun, we enjoyed delicious cheeseburgers, saw turtles popping their heads up, and went snorkeling. It was the best! I want to create another opportunity to go to Hawaii and experience the sandbar again.

雨期なので、天気が心配でしたが、きれいな景色と共に、一緒に同行のスタッフさんも楽しくて、美味しいチーズバーガーも食べたり、亀も顔を出してくれたり、シュノーケリングもしたり、最高でした(^-^)(^-^)
また、Hawaiiに行く機会を作ってサンドバー体験をしたいです◎

I was satisfied because I could see whales. The airport transfer was also good. However, please note that you need to call after leaving the airport. I want to go to Hawaii again.

I participated with my friends.
There was a child who was weak on boats, but since it was a larger ship, they didn't suffer from severe seasickness.
We were able to see whales from a distance several times.
If you have binoculars, you might see them even better.
If you're lucky, you might see them jump, but this time we were able to see them swimming and diving.

On the way back, I enjoyed participating in hula dance lessons and lei making.
We all wore leis and took photos together.
It was fun.

友人たちと参加してきました。
船に弱い子も参加していましたが、大きめの船だったのでひどい船酔いはせずにすみました。
ホエールは遠目にですが何回も見ることが出来ました。
双眼鏡あるともっとよく見えるかもしれません。
運が良いと、ジャンプが見れたりするようですが、今回は泳いでいるところ、
もぐるところを見ることが出来ました。

帰りは、フラのダンスレッスンや、レイメイキングに参加して楽しかったです。
みんなでレイをつけて写真も取りました。
楽しかったです。

I made a reservation on the first day.
Since it was my first time in Hawaii, I was worried about the food, and I was tempted by the dishes I found on this site, so I made a reservation.
When I arrived, it was a very popular restaurant with many people waiting.
The food and the staff were both excellent. I thought there should definitely be a line!!
I would love to stop by again if I go to Hawaii.

初日に予約してみました。
初めてのハワイだったのでご飯の具合が心配で、このサイトで見つけた料理にそそられ予約してみました。
行ってみるととても人気のお店で待っている人も多かったです。
料理もスタッフもとてもよかったです。行列ができるはず!!と思いました。
またハワイに行くなら寄りたいですね。

The whales didn't look as big as I had hoped, but since they are natural creatures, it can't be helped. More importantly, the breakfast buffet was disappointing with a limited selection. It might have been better to skip breakfast and eat on our own instead.

　期待していたほどクジラは大きく見えなかったけど、自然のものなので、仕方ないですね、それよりも、朝食バイキングは、品数少なく期待外れ、朝食なしで自分たちで食べてからのほうがいいかも？

At low tide, the sandbar is completely exposed, but at high tide, the water reaches about thigh-deep. First, we went to the sandbar, and I was quite disappointed because there was a lot of water. However, after seeing sea turtles and snorkeling, we passed by again, and the sandbar was visible. They don't change the order of the activities... I guess there are also considerations with other boats, so you need to check the tide schedule yourself when making a reservation. Overall, though, I was able to see many sea turtles, and snorkeling was fun as I swam with lots of fish.

サンドバーは、引き潮の時は完全に砂浜が出てきますが、満ち潮だと太ももくらいまで水があります。まず最初にサンドバーに行き、かなり水が多くてがっくりしていたら、その後ウミガメを見たり、シュノーケルした後に通ったら、砂浜が見えてました。順序を変えてはくれないんですね…。他の船との兼ね合いもあるのでしょうから、申し込む時点で、自分で干満を調べておかなきゃいけないという事ですね。でも全体としては、たくさんのウミガメを見れたし、シュノーケルもたくさんの魚と泳げて楽しかったです。

We were blessed with great weather and were able to see a beautiful sandbar. Additionally, during the snorkeling, we had the rare experience of seeing turtles and corals up close. In the free time that followed, we enjoyed activities like kayaking and paddleboarding, making for a fulfilling time.

天候に恵まれ、とっても綺麗なサンド・バーを見ることができました。
また、その後のシュノーケリングでは亀やサンゴを間近で見ることができ、とても貴重な体験でした。
その後の空き時間ではカヤックやパドルボードなどで遊ぶことができ、充実した時間を過ごすことができました。

I participated in the morning session, but unfortunately, I couldn't see the whales up close. I could only confirm that they were spouting water from a distance. However, I was happy that a pod of wild dolphins approached us before we headed out to sea. It was nice to enjoy a leisurely cruise, so I think it was overall good. Since I could only see them from afar, tickets for the next time were distributed only to those who wanted them, but I didn't take one as I had a full schedule on other days.

午前の部で参加しましたが、残念な事にくじらは近くでは見れませんでした。
ただ遠くで潮噴いているのだけ確認出来ました。
ただ沖に出るまでに野生のイルカの群れが近づいてくれて嬉しかったです。
のんびりクルージング出来たので、まあ良かったと思います。
遠くでしか見れなかったので、次回チケットを希望者のみ配布されましたが、私は他の日は
予定がいっぱいあったのでもらいませんでした。

I went for the first time.
It was a Saturday, but it was not crowded, so it was nice not to have to wait in line.
However, not all facilities are open all the time, so it might not be ideal for those who want to visit the same facility multiple times.
Also, if you have small children, the places to play are limited, so the cost-performance ratio decreases quite a bit. I took my 4-year-old, and while there were plenty of options in the children's pool, we were able to have a good time.

初めて行きました。
土曜日でしたが空いていて、並ばず混まずで、よかったです。
ただし、全ての施設が常時開いているのではないので、同じ施設に何度も行きたい人にはいまいちかも。
また、子供が小さい場合は、遊べるところが限られるのでコスパはかなりさがりますが、4歳児を連れていきましたが子供用プールも充実していたので、それなりに遊べました。

Previously, when I went snorkeling in Ko Olina with a major travel agency's optional tour, I was very disappointed because I hardly saw any sea turtles or fish. However, on this Heaven's Ocean tour, I was really happy to see many sea turtles and beautiful fish. It seemed like we arrived at the sandbar a little early, but we were able to sit together as a family on the water and take photos.

I thought the guide, Izumi, did a great job explaining the dangers of snorkeling clearly. It was lucky that I could enjoy Leonard's malasadas without having to go buy them myself. Most importantly, my father-in-law, who has visited Hawaii multiple times and dined at many high-end restaurants, praised this BBQ lunch on the boat as the best he has ever had.

以前、大手旅行会社のオプショナルツアーでコオリナでシュノーケリングした時は、ウミガメも魚もほとんど見えずとても残念でしたが、この天国の海ツアーでは、ウミガメも綺麗なお魚もたくさん会えて、ほんとに良かったです。　サンドバーにはほんの少し時間が早かったようですが、海の上に家族そろって座って写真を撮ってもらいました。
ガイドのイズミさんのシュノーケリングについての説明が、何が危険であるかはっきり説明されていて、とても良かったと思います。
レナーズのマラサダを、自分で買いに行かずとも食べられたのはラッキーでしたし、何より特筆すべきは、ハワイに何度も来て、いくつもの高級レストランで食事をしてきた義父が、「今回はこの船の上でのBBQランチが一番美味しかった」と絶賛していたことです(^0^)

I was really happy to meet the dolphins, but the sea conditions on the day were not very good, so it was quite rocky. There were about 4 to 5 people who got seasick, and when we entered the water, the waves were high, making it difficult to search for the dolphins.

I was a bit surprised that, besides the dolphins, there were no beautiful fish in the sea at all. Perhaps it was because the waves were high and we were close to the shore? I was expecting to see the fish I had seen in the waters of Guam, so it was disappointing. Even while snorkeling, I didn't see many fish.

However, the staff's response was very good. I would like to try again someday. Thank you very much.

イルカに会えて、すごく嬉しかったですが当日の海のコンディションがあまりよくなかった為かなり揺れました。酔ってしまった方も、4〜5名おり、海に入った時も波も高くイルカを探すのが大変でした。
少しびっくりしたのが、イルカの他に海にキレイな魚など、全くいなかったことです。
波が高く、陸から近かったからかな？グアムの海でみた魚達を想像してたので残念でした。シュノーケルでも、魚はあまり見れなかったです。
しかし、スタッフの対応はとてもよかったです。いつかリベンジしたいです。ありがとうございました。

Because we have 5-year old son, we wanted to see everything important on one day and without standing in lines. This trip was perfect for that. We spent enough time in each place and had time for lunch (in Pacific Aviation). Our guide was great, funny and informative. Worth recommending!

We signed up for a whale watching tour on December 18, 2013, in the morning. I had heard that the best season to see whales is from December to March, but I was also informed that the chances of seeing whales during the morning in December are low. Unfortunately, we were unable to see any whales, which was very disappointing. However, we learned on the day of the tour that if we didn't see any whales, we could participate in an afternoon whale watching tour that included lunch. Unfortunately, we had another commitment in the afternoon, so we couldn't join the whale watching again. I regretted not confirming in advance that we could participate for free if we didn't see any whales.

In the end, while we didn't see any whales, there were still good and bad points. The good points were that the boat ride was very pleasant, and the views were beautiful. Opportunities to ride on a boat are rare in Japan, so the scenery of Waikiki from the boat was wonderful. Additionally, there were several activities to entertain the children, ensuring they didn't get bored.

As for the bad points, there were not many, but the air conditioning was too strong, making the interior of the boat cold. This might be because people in Hawaii tend to feel hot, but most Japanese guests were feeling cold, so I recommend bringing a jacket.

Although we didn't see any whales, the guide was friendly, and the views from the boat were fantastic, so we were satisfied.

私たちは2013年12月18日AMのホエールウォッチングに申し込みをしました。クジラが良く見えるシーズンは12月〜3月だと聞いていましたが、12月午前のホエールウォッチングは、クジラを見れる確率が低いとも聞いていました。結果的にクジラを見ることはできませんでした。非常に残念でした。ただし、クジラを見る事ができなかった場合に限り、ランチ付きの午後のホエールウォッチングにも参加できることを当日知りました。しかし、私たちは午後から別の予定を入れていた為にもう一度ホエールウォッチングに参加することはできませんでした。クジラを見れなかった場合、無料でもう一度参加できる事を事前に確認していればよかったと後悔しました。
結果的にクジラは見れませんでしたが、それでも良かった点、悪かった点はありまし。良かった点は船上はとても気持ちがよく眺めがキレイであった事です。船に乗る機会は日本でもあまりないので、船から眺めるワイキキの景色は素晴らしかったです。また、子供たちを楽しませる企画がいくつかあり、子供が退屈にならないような工夫がありました。
悪かった点は、ほとんどありませんでしたが空調が効きすぎて船内が寒かった事です。これはハワイの方たちが暑がりなこともあるかもしれませんが、日本人はほとんど寒がっていたので、上着を持って参加される事をお勧めします。
クジラは見れませんでしたが、ガイドさんの対応も良く、船上からの景色も最高でしたので、満足できました。

We stayed at the Royal Hawaiian, and they came to pick us up at the terminal of the neighboring Hilton Hotel. The person in charge was an American who spoke a little Japanese.

After leaving the hotel, we next stopped at the Hyatt Hotel to pick up more tour guests. It took about 30 minutes from when we first boarded to arrive at the dock, where we boarded the whale watching boat. Before boarding, we took photos in front of the dock building (which will be available for purchase later, around $12). Once on the boat, there were about 30 table seats, and it seemed like there was space for over 100 people on one floor. Since we arrived early, we were able to sit by the window. After a while, coffee and tea were prepared, and we could help ourselves to them. It was hot outside, but the air conditioning inside the boat was quite strong, making it a bit chilly, so I warmed up with hot coffee.

As the boat set off, we headed out to search for whales. The views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach were incredibly beautiful. The deck was divided into three levels, with about six spots at the front and back. On this day, we ended up searching for about 1.5 hours but were unable to see any whales. However, since we could join the afternoon trip for free, I felt it was a good service for those who really want to see whales. Although we didn't see any whales, I felt that being on the boat and enjoying the beautiful scenery was worthwhile.

私たちはロイヤルハワイアンズに泊まっていたのですが、となりのヒルトンホテルのターミナルまで迎えにきてくれました。担当者は日本語が少し話せるアメリカ？人でした。
ホテルを出ると、次はハイアットホテルに止まりまたツアー客を乗せて走って行きました。最初に乗ってからだいたい30分くらいで船着場に到着し、ホエールウォッチング用の船に乗り込みます。乗り込む前に船着場の建物の前で写真を撮られます。（後ほど販売があります。確か$12くらい）。船に乗り込むと、テーブル席が30席ほどあり、おそらく1フロアで100人以上は入りそうなスペースがあります。早めについたので、窓側の席に座ることができました。しばらくすると、コーヒー、紅茶の用意がされて、セルフでそれを飲むことができました。外は暑かったですが、船の中は冷房が効きすぎていて少し寒いくらいだったので、ホットコーヒーで暖まれました。船が動き出すと、ホエールを探して沖に出ます。ダイヤモンドベッドやワイキキのビーチが非常に綺麗な眺めでした。デッキは3階に分かれていて、前方後方に6箇所くらいずつあります。この日は結局1.5時間くらい探し回ったのですがクジラを見る事ができませんでした。ただ、午後の回にも無料で参加することができるため、絶対にクジラがみたいな方にとっては良いサービスだと感じました。クジラは見れませんでしたが、船に乗って綺麗な景色を見れた事は価値があることだと感じました。

How many times has it been?! It's so much fun! This time, we participated because my 8-year-old son was able to ride all the attractions! If you have the time, I definitely recommend going at least once.

I visited with my 7-year-old, 4-year-old, and 7-month-old children. They had a decent time at the wave pool and the kids' pool, but the other activities like water slides seemed unsuitable for them. I want to let them try those when they are a bit older!

This time, we used a plan that included transportation and free drinks, but the counter for redeeming drinks at the food court was not open very often, and we waited in line for about 30 minutes... Lunch can only be purchased at that food court, so there was always a long line. Since outside food is completely prohibited, I wish there were more dining options available! The food was also not that great...

Additionally, there is hardly any shade, so I recommend that families with small children secure a paid space.

Children in upper elementary school might enjoy it enough.

7歳、4歳、7ヵ月の子どもを連れて利用しました。
波の出るプールやキッズ用プールは、そこそこ楽しめましたが、その他のウォータースライダー等のアクティビティは、うちの子どもたちには不向きだったようです。もっと大きくなってから挑戦させたいです！

今回、送迎とフリードリンク付きのプランを利用しましたが、ドリンクを引き換えるフードコートの窓口があまり開いておらず、３０分くらい並んで待ちました。。。ランチも、そのフードコートでしか購入出来ないので、常に長蛇の列。持込みが全く出来ないので、もっと食事が出来る設備が欲しかったです！味もイマイチです。。。
それから、日陰がほとんどないので、小さなお子さんがいる方は、有料のスペースを確保することをおすすめします。

小学校高学年のお子さまくらいからなら、十分楽しめるかもしれません。
